Biggest Lies Of 2019

I must confess that the above lie can only be equaled by the lies used by Nazis at the various, after World War II, trials for war crimes. After all, the "Lame Street Media" can put forth the defense, "I was just following orders---Of the DNC".

Other "Lies Of The Year" might well include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. President Donald J. Trump has committed any "high crimes and misdemeanors" sufficient to allow his removal from his office;

2. The current impeachment efforts are not an effort to overturn his constitutional election;

3. Taking possession-of and ready-access-to modern firearms will make our 

law-abiding citizens safer; And,

4. The net benefit to our fellow Americans of allowing illegal immigrants into the USA is higher that the costs in money and human misery they inflict

Impeachment, Belief & Lies

I must confess-or-admit that I am an educated, trained and experienced (By reason of my 34-years and professional career with Wisconsin's Department Of Corrections, related education-and-training AND close attention to "Current Events") observer of ordinary criminals, too many "journalists", a high part of like public officials AND other criminals..

Here, I address those who state that our constitutionally-elected President Trump's request to the new President of the Ukraine was to "dig up dirt" on Joseph Biden, then and now, a probable political opponent in our next general election and not a request (As required by the laws of our nation and a binding treaty) for information about criminal-corruption as is/were violations of both nation's laws.

It is easy (Based on language-tone and "Body English") to identify many of those (eg Senator Chuck Schumer, Speaker Nancy Pelosi) who fail to hide the fact that they are lying about this matter.

There are such, more skilled, liars who may avoid such identification as such as to the cited matter.

What is most dangerous to the "Common Good" and to our Republic is the number of such persons and other Americans who, without "legal proofs", believe those lies.

Honest Americans must note and admit-to the fact that calls for Mr. Trump's impeachment and removal from office began even before he was elected and, by some Fascists, before he was nominated by his Party.and, in fact, long before he made the required inquiry to President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Honest Americans should closely question the honesty of Mr. Biden's son in his well paid "work"in the Ukraine, other financial misconduct AND if Candidate Biden has benefited from his son's "curious", financial, activities (eg Contribution to his political campaign).

"Advantages" Of Deaths By Illegal Drugs

If, and only if, we reject  moral teachings (eg Of Jews, Christians an Sikhs), then the deaths (And reduction in the USA's "Life Expectancy) by such illegal drugs as fentanyyl does provide our nation with some long-term advantages:
1.. It removes from the human genome, in the USA, those who have an "addictive personality" which may have a genetic base or, at the least, one based on transmitted social/cultural habits;
2. That, in turn, reduces the population of those who support the manufacturees, importers and distributors of those drugs;
3. Which reduces the income of the enemies of the USA (ie The PRC) and of all humans (ie All those noted in #2 above);
4. May reduce the number of deaths-by-firearm, the (Vast?) majority of which are inflicted by and upon Black thugs (ie Using only illegally possessed handguns) involved in "the drug trade" which very specific deaths are not reported by "politically correct" academics, officials and The Media as a part of the reduction in the USA's life expectancy;
5. May well reduce the huge sums of the USA's wealth (In dollars) sent out of our Republic and chiefly to organized criminals; And,
6. Which may reduce the tyranny of those slugs as is basic to the corruption of Mexico and Central American nations which is one of the reasons for the mass of illegal immigrants invading the USA and costing billions of dollars to our citizens and legal-immigrants.

A Most NOT-Impeccable Foreign Service Officer

The Washington Compost has claimed that Marie Yovonovitch is "Foreign Service Officers with an impeccable record". THAT IS FALSE!

She:

1. Supported the most corrupt ex-president of the Ukraine; And,

2. Failed to support (Or, perhaps, actively attempted to sabotage) 

the foreign relations policy (Including support of that nation's new president)

of President Trump.

If, and only if, she would support the policies of our constitutionally elected

president (And our Constitution and People), she would have either fully committed herself to them OR resigned her position. 

Her failure to do either is full proof that her record is NOT impeccable!

Trump's Duty & Supporters Of Impeachment

The fact that the "Daddy" of a potential criminal (ie Hunter Biden) is a candidate for the Presidency is NOT a block 

to POTUS (ie Donald J. Trump) asking for an investigation about any such criminal acts committed-in or inflicted-upon

an ally of the USA.

In fact, a failure to bring such, possible, criminal conduct to the attention of the President of The Ukraine would appear

to be a violation of both a treaty between the our and that nation and a violation of President Trump's oath to enforce 

the relevant laws (eg About fraud and the abuse of the power of the Vice-Presidency)!

Those who would give Joseph Biden (And his improbable son) immunity from queries as to possible-to-probable

criminal conduct appear to be members/supporters of one-or-more of the following groups:

1. The Democrat-Socialist-Fascist Party; Or,

2. The "Never-Trumpers" who have infested such as The National Review and unsuccessful GOP candidates for the

Presidency; Or,

3. Saboteurs operating out-of and for "The Deep State"; Or,

4. Victims of early onset senility.

"9/11" And Words

In the media and politician's  (Limited) treatment of the events of "9/11"  have misused words or ignored them to inflict a very biased view of that attack on our Republic (And, in fact, on the superior Western Civilization---OR, what is left of it).

1. There are few, if any, use of the terms "Muslim", "Islam", "Islamist" and "Jihad". After all, those true-believing and orthodox, Muslims were waging Islam's perpetual war (ie Jihad) in accordance with its horrid commands-and-teachings.

2. "Journalists" and others have, pathologically and generally, substituted "activist" for "terrorist". That is a degenerate abuse of our language and a Jihad against the truth about those haters of humanity

The Costs Of Wars

After considering the objections to the USA's deployment of forces near Iran and the risk of a shooting war by such actions, I must ask what would have been the costs of France and Great Britain stopping Hitler at the Western border of Czechoslovakia (Which contained its best natural and augmented defenses) by sending divisions of troops there as compared with the costs (In blood and treasure) of World War II. It appears that such a deployment of forces would have put halt to his land grab there and if, and only if, like confrontations, on land and by sea, were executed in other such places against Hitler and, for that matter, Mussolini and Tojo.

I am a veteran of dangerous military and (Paid & unpaid) civilian service as directed towards the physical safety of my nation's People and that of its allies. I, quickly and greatly, discount the views about military risks inflicted by politicians, "journalists" and academics who have not put themselves at real and ongoing physical risks to protect their fellow humans.

DNC Vs. The Bill Of Rights

It has been reported that the DNC has banned FOX News from "Covering" (By on-site reported with
"Credentials"?) the primary debates between the, very many, members of their Party seeking its nomination for the Presidency.

It is the DNC's right, as a private organization, to do that or, at the least, demand that the usual hosts of such events allow that exclusion.

That action is a most direct and Fascist attack on the "free press" provision of the first article of The Bill Of Rights.

That attack is only another of the Democratic (sic) Party's attacks on our constitutional rights as evidenced by:
1. Obama's attack on (Political) free speech by his misuse of the terrific (Terrorist?) powers of the IRS to restrict organizations, opposing him, from obtaining, lawful, tax-free-status and other means of "reaching the People";
2. The Congress' and various Administrations' restriction of expressing political views "from the pulpit" (ie As was done in the years leading up to the War Between The States and by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.)---Such restrictions most threatened by Democrat's bureaucrats and that chiefly against those opposing Democrats, in spite of many, pro-Democrat, speakers allowed (By chiefly
"Black" churches); And,
3. The Democrats Jihad against the individual rights of law-abiding (And legally presumed sane) citizens (ie Over 18-years of age) from "keeping and bearing arms" (ie Without "infringement").

There have been other like violations of civil rights. The most gross case of these violations was the slaughter of women and children at the "Branch Davidian Estates" by the self-admitted direction of Democrat Attorney General Janet Reno (Clinton Administration). That massacre: Involved the use of pyrotechnic tear gas shells which, despite denials by the Democrat Administration, may have set fires in that compound; And, the very illegal use of military equipment and the military personnel to use OR facilitate the use of one or more, tank-like, vehicle(s).

Democrats, Islam & Member I. Omar

As of this week it appears that the Democrats, in the House of Representatives, are unable OR unwilling to attach the name of Member Ilhan Omar to a measure condemning "Anti-Semitism" (ie Hate-of or actions against Jews and, most specially, the State of Israel)---OR, even to enact such a measure without her name cited.

Here, I offer the following definition of "dhimmitude": A submission to Muslims and the teachings and commands of Islam by "unbelievers" who accept an inferior political and social status under the superior rule or status of Muslims."

Most (All?) Democrat Members have "submitted" to the (Please excuse the redundancy) Islamist-terrorists by their gross failure to cite Omar in some, enacted, measure condemning "Anti-Semitism". As far as I can determine they are also obscenely and traitorously failing to condemn the horrid-and-murderous, absolute-and-perpetual, commands of Islam (C). (Of course, they are joined in such gross obscenities by most of the "lame street media", most university administrators-and-professors and other, like, traitors to both the USA and to what remains of Western Civilization.)

Omar does not have dual allegiance to the USA and some foreign nation, she has solitary loyalty to Islam.

Among other things orthodox Muslims are: Opposed to "equal justice under law" as it allows Muslims and men only the same rights and powers as women and non-Muslims; And, in favor of the use of murder, rape, abuse of our laws-and-courts and genocide by Muslims to suppress everyone else.

Thinking Error On Illegal Drug Entry

Some elected officials and "journalists" have stated that "the numbers" show that the majority of illegal drugs entering the USA come through "points of entry" as are our ports and other places subject to very intense control-and-inspections.

The reality is that the majority of illegal drugs DETECTED are found at those places.

It appears that the best estimates are that 90% of the illegal drugs coming into the USA (And murdering our fellow Americans) enter, UNDETECTED, over our, largely uncontrolled, border with Mexico.

To a very large extent, infliction (By opponents of President Trump) on The People is a LIE!

A Matter Of Law

If the recent inquisition, regarding The Honorable Brett Kavanaugh, is a "job application", it would appear that the best base for any votes on confirmation would be his "Job  Performance" as an appeals court judge. Yet, I have heard/read of only a very few. remote, comments about his very many decisions during his current "employment". 

Of course, that would require his attackers to present evidence of any unlawful or unwarranted prejudice (ie "Pre-Judgement") as was based on will or bias and not reasoned decision making as based on, for example, the contrary views of other judges on each such, if any, case. It appears that the responsible (sic) Members of the Democratic (sic) Party have avoided that rational approach as they lack evidence of such improper decision-making.

Those "persons" have, instead, slandered Judge Kavanaugh by attacks on his record of behavior outside of the judicial process. They also have failed to 

produce such evidence as supports the existence of any personal faults (Beyond the horrid "crime"  of throwing ice cubes as a teen) as would even hint at any such fault. The still call on "the mob" to rely on "I believe", based on biased hate,rather than the "I know" as supported by facts-and-logic (A).

Many of those slanderers, themselves, have clearly demonstrated such lying and other misconduct as would make them not-believable witnesses at any hearing or trial.  [eg During this "process" Senator Feinstein lied as to some facts regarding "The Second Amendment" (B) as, away from the special protections given Members, would have made her liable, if on oath/affirmation, for conviction of "Perjury".]

Here I note that I approached Dr. Ford's and Judge Kavanaugh's testimony on the basis of my 34-years, professional experience, of interviewing witnesses and other persons to determine such facts as might be considered evidence. (Also, I am an educated and trained Social Worker and, until after retired, held a Wisconsin licensed as such.) On that basis of that experience I found that Dr. Ford's testimony was: Lacking in verifiable facts; The product of a "disturbed mind" (Afflicted by prior trauma NOT inflicted by Judge Kavanaugh); And, possibly, warped by prior "therapies" and intense "preparation" (ie "Brainwashing") by Democrats.  

If Judge Kananaugh had not expressed heartfelt anger at those Fascists persecuting him I would have found him too inhuman to be a judge.

Vultures Over Kavanaugh

In the "natural world" the serious wounding of some noble animal will often bring vultures who lurk about hoping to savage a destroyed creature for food. In the political world, the same is observed in such cases the second accusation against the Honorable Brett Kavanaugh with those opposed to defending our Republic's Constitution taking the role of vultures seeking bites out of that, most basic law, or "15 minutes of infamy".

With one, Republican, exception all of the governors of Puerto Rico have been, since 1979, been members of the Democratic (sic) Party or its analogs, the the New Progressive or Popular Democratic Parties.

In time SCOTUS supported the above action against those POTUS declared as "enemies of the people".  Since some  (In "The Resistance") are wondering if SCOTUS-Nominee Brett Kavanaugh will follow Stare Decisis on the Roe Vs. Lessons From Annapolis Newspaper Shooting

The domestic terrorist who shot up The Capital Gazette [Annapolis (MD)] newspaper office was able to murder five and wound two of our fellow citizens:
1. With a legally purchased and commonly had hunting weapon; And,
2. In police saturated Annapolis where it only took about one-minute for them to arrive [Uncommonly rapid for almost all the USA).]

If, and only if, one/more of those journalists had ready (ie Concealed carry) access to a modern and effective firearm, they might well have popped-up and put all rounds (eg Best with hollow point bullets) into the head of that monster---Reducing the "body count".

[At age 70-plus I self-trained and that within 40-hours, with a semi-automatic handgun, to: At the common distances in such offices; Charging, side-to-side, at the target; And, placing seven of eight rounds in the head of the silhouette target. An experienced instructor could do that training in less time. (A very few hours each month are required to keep up those skills).]

Since most of "The Media" and governments dominated by Democrats (eg Maryland) are intensely opposed to our law-abiding and legally presumed sane citizens having such ready access and such modern weapons, the staff of The Capital Gazette were offered up on the bloody altar of "Political Correctness". That betrayal of reality ignores the fact that the defensive (Often by "mere" display) use of guns by those good Americans prevents harm to innocents at a rate many, many, times that inflicted by criminal misuse of firearms.

2. The essential teachings of Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews and Sikhs as support peace vs those of the Nazis, Atheistic Communists and Muslims which inflict terrorism on the world; 

3. Such poetry as reflects craftsmanship vs the unorganized flushing of apparently random non-thoughts as come from the distorted minds of those who claim to be poets;

4. The facts that young Black youths commit more violent crimes than those of other races (As properly noted by the Rev. Jessie Jackson as to groups of youths as might be following him down a dark street) vs the claim that acknowledging such reality is race “discrimination”;

5.  The fact that the family, based on pairings of women and men has been the basic unit of (Most) civilizations which have gone beyond primitive hunting-gathering societies vs.the false claim that homosexual couples provide the same value-to and maintaining-of civilization;

6. That the intent of the writers of the Bill Of Rights as to the "Establishment Cause" was to keep only the Federal Government from establishing an official "National Church" vs those who maintain that the "free exercise of religion" should be limited to the insides of homes and places-of-worship;
7. The views of our nation's founders that an armed citizenry is basic to controlling tyranny vs the position that they should be disarmed “for their own good”; And,

8. Those immigrants who legally come into the USA with those skills and cultural conditioning as will improve our Republic Vs. those who: Illegally enter the USA in violation of our democratically enacted laws; Bring with them diseases; Bring other parents' children and cast them on our stressed social services agencies OR sell them into child prostitution; Increase the common good of the USA by providing goods and such services as do NOT depress wages or steal jobs from the poorest of our fellow citizens.

If no one else does so, at least journalists  should use the best definitions of words.

Armed citizen kills shooter at OKC restaurant

An armed citizen confronted a man who fired shots inside a restaurant and killed him, according to Oklahoma City police.

The shooter opened fire inside the establishment, injuring two people.  As he was fleeing the scene, the armed bystander opened fire, fatally injuring the shooter.

CNN:

A man walked into Louie's Grill & Bar and opened fire, striking two people.  As the gunman was fleeing the scene, a bystander armed with a pistol confronted the shooter and fatally shot him outside the restaurant, Oklahoma City Police Captain Bo Mathews told reporters.

"Right now, all I know is that it was just a good Samaritan that was there and looks like he took the right measures to be able to put an end to a terrible, terrible incident," Mathews said.

The shooter's motive is not known and his identity has not been confirmed.

Four people were injured during the shooting.

A woman and a girl were shot after the gunman walked into the busy restaurant.  They were hospitalized and are expected to survive, Mathews said.

The mother and daughter were celebrating a birthday when they were injured, CNN affiliate KOCO reported.

A man broke his leg when trying to run out of the restaurant and a fourth person suffered a minor injury, police said.

Police detained "a large number of witnesses" and said "there is no indication of terrorism at this point."

Oklahoma has an expansive concealed carry gun law, although the governor vetoed a "permitless" gun bill earlier this year.  Anyone doubting the efficacy of such laws need only look at this incident – an incident that is hardly isolated in states that have concealed carry permissions. 

The bottom line is that people are alive today in Oklahoma City because of the foresight of our founding fathers, who realized that self-defense is one of the most important natural rights bestowed on people and that restrictions on that right are not only dangerous, but stupid. (Bold face added)

Originally it was reported that one armed civilian engaged the shooter, but now it is reported that that two men retrieved guns from their cars and did so.
