"People Of Color", Violence, Police & Cultural Norms

 Again I must present the following and true statements.

1. White peace officers are no more likely to shoot Blacks than are Black officers. This, clearly, demonstrates that both, very correctly, use lethal force to immediately put halt to those criminals who "Present A Clear And Present Danger To Life Or Great Bodily Harm" to them AND other innocent humans.

2. It can take over 30 "hits" from handguns to stop such dangerous criminals.

3. Such "Non-Lethal" as "Tasers" will not provide the necessary-and-instant defense of innocents as is, most especially, the case when the criminal has been using certain illegal drugs (eg PCP).

4. The vast majority of Blacks who are murdered are slaughtered by other Blacks and not Whites.

5. Black criminals select out, on the basis of race, Whites as targets for their attacks at a rate many times the reverse. THE VICTIMS OF SUCH ATTACKS ALSO DEMAND AND REQUIRE "RACIAL JUSTICE"!

6. Those other People-Of-Color, whose ancestry is in India (Many having very dark skins), China, Korea and Japan (Along with those from traditional Jewish families) set records of academic performance AND  avoiding criminal acts well above that of our White fellow Americans and very much more so than that well established by the USA's Blacks.  (Therefore, it is the case that such differences are NOT based on the amount of Melanin in our bodies, BUT on cleaving to SUPERIOR Vs. INFERIOR CULTIRAL MODELS/NORMS.)

Facts About Kenosha "Police Shooting"

 Some of the facts about Jacob Blake who was recently shot by Kenosha (Wisconsin) police.

To many have avoided that facts of: The exixtance of a FELONY warrant for SEXUAL ABUSE for Blake’s arrest when he was shot; The recorded/reported statement of one police officer to him of "Drop that knife" leads a reasonable person to conclude that he was armed with a deadly weapon before he was shot; THERE APPEARS TO BE PHOTOGRAPH EVIDENCE THAT BLAKE WAS HOLDING A KNIFE BEFORE TASERS AND GUNFIRE WERE USED AGAINST HIM; That the shooting officer stopped firing when that wanted felon went down and did not use all the rounds available to him; That it can take over 30 hits from pistols to stop a criminal; And, the police and Pre-Trump National Guard did NOT stop the looting and very dangerous arson (ie Which does "present a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm" which allows OR requires the use of lethal force to protect our fellow Americans) and presents the authority or duty of armed, law-abiding citizens to suppress such terrorism.

The 17 year-old being prosecuted for many felonies in Kenosha County may have a very solid defense, based on the testimony of a reputable journalist who was a very few feet away from him, of "Self-Defense". There may be photographic evidence of his claims. His possession of a "long gun" may or may-not have been illegal as must be considered, by a jury, on his need for self-defense during the gross failure of our governments to protect him and others from mob actions.

I must wonder if Blake, like Minneapolis' George Floyd (Whose death was a result of a lethal level of illegal drugs in his body!), was under the influence of dangerous-and-illegal drugs. His gait, other movements, physical non-reaction to a (Two?) use(s) of a "Taser", and gross resistance of police directives all support the need to determine AND report on that question.

Almost everyone have failed to address the following facts: 1. Blacks are almost infinitely more likely to be shot down by Black criminals than by the legal/illegal acts of Police OR, for that matter, those other citizens who are not peace officers;  2. Black criminals select-out, on the basis of race, Whites as targets for their bestial attacks at a rate many, many, times the reverse; And, 3. The vast majority of the victims of those Black slugs are other Blacks.

To Black, Race-Based, Voters

 Should I congratulate you on the fact that Candidate Joseph Biden has selected a Black as his running mate?

Should I congratulate those of you who will vote for him on the race-basis of that selection?

It may be that the time to fulfill Dr. King's prescription ("I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.") has not yet. fully, arrived.

But, I must also ask, will your race-based voting (As NOT demonstrated by White voters who gave President Obama his Party's nomination AND election as POTUS) forward or. very much, slow-down (OR stop) the arrival of that hoped-for time?

Educating Our Children About "Racism".

Very recently The Hill published (On-line) an offering by three academics touting the education of our children about "Racism".

I found their suggestions so interesting that I asked them the following questions.

1. Blacks murder each other many, many, times the rate at which Whites murder Whites and almost infinitely more often than those other people-of-color (ie Whose ancestry is in China, India, Korea and Japan) kill others of their own. Should this fact be a part of the "racism education" you support?
2. Black criminals select-out, on the basis of race, White victims as targets for their criminal attacks at a rate many, many, times the reverse. Must that fact be an essential part of the instruction you recommend?
3. The death of Minneapolis' George Floyd was a gross violation of his human and constitutional right. However, at the time of his death his body contained dangerous-and-illegal drugs. In fact, George Floyd was, by his purchase of those toxins, a supporter of those "dealers" who murder many hundred-of-thousands of other Blacks (And millions of People). In fact he was a "co-murderer"! Should that fact be exactly presented to our children?
4. The children of those other people-of-color are more successful in academic settings than gentile Whites and very much more so than Blacks. (That is also true for children from still traditional Jewish families".) This appears to be much more a matter of superior cultural norms than of income. Should that factual information also be a part the recommended "racism education".

SUBJECT: Pre-Game Anthems

Greetings:

It has been reported that” Lift Every Voice And Sing”, described as the “Black National Anthem”, will be played before every NFL game.

For myself, I would not kneel if at such a game, during the playing of that song, as I kneel only before my God. However, if that act-of-prostitution to The Mob is inflicted on the American People, I suggest that my fellow and real Americans:

1. Stand and turn their backs (With no other actions) on the field while that song is played; And, 

2. Notify those who support the NFL with paid advertisements that we will not purchase their goods or services as long as any pre-game honor is given to any music/song except our one National Anthem.

Although the killing of George Floyd was a horrid-and-gross violation of his human and constitutional rights, it must always be remembered that, at the time of that death, he had within his body dangerous and illegal drugs. In other words, he was supporting those criminal drug-dealers who have murdered many (Millions of times more?) Blacks than the few, illegally or legally, killed by police officers.

You are (As am I)) fully free to share copies of this letter with anyone.

Replacing "Confederate" Statutes & Symbols

As the USA is now in a spasm of destroying (Very often illegally by Fascist mobs) statutes (And renaming parks, schools, etc.) of persons who, in the past, violated what are now considered the proper standards for words-and-actions.

However, we might replace such statues and other like symbols by those honoring the USA's Blacks who have been awarded Nobel Prizes in such apolitical fields as Chemistry, Medicine and Physics-OR The Abel Prize for excellence in Mathematics (ie Most of which have been awarded to Americans) the rarer Fields Medal as is the equivalent for excellence in Mathematics---When and if there are such Black persons.

"More Equal" Minneapolis City Council Members & Armed Citizens

After reading the above-cited report (About Minneapolis City Council members receiving private security protection) I was, very much, reminded of the novel 1984 in which some ("Politically Correct") animals were "more equal" that those other critters in their world.

If, and only if, the Minneapolis City Counsel abolishes its force of highly trained and, with rare exceptions, law-abiding and life-risking police officers, all the citizens of that once shining "Star Of The North" will be in no less danger from individual and mob criminals than the other, more equal, residents (ie Members of the City Council) of their world.

The remaining free citizens of Minneapolis (AND surrounding areas) must now arm and train themselves with the most modern and effective fire arms as are still available to them (eg AR-15 platforms; Glocks) and steel themselves to protect themselves and innocent others from individual and mob-criminals by instant and lethal responses to thug's attacks

I am of the opinion that "art" should reflect reality. Therefore, I suggest that a very large mural be added to Madison's "State Street Collection". That realistic work-of-art would show:

1. Front and center some "dude" holding a pistol and him standing over the body of a Black child he has just murdered;

2. In the near background two such "persons" exchanging money for a "packet of white powder" (One of whom portraying George Floyd who supported, by his purchase of illegal-and-dangerous drugs, the genocidal drug dealers who have murdered many, many, thousands of Blacks and millions of all peoples; And, whose “I can’t breathe" statement was had before a knee was placed on his neck---Breathing (To death) problems are consistent with level of Fentanyl found in his body after death”); AND,

3. In a window some clearly seen person-of-color (ie Whose ancestry is in China or India or Korea or Japan) sitting before a text-book.

No Changes For Blacks

Unless it has not yet been reported today will continue the murder (eg By guns and dangerous drugs) of Blacks by other Blacks at a rate many, many, times that of Whites killing other Whites and almost infinitely more that Asians killing others of their own.

Unless it has not yet been reported the following is will also continue:

1. White police officers will continue to shoot/kill Blacks no more often than Black officers;

2. Black criminals will be shot-down more often, on the basis of their part of the general population, as they disproportionately attempt more crimes which present "a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm to others" AND which allows OR requires the use of lethal force to put halt to such danger to innocent citizens. [Of course, there may be a short (I hope) reluctance of White officers to protect us by the allowed or required use of deadly force due to the recent mob jihad against them.];

3. Students who are people-of-color (eg Whose ancestry is in China, Korea, India & Japan) and those in still traditional Jewish families will continue to achieve greater academic success than (Other) Whites and very, very, much more than Black students AND that due to superior cultural norms;

4. Black slugs will continue to select-out, on the basis of race, White targets for their criminal attacks at a rate many, many, times the reverse; And,

5. Too many Blacks will continue to blame others for the ongoing self-destructive actions OR lack-of-actions by themselves or other members of their Race.

Racism And The Dangerous Rayshard Brooks & George Floyd

I would be much more impressed by claims of “systematic racism”, especially by police, as proclaimed by so many Blacks if, and only if, Blacks were not so busy murdering each other at a rate many, many, times that of Whites murdering other Whites and almost infinitely more than those people-of-color whose ancestry is in such nations as China, Korea, India and Japan acting against “their own”.

In fact, the most systematic and dangerous racism in today’s USA is inflicted by those Black thugs who select-out, on the basis of race, Whites as targets for their criminal attacks at a rate many, many, times the reverse.

As to the shooting of Rayshard Brooks the available “film” clearly shows that the police officers involved were behaving in a low-key, even friendly, manner until Brooks both violently resisted arrest and took a dangerous weapon from one of those officers. 

It has been reported that Rayshard Brooks was on-probation for “Child Abuse” which, if true, has not been noted by those defending him or their co-actors in “The Media”.

As a drunk driver he represented “a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm to others” as allows OR requires the use of  deadly force to fore-stall any danger of his escaping and repeating that endangerment.

It may be that the persecution of those officers, by District Attorney Paul Howard is much more motivated by his lust for votes in an upcoming, contested, election than any careful-and-considered examination of all of the evidence and of The Law.

The autopsy report on Mr. George Floyd demonstrated that he had  fentanyl, methamphetamine and THC in his body at the time of his horrid death.

In other words, he had been supporting those criminal dealers in illegal drugs who murder many, many, Blacks (And other Americans) at a rate, perhaps a million times more often, than those Americans killed (Legally or illegally) by Police. 

Even a cynic would admit that the manner of Mr. Floyd's death was a gross violation of his constitutional and human rights. It does not take a cynic to wonder if his life should have been celebrated m OR condemned.

"Legal Immigrant's Day"

After listening, each year, to all of the comments about "Juneteenth Day" I, most strongly, suggest (Demand?) that "Legal Immigrant Day" as a co-equal holiday!

After all, those peoples:

1. Came to our Republic, fleeing tyranny and poverty, from all lands from China to Poland;

2. Began their lives in the USA in accordance with our democratically-enacted laws;

3. Often suffered persecution (eg The interned persons of Japanese birth/ancestry during World War 2);

4. Changed the USA into a modern AND exceptional nation by the sweat of their bodies and minds; And,

5. Appear to have made our land much more law-abiding that it was before their incoming (Perhaps, excepting one easily identifiable, part of our general population).

I must "confess" that those hard-working and law-abiding immigrants included my father and grandparents.

Oh, lest we forget, our "First Peoples" (aka "American Indians") were also immigrants into the Americas.

Screening Out Bad Police Before Hiring/Promotion

Is there any scientific ["Valid and reliable", with "a high level of confidence" and peer-evaluated by such qualified persons who have no financial or ideological "axes to grind"] evidence to prove that the any ("Police Reform") program will reduce illegal  injuries to citizens----Without reducing the protection of our fellow citizens (Including police officers) from violent persons?)

However, there is a scientific [As defined above] tool as may well prevent the prevent the problem of those police officers who, pathologically, abuse their (Sometimes lethal) powers. 

That is the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) about which our "decision makers" should be informed and upon which they should base  policy and budget decisions .

To make the best use of that scientific tests, as to police officers, it should be administered (With an enforceable guarantee to subjects that the data will not be "connected" with individuals) to those experienced officers and who have both the lowest/no records of verified allegations of physical abuse of others and  a proven ability as to protecting the public. 

Thereafter the MMPI should be administered, a pre-test, to all: Applying for employment (Including as future Chiefs); And, for promotion within that department. Doing so would provide the following benefits:

1. It would screen out those with possible-to-probable psycho-pathologies;
2. Which would reduce the city's exposure to damages in the cases of "police abuse" civil actions by demonstrating a "good faith effort" to select/promote only "mentally stable/suitable" persons; And,
3. Comparing the applicants with the best police officers would allow the "appointing authority" to make the best possible hires and promotions.

Yes, this is not a "Cheap" method as it requires especially trained Psychologists or Psychiatrists to properly evaluate test results. But, the use of the above method would, certainly, be less expensive than the dollar (AND OTHER) costs of police misconduct.

Yes, forming (ie NOT "reforming") better police departments will, by this method, require time. Here, I must note that the current demand for instant gratification is that most typical of infants AND  criminals. 

George Floyd Supported Murder Of Other Blacks

Other American's Civil Rights

It is the case that Mr. George Floyd's civil rights were grossly and fatally violated!

We must wonder as to the violations of the civil rights of those many, many, White Americans who have been selected-out, on the basis of race, by Black thugs who have murdered, maimed, raped, robbed and otherwise abused-and-destroyed them at a rate many times the reverse. [For the most part and since c. 1900 those Whites are those: Who came from Europe fleeing poverty and tyranny; And, who did not receive any discernible or measurable benefits from either the enslavement of Blacks or the later "Jim Crow" abuses. (ie Those Whites included my hard-working and law-abiding father and grand-parents!)]

THOSE AMERICANS ALSO DESERVE "RACIAL JUSTICE"!

Those who came to the USA from India (Some having very dark skins), China, Japan and Korea have, in times past, been the subjects of gross (Sometimes fatal) violations of their civil and constitutional rights.

Yet, it appears that they have raised themselves above those abuses by: Hard physical, economic and academic work; Maintaining and receiving support from those traditional families with two, residential, parents (ie One of each gender); And, setting very low records of criminality (eg Murdering each other).

Demands for "equal rights" must be balanced by demands for equality in those efforts serving the "Common Good"---As is NOT being demanded of our Black Americans.

The New Hunting Available To Americans

Some advocates for those who go out to hunt deer and other game have decried the shrinking of areas which allow such sport (I have not, in the past, been moved to involve myself in such activities.)

However, it appears that some new areas for much more exciting hunting will soon be available to many Americans.

Those new hunting grounds will be those cities which abolish armed and responsive police officers and their departments.

The preferred game will be those critters now inflicting, by mob or individual actions, murder, arson, looting-and-robbery and other, like, crimes on our, law-abiding, fellow Americans.

Why, there will be neither limits to the number of such animals killed nor licence fees to perform such hunting (ie Until revenue hungry politicians "catch on").

Even in my old age, the above-cited new hunting opportunities might well draw me out of my senior center and head to the nearest (eg Minneapolis) and new hunting area.
