When The Police Surrender To Criminals & Terrorists

Minneapolis' Police Chief has submitted to the individual and packs of criminals and terrorists. Worst yet, he has advised (Instructed? Commanded?) that city's law-abiding citizens to do the same!

VETO!

The law-abiding citizens of Minneapolis (And, of necessity) surrounding areas must take the following actions. (Like citizens in other places should do the same.)

1. Buy (If not already done) a .223 caliber rifle/carbine and the largest caliber handgun as can be effectively used by the family's adults and responsible youths and an extra magazine (30 rounds for

the rifle/carbine).. 

2. Buy at least 100-rounds for each such weapon.

3. Go to a shooting range and have a qualified teacher instruct those  persons in accurately shooting those guns at 25-feet (ie The usual maximum distance for armed self-defense by police and other law-abiding citizens---Which eliminates the training need for longer distances as required of our military), then replace expended rounds over 50-used AND repeat this no less often than every three months.

4. Set up at-home defense drills for all adults and responsible youths for all hour immediate retrieval of those weapons from safe storage and regularly exercise those drills.

5. If neighbors are of the same mind and preparation, set up mutual aid pacts and drills.

The .223 and hollow point rounds are recommended as they are unlikely to pass through the carcasses of dangerous animals and go on to injure innocent humans. (For shotguns, #2 shot is advised for the like 

reason.)

Since the cited police department has surrendered its sworn duty to protect law-abiding citizens NEVER allow them to take arms, even in the case of their shooting some thug(s), from self and family protecting

citizens. (ie Such surrender, after putting down dangerous animals, leaves good people at very great risk to "revenge attacks" which will-not or can-not be prevented by police)

If such a citizen is forced to shoot down some dangerous animal(s) at home, do not call the police; But, telephone the local DPW/Sanitation Department to remove some lead (And probably illegal drug

contaminated) GARBAGE from your property. (In other places you might, if so inclined and as a courtesy to your fellow Americans, do the same.)

THE “GET-UP-AND-GO-GENE”

(GUGG)

Introduction

The essay below was written on the basis of an unsigned and yellowed manuscript which I found in a box of old documents. I added to it and cleaned up the spelling, grammar and logic AND added some current examples.

I specially note that my contact with “people-of-color”, other than the corrections' inmates and parolees/probationers I met, was as generally as satisfactory as other relationships. For the most part the Black (Well, Brown) people I worked with were, on average, as good as others in my “shop”---Except for a very, very, few who elected to be “Professional Blacks” rather than “Black (Well, Brown) Professionals”.

I have had Black (Well, Brown) guests in my home, some as overnight guests and for a month stay. My son's Black (Well, Brown) friends were welcomed and appreciated as were others. His one Black (Well, Brown) lady friend was one I hoped he would “get serious about”---But, then I realized that she had much, too much, strength of personality and will for him to deal with---At that time in his life.

If you have the historical or anthropological evidence (The state of genetics is, as of yet, too primitive, to be of value here) to refute the positions given below, please provide me with such.

The Essay

Some years ago I was in the error that the Human Races must have concurrently evolved as I could not see my ancestry coming from an African source. However, the scientific proofs have overcome me and I have no current doubts that humanity evolved in some African “garden of Eden”---Perhaps more than once.

After all, there is less than one-percent (1%) of differences in the genetic structures of all human beings, being about the same difference between us and the other “Great Apes”. On the surface, that 1% in humans is attributable to differences in hair, bone structure, blood types and some other, very physical differences.

However, I here posit (On the basis of historical and anthropological evidence) another gene, which I have elected to call the “Get-Up-And-Go-Gene” (GUGG). The early African possessors of GUGG were those humans interested in what was on the other side of the lake, of the river, of the mountain, etc.. Some changed in physical appearance, becoming blond or oriental, some (eg The “First Peoples” of Australia and Melanesia) stayed very “African” in appearance (Thus proving that the GUGG has and had nothing to do with color, face shape, type of hair, etc.). Many went to the “ends of the Earth” to places as Australia, New Zealand, Patagonia and Greenland. That search went in waves and in the Americas, Australia and New Zealand, the Whites came after the Black and Brown People. Of course, some posit Non-Asian immigration into North America by Aniu-like immigrants OR by others traveling along the Atlantic ice pack.)

There is, however, one group of the original Africans who seemed to lack GUGG. They are the ancestors of those people who initially did not go out-of-Africa except as slaves (Sold by other Blacks or captured by Islamic slavers) and did not even migrate into what is now the Union of South Africa until pushed there by the Zulus and others---At about the same time as Whites came into “The Beautiful Country”. (Before that time, the original Peoples of that land were not true Blacks but those having an almost saffron complexion).

The exploration of those Peoples with GUGG extended, in many places (ie China, Europe, India and the pre-Islamic Middle East) to the realms of the mind in the invention of many things and, in fact, of civilization itself. This development was hardly detectable in either Black Africa or in post-Islamic ruled areas, where Islam discouraged or destroyed the inventive urge allowed by GUGG.

Where in Black Africa can you find any universities (Beyond Islamic theological schools which discourage thought more than otherwise) which were not “inflicted” by White colonialists upon those areas? Where are the pre-colonial sub-Saharan cities, roads, bridges (They did have access to stone!)? Other than in Christian Ethiopia, where are the great paintings and metal work of Black Africans beyond some very simple iron weapons and late brass effigies? Basic wood carvings, some very good, are found; But, no wood carvings such as the great altar piece at Krakow's cathedral (Poland being another land with few, early, natural resources beyond wood)---Yet Black Africans certainly had access to many excellent hard woods.

The “cultural worth” of humanity (Its arts, laws, sciences, philosophies, etc.) have developed in Europe, China, the pre-Islamic Middle East, India and, later, in the New World and, even later, just about every where except Black ruled Africa---Which is, for the most part, an economic, legal, medical, political and social disaster area. (The only area of hope there is the growth of Christianity---Some of it even orthodox and based on sound teaching.)

In the USA and some other lands (Where the State does NOT support the false promise of socialism such as Cuba) the admixture of Black and other Races has enhanced both

where, and only where, Blacks have accepted the culture provided by Whites, Orientals and some others. It has not been effective where Blacks (Encouraged by “Professional Blacks” and not “Black Professionals”) have committed themselves to such horrors as “Gangstra Rap” and the “Victim Culture” OR the local equivalent. It is also not effective where Islam has limited, or killed, creative thought in sciences and arts.

In the case of the USA “thinking White” is the only path to true economic, social, intellectual and other forms of real success. Unfortunately there is a small minority of Blacks (Well, Browns) in the USA who have made political (eg The totally ineffective one-time and Black mayors of New Orleans and Atlanta), social (eg Jessie Jackson & Al Sharpton) and academic, “Black Studies” (Such as the inventor of Kwanzaa), careers out of a contrary presentation---Even if they “secretly” do not believe in what they present to others.

Guns: Sale Records = Registration = Confiscation

What are some examples of where gun registration lead to gun confiscation?

Let's stick to fairly recent examples, say the last 25 years. Anywhere in the world. Are there any?

You mean aside from Cuba, China, Russia, and most other totalitarian states?

Let's see...New Zealand, 1921 the ownership of revolvers were allowed in the name of personal defense, 1970s this list was used to confiscate all revolvers.

Canada...registration list 1990s, old guns grandfathered in, but this list is used for the state to confiscate the guns upon the death of the holder with no compensation to the estate

1996 Australia used it's list of registered semiauto hunting rifles to confiscate all those weapons.

The UK government instituted handgun registration in 1921, and about every 10 years or so they further restrict what can be owned and use the registration rolls to collect what is illegal.

How about Chicago, put in registration of long guns, used that same registration to confiscate semiauto long guns in the early 1990s

What about California, couldn't make up it's mind if the SKS was covered or not (1989), decided AFTER the registration period was closed that they needed to be registered, declared a second 'grace period' for registration...then about 5 years ago they decided that those SKSs registered during the grace period were illegal because the grace period was illegal, and in certain cities and counties sent law enforcement to the listed addresses demanding surrender of the firearm. Because there is the legal option of removing the gun from the state of CA, and these officers had no warrants, smart gun owners turned them away with the claim 'I gave it to a relative in Oregon (or whatever)' but MANY were seized with no compensation. (Cities and counties later on offered compensation for anyone who had a receipt, but the police weren't giving out receipts, only a few people who demanded them had them and they were basically notes scribbled on whatever spare paper the officer had)

Side Note, the SKS was the MOST common weapon in the hands of Korean Shop Owners who used them to defend themselves and businesses when the LA riots happened.

Even More Thoughts On Guns & Violence

1. The illegal use of guns is inversely proportional to the ease, in each jurisdiction,with which the People can obtain (And carry) large caliber firearms with magazines of eight-plus rounds---And have semi-automatic rifles with larger magazines, even the "scary" ones which look like true assault rifles, which are machine guns;
2. Chicago's high crime rate cannot be blamed on the illegal drug trade as other cities where such trafficking exists in cities with much lower murder rates and easier access to guns;
3. Home invasions are usually executed (No pun intended) by more than one thug;
4. In the heat of a home-defense a minimum of three rounds per  invader is the minimum needed for self-defense and defense of family (ie 3X3=9). So much for New York's limit of seven-rounds in each semi-automatic pistol AND Mr. Joseph Biden's "Double Barreled Shotgun:! [This is based on the old FBI protocol of "Two to the chest and one to the head"---AND who wants to limit the People to the minimum needed to defend their homes and lives?];
5. Universal record checks lead to universal identification (Who will trust the Federal government to erase that data after approving a gun sale/transfer?) and, as in Australia, universal confiscation;
6. The real reason for the People to have military grade rifles is not self-defense but to retain, as recommended by President Thomas Jefferson, the ability to depose tyrants; And,
7. The real danger of mass killings comes NOT from firearms but from very easily accessible WMD which do not even require the level of expertise demonstrated by Timothy McVeigh and those other terrorists at  both of Twin Towers bombings (I will not list or describe those WMD lest this note be leaked and some terrorist use them).

Tower Of Power

There have been many recommendations as to reducing the “carbon footprint” left by the use of coal and petroleum products, especially as to the generation of electrical power. Some of these proposals are: Nuclear fission plants (What to do with the radio-active waste products?); Wind driven turbines (Apparently OK except off the shores of Senator Kennedy's estate; But, otherwise limited in other locations by terrain, average wind flow, bird migration patterns, etc.); Geo-Thermal “heat wells” (Drilled at a very high cost and requiring water supplies often not readily available in the proper geological areas); Solar reflector arrays with photo-electric cells (VERY expensive) or closed circuit hot fluid-to-steam turbines (One of the better ideas, but dependent on sunshine-per-year amounts and availability of vast spaces); And, some others I cannot recall.

Yet, there is one proposal about which little has been written or, as far as I can tell, considered. That is the use (Especially in desert areas) of a “tower of power”, being a very tall (1000') chimney (As used in many coal fired electric power plants or ore refining facilities; Some still existing without current use), having about it four-to-ten air intakes above the ground effect level (20'-plus), using the heat rising effect to draw in air from the surrounding area and passing it through moderate-to-slow turbines at each such intake or one large, multi-stage, turbine in the stack, all to generate electrical power.

By experiment, gates could be installed to open in the eye of any wind to increase air flow.

I suspect that this type of devise would work best in the hot and dry environment of a desert (eg Southern California, Arizona, parts of Australia, Israel) where the power produced would vary as the day's heat (Which would assist in providing power during the high-demand, air-conditioning, parts of the day).

Of course, we might “go to the source” and erect such a tower over the Capitol Building in Washington (DC), EU headquarters, the UN (Useless Nations) HQ AND, of course, so many academic buildings.

IN RE: Proposed Australian Bill-Of-Rights

Having gone over the proposed, Australian, Bill Of Rights the following comments leapt our of my mind.
1. It appears to be written by attorneys for attorneys, and to insure that that group
of persons (Who produce nothing which can be eaten, worn, provide shelter or
give innocent pleasure) lose any income if it is enacted.
2. It fails (Like the Bill Of Rights in the USA) to define "religion" and exclude from
inclusion in that definition ideologies which encourage, solicit and command
physical attacks on humans outside each such ideology's membership.
3. Unless I missed it, it does not provide for each citizen's Natural Law right to
defend themselves and innocent others from dangerous, physical, attacks AND,
where the forces of government cannot provide instant protection from such
attacks, the full right to do so AND the means to enforce that right.
4. I fail to understand the separation of Article-7 and Article-8 and would welcome
some explanation of that action. (In any case and to avoid the errors of the
Canadian system, I would suggest the addition of some such wording as "No
person has any right to expect protection from intellectual attacks on his/her
religion or ideologies or political positions or any non-physical object by other
persons exercising their rights under this section.".)
5, Article-20 should include an exception for sentences (eg "At hard labour") imposed
by a court upon conviction of a crime.
6. Article-28should include the same provision forbidding retroactive civil penalties.
7. MOST IMPORTANTLY, AUSTRALIANS SHOULD INCLUDE SOME PROVISION FOR
THE LEGISLATIVE OVERTURNING OF SUPREME OR OTHER FEDERAL COURT
DECISIONS---PERHAPS BY A TWO-THIRDS VOTE OF ALL MEMBERS PRESENT
IN BOTH HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT. (This to keep the definition of "rights" within
the legislative branch, as has NOT been the case in the USA, and the gross
abuse of the law, generally, by the too-independent courts of Canada. This would do
much to relieve the concerns of those who fear the imposition of a god-like
judiciary.)

A Real Aussie's Apology To The Abos

TO THE EDITORS, THE HERALD SUN (Australia):

The below "Real Australian's Apology To The Aboriginal Population" was sent to me by someone in your part of the World. If I were a citizen of "Fair Australia", I believe I could run a successful political (But, politically incorrect) campaign for a seat in Parliament on the noted statement---And, budget saving and corrective measures based on it.


AUSTRALIAN APOLOGY TO THE ABORIGINAL POPULATION

We apologise for giving you doctors and free medical care, which allows you to survive and multiply so that you can demand apologies.

We apologise for helping you to read and teaching you the English language, thus opening up to you the entire European civilisation, thought and enterprise.

We feel that we must apologise for building hundreds of homes for you, which you have vandalised and destroyed.

We apologise for giving you law and order which has helped prevent you from slaughtering one another and using the unfortunate for food purposes.

We apologise for developing large farms and properties, which today feed you, where before, you had the benefits of living off the land and starving during droughts.

We apologise for providing you with warm clothing made of fabric to replace the animal skins you used before.

We apologise for building roads and railway tracks between cities and building cars so that you no longer have to walk over harsh terrain.

We apologise for paying off your vehicles when you fail to pay the instalments.

We apologise for giving you free travel anywhere, whenever.

We apologise for giving each and every member of your family $100.00 and free travel to attend an aboriginal funeral.

We apologise for not charging you rent on any lands when white people have to pay.

We apologise for giving you interest free loans.

We apologise for developing oil wells and minerals, including gold and diamonds which you never used and had no idea of their value.

We apologise for developing Ayers rock and Kakadu, and handing them over to you so that you get all the money.

We apologise for allowing taxpayers money to be paid towards a daughters' wedding ($8,000.00 each daughter).

We apologise for giving you $1.7 billion per year for your 250,000 people, which is $48,000.00 per aboriginal man, woman and child.

We apologise for working hard to pay taxes that finance your welfare, medical care, education, etc to the tune of $1.2 billion each year.

We apologise for you having to approach the aboriginal affairs department to verify the above figures. For the trouble you will have identifying the "uncle toms" in your own community who are getting richer and leaving some of you living in squalor and poverty.

We do apologise. We really do.

We humbly beg your forgiveness for all the above sins.

We are only too happy to take back all the above and return you to the paradise of the "outback", whenever you are ready.

I suspect that someone more creative than I am could develop parallel positions for other professional victims in your land and mine beyond those Australian ones presented by the transmitting wag for address to the wogs.
1. For Arab immigrants: We apologize for introducing you to soft toilet paper so you no longer had to use sand to scrub your behinds.
2. For all Asians: We apologize for allowing you to live in our land where you can walk down a street with more than three-centimeters between you and smelly hordes about you.
3. For African Blacks: We apologize for taking you out of the slavery begun by and the dietary habits of cannibal chiefs (As Idi Amine) to lands where the "poverty level" is several levels-of-magnitude above the general living conditions of the blasted lands from which your forefathers came.
4. For illegal Latino immigrants coming to the USA: We apologize for a land where the poverty level, educational facilities, economic opportunities and quality of drug gang suppression is far beyond the wildest dreams and the reality of the rotten, corrupt, backwards and other evils of the urban and rural slums from which you came AND where the common language is, for the time being, the one world language.

I encourage your readers to develop this idea and transmit it to your PM and to all such political-prostitutes in too many of the once civilized nations of the World.
