A Real Aussie's Apology To The Abos

TO THE EDITORS, THE HERALD SUN (Australia):

The below "Real Australian's Apology To The Aboriginal Population" was sent to me by someone in your part of the World. If I were a citizen of "Fair Australia", I believe I could run a successful political (But, politically incorrect) campaign for a seat in Parliament on the noted statement---And, budget saving and corrective measures based on it.

AUSTRALIAN APOLOGY TO THE ABORIGINAL POPULATION

We apologise for giving you doctors and free medical care, which allows you to survive and multiply so that you can demand apologies.

We apologise for helping you to read and teaching you the English language, thus opening up to you the entire European civilisation, thought and enterprise.

We feel that we must apologise for building hundreds of homes for you, which you have vandalised and destroyed.

We apologise for giving you law and order which has helped prevent you from slaughtering one another and using the unfortunate for food purposes.

We apologise for developing large farms and properties, which today feed you, where before, you had the benefits of living off the land and starving during droughts.

We apologise for providing you with warm clothing made of fabric to replace the animal skins you used before.

We apologise for building roads and railway tracks between cities and building cars so that you no longer have to walk over harsh terrain.

We apologise for paying off your vehicles when you fail to pay the instalments.

We apologise for giving you free travel anywhere, whenever.

We apologise for giving each and every member of your family $100.00 and free travel to attend an aboriginal funeral.

We apologise for not charging you rent on any lands when white people have to pay.

We apologise for giving you interest free loans.

We apologise for developing oil wells and minerals, including gold and diamonds which you never used and had no idea of their value.

We apologise for developing Ayers rock and Kakadu, and handing them over to you so that you get all the money.

We apologise for allowing taxpayers money to be paid towards a daughters' wedding ($8,000.00 each daughter).

We apologise for giving you $1.7 billion per year for your 250,000 people, which is $48,000.00 per aboriginal man, woman and child.

We apologise for working hard to pay taxes that finance your welfare, medical care, education, etc to the tune of $1.2 billion each year.

We apologise for you having to approach the aboriginal affairs department to verify the above figures. For the trouble you will have identifying the "uncle toms" in your own community who are getting richer and leaving some of you living in squalor and poverty.

We do apologise. We really do.

We humbly beg your forgiveness for all the above sins.

We are only too happy to take back all the above and return you to the paradise of the "outback", whenever you are ready.

I suspect that someone more creative than I am could develop parallel positions for other professional victims in your land and mine beyond those Australian ones presented by the transmitting wag for address to the wogs.
1. For Arab immigrants: We apologize for introducing you to soft toilet paper so you no longer had to use sand to scrub your behinds.
2. For all Asians: We apologize for allowing you to live in our land where you can walk down a street with more than three-centimeters between you and smelly hordes about you.
3. For African Blacks: We apologize for taking you out of the slavery begun by and the dietary habits of cannibal chiefs (As Idi Amine) to lands where the "poverty level" is several levels-of-magnitude above the general living conditions of the blasted lands from which your forefathers came.
4. For illegal Latino immigrants coming to the USA: We apologize for a land where the poverty level, educational facilities, economic opportunities and quality of drug gang suppression is far beyond the wildest dreams and the reality of the rotten, corrupt, backwards and other evils of the urban and rural slums from which you came AND where the common language is, for the time being, the one world language.

I encourage your readers to develop this idea and transmit it to your PM and to all such political-prostitutes in too many of the once civilized nations of the World.

Sincerely yours,
James Pawlak

"Diversity Education"

On Feb. 19th The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported on a number of local high schools and colleges as to their "cultural diversity" programs or intents. Below you will find a list of some materials which should be included in such programs and the "reason why".

1. A look at the Aztec religion and its mass tearing the skin off of girls and hearts out of tens-of-thousands of other victims and its perpetual wars to obtain more such sacrifices.
2. The basic and unalterable teachings of Islam which encourage or allow, if not command, the use of murder, rape, genocide, perpetual war, robbery and enslavement to further the goals of that ideology and its members.
3. The worship of some Hindus of the goddess Kali by means of murder and robbery AND of the once almost mandatory suicide of widows (Suttee), since suppressed by those horrid English colonial administrations..
4. The secular cultures of Mao's China, Stalin's USSR, Pol Pot's Cambodia and Hitler's Germany which all sent millions to their deaths.
5. Contemporary Black, inner-city, sub-cultures as thrust forward the abuse of women and more murder by misuse of firearms.

These lessons would allow the students to have a better understanding and appreciation of the self-correcting and civilization inventing-nurturing-preserving Christian-based culture, or what remains of it, in the USA and too few other places.

Disestablish C-of-E OR Return To Christianity?

The Economist weekly journal/newspaper of the UK has proposed that the Church of England be "disestablished", severed from its special place as a quasi-governmental part of the UK's power structure.

To an American as myself the proposition that the Church of England be "disestablished" and severed from its quasi-governmental status in the UK might sound like a good idea as it has been, more or less, in effect in the USA since 1789AD and allows us the religion based and morality-directed political debate that so many Europeans find "incomprehensible".

The danger of that severing is, as we Americans have experienced, is that some legislative dictators or judicial tyrants will extend that division in attempts to exclude religious and moral teaching from all public places and forums, favoring the amoral or immoral lack-of-principles of the secularists (ie Proponents of the "Religion of Atheism") in all ways and all places.

Upon reflecting on the ethical, political, economic, military and other weakness of so many British institutions and policies as have developed since 1945 (Or, earlier, from the time of Henry VIII), it might be better if the Archbishop of Canterbury, too many other Anglican leaders, the Royal Family and the Government actually returned to the civilization supporting, charitable, and sound basic teachings and practices of the Church and its daughter, Western Civilization. In other words, the problem is NOT too much Christianity BUT too little. This lack opens the door to the anti-civilization forces of the ideology of Saudi-style Islam and Mao/Stalin/Hitler forms of secular humanism both of which support genocide and other gross crimes and neither of which have produced the self-correcting progress of Christianity-based progress in the positive development of the human and humane state.

Swooning At Obama Rallies-Which Spirits?

There have been reports of persons "swooning" or "fainting" at political rallies for Sen. Obama in the style known, in some religious circles, as being "Slain By The Holy Spirit".

From a secular point-of-view that type of physical reaction was known at the concerts of such as Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley as well as at the very bloody gladiatorial games in ancient Rome. In such cases, that reaction is an infantile or uncivilized reaction to the most base emotions, being different facets or faces of the same immaturity.

From a Christian viewpoint, it should be remembered that all "spirits" are NOT holy! The Christ cast out such evil spirits and the Catholic Church is now finding it necessary to train and deploy many more real exorcists to do the same--Which may indicate a gross spreading of such possession as might find a home in immature persons OR those who approve of Senator Obama's support of the most bloody killing of infants, both before and just after birth.

Now, when will our Bishops declare that voting for someone (eg Senator Obama) who supports abortion and infanticide is a great sin?

The Camel's Nose---A Parable RE: Sharia

The controversy over the proposed formal recognition of Sharia law into the UK's legal system appears to puzzle some. As Islam is, basically, an "Arab thing" (Made more so by the millions spent by Saudis in forwarding their interpretation of that ideology), we should look to a Arab tale (For which see below) to explain the worries some have about such a "little intrusion" into the "tent" of British law.

If you cannot, at first, understand this analogy or the parallels involved, ask someone (eg Women who have fled the torture of an abusive Muslim husband as Sharia provided neither relief nor protection, the Christian or Pagan victim of the current Jihad in the Sudan, the mother in the State of Israel, whose child was murdered-or-mutilated by a rocket fired from inside the Gaza, the survivors of the "9/11" attack on the USA) who really understands the impact of Islamic teachings (For which see below the noted parable).

The Camel's Nose In The Tent

One cold night, as an Arab sat in his tent, a camel gently thrust his nose under the flap and looked in. "Master," he said, "let me put my nose in your tent. It's cold and stormy out here." "By all means," said the Arab, "and welcome" as he turned over and went to sleep.
A little later the Arab awoke to find that the camel had not only put his nose in the tent but his head and neck also. The camel, who had been turning his head from side to side, said, "I will take but little more room if I place my forelegs within the tent. It is difficult standing out here." "Yes, you may put your forelegs within," said the Arab, moving a little to make room, for the tent was small.
Finally, the camel said, "May I not stand wholly inside? I keep the tent open by standing as I do." "Yes, yes," said the Arab. "Come wholly inside. Perhaps it will be better for both of us." So the camel crowded in. The Arab with difficulty in the crowded quarters again went to sleep. When he woke up the next time, he was outside in the cold and the camel had the tent to himself.

Wall Of Death VS. Israel's Separation Wall

Those "Christian peace delegates" (From "Christian Peacemaker Teams" and "On Earth Peace") who recently visited the West Bank appear to have failed of their purpose in establishing peace between Muslims and those (Jews, Muslims, Druze, Samaritans, Christians, etc.) living in the State of Israel---If the ongoing rocket and other terrorist attacks against the latter peoples are evidence to that effect.

The next trip those persons make to that land should be one where they make a sweep of the area and seize-and-destroy rockets and other terrorist weapons as used against the innocent. That activity would give them great opportunity to become true "witnesses" (ie "Martyrs") to their variety of Christianity; But, is likely to put them over the Wall-Of-Death which separates this world from the next----And which is much more final than the wall being built by Israel to prevent others from leaving this world at the hands of Islamic terrorists.

Cruel & Unusual Punishments

In discussing the Nebraska Supreme Court's decision to outlaw electrocution as the method of implementing the death penalty in their state as they declared it to be "cruel", today's New York Times noted the 1993 opinion of US Supreme Court Justice Souter (Joined by Justices Blackmun and Stevens) as to the then refusal of the Court to reconsider the 1890 decision that the electric chair was NOT a "cruel and unusual" punishment. Those three Justices declared that "modern knowledge" might require a different conclusion.

I do wonder at the value placed on the lives and deaths of the worst in our society, those found guilty of murder and having such convictions many-times reviewed, as opposed to the usual judicial decision to allow the chopping up or chemical burning-to-death of the most innocent in our world, unborn children.

The "modern knowledge" as to the prenatal development of children, especially as to their ability to feel pain, should then require an overturning of Roe v. Wade as the unborn (With their unique and different from mothers genetic codes) are being cruelly executed for the "crime" of being conceived.

O tempora, O mores!

Punishment Of Climate Change Heretics!!

Famous Canadian David Suzuki has proposed that politicians raising doubts about "The Religion Of Human Caused Climate Warming" should be thrown in jail. (It is uncertain if he would allow a trial-by-jury before such actions.) No doubt that, as this religion gains power (Before the next Ice Age), he and others of his ilk will call for the summary burning-at-the-stake (Now fallen out of use in Christian nations--Perhaps because of the "carbon footprint" such actions leave) or the slow sawing off of heads (Still used by Islamic terrorists) of those heretics.

In the second blog cited below, I have provided all with a list of real scientists to be punished when the Caliph Suzuki comes into power to enforce the dictates of the Prophet Al Bore.

It appears that Dr. Suzuki is not equally committed to the principle that all questions of science are open to ongoing reexamination and questioning AND that only theology contains absolutes.

Wis. Commission On Sentencing Disparities

The "Governor's Commission On Reducing Racial Disparities In The Wisconsin Justice System" has released its "findings" and recommendations (1.). Although Marquette University's Professor (Political Science) John McAdams appears to find that there is no harm in it and that it may do some good (2.), I have some essential problems with that report as based on my 34-years of professional experience (Survival?) with Wisconsin's Department of Corrections AND some very sound education in the scientific method provided within the UW system.

1. Notwithstanding the lack of any general condemnation of Wisconsin's sentencing patterns on the basis of overt racial discrimination, both the title of the commission and the lack of any real attention to individual choices made by criminals leads to the "perceived" conclusion that race was a factor in sentencing.
2. Among the factors not stressed (But should have been so emphasized) by the Commission were the following often considered, as they should be, in imposing sentences: Harm done to the victim(s) in terms of actual physical/economic/psychological injuries; The harm done to the "common good" of the community by the instant offenses and prior violations of the Law; The Prior criminal record and offense pattern of the offender as a predictor of potential to repeat the causing of such injuries/harm to the community and individuals; The experience of success or failure as to prior educational/treatment programs and periods of correctional supervision; Positive or negative employment history; And, like predictive factors.
3. The report supported a variety of "programs" (eg "Wraparound", Boys/Girls
Clubs) without providing or asking for scientific (ie Reliable and valid as based on experimental-vs-control group studies OR sound multi-factor analysis) to demonstrate that the time-and-money invested in such are effective and cost-effective.
4. The report used such terms as "cultural competency" as are not defined and, perhaps, semantically empty of meaning.
5. I ended up with a "feeling" that this commission, not finding any pattern of racial discrimination as such, felt obliged to conclude that "something" was wrong with the communities of Wisconsin as to sentencing and that "something" should be done.

All-in-all a great deal of money and time has been expended to yield a "the horse may learn to sing" (3.) outcome. I suggest that the money and effort would have been better applied to determining which of the Department of Corrections, Children's Court, school systems and like agencies' programs are effective and cost effective in producing the socially sought results.

(3.) In "days-of-yore" a man was condemned to execution by his king and shouted out, "Spare me, I can make your horse sing!"; The king then giving him a year to do so or be even more painfully killed. His cell mate asked him why he did such a foolish thing, to which our anti-hero stated: "In a year I might die OR the King might die OR maybe the horse will learn to sing".

Learning From A. Lincoln--To Win An Election

More attention to history may provide the Republican Party with that margin of success needed to win the upcoming national elections. That is, Republicans should consider the lessons taught by the 1864 elections which earned President Lincoln and gave his Party a great success---BY INSURING THAT AS MANY SOLDIERS AS POSSIBLE WERE REGISTERED TO VOTE AND GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO!

The President should NOW make every effort to insure that every active duty member of the Armed Forces (Regulars, Reservists and National Guard) is provided the information and forms needed to register (If not yet enrolled) and to cast absentee ballots in a timely manner. The making of this right-to-vote available to our Forces should be made as a "direct order" to all unit commanders and, likewise, the execution of such made (Again, by order) a part of the annual performance evaluations of such COs.

Of course, this must be done without any overt or even covert partisan statements.

From USA's Bishops To Pope--I Can Wish

TO THE EDITORS:

The most recent (Feb., 2008) issue of The Catholic World Report featured an open letter to the Pope asking that he "Look Behind The Facade" of the Church in the USA and other articles as to the loss of moral authority of its Bishops and the persecution of the Faithful, in the USA and in other places, by proponents of secular humanism and followers of the Hindu religion and the ideology called Islam.

Other parts of that issue addressed the reasons why Boston was not included on the Pope itinerary for his upcoming trip; These reasons being the impact of sex-abuse scandals and the loss of moral authority of the Church in that diocese (Which problems are self-evident to far too many parts of the USA and the entire USCCB).

Almost exactly three years ago I wrote the letter reproduced below as to what our Bishops should have said to the Holy Father at that time. I very much doubt if any did so.

The only things I would now add to that those bishops should proclaim:
1. A need to teach that "turning the other cheek" applies only to insults and not attempts to murderand rape and destroy the livelihood Catholics AND to destroy their places-of-worship;
2. That such attacks must result in applications of the teachings of that great "Doctor Of The Church", St. Bernard of Clairvaux, and the striking of deadly blows for Christ and his People upon those criminals who misuse popular support (The mobs of India, islamic nations and the politicians of the Peoples Republic Of Massachusetts), weapons or the Law to do so; AND,
3. That those Bishops will bear witness (Be martyrs) to the Faith by expelling from the Church their own members and those subject to them (Including University administrators and elected officials) who either refuse to support and execute the above steps OR violate the Laws of the Church, bishops and other priests who are so expelled to be civilly "fired" and lose all retirement and other benefits (The Pope could, of course, do that to a "certain" one-time US Archbishop now sheltered as the Arch-Priest of a Roman parish).

Dearest Holy Father:

Below is the statement you should have received from the bishops of the USA. I fear that you did not and am, therefore, sending it to you for, if you so elect, your future discussions with those bishops.

Fearfully submitted,
James Pawlak

To The Holy Father From The Bishops Of The USA

Mea Culpa! Mea Culpa! Mea Maxima Culpa! Each of us, for ourselves and too many of our fellow American bishops, confess that we have sinned greatly against Jesus Christ, the
Churches-of-God and the Faithful who depend upon us for true teaching, responsible leadership, moral direction by failing in many of the duties laid upon us as priests and bishops.

We have failed to control, isolate, discipline and punish-as-example those bishops, priests and other religious who have sexually, physically and emotionally abused, damaged and even destroyed entrusted to our care and direction. We have, more particularly, transferred such persons from place-to-place to hide them from exposure and the just treatment of civil and ecclesiastical courts and, thereby, allowed them to continue in their criminal and sinful activities. We have, even after their exposure, brought discredit upon the Church by rewarding such creatures by: Giving them very comfortable livings in Church owned places, thereby engaging in the fraudulent misuse of moneys given to us by the Faithful and earned by their physical and intellectual labors; Putting forth their homilies and writings in a special way as approved by the Church, all to the further discredit of the Church; Erecting walls against further exposure of such offenders, especially bishops, such walls built out of a false interpretation of "authority" and independence from the view of the Faithful and the civil law; And, many other and like offenses.

We have compromised the real teaching authority of the Church out of fear of losing "tax exemptions" and of other financial advantages, unwilling to be witnesses or martyrs to the Truth about some political figures and persons, which truths should have been shouted from our pulpits and firmly declared in our newspapers.

We have relied upon the further misuse of our "teaching authority" to the considerable exclusion of our "teaching responsibility" by such actions or inactions as: Failing to teach the truths of the Gospel and the Church out of some fear of losing money from tax exemptions or the contributions of tepid Catholics; Failing to put in our teachings and writings, and those of our priests, that fire, logic and conviction which was so apparent in the words of the Apostles and Fathers of the Church; And, by failing to respond to the questions put to us by all who ask of us full direction and teaching as to the doctrine, morality, ethics and the discipline and governance of the Church.

We have too often failed to make the accounting expected from good stewards for the monies given to us by the Faithful. We have misused too much of those funds in diverse ways and refused accountability for such errors.

We have allowed our Catholic high schools, colleges and universities (And, perhaps even, seminaries) to retain heterodox teachers of religion, ethics and philosophy who will not adhere to the Magisterium of the Church and refuse to do so in the future. We have allowed such schools to use "ex-priests" in such teaching positions in violation of Canon Law. Worse yet, we have allowed such schools to "honor" persons who support elective abortion and other violations of our Faith.

We have encouraged that strange assembly of persons called "liturgists" and have allowed them to cause great distress to the Faithful and great insults to the Divine Liturgy by the mis-use of so-called hymns which neither reflect the teachings of the Church nor have the quality of beauty and those qualities which encourage the worshipful singing by congregations. There have even been the introduction of grossly sexual dances as part of the Liturgy.

We have employed architects who have failed to understand that beauty is holy and that holy places should be both beautiful and focused on the Worship of God in the Holy Eucharist.

We have failed to actively, repeatedly and forcefully bring to the attention of the Faithful and of our political leaders the external attacks on the Church and all Christians by both militant secular humanists and, more violently and murderously, in such places as Burma, India and all of the lands controlled by those who call themselves "muslims", the Sudan being only the most recent of such places in the 1400-year history of such abuses.

We have wasted the resources of the Church earned and contributed by the hard-working faithful, in attempting to establish and maintain "dialogs" with the followers of that false pseudo-prophet Mohamed, whose eternal goal is the destruction of the Church and true civilization.

We have failed to respond and confront the falsehood that the Crusaders of ancient days and those of more recent times were somehow wrong in their goals of taking back what was ill gained by war and terrorism. We have failed to teach that crusaders regained, for Christianity and civilization, much of Europe from "islamic" terrorists and thieves. We have also failed to note that crusades were properly brought against the likes of Tojo, Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Saddam Hussein and others of such evil nature. We have failed to teach that Crusaders are true martyrs who risked and risked limb, blood, life and their very souls in fighting against evil.

Some of us have compromised the teachings of the Church by trying to be "all things to all men", falsely assuming that those who are only marginally in agreement with those teachings will "somehow" return to the fullness of the Faith. Some of us have, thereby, become tepid and in danger of being spit out.

We have failed to take the most effective moral, teaching and, even, political and civil-legal actions as would form a defense against the loss of the USA to militant secular humanism as too much of Europe has been lost.

We have failed to confront the bishops in other lands and officials in the Vatican as to their participation in such offenses.

In response to these errors, we must: Not continue these offenses as individual bishops or in the community of the bishops of the USA; Pray harder and more often by ourselves and publicly with the Faithful as to these matters; Preach and publish more as to the errors noted above; Privately and publicly invoke the Holy Spirit to be our guide in correcting ourselves and our Church; AND, not hold ourselves as other or better than being the servants of the Faithful, responsible to them as well as to you and, most specially, to Jesus Christ, under the authority of the Father and in the Truth of the Holy Spirit.

AMEN!
