A Multi-Layer Insult By Milwaukee JS

On June 30th The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel published (Page-2A) a "News Analysis" by a New York Times writer. Without regard to its content, that column represented a multi-layered insult.

First, it insulted that paper's staff by not going to them for such an analysis as there are certainly some very skilled writers with that company--Even if I often disagree with them.

Secondly, this was an insult to the people of this area and of Wisconsin by submission to an "foreign" author rather than the many knowledgeable authors among the Political Science professors and student run newspapers at our many colleges AND bloggers or other citizens of our State--Even if I would disagree with their positions on President Bush or any other matter.

Thirdly, there was a further insult to the readers by this further example of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's use of material from the Times, a newspaper which has become notorious for errors, bias and outright lies.

Connections & Corrections: Islamic Terrorism

First, let me congratulate the People of the UK for a very alert police constable (Who should be promoted) and effective public safety forces as to avoiding another Islamic terrorist attack.

Strangely, most (All?) of the commentators I heard on television as to this most recent threat to civilization failed to make the connections between the various Islamic terrorist groups (And do not forget the individual Muslims who suddenly elect to go on jihad) outside of those with direct affiliations with Al Quaida. Those connections are listed below in approximate order of importance.

1. That most (90%-plus) of the terrorist acts in the world during the last several years have been initiated by organized or disorganized Muslims; Whose actions provide encouragement for others of like intent. (Most of the other terrorism is limited to illegal drug dealers and a few nationalists as the ETA in Spain and the Tamil Tigers.)
2. The Koran and the other texts of Islam require Muslim males to be on (Commit?) jihad if they wish to earn paradise and, lacking such participation, to actively support those who do. That hand book for terrorists permits or encourages, if not commands, the use of murder, rape, genocide, robbery, lying, forced recruitment ("Conversion") to further the causes of Islam and of individual Muslims.
3. The most hate-filled Islamic literature (Beyond the Koran and other standard works of Islam) are produced through the Wahhabi school of Islam, printed in large part in Saudi Arabia by its government and distributed throughout the world to and by Mosques and individuals to act as a unifying force in the support of those who literally believe in the teachings of Mohammed (Himself, a treaty breaker, bandit, murderer and sexual abuser of a nine-year young girl-child).
4. As money is a great unifier, the huge sums given (Under the false flag of Islamic charities), especially by oil-rich Arabs, to terrorists and terrorists or their surviving families has provided much of the "glue" holding such creatures together in their efforts to destroy what is left of Western civilization.

What are the means of breaking up these connections? Some recommendations are listed below in the same order as the above.

1'. Define such terrorists as those who are waging undeclared war against the forces of organized and recognized governments (OR THE CIVILIANS THEY PROTECT), while not being members of the armed forces of such governments Declare that they are truly outside-the-law; When captured, try them by very summary courts martial; And, if found guilty, publicly shoot or hang them---With no exceptions or lesser penalties or protracted appeal processes. This and the steps noted below will tend to break up the feed back noted above.
2'. Declare that those copies of the Koran and other works of Islam which call for the criminal behaviors noted above are not protected by any "free speech" or "free press" or "freedom of religion" laws and are the equivalent of falsely shouting "FIRE!" in a crowded theater; All such works to be destroyed withing six-months with failure to do resulting in loss of all civil rights and immediate deportation for all foreign born violators and seizure/destruction of any Mosque or other building in which such are found.
3' Inform the Saudi family/government (They are the same) and other, jihad supporting, Muslim nations that we will consider them as criminally sharing the blame for any terrorist WMD attacks against us and will take retribution (Up to converting Mecca and Medina into slightly radio-active, glass bottomed, craters) and seizure of their wealth upon any such attacks by any Muslims; And, expel all foreign trained or foreign born Imams or other Muslim leaders from all Western lands. (Any objections to this can be answered by the question: "How many Rabbis or Christian ministers of religion are openly operating in Saudi Arabia?".)
4'. Seize, from individuals and associations and Arab governments monies at ten-times the funds contributed to any individual or collective terrorists (Including the survivors of bombers).

Well, Back To The Old Drawing Board

There is a rather famous (World War-2 era) cartoon showing a crashed fighter plane, parachuting pilot, disgruntled military officers and an engineer, the last saying, "Well, back to the old drawing board".

Now that the so-called immigration reform bill has crashed (Due to errors in design, being opposed to the will of the People), it is not too early to go back to the drawing board for a new plan.

I suggest that the new design would be much more successful if the Administration could first demonstrate actual success in sealing our Southern border against the drug smugglers, bearers of horrid diseases (eg Drug resistant TB), gang-bangers, potential or real terrorists, identity thieves, rapists, welfare slugs and other undesirables who daily now flood across that border into our nation Once honest proofs of such are made, other changes in our immigration laws and policies would be easy to slide through the Congress (Without bribes to the Members) and into the acceptance of most of we voting and tax-paying and victims (Of crimes and unneeded charges by "illegals") citizens and legal immigrants..

Long Term Benefits By Withdrawing From Iraq

Are we, in the USA, ready for the long-term results of a national withdrawal from intervening in the Middle East and, for that matter, in Black Africa? What would those long term effects be?

Well, we could them have sufficient troops to protect our borders from invasions by terrorists, gang-bangers, bearers of untreatable diseases (eg Drug resistant TB), job thieves, welfare leaches, identity thieves and such like scum.

Then, we could expect a flood of truly believing Christians as driven out of Islamic lands who we should welcome as we welcomed Jews and other refugees from religious persecution in the past to the great enrichment of our nation. We could also expect many to flee the racially biased and corrupt Black governments of sub-Saharan Africa as such Boers and others would provide us with a new surge of literate, technically educated and free enterprise loving citizens.

Perhaps, withdrawal from Iraq could be of an excellent and long term benefit to the USA.

History Lesson: Islam & Mafia

It is a shame, but so many in the world are being forced to repeat history as they have not studied and learned from it ! To assist you in helping yourself and others avoid this error I am providing the following historical lessons.

1. The first two waves of Islamic conquest were under the control of the Arabs and, after them, the Turks.
2. That expansion was stopped in Southern France in 732AD at the Battle of Tours, more restricted by the expulsion of all Muslims from the Iberian peninsula in 1492 and most strongly stopped when a Turkish army was defeated and sent fleeing from Vienna in 1683 (Less than 100-years before the USA declared its independence).
3. After the Battle of Vienna the Muslim world went into a decline as it was unable to compete in economic, military, scientific and other ways with the resurgent and surging West. Thereafter, many other areas of the world (eg Greece) were freed from the horrors of Islamic rule.
4. The Battle of Vienna was begun on "9/11" (1683AD) and some have thought that the terrorist attack on New York City as sponsored by Osama Ben Laden was executed on that date as a declaration-of-jihad and announcement to the West of a new surge of Islam.
5. If you examine a world map as to where acts of terrorism are being inflicted and who is responsible for initiating such acts, you will find that most (90%-plus?) are in those places where Muslims are in conflict with others and the acts of murder, genocide, rape, robbery and the other gifts-of-Islam are initiated by Muslims. [Most of the balance of such terrorism is associated with the dealers in such illegal drugs as cocaine].
6. If you wish to conduct a thought experiment, think of Islam as you would of such organizations as the Mafia or the Chinese crime syndicates known as Triads AND then consider the battles in the Gaza and Iraq as the same as the "wars" conducted by the families of the Mafia or the crime-clans of the Triads.
7. If you wish to avoid repetitions of the errors of the past, then do everything you can to convince as many as you can (eg Officials, teachers, editors, ministers-of-religion) that the lessons of history are such that responses to Islam should be as to any other criminal organization, using such force as is necessary to exterminate that threat.

Mihi persuasum est odisse acerbe.

Balancing Rights--Press & Others

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's June 26th editorial, "A horrible ruling", criticized the June 25th US Supreme Court ruling which edited out parts of the McCain-Feingold campaign law. Strangely enough I may agree with that position in support of protecting the voters from unwarranted and biased, pre-election, attempts of some special interest groups to influence them.

In fact, I suggest that all newspapers and magazines be subject to the same (60-days before general elections) restrictions unless their publishers, major stock holders, editors and political reporters disclose: All political contributions made by them within the last four years; All organizations and associations to which they belong and the contributions made to them during the same period; All commercial holdings of stocks and other properties held by them at during those four years; And, other like information as might tend to inform the voter readers of any possible biases in published opinions as to candidates, political parties and election issues.

What? Would some consider this a violation of Constitutional provisions as to "freedom of the press"? All might consider that others view freedoms of speech, association, "free exercise of religion" (Without the government determining what is religious speech) and the ultimate right of keeping and bearing arms. all as important as that given to the press.

A Most Excellent Book On Language

McWHORTER, John;
DOING OUR OWN THING: THE DEGRADATION OF LANGUAGE AND MUSIC and Why We Should, Like, Care;
Gotham Books; New York; 2003

This is a most excellent book on language---Especially as to English and Music. Although Mr. McWhorter does have some biases and has some few holes in his knowledge, he most certainly added to both my store of facts and, more importantly, range of concepts about language, English and, where I am most weak, music.

This book must be read without too many comments by me so as to allow the reader to better appreciate it--And any thinking reader will appreciate it.

If I have any faults to find with this volume, they are:
1. The organization of the book is not conducive to easy reading and movement
from one chapter to another;
2. The author does make a very few errors of fact (eg Albanian is spoken in
places other than Albania, such as what was once Yugoslavia, parts of
Greece and even Sicily and clusters of speakers in such places as Chicago);
3. Mr. McWhorter fails, I think, to place enough weight on the teaching of Logic
as part of the classical teaching of Rhetoric, as a separate subject or as
integral to the former;
4. He also, I think, fails to (Strongly) note that the reason Arabic has a standard, classical, form still enforced is a matter of a religious imperative as strong as that requiring jihad by Muslims;
5. As for the stability of other languages, it is a matter of the conjugations and
declensions required in them which keeps them inflexible and stable (As a
Polish friend noted, he could read the original of 400-year old Polish works
without a dictionary, something most, even educated, English speakers
cannot do in our word-intoxicated language); And,
6. This author did show some anti-Israel bias when noting the shooting of
Palestinians, but not the rocket and bomb attacks against the residents
of Israel.

If Mr. McWhorter (Or, anyone else) is interested in another work on what rhetoric should be, he (We) should read Mr Lloyd Paul Stryker's The Art Of Advocacy.

Also and as a matter of opinion, the truly Rev. Martin Luther King's best speech was not the "let freedom ring" but that of "I have a dream".

Certainly, Mr. McWhorter adds to human knowledge and NOT, to paraphrase a one time Speaker Of The House, "subtracts from the sum-total of human knowledge with every word spoken or put in print" as so many other teachers, editors and critics have.

The EU & European Masonry

It has been claimed that about 60% of the members of the EU Parliament are Masons. If that is true, it may explain the lack of any acknowledgment, in the previously proposed and since defeated EU Constitution, of the value and worth of Christianity to the real foundations and the best of the culture of Europe. Why? Because European Masons are very typically anti-Catholic and, to only a slightly less extent, generally anti-Christian. It appears that many of the "leaders" of the EU are among the supporters of the secular-progressive ideal of a EU operated by bureaucrats for bureaucrats (Perhaps under the oversight of Masons), all with a elitist distrust of democracy.

That distrust and support of the EU bureaucratic model is expressed most clearly by recent efforts to bypass the noted defeat, by democratic vote, of that Constitution and enact-and-enforce its provisions by other, NOT approved by voters, methods.

Of course, this assumed effort by European Masons works in parallel with the efforts of Islam to also attack and destroy the
Catholic-Christian roots, civilization and institutions of Europe. Islam is, itself, very anti-Christian and anti-democracy.

"Blocking" The State Budget ?

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's June 25th editorial ("Good-faith legislating") essentially calls for Wisconsin's Republicans to compromise on Wisconsin's budget and allow a massive tax increase. Perhaps, the Democrats should compromise and work towards a reduction in that budget--And hold their Party's leader, Governor Jim Doyle, to his "no tax increase" promises.

I also noted that the JS called the promises of the Republican Party as "blocking" the budget rather than a call for the Democrats to work towards common, beneficial, economic goals.

Keep Guantanamo Open OR ........

It has been reported that President George W. Bush is considering closing the military prison at Guantanamo Bay and transferring its terrorist prisoners to military confinement within the boundaries of the USA. I most strongly recommend the USA keep the military prison at Guantanamo Bay open OR enforce the traditional laws-of-war as to terrorists which is to try them by field courts martial and (If they are found guilty of attacking the troops of real nations, or the civilians under their protection, while not being members of a nation's armed force) SHOOT THEM.

Such terrorists (Like the spies and saboteurs executed during World War-2) have NO rights under the Geneva Conventions. Such actions would be required to protect both real military forces and the civilians they control and protect unless such less deadly responses as confinement at "Gitmo" are used.

Who Is A Murderer ?

Mr. Mark Shea's recent column, "Minimum Daily Requirement Christianity" ("National Catholic Register"; June 17-23, 2007) allowed that the Commandment is "Thou Shall Not Murder". But then, who is a murderer?

Certainly, the agent of the state who executes a condemned criminal is not a murderer--If St. Paul is to be believed in this matter. The soldier who kills in accordance with military orders and under established rules of war and discipline is not a murderer---Else it is likely that St. John the Baptist would have told his military questioners to quit their profession rather than execute their duties without abusing the People AND the Christ would have condemned the Centurion rather than otherwise.

The use of deadly force by such persons is NOT subject to any time driven "evolving standards of morality" as some would have us believe but are well grounded in the Scriptures and Natural Law.

Likewise, the man who places his life between that of criminals and the innocents of his family and community, as a police officer or other citizen, is free of guilt if he is forced to kill to protect such presumed innocents. This is also a matter of Natural Law (Which allows such defenses, use of deadly force and such means as modern weapons to enforce such rights).

In fact, the only teacher (Doctor) of the Church (St. Bernard of Clairvaux) who addressed the use of deadly force against the pagans (ie Muslims) was very clear that the proper use such force was that defending Christ and his Church and not, if done in a proper mind, that which would bring fault to the killer, but rather Divine praise.

But, is the able man who walks by the victim of the crime, as criminals kill him and without making a life saving effort, as morally wrong as the Priest and Levite who passed by the man in the ditch (For fear of loss of ritual purity?), who was later rescued by the Good Samaritan? Is such a by-passer also a murderer? Is the Soldier or other agent of the state who refuses to inflict nominal, non-life threatening or crippling, pain on a terrorist to obtain information which would save innocent lives also at fault and, allowing that such reluctance costs lives, a murderer?

Oh yes--I do not ask easy questions.

Inconvenient Facts On Assaults On Police

The FBI led study "Violent Encounters: A Study of Felonious Assaults on Our Nation's Law Enforcement Officers" (I have been reliably informed) contains, within its 180-pages, a detailed examination of more than 40 such cases AND some very "inconvenient truths" about such crimes, TO WIT:
1. Not one of the guns used in such assaults was obtained
at a "gun show"; AND,
2. None of the attackers interviewed was hindered by any
gun control law of the US Government or any of the Several
States (An FBI investigator was quoted as saying. "They just
laughed at gun laws").

Other sources indicate that most obtaining of guns by those who use them in criminal activities are through friends or relatives OR "on the streets" and NOT at gun shows or from licensed gun dealers.

Therefore, the "politically correct" claims of some that gun shows are a "loop hole" for criminals' purchase of fire arms is NOT supported by any facts and such shows do NOT require further government controls and interference.

Terrorists' Bill of Rights
By Amil Imani
The Constitution of the United States is one of the most glorious documents promoting individual liberty ever written.

The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is also the first section of the Bill of Rights. It is arguably the most important part of the U.S. Constitution. It reads:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

The framers of the Constitution were acutely aware of the danger of religious infringement in the affairs of the State or the State's sponsorship of a particular faith. Recalling the tragic clashes of the two in Europe, the founding fathers aimed to guard against either religion or the State transgressing in the purview of the other.

In the interest of impartiality, the authors of the Constitution did not define what constitutes a religion. Presently, a plethora of sects, cults, orders-all claiming to be religion-cover the length and the breadth of the land. So long as these "religions" minister to the legitimate spiritual needs of their congregation without threatening the rights of others, there is no reason for concern. However, when one or more of these claimants strive to undermine the very Constitution that protects them in order to impose their belief and way of life, serious problems arise.

One such religion is Islam in all its forms. Islam is more than a religion. It is an ideological superstructure encompassing all institutions, social, economic, political, military, civil, legal, educational, and even private affairs. It is of relatively recent arrival in the continent of and is rapidly burgeoning in number and influence. Therefore, it is imprudent to ignore the threat it poses to the larger religious and secular communities.

Can a religion or a cult become so powerful and so uncivilized that it can hide behind the Constitution to preach an ideology of hatred and advocate a plan to destroy our society and subvert our government? We need to consider whether our Constitution enables and protects "religions" that are being used to put our very society and our freedoms in jeopardy.

Islam seeks nothing less than a total global domination. The word Islam literally means "submission" or "surrender", the kind that comes by force or fraud. Its scripture must be taken literally; its provisions are intended to dominate every waking moment in the life of a believer. There is no room for being a half-hearted Muslim and no toleration of watering down its invocations.

The true nature and the threat of Islam is evident in the Quran-a document of exclusion, hatred and violence that shapes the Muslims' thinking and behavior.

The Quran was perhaps appropriate for a different people of a bygone era-a people of stunted development, a people who preferred to blindly follow someone than to think for themselves, to hate than love, and to seek and inflict death than to nurture and celebrate life.

Freedom is very fragile. Anything that protects freedom can also become an Achilles heel for those blessed with freedom. This is because freedom always entails the unfortunate ability to use one's rights to destroy the freedoms and rights of others. People can use the protections afforded them by the Constitution to inflict great harm to those who live within the law. We know this is the main argument against the Second Amendment.

The Second Amendment institution protects private firearms ownership, yet we are endlessly reminded by some politicians that gun ownership can be dangerous, and like any freedom the right to own and use firearms can be misused. This is why an unfettered right to own a gun has been subject to a multitude of regulations and restrictions.

Given that the formerly vast and largely segregated planet has shrunk into a "global village," the disparate peoples isolated from one another for millennia are now a village community. These thrown-together diverse people are in urgent need of a set of common rules that would allow individuals as well as groups maximum latitude of faith, coupled with responsibility, and free of any practices that infringe on the rights of others or demonizes them.

Islam with its rule of Sharia presents an imminent threat to subvert and replace the Constitution that governs our lives. Unlike Muslims who practice Taqiyya -lying or dissimulation-I proudly speak the truth. Truth should never be sacrificed at the altar of any goal. I firmly believe that truthfulness is indeed the foundation of all virtues.

Faithful Muslims believe that sovereignty belongs to Allah. They believe the only important "constitution" is the Quran, and before allegiance to a nation comes fidelity to Allah. Islam of all sects demands obedience to Islamic law, not the laws of men or political institutions. A Muslim will never abide by an oath of office when Islamic principles are at stake. When they swear an oath on the Quran, it is to show Islamic supremacy, not to prove they are telling the truth.

Please understand that Islamic principles cover every conceivable action and interaction of people living under Islamic law.

"It is not fitting for a Muslim man or woman to have any choice in their affairs when a matter has been decided for them by Allah and His Messenger. They have no option." Qur'an 33:36

So our Constitution and even State and local laws are essentially meaningless to a Muslim, and the Bill of Rights, once its usefulness as a means to perpetuate Islam in America is no longer necessary, will certainly be disparaged and ignored.

In fact, Islam is incompatible with democracy and subversive of the way of life that blesses this nation. It is fascist and evil by its very definition. Thus, it is imperative that we fight Islamofascisim with the same determination that we fought other enemies of freedom such as Nazism , Fascism, and Communism. And that imperative starts with our lawmakers constitutionally reevaluating the definition of religion. Islam must be curbed or it will curb us.

How are Islamists taking control? They do it first by establishing Mosques in every town and city. These meeting places are perfect warehouses of not only indoctrination, but future terrorists, who are made to read and understand the principles of Jihad, martyrdom and Dar ul Harb ("land of war"-anyplace not Islamacized.) Mosques cost money, and the money for these warehouses of hate is coming straight from Saudi Arabia . These mosques are being infused with an activist strain of Islam, Wahabism. If you have to ask where the Saudi's are getting their money, you are not paying attention...its coming from you. According to a National Portrait, a survey released in April 2001, there are at least 1,209 of mosques in the US and numbers are increasing.

Mosque elders tend to be sent to the US with one clear mission: Make Islamic religion, laws, and life supreme within the United States, using any and all tactics necessary. Next, from within the safety of their local mosques, they begin to use their revolting practices, riotous youth, and wild sermonizing to force the genteel Americans to relocate to safer, less threatening neighborhoods and cities. Of course, not all Americans will move or can afford to do so. And to take control of a town, Muslims will not need to evict everyone. They probably need about 25% in order to make life very unpleasant for those who do not go along with their demands.

They will elect Muslims to all positions of local influence, who will create and enforce policy according to the Quran. Once they have control over a town, they will begin to establish informal Sharia, and there's nothing the government can (or will want to) do about it. Sharia is the brutal means by which Islam controls its populations by force, intimidation, and punishments for offenses to Allah. Already in many European countries, national governments have out of fear, given Islamic fascists the right to establish their own shadow governments within the borders of countries like Sweden and England, where they can control their own populations without accountability. Proposals for Sharia are being taken seriously by Canada.

This is an admission that Islam is not just a religion. It is a cult. It seeks total control over a person's mind and body. And, as such, our Constitution is totally incompatible with it. They will push politicians for local control and self-determination of their own laws. In this way, America will become two nations; a weakened traditional one, and a growing, menacing Islamacized one.

At the same time, Muslims will ally with Leftist politicians who will gladly cede some of their power to this group of enforcers, so conservative politicians and Christians who advocate self defense and sane social policies are kept out of office. Money that was once used to build mosques will now be used to buy politicians. On university campuses, Islam will be portrayed as righteous and peaceful, while Christianity will be associated with evil Western and American values. The rebellious American youth will eat it up.

There will be increasing local and regional incidents of crimes and threats against Christians, Jews, and anybody who speaks out against the religion of hate. Terrorism is a completely legitimate tool of Islam, and was widely practiced and advocated by Muhammad. Remember, all words in the Quran are perfect, immutable laws defining an eternal ethic:

"Against them (the unbelievers) make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of Allah, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly." Quran 8.06.

Leftist politicians will continue to hold the Bill of Rights over anyone who dares to accuse this religion of wrongdoing. While crime and threats skyrocket, Islamacized citizens will ignore the wrongdoing, just like in Iraq. They will look the other way for fear of retribution, honor killings, and punishments from those who uphold the Islamic requirement to seek revenge on anyone who dishonors or disagrees with Islam.

Eventually, America will become weakened and politicians will allow the Muslims to do whatever they want, as long as the infidels are allowed to be free of terrorist threats. As Christianity wanes, people will reject it as an anachronism that is irrelevant to modern trends. Islamic ethics will prevail and Muslim sects will gain members, money, and influence. As government policies lean toward Islamic ideals, the Bill of Rights will be seen as archaic and out of touch with contemporary values and the new direction of the country. It will be just a piece of parchment in a museum, lacking anyone who would so bold and revolutionary as to fight against a religion, even a religion of hate.

The first problem is that we don't have centuries to wait for reform. But more to the point, Islam does not tolerate revisionism in its beliefs or practices over time. Reform is not at play, because one cannot point to Jihadists or terrorists and say Muhammad did not advocate it. He most certainly did, and he delighted in his evil thoughts.

Islam is a literal religion, taking unabrogated scripture as eternal and absolute. There are specific prescriptions for "an eye for an eye", eternal warfare, religious hegemony, slavery, killing Jews, taxing nonbelievers, stoning, promulgating terror, establishing a caste social system, and the perpetuating discrimination against women. The only way to reform it is to censor vast sections of the Quran and Hadith, which would be absurd.

This is why there is truly no such thing as a "moderate" Muslim. Moderate Muslims or in other words "non-practicing Muslims", like millions of Iranians, are Muslims by default, who were born into a faith they did not choose, a faith that was "inflicted" upon them by invaders of a foreign culture, a faith that forbids them to leave or revert to their pre-Islamic heritage and religions. Therefore, vast majority of Iranians remain Muslims in name only.

The other type of moderate Muslim is the "ignorant" Muslim who does not understand the Qur'anic "requirement" to wage war and submit to the Sharia, thereby "unknowingly" violating Qur'anic law. This latter type of Muslim is found in the rest of the Muslim countries. Hence, there is no such thing as "radical Islam", since by its true definition Islam is nothing but radical. Those who espouse a "liberal" view of Islam should be forced to back up their nouveau interpretation with unabrogated scriptural facts. Unless such would-be "reformists" can categorically denounce Islamofascisim based on sound evidence from the Qur'an, they prove to be the true radicals, which is why we never see the Islamic apologists point to scriptural arguments against jihad. They simply cannot, because there is none, and they simply disguise and distort the truth.

The terrorists are not radicals from their interpretation of their doctrine ...they are only doing exactly what Muhammad demanded of them, and his demands were not suggestions and they where not ephemeral. They were "perfect", eternal ultimata. The terrorist are faithful and true to what is written in the holy Qur'an. A Muslim is forbidden to think critically about the Qur'an. He must blindly obey it and accept it passively and should memorize all of it. Being thus filled with the spirit of Islam (literally meaning "submission"), he instinctively walks in accordance with Allah's law in his daily life in a state of disempowered stupor.

It would be wonderful to believe that if only a quiet reform could mend the hearts of Muslims, and that much of their sacred writings could be overlooked and forgotten, or perhaps just re-interpreted, then all of the Islamic world could join the community of modern, civilized humankind. Unfortunately, this plan can never work. It might work for a while, but then some Muslims might take to reading, and the whole jihad, terror, coercion, Sharia trend would start over. You cannot reform that which is central to a religion.

Regrettably, a vast ignorance prevails in this sphere. Academic pundits, leftist journalists, and hired Islamic apologists, useful idiots, proclaim that Islam is a religion of peace and that the great majority of Muslims are not party to any plans and actions of the radicals.

So how do we stop this sequence of events? How can our government, which has so effectively protected the rights of peaceful religions, protect us from an aggressive one?

America, with a long history of protecting religious freedom, still clings to the "hands off" practice of leaving alone any doctrine or practice billed as a religion. Deciding what constitutes a religion and who is to make that call is a thorny problem. The dictionary supplies a sociologically useless definition of religion: "The expression of man's belief in and reverence for a superhuman power recognized as the creator and governor of the universe." Just about anyone or any group under this definition can start a religion, and they indeed do-and some do so at a significant cost to others.

Perhaps it is time to realize that not all religions are the same. If a religion is does not recognize constitutional rights for others, does it lose its rights under First Amendment protections? If it seeks to control all aspects of your life by force and fraud; if it seeks exemption from national laws protecting constitutional rights, then it must not be considered a religion.

It must be called something else, and it cannot be recognized as a protected ideology under the First Amendment.

"O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: they are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guides not a people unjust." Quran 5:51

"Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you." Bible (Matthew 5:44)

Any religion that seeks to create its own governance and its own legal system and seeks to mobilize its own militia is itself not interested in separation of church and State, and has no right to use that separation to create hegemony. In fact, such a doctrine is not even a religion at all. It is a totalitarian regime, and must be considered the enemy of everything Americans believe in.

I'd welcome an inspection of other religions to determine if they are truly peaceful, and I am confident all other doctrines will remain protected and unaffected, because religions are by definition peaceful. Keeping & Bearing Arms On Campuses

The story below raises the question: "Who do we listen to on keeping and bearing arms on campuses: Those who have put their lives on the line by being members of our Armed Forces (As the gentleman noted below) or as police officers (As the two ex-deputies who stopped a mass killing on a Virginia U. Campus by displaying their private hand guns)OR such academics, lawyers, "intellectuals", editors and such like who have never faced danger to protect their fellow citizens or our nation.?".

THE STORY
Ex-Marine at GMU Presses to Let Students Have Guns
'Concealed Carry' Issue Reverberates
By Fredrick Kunkle
Washington Post Staff Writer
Thursday, June 14, 2007; VA01
Soon after Virginia Tech's mass shooting, some George Mason University students formed a group to do something about guns on campus: They want the right to carry them.
Andrew Dysart, who heads George Mason University Students for Concealed Carry, said the group aims to overturn a university policy that prohibits students and faculty members from carrying firearms on campus. About 45 students have signed up since organizers began pulling the group together in late April, he said.
The group has not drawn up an action plan or had regular meetings, largely because the school year was winding down when the effort got underway. But Dysart, a former Marine and a junior majoring in justice administration, said he hopes to formally convene the club, approve bylaws and obtain official recognition from the university this fall.
Dysart, who has a concealed carry permit, said he met with GMU administrators who were receptive to forming a club that met university guidelines on official organizations. The administrators were less encouraging about its goals, he said.
"At the same time, I think they're surprised at the number of students I've gotten behind me," said Dysart, 25, of Warrenton. "Talking to people, I get mixed reactions. I get people who support me and people who don't think it's such a good idea."
George Mason's Board of Visitors reviewed its weapons policy and discovered that its prohibition was unenforceable. Policy No. 56, in effect since 1995, barred faculty, students, staff members, contractors and visitors from carrying firearms, concealed or otherwise.
But a search of board actions found no official action authorizing the total ban, raising questions about whether the ban was enforceable, according to a memo prepared for the board by chief of staff J. Thomas Hennessey Jr. and legal counsel Thomas Moncure. In any case, the university had no authority over visitors who were lawfully permitted to carry firearms.
"Since the current policy is unenforceable, it is prudent that the Board approves a policy as soon as possible that is both enforceable and unequivocal as to who may, and may not, bring weapons on campus," the memo says.
Last Thursday, the Board of Visitors declined to act on the policy and asked the administration to clarify the school's authority and its intention to prohibit weapons on campus.
In the meantime, GMU spokesman Daniel Walsch said the school's policy -- banning students, faculty and staff members from carrying weapons -- remained in effect. Failure to heed the ban could result in a range of disciplinary action, including expulsion, Walsch said.
Some advocates of gun control said they could not understand a response to the massacre at Virginia Tech that would support arming more people. But Dysart and other gun rights advocates said the killer might have been stopped if a student or faculty member had been armed that day. In that incident, a student killed 32 people before taking his own life.
"It's proof of why we needed it," Dysart said. Speaking of the killer, Dysart added: "You wonder how much it plays into people's minds that they know students don't have any weapons."
Dysart grew up in Garland, Tex., near Dallas, and joined the Marines in January 2001 after high school, serving in Okinawa. He left the service in 2005. Dysart has a permit to carry a concealed weapon -- usually a Springfield Armory 9mm semiautomatic -- and has on occasion carried a firearm openly, but not on campus.
As the gun club's founder, Dysart already has been dealing with the attention that it has created, giving several interviews to media outlets and appearing at last month's highly publicized gun raffle in Fairfax County by a gun rights group.
On a television talk show, Dysart was asked whether students could be trusted with such an enormous responsibility.
The moderator said: "The grownups say, 'I know how my kid is. I know how most kids are. The last thing I think would be to give some kid, in a place where kids drink and have emotional issues and are still growing up . . . access to a gun."
Dysart said: "I think the main problem with that is we keep using the word 'kid.' To be able to get a concealed permit in Virginia, you have to be 21 years old, which would eliminate freshmen, sophomores and juniors. And you have to go through training."

Muslims More Equal Than Others ?

The story below will demonstrate (In Canada now and very likely in other nations now or soon) that Muslims are "more equal than others". This reminds me of the novel Animal Farm were some animals (Pigs) were "more equal" than others.

THE STORY

May 20, 2007
Byfield: Church sacrificed on altar of CBC
By TED BYFIELD -- Sun Media
If there's anything more bizarre than some of the shows the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation chooses to make on the Christian religion, it's the explanation it often offers for making them.
Take, for instance, The Altar Boy Gang.
A 30-minute pilot on this effort was produced by Sienna Films of Toronto with $600,000 provided from the Canadian Television Fund, a cash pool created by the government, to which the cable companies are forced to contribute.
The fund is used to create Canadian programming.
Much of it is donated without conditions to the CBC, which used part of it to bankroll The Altar Boy Gang.
In the show, the teen-aged males do what is presumed to be typical altar-boy things -- they do drugs, they use the communion wafers as snack food, and they lace some of them with LSD -- that kind of stuff.
All of this goes on under the nose of the hapless Father Sand, standing in as a representative of the Catholic hierarchy.
Now, the Catholic Civil Rights League saw the pilot and was unenthused about it.
In fact, they described it as "blasphemous" of the Catholic communion rite, and are taking their complaint to Robert Rabinovitch, the CBC's president.
Just how, they will ask, does the CBC reconcile its jovially cavalier attitude towards the sacred rituals of the Catholic church with the fact they appointed a special Muslim consultant last year to make sure Muslim sacred things were not offended in any way in the series Little Mosque on the Prairie.
However, long before president Rabinovitch's PR people need concoct the upper management's explanation for this sophomoric absurdity, it fell on lower management to do some explaining first -- lower management as represented by CBC "spokesperson" Jeff Keay.
His observations, as quoted in the media, are revealing:
"Part of trying to produce compelling programming is to not be afraid of images that someone could find disturbing."
Now, that's certainly true.
And it's truer still that the CBC needs to find something, anything, to air that's compelling, since most of what they have been running has increasingly compelled viewers to look to other channels.
But then why was this to-hell-with-sensitivities dictum not invoked for Little Mosque?
Wasn't the consultant there to make absolutely certain nothing in the show could possibly disturb Muslims?
Mr. Keay's central task was to answer that question.
He didn't; he evaded it.
"While some people could have found it [Altar Boys] offensive, it falls within the realm of the reasonable."
By this, he must mean the circumstance presented in the show was not beyond belief.
It required no venture into the improbable.
The spectacle of an altar boys' guild becoming a blasphemy-prone drug cult is the sort of thing one might encounter at any local Catholic Church anywhere in Canada.
And while it's true some people might find this rather unusual, the vast majority of viewers would accept such a situation as entirely credible.
That's what he implies by "reasonable."
"We certainly intend no disrespect of the Catholic Church, or any other religious organization."
Consider the proposition here.
The CBC depicts a group of adolescents helping to administer what the Catholic Church believes to be "in essence" the body of Jesus Christ.
It presents them as sneering at these sacred things, as using them as poker chips, as infecting them with drugs to poison the faithful people who receive them, and finally as conducting a criminal activity from the sanctuary of the church.
However, spokesperson Keay assures us, by doing all this the CBC "intends no disrespect" towards the church.
You have to wonder, what else could they possibly do if they did intend disrespect?
If he expects any Canadian to actually believe what he's saying, then either he considers Canadians to be morons, or he must be a moron himself.
One inclines to the former possibility, and we can only conclude the CBC has much the same contempt for Canadians generally as it has for the Catholic Church.
Three things are indicated.
The CBC should find some other kind of programming.
Canada should find some other kind of national broadcasting system, or at a minimum, sell the one it's got.
And finally, Jeffrey Keay should find some other kind of job.

Facts On Military Deaths

THE EDITORIAL COMMENTS BELOW ARE NOT MINE; BUT, CAME WITH THE FACTS PROVIDED.

Subject: Military Statistics
These statistics are published by DOD and may be viewed at:
http://www.fas.org/sgp/crs/natsec/RL32492.pdf

These are some rather eye-opening facts:

Since the start of the war on terror in Iraq and Afghanistan , the
sacrifice has been enormous. In the time period from the invasion of Iraq in March 2003 through now, we have lost a total of 3,140 military personnel.

As tragic as the loss of any member of the US Armed Forces is, consider the following statistics.

Annual fatalities of military members while actively serving in the armed forces from 1980 through 2004:

1980 .......... 2,392
1981 ......... 2,380
1982 .......... 2,318
1983 ........ 2,465
1984 ......... 1,999
1985 ........ 2,252
1986 .......... 1,984
1987 ......... 1,983
1988 ......... 1,819
1989 .......... 1,636
1990 ........ 1,508
1991 .......... 1,787
1992 ........ 1,293
1993 .......... 1,213
1994 ......... 1,075
1995 .......... 1,040
1996 .......... 974
1997 ......... 817
1998 ....... 826
1999 ........ 795
2000 ....... 774
2001 ....... 890
2002 ....... 1007
2003 ......... 1,410 ----- 534*
2004 ......... 1,887 ----- 900*
2005 ....... 919*
2006 ....... 920*
* Figures are Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom
fatalities only

Does this really mean that the loss from the two current conflicts in
the Middle East are LESS than the loss of military personnel during Mr. Clinton's presidency? Were we at war?

Now, are you confused when you look at these figures? I was.
Especially when I saw that in 1980, during the reign of President
"Nobel Peace Prize, Jimmy Carter" himself, there were 2,392 US military
fatalities.

What this clearly indicates is that our media and our liberal
politicians pick and choose, and they tend to present only those
facts that support their agenda driven reporting.

Another fact our left media and politicians like to slant is that
these brave men and women losing their lives are minorities.
Wrong again - The latest census shows the following:

European descent (white) ..... 69.12%
Hispanic .... 12.5%
African American ..... 12.3%
Asian ..... 3.7%
Native American ..... 1.0%
Other ..... 2.6%

Now, the fatalities over the past three years in Iraqi Freedom are:

European descent (white) .... 74.31%
Hispanic ..... 10.74%
African American ..... 9.67%
Asian .... 1.81%
Native American ..... 1.09%
Other ... 2.33%

Two Wrongs On "Gays" In Military

General Peter Pace's anti-gays-in-military "moral" position was as wrong as the New York Time' (Reprinted in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel; June, 12, 2007) as to (Male) homosexuals in the Military. Both ignore that such are no more than disease vectors who bring AIDS, TB and other physical diseases into a crowded environment, thus decreasing the effectiveness of our military through increasing the danger to other troops through preventable illnesses AND bringing unneeded costs to the tax payers by long term costs of medical treatment for veterans.

Ms. Dowd is wrong in labeling this a political (GOP) issue.
However, her typical anti-GOP, New York Times and insult to fair journalism bias is not a surprise.

TWO WRONGS DO NOT MAKE A RIGHT!

ps--- Ms Dowd should be corrected as to her usage: The corrected term is NOT
"homophobia", as based on a word for fear; But,"homoaidia" based on the
word for "revulsion" or "disgust"

!Aprende Ingles!

Those Latinos and other immigrants who come (Legally or illegally) to the USA and refuse to make a maximum effort to learn English (And use maximum efforts to have their children do the same) are, at the least, foolish and perhaps pathologically self-destructive.

If nothing else, a good command of this nation's still-common language will turn away the eye of immigration authorities. Certainly, the number and quality (Pay and future) of jobs will be greater for those who command English. Such immigrants must remember that English is the greatest international tongue in business and science, with no others in the same class and that the very best jobs in those areas are and will be limited to those who express themselves fluently in our and the world's common language.

Yes, revere and respect the speech and culture of your ancestors; But, make a firm commitment to learn the best of American culture, which includes the best forms of English and our good laws and customs.

What is a hate crime?
Some are asking why no media outcry over murders in which victims were white and those charged are black

By Howard Witt
Tribune senior correspondent

June 10, 2007

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- What happened to Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom, a young Knoxville couple out on an ordinary Saturday night date, was undeniably brutal. The two were carjacked, kidnapped, raped and finally murdered during an ordeal of unimaginable terror in January.

But whether the attack was a racial hate crime worthy of national media attention is another question, one that has now ignited a fierce dispute over the definition of hate crimes and how the mainstream media choose to cover America's most discomfiting interracial attacks.

That's because the murders of Christian and Newsom didn't fit the familiar contours of a traditional Old South attack, in which whites target blacks and reporters quickly assume the motivation must have been racial.

Instead, the races were reversed: Christian and Newsom were white; the three men and one woman charged with their murders are black. And the failure of the story to gain much media attention outside of the Knoxville area has galvanized conservative commentators across the country who insist the case offers clear evidence of liberal bias in the major media.

They have launched a broad Internet campaign, waged via blogs, e-mails and YouTube videos, to counter what they regard as suppression of a story about an anti-white hate crime.

"There is a discomfort level [in the national media] with stories that have black assailants and white victims," said Michelle Malkin, a prominent conservative newspaper columnist and TV commentator who has featured the Knoxville case on her Web site. "If it doesn't fit some sort of predetermined narrative of how we view taboo subjects like race and crime, there's a disinclination to cover it."

Country music star Charlie Daniels, who lives 150 miles from Knoxville, contrasted scant coverage of the Christian-Newsom murders with the national media frenzy that erupted last year when a black woman accused three white members of the Duke University lacrosse team of raping her at a party. The white players were cleared in April after the accuser proved unreliable and no evidence corroborated a crime.

"If this [Knoxville case] had been white on black crime, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson and their ilk would have descended on Knoxville like a swarm of angry bees," Daniels wrote on his Web site. "I guess the lack of TV cameras discouraged them."

Cause celebre for extremists
Neo-Nazis and other white supremacists have jumped on the case as well, drawn to the state where the Ku Klux Klan was founded in 1865. Hate groups have organized rallies in Knoxville and set up Web sites under the victims' names to spew racial invective.

But it's not just conservative whites and extremists who have criticized the national silence over the Knoxville case.

"Black leaders are not eager to take this on because it's one more thing that would cast a negative light on African-Americans," said Earl Ofari Hutchinson, an author and nationally syndicated black columnist who has written frequently about the reluctance of black leaders to denounce crimes committed by blacks against whites. "There's already an ancient stereotype that blacks are more violent and crime-prone, anyway."

Rev. Ezra Maize, the president of the Knoxville chapter of the NAACP, has been one of the few black leaders to address the case.

"It doesn't make me uncomfortable speaking out against this crime because it was African-Americans [allegedly] committing a crime against Caucasians," Maize said. "It's not a black-and-white issue. It's a right-and-wrong issue. Those who committed this crime were unjust in doing so and they should pay the penalty."

Carjacked, then kidnapped
The murders of Newsom and Christian have resonated because they play into some of the deepest fears of urban crime harbored by many Americans. By all the accounts of authorities, the couple—Newsom, 23, was a talented carpenter and former high school baseball star; Christian, 21, was a senior at the University of Tennessee—fell victim to a random carjacking Jan. 6 in the parking lot of an apartment complex where they had gone to visit friends.

Authorities say the couple's assailants, some of them ex-convicts, forced their victims to drive at gunpoint to a clapboard house in one of Knoxville's roughest neighborhoods, where both victims were raped and then killed. Newsom's body, shot and burned, was found dumped beside nearby railroad tracks, while Christian, who was strangled, was found bundled in plastic garbage bags inside the house.

State prosecutors have lodged murder, rape and other charges against brothers Lemaricus Davidson, 25, and Letalvis Cobbins, 24; Cobbins' girlfriend, Vanessa Coleman, 18; and George Thomas, 24. Their trials are set for next year, and officials have not yet revealed whether they will seek the death penalty. A fifth suspect was charged in federal court as an accessory.

Yet as brutal as the crime was, Knoxville authorities have strongly denied that it was racially motivated. And they have sought to correct rumors, eagerly spread by white supremacist Web sites, that the couple had been sexually mutilated before they were killed and their bodies dismembered afterward.

"There is absolutely no proof of a hate crime," said John Gill, special counsel to Knox County District Atty. Randy Nichols. "It was a terrible crime, a horrendous crime, but race was not a motive. We know from our investigation that the people charged in this case were friends with white people, socialized with white people, dated white people. So not only is there no evidence of any racial animus, there's evidence to the contrary."

Newsom's parents do not accept that logic.

"If this wasn't a hate crime, then I don't know how you would define a hate crime," said Mary Newsom, Christopher's mother. "It may have started out as a carjacking, but what it developed into was blacks hating whites. To do the things they did, they would have to hate them to do that."

Conservatives cite examples
Official hate crime or not, to most conservative critics what the Knoxville case illustrates is the general reluctance of the mainstream media to report black-on-white crimes. As examples, many cite a 1999 incident in North Charleston, S.C., in which seven black youths attacked two white bicyclists riding through their neighborhood, leaving one permanently disabled; a 2000 mass-murder case in Wichita, Kan., in which two black brothers kidnapped and killed four white victims; and an attack last year in Long Beach, Calif., in which 11 black teenagers attacked and severely beat three young white women.

Only the Long Beach case was charged by local authorities as a hate crime, and none of the stories drew sustained national attention.

"You've seen a lot of people with impeccable credentials making the point that the press does play up white-on-black crime and play down black-on-white crime," said Glenn Reynolds, a University of Tennessee law professor who publishes political and media commentaries on his widely read Instapundit blog. "I think it's a fair criticism. And it just empowers the crazies when the mainstream media soft-pedals this stuff."

In reality, statistics from the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice offer a mixed picture of crime and race in America.

What the statistics say
On one hand, African-Americans bear the brunt of violent crime in the U.S.: In 2005, the most recent year for which statistics are available, blacks were more than twice as likely as whites to fall victim to serious violent crime, most often at the hands of other blacks.

Blacks are also the overwhelming majority of victims of attacks recorded by the FBI as hate crimes. In 2005, blacks were the victims in 68 percent of nearly 5,000 hate-crime incidents nationwide, while whites were the victims in 20 percent of the cases. Whites accounted for60 percent of known hate-crime offenders, while blacks accounted for 20 percent.

But on the other hand, when overall cross-racial violent crimes are tabulated—including incidents not formally classified as racially motivated hate crimes—Justice Department statistics show that blacks attack whites far more often than whites attack blacks.

In 2005, there were more than 645,000 victims of cross-racial violent crimes between blacks and whites in the U.S. In 90 percent of those crimes, black offenders attacked white victims.

"In the old days," said Hutchinson, contemplating that statistic, "when you said 'hate crimes,' it was automatic—whites victimizing blacks. Today you have to pause for a minute and not make automatic assumptions."

Bugs For Us

On June 10, 2007 the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel published the front page story, "Ash borer fight adds wasps" which provides an alternative to the use of chain saws, huge amounts of tax dollars and dangerous chemical to fight the ash-borer

If micro-wasps can be used to fight (Without the use of dangerous chemicals) against a danger to trees, then why should we not use dragonflies to fight against such diseases as LaCrosse Encephalitis and Malaria which represent a clear and present danger to many humans? After all, such flying destroyers eat upwards of 400 mosquitoes each day as adults and are equally hungry for those pesty and dangerous critters as pre-flying nymphs.

Plus, dragonflies are fun to watch at work.

It might be interesting to find out what Federal, State and university entomologists and public health officials think of the above proposal.

This might offer a good, tax-paying, business opportunity for some Wisconsin-based persons (Perhaps out of the U-Wisconsin--Which would provide some favorable news about that school at a time when it most needs such).

On Presidential Pardons

Mr. E. J. Dionne, Jr.'s (Washington Post columnist) column, "To pardon or not to pardon", was published in my local paper on June 10, 2007. It focused on the case of "Scooter Libby, so much in the news of late.

It might have been good for Mr. Dionne to establish a base-line or bench-mark as to the use (Abuse?) of the presidential pardon power by Mr. Clinton who used (Abused?) it to set free some real, first-class, crooks and con-men. Pardoning Mr. Libby would be a justified act to correct an act of injustice, a too technical violation of law to warrant a prison term.

You should, however, first use that power to unconditionally pardon the two Border Patrol Agents who shot a repeater drug smuggler in the butt and were persecuted (NOT prosecuted) for doing so. I would also suggest that those two officers be returned to duty and instructed to shoot for the center of body mass in future like cases.

Applying T. Jefferson To Religion & Tyrants

Much of our law as to the relation between "Church and State" has been based on President Thomas Jefferson's private letter (NOT public works or words) as to something called a "wall of separation between church and state" (Everson v. Board Of Education; US Supreme Court; 1947). Ever since then the "secularists" in government, universities and the courts have used this private opinion and court case to pound down any efforts to make the American tradition of religion in the public forum an ongoing part of our society and history.

I wonder how those same persons would view the quote given below and wonder equally what their reaction would be to enactment of it as a basis of public policy with themselves as the named tyrants.

AUTHOR: Thomas Jefferson (1743–1826)
QUOTATION: The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it’s natural manure.
ATTRIBUTION: THOMAS JEFFERSON, letter to William Stephens Smith, November 13, 1787.—The Papers of Thomas Jefferson, ed. Julian P. Boyd, vol. 12, p. 356 (1955).

U-Wisconsin's Anti-Christian Efforts Lose

Below you will find two stories which provide further proofs that the Regents and administrators of the University of Wisconsin are unfit to manage the affairs of that once great school.

It appears that the Anti-Christian efforts (Jihad?) of UW (And the organizations under its control) continues even at a time when it is installing (Or, has installed) special foot baths for Muslims to use as part of their religious practices.

7th Circuit orders SIU to stop violating Christian student group’s First Amendment rights
SUPERIOR, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Superior has agreed to settle a lawsuit brought by the Alliance Defense Fund Center for Academic Freedom on behalf of the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship chapter at the school. University officials have agreed to formally recognize the chapter as part of the settlement agreement.

“America’s colleges and universities should recognize the constitutional rights of Christian student groups just as they do other student groups,” said ADF Senior Legal Counsel David French, director of the ADF Center for Academic Freedom. “This settlement ensures that InterVarsity can determine its standards for leadership at UW-Superior without fear of losing access to student facilities and student fee funding which all other recognized campus groups enjoy.”

“This agreement also brings UW-Superior in line with where the 7th Circuit stands at present on such matters,” French added, referring to a July order from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit regarding a similar matter in which ADF was involved at Southern Illinois University (www.telladf.org/news/story.aspx?cid=3798).

ADF attorneys filed InterVarsity Christian Fellowship-UW Superior v. Walsh on Oct. 2 (www.telladf.org/news/story.aspx?cid=3868). On Nov. 15, the school agreed to a stipulated injunction that allowed the InterVarsity chapter to enjoy all the benefits o. As part of the settlement, the InterVarsity chapter will receive all of the student fees that it did not receive previously.

Settlements and Verdicts
University of Wisconsin
Madison, WI: (May-04-07) The University of Wisconsin Roman Catholic Foundation filed charges against the university, alleging religious discrimination after the group was denied recognition, despite a campus presence dating to the 1880s. The group filed suit last year after UW-Madison said it could no longer be recognized because only three of its 12 board members were students and it violated nondiscrimination policies by limiting membership to Catholics. The dispute has been watched closely because it could set clearer standards on whether student fees at a public university can go to religious groups, and for what activities, without violating the constitutional separation of church and state or discriminating against religion. In a settlement reached, the University of Wisconsin agreed to award $250,000 in student fees next year to the Catholic group to settle its religious discrimination lawsuit. The group had requested for the money for activities ranging from prayer gatherings to speeches and classes in theology for students. All expenditures will be subject to a legal review by the university as part of the agreement. [CAPITAL TIMES: RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION]

Legal Incest

Wisconsin's Governor has appointed six, old, White, male, attorneys to be members of the new "State Accountability Board". As a 69-year old, White, male I have no problem with most of the apparent characteristics of that panel (I am opposed to "quotas"). However, I do have a few questions about that group.

1. Does the Law establishing that board require its members to
be attorneys?
2. If not, why not nominate some persons from outside only one profession so as to forestall any hint of maintaining "a government by attorneys and for attorneys"?
3. If yes, why was the Law so passed with the same danger of a form of legal incest as it is well known that the "lawyers' union" protects its own from much of any real discipline (eg Actual revocation of licenses) for misconduct?
4. How much did each of the nominees contribute to which politicians and political parties over the last ten years?
5. What are the financial interests of those persons and their family members? (Remember the considerable debate about our newest State Supreme Court Justice-Elect?)

"Why simple ...?" RE: Immigration

The President and too many in the Congress appear, as to the proposed immigration bill, to be following the old maxim: "Why simple, when with a little effort, it can be made so beautifully complicated?" They also attempted to do so in the face of the People's anger over their "Monica Lewinsky" like servicing of those few individuals in the USA who make a lot of money, shared with some politicians, by the use or abuse of illegal immigrants.

Let me offer a much simpler solution: Enact any form of guest worker and immigrant naturalization plan as is acceptable to the Congress; But, make the administration of it, on a year-by-year basis, subject to the annual and sworn oath of the President and annual certification by two-thirds of each House of the Congress that the Borders of the USA are effectively sealed against illegal immigration.

Or, is that too simple and too much in accordance with the wishes of the voters of the USA for the bought or leased politicians (And their buyers) to be passed into law and enforced?

Shame At U-Wisconsin

So--The UW Regents are targeting employee misconduct in the administration of the student loan scams. The real shame of this is that UW hires and retains staff who lack the moral education and judgment to know, by instinct or reasoning, that such conduct is wrong, immoral and essentially criminal.

That lack of proper thinking and behavior extends to UW's President, who improperly diverted funds to his mansion's housekeeping operations, a Vice-Chancellor who fraudulently misused State credit cards, too many other cases of UW staff misconduct to list here AND to the Regents themselves who have failed to bring criminal charges and civil court recovery efforts against those shameful persons.

As the UW Regents have failed, in the past, to enforce the rule-of-law as to that schools administrators, what reasonable expectation do we have that they will enforce any new rules (Except those directed against students)?

Now---What will be done to correct the above and basic weakness as to the quality of persons who direct the use AND mis-use of tax payer and student/parents' money and trust.

It appears that one race pimp, Al Sharpton, is already placing Ms. Hilton's release from jail in his deck of race cards. Lest any others be tempted to make themselves equally ridiculous, I suggest that they listen to most Americans who, without regard to race, find that action by the Los Angeles County Sheriff totally unacceptable.

Thefts As Little Murders & Related Self-Defense

Property represents the time someone expends in creating it. The crops of the farmer come only with the farmer's great efforts; The iron smelted, cast, forged and formed all are from the worker; The composition of music or artistic-design or engineering or scientific concept all represent effort----And, all of these represent some part of the workers' life!

THEREFORE, the theft of such property is the taking of some part of another person's life which can not be replaced and is a “little murder”. It does not matter if the stealing is done with a gun or a legislative act or by plagiarism or industrial espionage or by a "welfare cheat" or the papers of an attorney enforced by a court---They are all stealing and the taking of a part of a human life! Even insurance coverage or presumed, but corrupted, consent-of-the-citizen to legislative acts only spread the theft and loss of life-time over many individuals.

When the acts of any such thief (Common robber or plagiarist or lawyer or legislator) add up to one human life, that person should be punished as a murderer.

As far as those who misuse things (Guns, knives, clubs, etc.) to injure or threaten others, the only surety is that the Polis will not be on-site to protect the innocent AND that the People are expected to execute their Natural Law right to self-defense AND should have the ready means (ie Effective weapons) to do so.

(nb The above as to thefts as little murders is adapted from a quote in Jack Vance's The Anome.)

Trial By Jury: M. McGee, Jr. & Georgia Thompson

My first reasoned thought upon hearing of the arrest of Alderman Michael McGee, Jr. was: Can he AND the People get a fair trial of the facts by a jury selected from the citizens of the Eastern District of Wisconsin (For the Federal charges) and from those of us in Milwaukee County for the State counts. Oh yes, the People as well as the defendant deserve a fair trial and the reasoned verdict of a jury acting without racial prejudice, of any variety, or other like wrongful factors. After all, it is the jury which should be (Where a jury trial is not waived) determining the fact of guilt or innocence in criminal cases in the USA and NOT some judge or judges.

It is too bad that the Federal Circuit Court Of Appeals did not hold to that most basic principle in the case of Georgia Thompson by their overturning of a jury's finding of facts. There is now this question as to the motivation of those judges: Where they somehow protecting Federal Judge Adelman, a fellow member of the "Old Boys' Club" of such jurists, whose family travel business may have received special favors through the actions of Ms. Thompson?

Register Axes !

My June 5th newspaper brought the news of a youth striking his father with an ax. Such weapons are a great hazard to the public safety (As many claim for firearms) and the following steps must be taken by the Congress and the Legislature.
1. All axes must be registered.
2. No one under 21-years of age is to be allowed to purchase
such a weapon and all buyers of such must be checked out
for prior criminal convictions and mental health commitments
as well as current domestic violence matters.
3. If such military weapons (Look to the movie Brave Heart for
examples of military applications) cannot be removed from
all homes, they must have the heads and handles separated and
those parts kept locked up. The same should hold for autos.
4. No axes must be allowed on campuses (Even those teaching
forestry subjects) as such will prevent insane or criminal persons
from using them to harm students and staff. The same should
be enforces for such public events as sports shows and lumber
jack contests except where state licensed ax specialists are
involved.

Of course, there are those who claim that axes do not cause death or injury and only the people who mis-use them are so responsible; But, we know better!

NOTE BENE: It appears that my advise was not followed in Wisconsin as 2011 brought yet another such ax attack!

"Political" Life/Death Court Decisions ?

The McClatchy News Service reported on the US Supreme Court's June 4, 2007 support of a California court's imposition of a death sentence quoted Richmond University Law Professor Carl Tobias as stating, "It makes it look like the court is more political than legal...".

I hope Professor Tobias and all will keep in mind that the and least legal and most political Supreme Court case since 1900 was Roe v. Wade which supported the imposition of the death penalty on innocent, unborn, children rather than a repeater rapist-murderer as in the above noted California case.

With A Little Effort RE: Reverse Discrimination

"Why simple when, with a little effort, it can be made so beautifully complicated?" is a maxim used to make fun of any efforts to, among other things, kill a good idea with too many details.

In the case of the efforts made by some (eg Sen. Grothman) to restrict the use of "affirmative action" (ie Reverse Discrimination) within the University of Wisconsin (And other parts of our governments) , the offered solutions are a fine example of this form of misdirected effort.

If, and only if, the intent of the People is to move towards a race neutral America, as Dr. King apparently wished, the next step in that effort is to remove and destroy all laws and programs which give racial preferences of any kind. Our Civil War has been over and the basic equal rights amendments to the Constitution enacted more than140-years ago. "Jim Crow" is dead and buried. What racial distrust that is left is no more the fault of Whites than such "race pimps" (eg Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton, Eugene Kane, the Michael McGees) as make their livings by stirring up such mistrust.

THEREFORE, our State's laws and, if necessary, Constitution must be changed to outlaw within the University of Wisconsin and branches and levels of government in Wisconsin all preferences based on race, religion, place-of-national origin (For citizens and legal immigrants), etc..

After hearing of the increased threat of some Muslims using an atomic bomb (Or, other WMD) in the USA, the following comes to mind.

1. The Saudi family/government (They are the same) is the greatest producer and distributor of anti-Western hate literature in the world.
2. That family/government will not take effective measures to prevent its subjects from sending, under the false flag of "charitable contributions:, huge sums to Islamic terrorist groups throughout the world and to such Mosques and other organizations which support and teach the Wahhabi form of hate-filled Islam---Including in the USA.

Therefore, we should consider most, if not all, Islamic attacks on the USA and its citizens and legal aliens as motivated and funded by the Saudis or their subjects---Without some hard proofs to the contrary.

Therefore, we should advise the Saudis that the use of any WMD by any Muslims against the USA will result in the conversion of Mecca, Medina and select other cities being converted to a series of slightly radio active and glass bottomed craters--And the seizure of their oil fields as compensation for any terrorist-Islamic act against us.. (Maybe they will "Get the word out" to those loyal followers of Mohammed [rihf] who also take their lead from Saudi propaganda.)

Science And Islam---Lies Upon Lies

The most recent issue of Discover magazine contained an article entitled "Science And Islam" which attempted to demonstrate that Islam was and is a force in science.

Yes, there was a short period in history when scholars in Muslim nations (Although, not necessarily orthodox Muslims or even Muslims) were able to transmit the knowledge of India, China, Classical Greece and pre-Islamic Egypt and Mesopotamia to others including Europeans who were rising out of a clouded era sometimes known as the "Dark Ages". There may have even been a few Arab-Muslims who used that borrowed knowledge and even added to it some, isolated, incremental facts and skills. Once that transmittal was complete Islam regressed to its primitive and aggressive Faith while the (Catholic-Christian) universities of the West exploded with thinkers, new ideas, inventions and laid the base of the industrial and scientific ages---Even with some short-term errors as in the doubtful case of Galileo.

Yet, every time some Muslims begin to vary from the teachings of Mohammed (rihf) or begin to question those teachings or the derived logic-and-conclusions of the orthodox, they were and are suppressed---Even unto death. If you doubt that, ask yourself "Where are the "Moderate Muslims" who will openly, without reservation and very firmly condemn those teachings of Islam which encourage or allow, if not mandate, the use of murder, rape, genocide, robbery, perpetual war, inferior treatment of all non-Muslims and all women?"
Why, they do not appear in the public forum as to do so would condemn them to being cut off from their community and, very likely, life itself by execution of a fatwa death sentence.

You might also ask yourself where are the Muslim Nobel Prize winners in medicine or the hard sciences, the only Muslim Nobel Laureate being an Egyptian novelist. You might look, mostly in vain, for break through inventions patented or coming out of Muslim nations. (In fact, it appears that the only Islamic interest in technology is in such weapons as can be used to attack others; Wealthy Arabs being forces to come to the West for good medical care).

The problem Islam has with science is NOT a matter of politics and economics (As George Saliba of Columbia U. would have us falsely believe), but of the anti-thinking positions of the Mullahs, the Saudi family/government (They are the same) and such like as would keep Islam and the World where is was 1400-years ago except for weapons and such toys as please them.

The noted article does not appear to even be good history, let alone worthy of a place in a journal which claims to focus on "Science, Technology And The Future" (As opposed to Islam's focus on primitive faith, violence and the past). It was, in my opinion, another one of those pro-Islam "poof pieces" becoming all too common in too many publications---Which, in turn, makes me wonder as to what special inducements or pressures were used to inflict this propaganda on that magazine and its readers.

Whose Rights ???

It appears than once homosexuals are given special protections under the law (As now exist in the UK and as proposed for the USA) their next step an attempt to take away the true rights to free speech and the "free exercise of religion" from other people. This is demonstrated by the current, homosexual driven, efforts in the UK to disestablish Catholic Schools and the teachings they maintain as correct as to sexual morality. (In some nations teachers and ministers-of-religion have been punished by their governments for speaking out on this subject--It could happen here.)

Then, there are the Muslim youths who, having been given all of the rights of citizenship or legal-alien residency in the USA, state that it is proper to use homicide bombings to deprive other of their most basic right-to-life.

Both of the above examples are logical extensions of giving minorities special status (As in "Affirmative Action") above that which either Natural Law or established Bill-Of-Rights like civil law give to all people.

No Surprises On TB

Americans should not be surprised that: The man who endangered many people, throughout the world, by his travels while a carrier of drug resistant TB, was an attorney who is specially sworn to uphold the laws, including those which restricted his travels; That his federal employee father-in-law (A TB researcher!) , who apparently failed to report that criminal conduct, works for an agency that is dedicated to protecting the health of Americans; That one of our border control federal agents failed to obey instructions on restricting that attorney's travels; And, that public officials and the media do not bring to our special attention just how bad a TB epidemic (Once known as the "White Death", a proper description of a plague only slightly less dangerous than the "Black Death") can be to a population not resistant or alerted to that dangerous disease.

Americans should also NOT be surprised when: That attorney is NOT disbarred or criminally charged for "endangerment"; His father-in-law is NOT disciplined for his ethical misbehavior; The noted federal officer is NOT fired; And, most importantly, when the open borders supporters in the White House and the Congress refuse to acknowledge the fact of the dangerousness of such diseases and that thousands of such bearers of untreatable diseases are flooding the USA as illegal immigrants, preferring to bow down before the special interests and political contributors who make money by using such "illegals".

Americans should also not be surprised when their local and state tax rates go up to expand or reopen TB-hospitals and if they or some friend or family member is afflicted with that horrid disease---As a direct result of our Governments failure, for the last 25-years, to secure our borders.
