Facts About Kenosha "Police Shooting"

 Some of the facts about Jacob Blake who was recently shot by Kenosha (Wisconsin) police.

To many have avoided that facts of: The exixtance of a FELONY warrant for SEXUAL ABUSE for Blake’s arrest when he was shot; The recorded/reported statement of one police officer to him of "Drop that knife" leads a reasonable person to conclude that he was armed with a deadly weapon before he was shot; THERE APPEARS TO BE PHOTOGRAPH EVIDENCE THAT BLAKE WAS HOLDING A KNIFE BEFORE TASERS AND GUNFIRE WERE USED AGAINST HIM; That the shooting officer stopped firing when that wanted felon went down and did not use all the rounds available to him; That it can take over 30 hits from pistols to stop a criminal; And, the police and Pre-Trump National Guard did NOT stop the looting and very dangerous arson (ie Which does "present a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm" which allows OR requires the use of lethal force to protect our fellow Americans) and presents the authority or duty of armed, law-abiding citizens to suppress such terrorism.

The 17 year-old being prosecuted for many felonies in Kenosha County may have a very solid defense, based on the testimony of a reputable journalist who was a very few feet away from him, of "Self-Defense". There may be photographic evidence of his claims. His possession of a "long gun" may or may-not have been illegal as must be considered, by a jury, on his need for self-defense during the gross failure of our governments to protect him and others from mob actions.

I must wonder if Blake, like Minneapolis' George Floyd (Whose death was a result of a lethal level of illegal drugs in his body!), was under the influence of dangerous-and-illegal drugs. His gait, other movements, physical non-reaction to a (Two?) use(s) of a "Taser", and gross resistance of police directives all support the need to determine AND report on that question.

Almost everyone have failed to address the following facts: 1. Blacks are almost infinitely more likely to be shot down by Black criminals than by the legal/illegal acts of Police OR, for that matter, those other citizens who are not peace officers;  2. Black criminals select-out, on the basis of race, Whites as targets for their bestial attacks at a rate many, many, times the reverse; And, 3. The vast majority of the victims of those Black slugs are other Blacks.

Quoting & Following Mao Zedong On Political Power & Guns

 Mao Zedong is likely to have been the most evil man and greatest mass-murderer to infest our world.

But, he was a most exact observer of "The Political Process" in-or-out of his nation.

That is, most exactly, demonstrated by his statement: "Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun".

That was true in this land from April, 1775 to October, 1781 and from 1860 to 1865. It could be true in this time as is demonstrated by:

1. The huge purchases of modern arms and "ammo" by private citizens and that most clearly seen since

the mob riots in those cities which have been controlled by "The Democrat Socialist Fascist Party" for many

decades; And,

2. That Party's Jihad against the individual-constitutional right of our fellow, law-abiding, citizens to "keep

and bear arms" (ie Without "infringement").

As it, most certainly, is the case that our nation's police are, too often, unwilling or forbidden-to effectively and immediately protect innocent Americans from individual and mob criminals, it is now necessary for we, real Americans. to speak out of the barrels of our guns and destroy the dangerous animals who endanger us as individuals and as the most exceptional nation ever known to this World.

Democrats & Slavery

 It is interesting, but NO longer important, that Democrats:

1. Were the core of those who rebelled and waged war against the USA from 1860 to the defeat of The Confederacy;

2. Formed the KKK;

3. Enacted and strictly enforced "Jim Crow" laws;

4. Produced the very racist, Democrat, President Woodrow Wilson who destroyed the prior, Republican, President's efforts to racially integrate our Federal civil service (And, perhaps, our Army; Candidate Biden, please take note!); And,

5. Were the political power source for those uniformed thugs who violently attacked those who, in times past, "marched for freedom" under the guidance of such as the truly Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr..

What is NOW important is that Party's enslavement of our Republic's Black citizens by:

A. Lies about their choices for elected officials;

B. Lies about such as Minnesota's George Floyd who, by his purchase of illegal-and-dangerous drugs (One of which was Fentenyl which may well have been the real cause of his breathing failure and death) support the genocidal "dealers" who, by those drugs and by guns, slaughter so many thousands of Blacks and others;

C. Supporting, most often Black, criminals by elimination bail/bond requirements (eg Tracking devices, no contact orders) AND dumping them out-of-jails/prisons (Chiefly into Black majority communities) under the excuse of limiting their exposure to the present pandemic---Without any consideration for the health-and-safety of other, law-abiding, by those criminals spreading "The Chinese Virus" AND by, as already demonstrated, further criminal actions;

D. Depriving them of such ready access to modern firearms as would allow them the ability (In a time of more limited and, Democrat supported, reduction of AND limits to Police protection) as was the policies of Democrats for many years ****), to resist (And "liquidate"?) those Black criminals who are their chiefest oppressors; AND,

E. Keeping too many Blacks poorer (And more subject to Democrat political control) by limiting their employment opportunities and level-of-income by supporting illegal immigration as, very directly and greatly, reduces both.

                               

**** Legal/Historical Notes: In the infamous Dred Scot v. Sanford case, Chief Justice Tanney was concerned that giving Blacks the rights of free, White, citizens would allow them to go freely armed throughout the USA as was the right of citizens at that time; The first, effective and enforced, "gun control law" was put into place by DEMOCRAT "Big Tim" Sullivan in New York City AND that. as some claim, to eliminate armed resistance to his organization's armed "enforcers"; And, many (Most? All?) of the South's post-reconstruction gun control laws, enacted by Democrats, were enacted against Black's access to arms and enforced chiefly (Only?) against them.

Tear Gas & Alternatives

 First, please note that I am a veteran of dangerous military service and like civilian "work". During that latter employment, with a State "Corrections Department", I was required to take (Without weapons or tear gas or pepper spray) convicted criminals into physical custody.  For the most part they cooperated; But, the "others" were subjected to "pain compliance" by use of bar-and-wrist locks. No "choke holds" were used.

Tear Gas (And pepper spray) allows police officers to control and disburse those mobs which, as such, "Present A Clear And Present Danger Of Death Or Great Bodily Harm" to those officers AND other of our good fellow Americans.

Those who view the use of such chemical agents as too dangerous to "The Environment" would do well to consider the alternatives listed below.

1. Rubber Bullets are, in theory, non-lethal; But, do present a great risk of serious-to-deadly "blunt force trauma". To be effective they must be aimed and individuals and, to prevent injury (Or death) to innocent others, aimed at the "Center Of Body Mass" OR in indiscriminate volley fire.

2. Allow mobs (Or even much smaller groups of violent criminals) to assault, murder, loot, commit arson, destroy whole communities and spread terror without any efforts to stop them.

3. Use the hollow point rounds from their hand guns or the "tumbling .223 caliber" rounds from rifles to immediately-and-effectively reduce the deadly risk of mobs, [That ammo is recommended as they are unlikely to pass through the carcasses of dangerous animals and injure or kill innocent humans.]

When The Police Surrender To Criminals & Terrorists

Minneapolis' Police Chief has submitted to the individual and packs of criminals and terrorists. Worst yet, he has advised (Instructed? Commanded?) that city's law-abiding citizens to do the same!

VETO!

The law-abiding citizens of Minneapolis (And, of necessity) surrounding areas must take the following actions. (Like citizens in other places should do the same.)

1. Buy (If not already done) a .223 caliber rifle/carbine and the largest caliber handgun as can be effectively used by the family's adults and responsible youths and an extra magazine (30 rounds for

the rifle/carbine).. 

2. Buy at least 100-rounds for each such weapon.

3. Go to a shooting range and have a qualified teacher instruct those  persons in accurately shooting those guns at 25-feet (ie The usual maximum distance for armed self-defense by police and other law-abiding citizens---Which eliminates the training need for longer distances as required of our military), then replace expended rounds over 50-used AND repeat this no less often than every three months.

4. Set up at-home defense drills for all adults and responsible youths for all hour immediate retrieval of those weapons from safe storage and regularly exercise those drills.

5. If neighbors are of the same mind and preparation, set up mutual aid pacts and drills.

The .223 and hollow point rounds are recommended as they are unlikely to pass through the carcasses of dangerous animals and go on to injure innocent humans. (For shotguns, #2 shot is advised for the like 

reason.)

Since the cited police department has surrendered its sworn duty to protect law-abiding citizens NEVER allow them to take arms, even in the case of their shooting some thug(s), from self and family protecting

citizens. (ie Such surrender, after putting down dangerous animals, leaves good people at very great risk to "revenge attacks" which will-not or can-not be prevented by police)

If such a citizen is forced to shoot down some dangerous animal(s) at home, do not call the police; But, telephone the local DPW/Sanitation Department to remove some lead (And probably illegal drug

contaminated) GARBAGE from your property. (In other places you might, if so inclined and as a courtesy to your fellow Americans, do the same.)

Treason In Portland

Those bestial criminals (In Portland Oregon) attacking Federal buildings and employees are waging war against the United States of America.

They are guilty of TREASON as exactly defined by our Republic's Constitution

 and the US Code.

The mayor of that city has been, by actions and lack-of-actions, giving "aid and comfort" to those traitorous thugs. That is also TREASON and by the same definitions.

That mayor and his violent co-actors must be arrested and indicted for that greatest crime.

If the US Courts can not hold trials due to civil unrest or the wont of unbiased jurors, the USA should try them by the same (Very legal) "Military Commission" as was used to deal with the assassins of President Lincoln. (https://famous-trials.com/lincoln/2157-commissionorder)

That self-condemned mayor has demanded (sic) that our constitutionally elected President "remove Federal Troops" from Portland. As of this moment there are no such troops there.

As the city of Portland is, in fact, in a STATE OF REBELLION, I (Most strongly) recommend that two-plus battalions of battle-hardened Army or USMC troops be deployed there, martial law declared AND those troops be given standing orders to (Without warning) shoot-down any criminals attempting to commit arson or any other act which "presents a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm to others".

If, and only if, Portland, Washington State and The United States will not effectively-and-quickly suppress that treason, it is the right and duty of the "General  Militia" (ie Every law-abiding citizen, over the age of 18-years, capable of bearing arms) to do so.

What If The Police Do Not Respond?

First, please note that I live in a State which still protects the rights, under the Second Amendment to our Republic's Constitution, to "keep and bear arms"---As is not the case in such places as "The People's Republic of California" (And like Illinois and New York State).

Many public persons (eg FOX New's Sean Hannity) and President Trump's TV advertisements have "asked, "What will you do if the police do not respond to calls (ie Regarding crimes-in-progress which "Present A Clear-And-Present Danger Of Death Or Great Bodily Harm To Others")?

In the unlikely case, in my urban location and in Wisconsin, I would then call my city's "Sanitation Department" and ask them to remove from my residence one-or-more lumps of lead (And probably illegal drug) contaminated GARBAGE.

Helping Police ID Very Dangerous Mob Members

Except for a limited case in the District Of Columbia police appear to have great difficultly in clearly identifying members of mobs who are endangering other by such actions as toppling heavy statues, committing arson and attacking police and other citizens with thrown objects (eg Bottles, bricks) and other crimes as present "a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm 

to others".

As that is the case any good citizen should aid the police by marking those thugs with holes in the following diameters: .223", .30", .308", .32", 9mm, .38", .40" and .45" ***.

After the dangerous rioting is over, the police can go about with cameras and finger-print kits to finish the job if identifying those slugs.

                                

*** Other than the .223" round (Which will tumble when it hits a criminal) hollow-point or, at the least, expanding-point rounds are recommended to reduce the possibility of passage through such scum and injuring some other persons.

THE Alternative To "Choke Holds"

If, and only if, some police officer is “in a clear and present danger of death (Or, great bodily harm)” the application of a “Choke Hold” is NOT the proper actions/response.

The only proper reaction is for that officer to put two rounds into the head (Or, at the least. through the spine or into “the center of body mass”) of the attacking thug.

Hollow point rounds are highly recommended as they are far less likely to pass through the exploded heads of criminals and injure or kill innocent others.

Thereafter and if there is any doubt as to the propriety of such officers’ action, then a full “due process of law” trial will determine that – But NO sanctions is constitutionally allowed against any such officer(s) without such a "full due process of law" hearing.

"More Equal" Minneapolis City Council Members & Armed Citizens

After reading the above-cited report (About Minneapolis City Council members receiving private security protection) I was, very much, reminded of the novel 1984 in which some ("Politically Correct") animals were "more equal" that those other critters in their world.

If, and only if, the Minneapolis City Counsel abolishes its force of highly trained and, with rare exceptions, law-abiding and life-risking police officers, all the citizens of that once shining "Star Of The North" will be in no less danger from individual and mob criminals than the other, more equal, residents (ie Members of the City Council) of their world.

The remaining free citizens of Minneapolis (AND surrounding areas) must now arm and train themselves with the most modern and effective fire arms as are still available to them (eg AR-15 platforms; Glocks) and steel themselves to protect themselves and innocent others from individual and mob-criminals by instant and lethal responses to thug's attacks

The USA's Present State-of-War

It is now the exact case that a small minority of Americans are waging violent war against the USA. That is, in accordance with the Constitution of our Republic, TREASON which can be punished by death.

As those critters are waging war AND have placed themselves beyond the protections of civil law, the only proper response must be the application of deadly military actions as will “liquidate” those traitors now in a state-of-rebellion to destroy the essential AND exceptional nature of our United States. This war is no less dangerous to our land than was the rebellion and violent acts-of-war inflicted by the Southern States in the 1860s.

It is, most certainly, the case that our Federal, State and local governments are not willing to protect The Republic and its People by the use of appropriate AND effective (ie Deadly) force.

Therefore, it is the right-and-duty of real Americans to do so as vigilant private citizens, privately raised units of the posse comitatus or of “vigilantes” and ad-hoc militia units—All beyond the now ineffective powers of mayors, sheriffs and governors.

Sniper fire, against rebellious individuals and, private, volley-fire against mobs of such targets is recommended. If, and only if, any of those traitors are taken alive, The People can either turn them over to civil authorities for trial by our courts or turn them over to regular units of our armed forces for trial by (Field) courts martial or hang them from trees or lamp-posts.

[As the anti-gun and Fascist Jihad against the rights which should be protected has not been effective in limiting crime and the cited rebellion, it is now necessary for allowing The People ready access to modern and effective firearms which will allow them to suppress the current, epidemic, crime and that rebellion.]
