Persons/Groups Candidates For "Reparations "

 There has been demands for "reparations" for for the descendants of that local surplus of Black slaves sold to Whites by the Black governments/leaders of Sub-Saharan Africa.

I suggest that the following be a much more complete and exact list of such persons or groups as must be co-equal in the granting of "reparations".

1. Those Blacks who are NOT descended from Blacks immigrating into the USA after the effective end pf the importation of Slaves into the USA..

2. Those Americans of Japanese descent (ie Some of whom were native born citizens of the USA) who were forced into concentration camps during World War-II.

3. The descendants of those Jewish refugees who attempted to obtain refuge from NAZI genocide by traveling on the MV Saint Louis and, were (In 1939) rejected by the USA and were among those fewer who survived a return to Europe and Hitler's extermination camps.

4. Those Jews, Druze and Christians who have fled the terrors imposed by those true-believing Muslims who have been).inflicted by the waging of Jihad against them (And were NOT provided the favored treatment given to Muslims by the Administration led by Obama & Biden as is the sound basis for any "reparations"  to NOT include Muslims).

5. Those Americans of Chinese ancestry who were: "Imported" into the USA as "cheap laborers"; So grossly mistreated (ie Including being murdered) in California (And other parts of the USA" that the term "Chinaman's Chance" was invented to define "no chance at all"; Denied the opportunity to become citizens of the USA; Denied the civil rights provided our fellow citizens even if born in our Republic; Been the best example of immigrants overcoming such persecution, obtaining superior academic and other successes in the USA; And, have set an example of obeying our democratically-enacted laws to the extent that their part of our prison populations approaches Zero as does their rate of murdering each other.---AND, are the ongoing targets of racial prejudice and harm by such schools as Harvard University.(As continues to this day).

Testing the claims of such who request/demand such "reparations" must be closely examined by, unbiased and professional, geneticists and genealogists who are willing to "sign-off" and put their reputations at risk by their findings.

Educating Our Children About "Racism".

Very recently The Hill published (On-line) an offering by three academics touting the education of our children about "Racism".

I found their suggestions so interesting that I asked them the following questions.

1. Blacks murder each other many, many, times the rate at which Whites murder Whites and almost infinitely more often than those other people-of-color (ie Whose ancestry is in China, India, Korea and Japan) kill others of their own. Should this fact be a part of the "racism education" you support?
2. Black criminals select-out, on the basis of race, White victims as targets for their criminal attacks at a rate many, many, times the reverse. Must that fact be an essential part of the instruction you recommend?
3. The death of Minneapolis' George Floyd was a gross violation of his human and constitutional right. However, at the time of his death his body contained dangerous-and-illegal drugs. In fact, George Floyd was, by his purchase of those toxins, a supporter of those "dealers" who murder many hundred-of-thousands of other Blacks (And millions of People). In fact he was a "co-murderer"! Should that fact be exactly presented to our children?
4. The children of those other people-of-color are more successful in academic settings than gentile Whites and very much more so than Blacks. (That is also true for children from still traditional Jewish families".) This appears to be much more a matter of superior cultural norms than of income. Should that factual information also be a part the recommended "racism education".

No Changes For Blacks


Unless it has not yet been reported today will continue the murder (eg By guns and dangerous drugs) of Blacks by other Blacks at a rate many, many, times that of Whites killing other Whites and almost infinitely more that Asians killing others of their own.

Unless it has not yet been reported the following is will also continue:
1. White police officers will continue to shoot/kill Blacks no more often than Black officers;
2. Black criminals will be shot-down more often, on the basis of their part of the general population, as they disproportionately attempt more crimes which present "a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm to others" AND which allows OR requires the use of lethal force to put halt to such danger to innocent citizens. [Of course, there may be a short (I hope) reluctance of White officers to protect us by the allowed or required use of deadly force due to the recent mob jihad against them.];
3. Students who are people-of-color (eg Whose ancestry is in China, Korea, India & Japan) and those in still traditional Jewish families will continue to achieve greater academic success than (Other) Whites and very, very, much more than Black students AND that due to superior cultural norms;
4. Black slugs will continue to select-out, on the basis of race, White targets for their criminal attacks at a rate many, many, times the reverse; And,
5. Too many Blacks will continue to blame others for the ongoing self-destructive actions OR lack-of-actions by themselves or other members of their Race.

"Legal Immigrant's Day"

After listening, each year, to all of the comments about "Juneteenth Day" I, most strongly, suggest (Demand?) that "Legal Immigrant Day" as a co-equal holiday!

After all, those peoples:
1. Came to our Republic, fleeing tyranny and poverty, from all lands from China to Poland;
2. Began their lives in the USA in accordance with our democratically-enacted laws;
3. Often suffered persecution (eg The interned persons of Japanese birth/ancestry during World War 2);
4. Changed the USA into a modern AND exceptional nation by the sweat of their bodies and minds; And,
5. Appear to have made our land much more law-abiding that it was before their incoming (Perhaps, excepting one easily identifiable, part of our general population).

I must "confess" that those hard-working and law-abiding immigrants included my father and grandparents.

Oh, lest we forget, our "First Peoples" (aka "American Indians") were also immigrants into the Americas.

Other American's Civil Rights

It is the case that Mr. George Floyd's civil rights were grossly and fatally violated!

We must wonder as to the violations of the civil rights of those many, many, White Americans who have been selected-out, on the basis of race, by Black thugs who have murdered, maimed, raped, robbed and otherwise abused-and-destroyed them at a rate many times the reverse. [For the most part and since c. 1900 those Whites are those: Who came from Europe fleeing poverty and tyranny; And, who did not receive any discernible or measurable benefits from either the enslavement of Blacks or the later "Jim Crow" abuses. (ie Those Whites included my hard-working and law-abiding father and grand-parents!)]

THOSE AMERICANS ALSO DESERVE "RACIAL JUSTICE"!

Those who came to the USA from India (Some having very dark skins), China, Japan and Korea have, in times past, been the subjects of gross (Sometimes fatal) violations of their civil and constitutional rights.

Yet, it appears that they have raised themselves above those abuses by: Hard physical, economic and academic work; Maintaining and receiving support from those traditional families with two, residential, parents (ie One of each gender); And, setting very low records of criminality (eg Murdering each other).

Demands for "equal rights" must be balanced by demands for equality in those efforts serving the "Common Good"---As is NOT being demanded of our Black Americans.

The Major "Actors" In Student Debt & "Forgiveness"

Student debt is multiplied-and-aggravated by the following.

1. The costs of maintaining top-heavy populations of overpaid administrators who are not involved in: At least half-time teaching; Or, such full-time research as benefits The People (And is NOT only a matter of academic's "hobby horses"; Or, directly involved in library services to students or such faculty as cited above or public safety or grounds-and-building maintenance.

2, The costs providing remedial education to those students who are not prepared for university level "work" at entry into universities or colleges.

3. The costs of supporting faculty and students in such courses/programs which cannot be scientifically (ie Valid & Reliable) demonstrated to provide measurable benefits to The People.

If, and only if, we would expend tax-moneys to "forgive" student debt, it must be limited to those graduates who:
4. Do, in fact, provide measurable benefits to all (ie Those with degrees in STEM and medical arts programs); Or,
5. Serve our fellow Americans by full-time employment in such dangerous duty as peace-officers or fire-fighters or in combat arms of our military forces.

Geography, Division & Western Civilization

Once the Age-Of-Migration ended in Europe (c 900 AD), that part of the Euro-Asian land mass began a period of divisions into, very many, political units divided, often by geography, who were in often constant wars (And other forms of competition)..It may be that age did not end until c 1945..

That age was marked by:
1. Intense development of weapons, strategy and tactics, from the level of "craft" to that supported by engineering-and-science as NOT seen in other parts of the World which was typically dominated by large political or ideological blocks (eg China, Islam); And,
2. Intense development of ideas,from theology to science, as supported by logic (nb Try and work your way through such Medieval works as St. Thomas' Summa Contra Gentiles or Bertrand Russell's far more recent The Principles Of Mathematics) which led to the advances in Medicine and other forms-of-engineering which erupted out of real universities [ie Not found outside of Europe,Canada, Israel and the USA except as, sometimes pale, copies AND to like, idea generating, military establishments in more recent times (eg The science of epidemics as rooted in US military research c 1900)].

I may well be that the "Nationalism", in Europe, the USA and Israel, has supported those developments.

I am sorry to note that the cited level of idea-generation and foundation-of-logic is being destroyed  or limited, those Western Universities, by "political correctness"---Which is neither based on logic nor on such ideas as are subject to scientific (ie Reliable and valid) tests.

Life Before Columbus

It appears that the average life span for male members of the "First Peoples", in the Americas, was about 26-years (Lower for women as is common in all early populations). The following factors, among others, seem to be basic to those "short, dirty and dark" lives:
1, Periodic periods of starvation as common to hunter-gatherer and marginal-farming societies (eg As based on one crop---Potatoes or Corn);
2. Deaths of women and new-born children aggravated by both such lack of proper foods and that same poor prevention of death as was, also, common in the West until c. 1900;
4. The most primitive of medical care as was also common in Europe until about the same time; And,
5. War and genocide as evidenced by such events as: "The dark and bloody ground" between the Eastern Northern and Southern First Nations; And, the "Flower Wars" of the "Aztecs" as were waged to allow its priests to rip the hearts of many thousands out of living humans or, skin alive, girls.

Since Columbus and others coming to The Americas, from Europe, were totally unaware of the nature of infectious diseases (ie Which, like, "The Black Death") also killed many of them. In fact, that plague killed off a very large part of Europe's population Lacking that knowledge Europeans had and do not have any moral guilt for those diseases which killed First Peoples.
The brutality of European invaders was equaled or exceeded by the practices of such First Peoples as the Iroquois, Aztec and others and that without the moderation as injected by such Europeans as the Franciscan Friars.

Europeans did bring to the Americas: Better medicine; Better variations-in and distribution-of foods; The basics of Science as already was germinating in Europe; Such music and other arts as were welcomed by those First Peoples; And, perhaps greatest of all, LITERACY. (Before Columbus there were NO "vibrant" cultures in the Americas, but only very STAGNANT cultures and societies which, with the possible exception of the murderous "Aztecs", were NOT civilizations.)

LEST WE FORGET, THE "FIRST PEOPLES" WERE ALSO IMMIGRANTS INTO THE AMERICAS.

First Peoples Symbols


I am the son and grandson of (Legal) immigrants and was born in the USA. I am a "NATIVE AMERICAN".

The descendants of thousands-of-years earlier immigrants should be designated as ""FIRST PEOPLES" and not "Native Americans".

The use of the word "Mascot" is "loaded" in favor of those (Oh so "politically correct"!) social justice 'warriors' (sic)" who would remove the symbols of First Peoples from representing, for example, high schools.

Strangely enough, I support that removal when advocated. Why? Because those symbols did represent a People who, so clearly, demonstrated courage, endurance, loyalty and other such virtues. Those who would erase those symbols are supporters of a Soviet style, loose-leaf, history and are unworthy of any connection with representations of those who represent those, or any, virtues.

Some of those First Peoples (eg Florida's Seminoles) are proud-and-pleased to have symbols of their members publicly used, shown and honored.

I must wonder if a secret ballot (ie Without the use of that, most biased term, "Mascot") by the registered members of the many "bands" and "tribes" would result in a support of using such symbol.

"White Superiority" & Civilizaton



I do not know what is that "White Superiority" (Or, "White Nationalism") so much attacked in recent times.

I do know that it was White, Christian, males (In what were heavily White majority nations) who invented, developed and maintained our civilization. That civilization has given us (Among other benefits): Our universities (Now hotbeds of anti-civilization attacks); Today's medical care; Effective actions against the famines and contagious diseases which once plagued humanity; Democratic government (eg The Bill Of Rights; "Equal Justice Under Law") as is still developing in the USA in spite of too many Fascist attacks against that development; And, many other like-and-parallel benefits.

These developments were not established, developed and spread from Sub-Saharan Africa or Muslim majority nations. Some hundreds of years ago Imperial China began to show such developments, but retreated from them under the misrule of bureaucrats.

"White superiority" may be wrong, BUT IT IS SUPERIOR TO ALL OTHER CULTURAL FORMS!

Today's Sexual "Grooming" Of Children

There have been many reports of "educating" (eg In public libraries, schools) as to the correctness of homosexual (Or hetero-sex) outside of marriage.

This appears to be a form of "grooming" children to make them more accepting of sex with adults
(ie Criminal perverts).

A parallel endeavor is being had by teaching the superiority of Islam----Which allows or encourages full sexual "use" of females as young as nine years-of-age AND allows Muslim males to take and "use" females while waging Jihad which is a perpetual requirement of all Muslim males.

Why Indian Winners Of 2019 Spelling Bee?

wbSeven of the eight co-winners of this year's national "Spelling Bee" were of Indian (South Asian) ancestry. They appear to have "dark" complexions.

Why?

Because they subscribe to that same and superior culture as has been the general guide or standard for those of Chinese ancestry.

The core of that superior model includes:  Dedication to deferring rewards (Avoiding the crippling, criminal/infant-like, demand for instant gratification) by hard physical and academic work ; Cleaving to the support and other advantages of two-parent (One of each gender) families; Honoring scholars over criminals; And, Disproportionally avoiding violations of law.

Duty Before Power

In the past I have noted that many in political power have never put themselves at bodily risk in defense of their fellow Americans.

Some of those who did have been such as: The planter George Washington;  Storekeeper, Flatboatsman and Postmaster Abraham Lincoln; And, Haberdasher Harry S. Truman---And that by service in dangerous military actions. [For myself, I did enlist in the US Navy and found myself in one of the six-or-so most dangerous, enlisted grade, specialties; After that service I did obtain a university degree, was employed by a "Department Of Corrections", working with some dangerous criminals. and assisted fire fighters in putting down a fire involving many gallons of very dangerous solvents.]

Other, parallel, dangerous work as can be had (Even by females in this era) to demonstrate the willingness to take real risks for the "common good" include (But are not limited to): Full time and volunteer fire fighters (Including those who combat forest fires); Peace officers; Guards in maximum and super-maximum security prisons; Doing "community work" and living in such places as the South sides of Chicago and Los Angeles; And, doing such work and living in the rural areas of
Sub-Saharan Africa or the Favelas of Brazil.

Those ladies (Yes, I know that I am not "politically correct") who seek power (Or success in academia) in later life can demonstrate such risk-taking by carrying, birthing and educating (In the broadest sense) their children to law-abiding and contributing places in our Republic.

In more recent times I have noted the "snowflakes" and "professional victims" in our colleges and universities have, most exactly, demonstrated that lack of dangerous service to others. It appears that such lesser creatures, even lacking that service, assume that they are entitled to attack the free speech (ie The necessary, but not sufficient, basis of academic freedom).

Perhaps, those "snowflakes" would be less likely to melt in the real world, after leaving the womb of too many schools, if they were exposed-to and hardened-by some, at risk, work in the real world before matriculation. If not required, I suggest that admission and scholarship officers give such "servants of the people" massive priority over others and more so over those who have been buying their way into universities.

Those who hire faculty or other school employees would do magnify their schools by looking to the same prior services.

AOC, Feelings, Facts & Public Policy

Member-of-Congress Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has declared that "feelings" are more important than "facts" .

As "Facts=Reality", that denial of reality is a psychological pathology. Basing the laws and policies of our nation on feelings, denying facts, is a "clear and present danger" to an a "political pathology" in the United States.

An example of her gross ignorance of facts is her statement that President Lincoln's issuing of The Emancipation Proclamation was a "radical" act. She is either lying or is horridly, for a Member, ignorant.

That proclamation was issued. as a very considered action, in the middle of The War Between The States at a time when The Union was still in great peril and its unity still threatened. It was intended to weaken the rebellious States. It did NOT apply to slaves held in other States. It was in opposition to Lincoln's own held views of Blacks and, probably, issued only as a matter of "military necessity".

At first, I was thinking of recommending that Speaker Pelosi require Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez "go back to school" to study: American History; And, from a "middle of the road" teacher, the facts of economics. However, I will not bother with that as I have, rationally, concluded that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is NOT "educable".

Responding To False Accusations (In Academia)

Those accused (Outside of our criminal courts) of crimes or violations of professional or (In academia) standards or rules should take legal counsel. (nb I am not an attorney nor do I have any financial interests in those who practice law.)

I suggest that any person so accused demand that those complaining submit their detailed statements, in writing, on oath/affirmation as makes liars subject to: Criminal penalties for "Perjury" or the like of "False Swearing"; And, to such civil actions as could result in the assignment of damages, punitive damages, attorneys fees and costs against the defendants---At bankruptcy-plus levels.

In certain academic cases, such damages (At the same level) might well be sought from university/college presidents and the regents/trustees or other governing board-members, as individuals, of those schools who fail to protect the academic-rights or contractual provisions of persecuted faculty.

Hatred Missed By House Democrats

It appear (Please correct me if I am in error) that the specific, racist/other hatred, missed by the Democrat-initiated resolution against all other forms of various forms of hatred, were the following:
1. The documented fact that Black thugs select our, on the basic of race, Whites for their criminal attacks at a rate many, many, times the reverse---Which is a very gross, racist, hatred of Whites; And,
2. The ideological hatred of those (Often on university/college campuses) who express their hatred of those who disagree with them by such, Fascist, means: As "ringing bells" or shouting-down/speaking-over those who are attempting to exercise constitutional, free-speech, rights (eg As a form of academic-freedom); Inflicting serious injuries by very criminal acts (eg As recently demonstrated st UC-Berkeley); Threats, of physical violence as provide a "clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm" as offered by such groups as AntiFa [Whose storm-troopers seem to avoid such places as Texas and Wisconsin where law-abiding (And legally presumed sane) citizens hold thousands of permits/licences to carry concealed weapons].

That hatred also-and-clearly extends to: Such as Maxine Waters who  has, very directly, called for potentially dangerous harassment of those who are against her views---A call which has been followed by various scum-critters; And, those orthodox-and-murderous Muslims who hate all individuals, groups, organization, true-religions and nations which resist their horrid teachings and the, also, horrid actions they inflict on the World---For the last 1400-years and to this day.

Free Speech At Universities & High Schools

The law supporting free speech (ie The required, but not sufficient, basis for academic freedom) on public university campuses (And those private universities which accept any Federal monies) is extensive and clear. Lacking are those students who will bring civil suits against violating universities and, as individuals, violating university officials/administrators---And such attorneys who will risk bringing and trying such actions.

Perhaps, President Trump's, other, "Executive Order", to protect free speech on those campuses may forward the protection of the first provision of The Bill Of Rights.

The constitutional, free speech, rights of high school students are still murky. It appears that such schools may limit those rights if they disrupt instruction.

However, it also appears that that disruption must be a "clear and present threat" or actual event AND not some theoretical possibility imagined by some school officials or police officer or Fascist politician. 

In recent cases persecution of those wearing MAGA hats or showing like banners has been, in the same schools, contemporary with the display of other, very political or ideological slogans.

Even the ACLU (Now the "American Christian Loathing Union") once supported the free speech rights of high school students. (I doubt me if the ACLU would now defend students wearing MAGA hats.)

IN THOSE STATE WHICH REQUIRE DECLARATION OF PARTY FOR VOTING IN PRIMARY ELECTIONS THE PARTY AFFILIATION OF HIGH SCHOOL OFFICIALS/ADMINISTRATORS WHO DEMAND THE DEPARTURE OF MAGA (OR OTHER LIKE, "CONSERVATIVE", DISPLAYS SHOULD BE KNOWN---AND MAY SUPPORT CIVIL OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION FOR "VIOLATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS".

All Fascists should remember that the forceful (Attempted) taking of a MAGA hat (Or like banner) is "Robbery" a felony which (In most jurisdictions) may be resisted by all (Including deadly) force needed to prevent that crime. It is a most serious violation of American's rights that most prosecuting attorneys will not bring felony charges against such thugs who rob or attempt-to-rob citizens (Of all ages) of political materials.

The dangerous animal who "slugged" a citizen, on a California campus, should have immediately been "put down" by anyone as the university police were unable or unwilling to protect an innocent, non-aggressive, citizen from a very dangerous attack.
