Proposed Constitutional Amemendments

CONCERNING THE CONGRESS: No person who has graduated from a law school or who has practiced law may be a Member of the Congress from six-years after ratification of this article. Nothing in the Constitution shall prevent the Several States from a like restriction as to membership in their legislatures. (Since lawyers, properly, control the Judicial Branch and are well on the way towards control of the Executive Branch, it seems proper to prevent their like control of the Legislative Branch.)

CONCERNING LIMITING JUDICIAL ACTIONS: A. Any judicial decision limiting or overturning an act of the Congress as executed by the President is limited to the judicial district or circuit in which it was made until confirmed by The Congress or The Supreme Court Of The United States; B. Any decision of The Supreme Court Of The United States may be reversed or nullified by a two-thirds vote of the House Of Representatives; C. All decisions of the courts of the United States shall use the intent of the authors of Constitution, its amendments and the Laws of the United States as the basic authority and source for such actions. (These provisions return constitutional power to the People and their democratically elected representatives as taken from them by individual or small groups of unelected judges.)

Concerning Immigration & Citizenship: Persons who illegally enter the United States or illegally remain there after a legal entry or who have falsely applied for citizenship may be immediately removed from the Nation or confined until removal upon only evidence of of those illegal actions. The children of such persons are not citizens of the United States by reason of their birth in our nation but have and maintain the citizenship held by their parent(s). (This article protects the value of lawful citizenship in the USA and is consistent with many nation's laws.)

CONCERNING ARMS: No citizen of the United States shall be forbidden from possessing or carrying any individual weapon commonly issued to the members of the Militia or National Guard or Armed Forces except: If such citizen has been found too dangerously mentally ill or too criminal to do so by a court-of-record; Or, where such carrying presents a clear-and-present-danger of death-or-great-bodily-harm to others; Or, is a fully-automatic firearm or explosive device or projects poisons or radio-active materials. (This article confirms the intent of the Founders as to an armed citizenry and extends full rights to law-abiding and sane citizens who are 18 to 21 years of age.)

Immigration: Failure Of Black "Leaders"

The term "undocumented immigrants" is willfully false. Those persons are "illegal immigrants" who have begun their lives in my nation in violation of our democratically enacted laws. They continue to violate those law by stealing jobs from our fellow citizens, especially the poorest among us.
I still wonder at the failure of "Black leaders" to forcefully and always demand the enforcement of our democratically enacted immigration laws---As "illegals" steal or occupy jobs which should be held by the poorest among us (Black youths).
I am the son and grandson of legal immigrants.

Returning To Effective "Balance Of Powers"

When the founders of this nation outlined our government in our Constitution, they set a careful balance between the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches. That balance has been seriously disturbed and the whole structure of our government now is moving towards collapse and the dictatorship of the judicial elite---Who care little for democracy. That balance must be reset. My suggestion to enact the following Amendment to the Constitution, which would give the Congress the power to correct the errors which have infiltrated our society by judicial usurpations.

"The Congress of the United States may reverse or nullify any decision of the
Supreme Court of the United States or of the lesser Courts of Appeal by a two-
thirds vote of the member present and voting in either House OR by a simple
majority of the members present and voting in both the Senate and House of
Representatives. The vote of each member of the Congress in such matters is to
be separately recorded and immediately made public. Such matters are to have
priority over all other business of the Congress".

President Jefferson On The Press

Document 29
Thomas Jefferson to John Norvell
14 June 1807Works 10:417--18
To your request of my opinion of the manner in which a newspaper should be conducted, so as to be most useful, I should answer, "by restraining it to true facts & sound principles only." Yet I fear such a paper would find few subscribers. It is a melancholy truth, that a suppression of the press could not more compleatly deprive the nation of it's benefits, than is done by it's abandoned prostitution to falsehood. Nothing can now be believed which is seen in a newspaper. Truth itself becomes suspicious by being put into that polluted vehicle. The real extent of this state of misinformation is known only to those who are in situations to confront facts within their knolege with the lies of the day. I really look with commiseration over the great body of my fellow citizens, who, reading newspapers, live & die in the belief, that they have known something of what has been passing in the world in their time; whereas the accounts they have read in newspapers are just as true a history of any other period of the world as of the present, except that the real names of the day are affixed to their fables. General facts may indeed be collected from them, such as that Europe is now at war, that Bonaparte has been a successful warrior, that he has subjected a greatportion of Europe to his will, &c., &c.; but no details can be relied on. I will add, that the man who never looks into a newspaper is better informed than he who reads them; inasmuch as he who knows nothing is nearer to truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods & errors. He who reads nothing will still learn the great facts, and the details are all false.
Perhaps an editor might begin a reformation in some such way as this. Divide his paper into 4 chapters, heading the 1st, Truths. 2d, Probabilities. 3d, Possibilities. 4th, Lies. The first chapter would be very short, as it would contain little more than authentic papers, and information from such sources as the editor would be willing to risk his own reputation for their truth. The 2d would contain what, from a mature consideration of all circumstances, his judgment should conclude to be probably true. This, however, should rather contain too little than too much. The 3d & 4th should be professedly for those readers who would rather have lies for their money than the blank paper they would occupy.

A Free Press????

Since President Trump (Who I did not support until his formal nomination by my Party)  took office and began direct communications with The People, there are very many in the "Lame Street Media" who are whining and sniveling about his critiques of them and their co-actors as "attacks on the free press".

But, is there a "Free Press"?  A far too large a part of today's media are self-enslaved to the Fascist and very anti-democracy tenets of Die Fuehrer of the Democratic (sic) Party's bosses  and their various agents, sponsors and other "Enemies Of The People".

This is often demonstrated by:
1. Their state of dhimmitude exposed by biased and grossly dishonest reporting on Islam and the horrid acts of its most loyal and orthodox followers as executed in strict obedience to the unalterable commands of that criminal-terrorist ideology; And,
2. Their disdain for all parts of The Bill Of Rights (eg The "free exercise of religion" as intended by the Founders; Article II and Article X) as do not deal with a "free press.

Universities' Duty To Protect

The gross number of "politically incorrect" persons being shouted-down at universities is too large to accurately establish. Yet, university authorities have failed to: Video tape those enemies of free speech and academic freedom; Identify them; Formally expel students involved in such actions; And, for the much smaller number of staff-fascists, terminate their employment (ie Without regard to tenured status).

The mob actions (eg University Of Wisconsin-Madison, UC-Berkeley, Middlebury College) are very, very, much more serious as they presented "a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm" to others. At UW the police were instructed to "not interfere". At Middlebury College the mob followed an invited speaker out of the cancelled meeting, attacked his auto and inflicted neck injuries on his faculty supporter. The danger by arson and other means at UC-Berkely have been widely reported.

It was the duty for University officials to call upon law enforcement agencies to use such force (Even deadly force) to suppress those mob actions. They failed of their "duty to protect".

That failure invokes the statutory and Natural Law right of others to use any level of force needed to immediately suppress such mob actions.

Dem Saboteurs: Lessons-Of-History

Does this sound familiar?

The Republicans have a very thin majority in the House Of Representatives and the US Senate. There is a Republican President; But, he is opposed or not fully supported by many members of his own Party.

Congressional Democrats are using every trick allowed under the House Rules to stop the Republican Party from moving its agenda through the Congress.

The year was 1890!

Those assassins of democracy, in the. Congress were finally suppressed by a courageous Speaker (Mr. Thomas Brackett Reed) who crushed those petty-tyrants by a “creative” use of his authority.

Perhaps Speaker Paul Ryan should take-a-lesson from the above---If, and only if, he has the courage to do so.

The same might be asked of the GOP "leaders" in the US Senate.

These were the rights given to convicted criminals facing revocation of probation/parole by Wisconsin's Department Of Corrections. I fail to understand why universities will not provide the same “Due Process” to students facing in-school disciplinary actions.
