Perhaps we should ask Senators Kohl and Feingold why they voted against giving protection against punitive lawsuits to those good citizens who might note and report-to-authorities suspicious behaviors by persons who might be terrorists. We might also ask them how often they fly on commercial airlines.
Now I must ask myself: If I am at the airport and see one of those senators boarding a commercial aircraft (Assuming that they do not travel only by privately owned executive jets) AND see someone behaving in a very suspicious, pre-terrorism, manner, DO I REPORT IT?
