Explaining The Democrat Leadership

WITH A HAT-TIP TO "WILEY COYOTE"! (But, I did not check the dates-of-birth.)

EXPLAINING THE DEMOCRAT LEADERSHIP

Some of you will recall that on July 8, 1947, a little over 60 years ago, witnesses claim that an unidentified flying object (UFO) with five aliens aboard, crashed onto a sheep and cattle ranch just outside Roswell , New Mexico

This is a well known incident that many say has long been covered up by the U.S. Air Force and other federal agencies and organizations.

However, what you may NOT know is that in the month of April 1948, nine months after that historic day, the following people were born:

Albert A. Gore, Jr.
Hillary Rodham
John F. Kerry
William J. Clinton
Howard Dean
Nancy Pelosi
Dianne Feinstein
Charles E. Schumer
Barbara Boxer

See what happens when aliens breed with sheep?

I certainly hope this bit of information clears up a lot of things for you. It did for me.

No wonder they support the bill to help illegal aliens

"Ape Cartoons" & Presidents

Some of the supporters of Mr. Obama and "professional Blacks" (NOT Black professionals) have "taken exception" to the New York Post cartoon which some have claimed that Mr. Obama was compared to an ape. As Mr. Obama has taken an unseemly pride in implying that Abraham Lincoln is his role-model, those professional victims should first look at the ape-like characterizations of Lincoln printed during his lifetime and then take pride in the parallel treatment.

Of course, there are no such real parallels as Mr. Obama is most unlike Mr. Lincoln as to defending the Union against its enemies, approval of courts-martial to try deserters and terrorists, approving the execution of such dangerous persons, support of big business, a personal history of physical hard work, logical and fact-based debates with his opponents; and the actual practice of the Law in the demanding real court venues, etc..

Natural Law, Weapons, Self-Defense, ETC.

I am a life-long Latin-Rite Catholic; But, was educated by the state's schools and in the "school of hard knocks". Therefore, I am unqualified to seek out reliable answers to my own questions about the Faith---Especially as outlined below.

Unfortunately, my questions about "Natural Law & The Use Of Deadly Force" to various priests and other learned persons have met with ivory-tower, weasel-worded responses. For the most part no responses were made as a matter of courtesy or exercise of the "teaching responsibility" of such persons.

ASSUMPTIONS
1. That the local or state/provincial or national or international policing authorities are too few and too late to prevent criminal attacks on me or my family or neighbors or other innocents.
2. That those agents-of-governments are often unwilling to protect people from those who are politically powerful or who have otherwise corrupted or infiltrated their organizations.
3. That responses will be on a basis of Natural Law rather than civil law or even those teachings of the Church which are not fully binding on the People of God.

QUESTIONS
(Beginning With The Easiest & Progressing To Harder Ones)

1. If I feel fear of death or great bodily injury, without any later evaluation of "reasonableness t be considered", may I immediately use deadly force to protect myself?
2. Does the same apply to those situations when I likewise fear for the lives and physical safety of who I believe, at the moment, to be innocents?
3. Do I (And others) have a Natural Law right to ready access to the effective means
(ie Modern firearms and ammunition) to enforce the right of self-defense and defense of innocent others? [Please review "Assumptions" above before replying!]
4. Is rape of either gender (Most specially of children) or impressing children into military or para-military forces a threat which allows the use of deadly force to prevent (Again, without any "ex post facto" evaluation beyond the establishment of a claim of fear)?
5. As the "authorities" are unwilling to protect our most innocent , unborn children, from abortionists, is it then permitted to use deadly force to keep any person from preforming abortions as mere threats would only delay such murders?
6. Is it permitted, under Natural Law, to use deadly force to keep the civil or military authorities (eg Police, military, judges, elected and appointed officials) from taking away, or even limiting access of adult, sane and otherwise law-abiding citizens to the ready means (Modern firearms and ammunition) to enforce the above-noted Natural Law rights in the face of the usual failures of such authorities to provide the needed and preventative protections?
7. Is it permitted to use deadly force to protect a community and civilization from deadly attacks by ideological fanatics (eg Nazis, militant Atheists, Muslims strictly following the teachings of Mohammed of Mecca, Church hating secularists, those homosexuals who use physical attacks against those who oppose them and against their buildings and institutions) when the civil authorities can or will not protect?

I suspect that more questions of the same general theme could be poised; But,the above should clarify the issues for me---If responses are clear, lucid and logical, based on good teachings.

Anyone willing to provide some "real world" applications, as to the problems and questions noted above, is begged to write me at jamespawlak1 at crusaderknight dot blogspot dot com----So that reasoned discourse may be possible. NO COMMENTS FROM THAT COWARD "ANONYMOUS" WILL BE RETAINED!

Obituary For "Common Sense"

OBIT FOR COMMON SENSE---CREDITED TO "THE TIMES" OF LONDON, UK

"Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old Friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:

Knowing when to come in out of the rain;
why the early bird gets the worm;
life isn't always fair;
There is no such thing as a "free lunch";
and maybe it was my fault.

Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge).

His health began to deteriorate rapidly when political correctness became the, "in thing", and the well-intentioned but overbearing, "Human Rights laws" were set in place.

Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children.

It declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to administer sun lotion or an aspirin to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.

Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims. Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.

Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.

Common Sense was preceded in death, by his parents, Truth and Trust his wife, Discretion his daughter, Responsibility his son, Reason.

He is survived by his 4 stepbrothers:
I Know My Rights;
I Want It Now;
Someone Else Is To Blame;
I'm A Victim

Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone. If you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the majority and do nothing."

"Indian" School Nicknames/Mascots

One of the reasons that so many citizens think so little of government is the official use of "sticks" (Fines, forfeitures, withholding-of-funds) to enforce laws. At least in the case of Native American "nick names" or "mascots" used by some high schools it might be better to use a "carrot".

I suggest that the Wisconsin Legislature offer a $25,000 prize to the first high school which changes its "nick name" to "The William T. Sherman Troopers", with the band uniforms being the yellow-leg blues of our Calvary troops of the 1870s and the motto "I saw some good Indians ...".!

Of course, it might be well to use some "sticks" as a $25,000 fine-or-forfeiture to be imposed on any persons("Professional victims" looking for their "15-minutes of fame") who falsely claims to represent a Native American tribe or band (Without being an elected official of such an organization) in any case as to high schools' use of "nick names".

Here I specially note that the Seminole Native Americans of Florida, very specially and very officially, approved the "nick name" use of their name by a State university---And, took pride in that application.

If, on the other hand, there are Native American tribes-or-bands who officially object to the use (As examples of bravery and courage) of their collective names, high schools might well consider other examples (eg Rangers, SEALs, Troopers, Grunts) to honor the real heroes of the USA.

Obama Insult To The British---And Americans

It has been reported that Mr. Obama has removed the bust of Winston Churchill (Who wrote hard, but honest, things about Islam) from the Oval Office and returned it the UK. That is a gross insult to the British----And those Americans who still understand that the "Britain That Was" is the well source of our laws, customs and civilization.

However, the UK's Labour Party's various policies (Including its "submission" to the forces of Islam; Attempting to remove Mr. Churchill from school history books) provide enough insults to the British People to cover-up Mr. Obama's like surrender to Islamic "sensibilities", leaving the followers of Mohammed of Mecca free to focus on beheading or otherwise murdering their women-and-girls and killing "unbelievers".

Ah---The "Religion Of Peace"! Ah---political prostitution!

Open Letter To AG Holder RE: Black History

AN OPEN LETTER

2321 South 82 Street
West Allis, WI   53219
(414) 545-1884

18 February 2009

Mr. Eric Holder
Attorney General Of The United States
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20630-0001

Dear Mr. Holder:

You have declared, with special reference to "Black History Month", that US citizens should be more honest about race relations and Black History. Since you want honesty, here is a heaping plate-full of honesty and truth for you or anyone with the courage to read this note and consider the below sampling.

1. It was Black "chiefs" who sold other Blacks into the slavery of Whites traders and, through them, to White, Native American and (Oh yes) Black slave-holders, where those slaves'  descendants prosper among us to a level generally unknown to the descendants of those left behind in Africa.
2. Muslims raided Black Africa and caught their own slaves, who have disappeared from the world's genetic pool, especially in Muslim ruled lands.
3. Muslims are still inflicting slavery (Along with murder, rape and genocide) upon Black Africa.
4. It was through the efforts, blood, limbs and lives of mostly White soldiers that legal freedom came to Blacks in the USA---Which was an unearned gift of "something for nothing" which may explain much of what is not good in Black communities in this nation.
5. In the 144 years since the end of the "War Between The States" many Blacks have earned positions of great learning, wealth and influence through the extra-ordinary efforts required of all humans to reach those goals (Which are very, very, different from "Affirmative Action Goals"!). [Among those now prominent in the news are the Black (Well, Brown) Mr. Obama and the Black (Well, very light Brown) you.]
6. For those unwilling to make those honest efforts, their enslavement is to themselves and to such bad-thinking as: School and studies are "White"; Do not snitch on the Black criminals preying on other Blacks; Abusing women is manly; People have a "right" to success, wealth and respect; Surrendering entry level jobs, seats in universities and the other roads to success to illegal immigrants is OK as it hurts "Whitey"; A man's job ends with impregnating women and does not include child care, education, etc..
7. The income differences between Blacks and Whites/Asians in the USA might be well compared to the differences in their: Efforts towards education; Use of illegal drugs; Blaming others rather than self-examination-and-correction (A common factor in "criminal thinking"); And, differences (For those finishing high school) in career choices, with Engineers, Lawyers (eg Mr. Obama and you), Physicians doing very well VS. "Black Studies" majors electing and suffering from an too often
illusionary area-of-studies).
8. A major factor in the self-delusion of some Blacks in the manner in which  Black History (Especially as to that of Africa) is relied upon to  make some Blacks "feel good about themselves"---Even at a cost to Truth and ignorance of what many, many, Blacks in the USA have accomplished so much beyond those in Africa.

If you (Or your staff) elect to call me a "racist", that is only further proof of such self-delusion as is noted above and of the ignorance upon which such an opinion is based.

Democratically yours,
James Pawlak

Elections To Fill US Senate Vacancies

I was interested in US Senator Feingold's proposal that the US Constitution be amended to require elections to fill vacancies in the US Senate as opposed to allowing Governors of those states so authorized by their State's Legislatures to appoint such; And, am of two minds as to that proposal.

There is no doubt that such elections might go far to forestall the corruption recent revealed in Illinois as the filling of Mr.Obama's Senate seat. However, direct elections are no guarantee of freedom-from-corruption as evidenced by the ballot-stuffing like practice apparently utilized in Minnesota and now subject to judicial review AND those so historically common in that hotbed of corruption (And political base of Mr. Obama) and, for example, in Texas when Lyndon Johnson was elected.

As much as my first inclination was to support Sen. Feingold's proposal, I have ended up opposing it to support what is left of our Federal system allowing each Stat a certain measure of independence to experiment with government within the very general outlines of the US Constitution and, thereby, to support a more direct use of democracy. This variation allows the Several States to look about at other jurisdictions and evaluate the pros-and-cons of such measures and other variant acts.

Therefore, I would support the Wisconsin Legislature's passage (Which passage might NOT require the approval of our Governor) of a law or State Constitutional amendment mandating the use of direct elections, in Wisconsin, to fill such vacancies.

NOTES FROM US CONSTITUTION

US Constitution; Article-I; Section-4
The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and
Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof;
but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except
as to the Place of Choosing Senators.

US Constitution; Amendment-17
The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each
State, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall
have one vote. The electors in each State shall
have the qualifications
requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislatures.

When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the
executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such
vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the
executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the
vacancies by election as the legislature may direct.

This amendment shall not be so construed as to affect the election or term of
any Senator chosen before it becomes valid as part of the Constitution.

Real Lessons From Lincoln

On February 8th The "Milwaukee Journal Sentinel" reprinted (Page-J1) "Lessons from Lincoln to a modern president" as written by Mr. David M. Shribman, Executive Editor of the "Pittsburgh Post-Gazette". Mr. Shribman seems to have edited Mr. Lincoln to fit today's politically-correct prejudices of the left (eg Most editors and publishers of daily newspapers), especially as what he did not bring to the attention of readers.

Although President Lincoln may have been a "friend of the soldiers" he was also an expert politician and was very aware that his strongest support came from the troops in the field and insured that they would be able to cast those timely votes which insured his reelection. This is a lesson for the Republican Party which has failed to insure that such would be true in the 2008 election---And lost that election.

Mr. Lincoln also did not fail to allow the execution of a deserter (Deserters?) to emphasis the point that such is a deadly crime and threat when the nation is at war as we now are. Mr. Lincoln knew his war policies were spending the blood, limbs and lives of soldiers; But, valued the preservation of the Union more. It is yet to be seen if Mr. Obama will understand that freedom from Islamic and drug-lord terrorism requires the same spending.

Mr. Lincoln also actively used Military Tribunals to try terrorists (eg Leaders of the war-time revolt by the Lakota Tribe) and approved the mass execution of 30-some of those criminals.

Notwithstanding his opposition to race-based slavery, it appears that Mr. Lincoln never retreated from his reasoned doubts that Blacks would never be the equal of Whites. We must still await a longer time before the measures of equality-or-inequality can be measured (eg School performance levels, misuse of firearms and other crime rates, out-of-wedlock birth rates), on a truly historical basis-To confirm or reject Mr. Lincoln's conclusions.

Mr. Lincoln was, as not noted in the cited article, a strong supporter of free enterprise and of corporations as the source of real economic strength and development.

For better-or-worse we will have four years to determine if Mr. Obama will learn the real lessons from Mr. Lincoln.
