Constitution, Due Process & The Second Amendment

President Thomas Jefferson addressed all matters of considering the Constitution as being best considered in the light of the intent of its authors.

"On every question of construction carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text or invented against it, conform to to the probable one in which it was passed." [Please specially note that the term "trying" was used as in "boiling down" something (eg Whale blubber or the Constitution) to obtain what the actors wish (eg Whale oil or perverse decisions by judges "making law from the bench"; About which please see the novel Moby Dick.]

Two of the comments of the Founders include (As shared by other, like, patriots):

A. "No freeman shall ever be debarred the use of arms"; "The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government"; “What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. LET THEM TAKE ARMS.” "The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." (President Thomas Jefferson)

B. “Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom? Their swords and  EVERY OTHER TERRIBLE INSTRUMENT OF THE SOLDIER ARE THE BIRTHRIGHT OF AN AMERICAN.…. The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the People.”(Emphasis added); “As civil rulers, not having their duty to the people duly before them, may attempt to tyrannize, and as the military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the people are confirmed by the next article in their right to keep and bear their private arms (Tench Coxe; Member of The Continental Congress and, later, constitutional scholar and author). [Emphasis added]

[“Tyrants” include street criminals, those waging Jihad, politicians attacking The Bill Of Rights (Especially Articles I, II, IV, V and X) and other criminals.]

Mr. Tench Coxe's remarks, about military-grade, weapons is specially applicable to the AR-15 and like weapons.

The "AR-15" is short-hand for all semi-automatic-only long arms with magazines holding more than eight-rounds. That (Such) weapons have be decried as "weapons of war" by opponents of the fullest exercise by citizens of "the right to keep and bear arms" (Without "infringement). Although I do not own such a firearm, I will accept that application---And approve of it on the basis of the following points.

1. The "AR-15" is the ideal weapon to resist the war-like attacks of home-and-business invaders, those waging Jihad and other dangerous thugs as: It  is much more accurate at the usual self-defense distances of 30-feet or less than are hand-guns; Its light weight and recoil make it more suitable for women and trained youths to use in the home/business defense of self and innocent others; And, its "round" will tumble when hitting walls or criminals---And, not go through them to kill or injure other persons at great distances as do, for example, the "30-30" round so common in hunting rifles.
2. Large magazines allow the usually-needed three rounds to "put down" some thug and for the (According to reports on home invasions) multiple such critters.

3. As Islamic-Terrorists are now waging war (With both guns and bombs) in the USA, that such war-weapon allows citizens (During the usual too-long wait for effective police action) to have a "war weapon" which allows them some chance of defeating those orthodox Muslims waging Islam's commanded "perpetual war" (Jihad) against those "unbelievers" who are 99% of our fellow citizens.
4. Possession of large numbers of such weapons by law-abiding and presumed sane citizens provides a safeguard against government tyranny as rightly feared by the Founders.

Supporters of “reasonable” conditions for gun ownership fail to exactly address the “shall not be infringed” clause of the Second Amendment---As written by those Founders who were masters of the English language---And knew,also exactly, what “shall not” and “infringed” meant. That lack of considering that clause specially applies to judges and those politicians (Especially in such places as grossly anti-gun Chicago with its growing-and-gross record of illegal shootings). [In other words, I do not find any provision in the Constitution for "reasonable conditions", as would allow infringement, except by "due process of law" as applied to each-and-every, individual, citizen.]

It appears that The Bill Of Rights also requires (Except in time-of-war?) “Due Process Of Law” to take away those rights as it provides. As to the Second Amendment, it appears that there must be no “infringement” except by a court-of-law (Where a jury trial may be demanded) finding that each challenged citizen is too criminal or too dangerously mentally ill to exercise the individual right to keep and bear arms.

Members of the Democratic (sic) Party have taken the lead in attempts to “infringe” on our rights under the Second Amendment (And other provisions of The Bill Of Rights).

What is greatly ignored is that members of that Party, “Registered Democrats” (The Orlando Muslim-Massacre-Monster may have been such) and client-beneficiaries of that Party's policies have made-up the vast majority of those involved in the USA's mass or notorious, unlawful, shootings. (As far as I know, no members of the NRA have been the criminals inflicting such shootings.)

If Democrats (Or any, if any, others) wish to restrict the “right to keep and bear arms”, they should submit an amendment to the Constitution which requires the approval of our democratically elected Members of The Congress and of many State Legislatures. That Party's efforts attempts to bypass that democracy-based process, required by the Constitution and the time needed to make such a critical decision .

The Democrat's insistence on “instant gratification” (And such “temper tantrums” as very recently demonstrated in the chamber of the House of Representatives”) can best be described as infantile.

Those persons also will not admit to the facts that:

1. Armed targets of criminal attacks are less likely to be murdered/maimed than unarmed “sheep”;
2. Many more persons are saved from death or injury by the use (Often “mere” display) of guns than are unlawfully killed or injured by firearms;
3. The primary, world wide, “terrorism by gun” is inflicted by those orthodox Muslims obeying Islam's unalterable command to wage “perpetual war” (ie Jihad) against “unbelievers” (ie 99% of our fellow citizens); And,
4. Most of the unlawful shootings in the USA are by Blacks---To the extent that removal of those acts-and-actors from “The Statistics” would yield a USA violence rate about average for other developed nations.

"AR-15" & Like Arms NEEDED By Americans

Citizens & Modern Weapons

The massacre in an Orlando nightclub has brought forth the usual, Fascist, demands to take away modern and effective guns from The People.

Below, you will find the relevant comments of a very well known Founder of our Republic and one of his lesser co-actors in the USA's first Revolution.

Vigilantes & Politicians

There are times-and-places when-and-where the police (And even the military) cannot OR are unwilling to control the vicious attacks of criminals (As includes those waging Jihad as individuals or groups) against innocent persons.

Where the People have effective arms and courage, responsible citizens sometimes become “Vigilantes” to protect their communities. They do so by:

1. Taking time from earning livings for their families; And,
2. Placing themselves at great physical and legal risk from government officials and other criminals.

Tyrannical government officials who disarm the People do so, not to safeguard others, but to protect themselves----And other crimina

Mohamed Ali As "Hero"

As evidence of the basic nature of today's "Black Culture" many have touted Mohammed Ali as a "Superhero". I suggest that those critters and all others consider the following.

1. Whatever the faults/sins of too many of its followers, Western Christianity invented and is still developing "Civilization" as supports learning, wide knowledge and is working towards "equal justice under law".

2. Mohammed Ali left that faith and joined Islam which: Is very opposed to such equal justice; And, which very often is opposed to learning beyond the Koran and such weapons-technical information as allows its followers to better murder others---Including students of "Western" knowledge.

3. To compound that offence against civilization, Ali first joined "The Nation Of Islam" as, very much, supported a KKK-plus level of racism.

4. Mohammed Ali refused to be inducted into our Armed Forces as he opposed the Vietnam War (Which I found to be very much mismanaged and lost by Democrats) in opposition to our democratically-enacted laws  and as put some other draftee at risk.

5. That "hero" earned very much money by pounding the heads of other (Usually Black) boxers as is likely to have resulted in injuries even more serious and immediate than those inflicted on him.

All  might better consider such Black heroes as: Professor Thomas Sowell (A “high school drop-out”); Secretary-of-State, Professor and pianist Condoleezza Rice (Whose parents were school teachers in the “Old South” when such were neither well paid nor respected by Whites); Mathematician and business-leader Herman Cain (Who I supported with money and words during his campaign for election to the Presidency); Dr. Benjamin S. Carson; Member of Congress, Ms. Mia Love; Congressman, military hero Alan West (Who destroyed his military career by “protecting his troops”);  And, Mr. Justice Thomas (Who was born in a Southern town without a sewage system and to a “farm worker” father and mother who worked as a “domestic”.

We should also consider that the usual "Heroes" of the successful and racially identifiable Americans of Chinese decent are scholars---As is  also usually the case for Jews.

What "role model" should be held up for  Black and other citizens (And legal immigrants) in the USA?

Racists Comments, Racist Judges?

First, please note that I did not support Mr. Trump in his campaign as to the Wisconsin primary election and did not vote for him.

House Speaker Ryan and too many others have denied that judges can be biased on the base of their race/culture/ideology.

It appears that he and those others are either totally ignorant of history OR are corruptly seeking election advantages by denying its lessons.

Within the USA we certainly have many examples (In and out of the "Old South") of White judges being biased, in opposition to the Constitution, against Black, Latino, Chinese and American Indian citizens. Is there some logical reason that some judges from those (Protected) groups do not hold and act upon like biases against Whites? 

Outside of the USA, such bias has been shown by: Stalin's and Hitler's persecuting "judges" against those opposed to those tyrants' ideologies; Mexican judges against "Gringos"; And, Islam's courts against all women and all "unbelievers".

                                                                 

My father and grandparents were legal immigrants into the USA. Can US Judge Curiel maintain the same claim? Or, is he such an "Anchor Child" of parents who avoided the full jurisdiction of the USA by illegal entry into our nation---As apparently required for the full protections of the 14th Amendment to our Republic's Constitution?

If a judge is a "true believer" in Islam, can such a person be suspect of bias as that ideology is:

1. Strongly opposed to "Equal Justice Under Law"; And, 

2. Supports/demands the replacement of all other law systems with Sharia.

On Shooting Laquan McDonald

On the basis of the limited information available it appears the 17-year old thug, Laquan McDonald, (An "adult" under Illinois's criminal laws) was attacking now Ex-Officer Jason VanDyke with a knife AND was only 15-feet away from that potential victim when the first shot was fired. That short distance is well within the "Deadly Threat" distance as scientifically established by the Tueller Test .

I note that it has taken up to 33-"hits" to stop a charging criminal. The FBI has addressed the question of multiple shots needed to stop such attacks and the physiological reasons for that danger.

Unlike a possibly “doctored” police video (Did it take a year to morph that video?), it appears that the first volley of gunfire resulted in wounds only to the front of the target's body---Showing that he was facing the shooter AND not walking past him (Unless it was to get a better “angle of attack”?) before turning towards Mr. VanDyke.

Yes, it would have been better For Mr. VanDyke to stop shooting after the real criminal was "down" (As WAS established in the case of Missouri's Michael Brown); But, the fear of being “cut” might be a mitigating factor.

Obama, Hiroshima & Other Places

After listening to Barack Hussein Obama's comments from Hiroshima, I suggest that he take a side trip to the Philippine Republic and:

1. Walk the route of the "Bataan Death March"; And, 

2. Interview any, if any, surviving "Comfort Women" who were enslaved in Japanese military brothels.

If our relations with China were better, I would also recommend that he travel to Nanking and speak with any, if any, survivors of the "Rape Of Nanking".

Although he spends much time (At the expense of US tax-payers) in Hawaii during his Imperial vacations, I must also wonder if he (Since his election) has:

1. Visited the USS Arizona memorial;

2. Personally viewed the "National Cemetery Of The Pacific" (aka "The Punch Bowl") and reflected on the many thousands of real Americans who died in defeating the horrid rule of Imperial Japan----And, the many millions of others who died and suffered because of Japanese mis-rule; And, 

3. Considered the number (Up to 1,000,000) of American and allied lives which were saved by the uses of the A-Bomb.

Since he wishes to eliminate future like suffering due to A-Bombs by limiting/eliminating them, he would do to propose the same for Islam which has caused more suffering, over the last 1400-years and to this day, than the  A-Bombs (And remove one major reason to maintain and keep ready the USA's atomic stock piles).

Internal Islamic Threat---The Spanish Soluiton

I has been clearly demonstrated that the increase of a Muslim population in any jurisdiction (eg Paris, Brussels, London, some Nordic cities and Dearborn, MI) produces an increase in Muslim aggression and violence in proportion to such increases.

In the past the only effective solution to the threat of such, nation wide, aggressive violence was executed in Spain in the year 1492---When all Muslims were expelled from Iberia as a prophylactic measure.

SUBJECT: My Confession Of Racial Prejudices

Greetings:

Yes, I do hold some “prejudices” about Blacks.

I am prejudiced in favor of such Blacks as: Professor Thomas Sowell (A “high school drop-out”); Secretary-of-State, Professor and pianist Condoleezza Rice (Whose parents were school teachers in the “Old South” when such were neither well paid nor respected by Whites); Mathematician and business-leader Herman Cain (Who I supported with money and words during his campaign for election to the Presidency); Dr. Benjamin S. Carson; Member of Congress, Ms. Mia Love; Congressman and military hero Alan West (Who destroyed his military career by “protecting his troops”); Milwaukee's Sheriff Clarke; And, Mr. Justice Thomas (Who was born in a Southern town without a sewage system and to a “farm worker” father and mother who worked as a “domestic”).

The central characteristic of those most excellent persons is that they (By self-disciplined efforts and probable family support) have contributed much, much, more to our Republic (And their race) than they take out in very hard earned rewards. I do not recall them blaming others for their “problems”.

I am prejudiced against: Those Blacks (eg Jessie Jackson, Cornel West, Al Sharpton, Julian Bond, Jeremiah Wright, Leonard Pitts, Ta-Nehisi Coates, Elon James White, Anthea Butler) who maintain their high incomes and poof-up their political power and over-developed senses-of-self-worth by stirring up what remains of inter-racial distrust in the USA; Those Blacks (eg B. H. Obama) who are very active in attacking all of the provisions of the Bill Of Rights and the basic provisions (ie The “separation-of-powers”) of the Constitution); Those Blacks who support the criminal-terrorist ideology known as “Islam” by being members or supporters of the “Nation Of Islam” OR more traditional Islamic groups [As Islam is aimed at the destruction of Western Civilization and its concept of “equal justice under law”]; And, those parasitic Blacks who benefit from that part of the “hip-hop” and “rap” sub-culture as glorifies the abuse of women, murder and the other horrors as exampled by such thugs as Crystal Magum, Tawana Brawley, Mumia Abu-Jimal, Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, those who “play the knock out game” and those many others well known to you----In or out of academia.

The central characteristic of those horrid critters is that they take, by overt-crimes or other means, from other people and give so little, if anything, to others---Including to the reputation of their Race.

Real "Diversity" For Universities

If, and only if, our universities/Colleges are truly interested in "Diversity" they should go beyond such physical factors as race, true gender and "gender identification". Any encouragement of "Diversity" should be applied to the MIND to insure that students are exposed, even if they disagree with them, to such views as require them to think outside of their habitual thought-patterns.

To improve the horrid lack of intellectual "diversity" at our colleges/universities, I suggest that they actively seek-our, actively-recruit and preferentially-hire those who are-teaching or who-have-taught at (Pre-Obama) military academies, the USGC Academy and the many advanced schools within the Department Of Defense. It appears probable that such would allow schools to balance the ideological/political atmosphere and thinking-generation within those schools---And, provide students (And others) with living examples of the sacrifices, commitment to the "common good" and self-sacrifice needed to reach the noted teaching positions.

The "Regents", "Trustees" and other like governors of all colleges/universities must emphatically demand that their schools' administrators present hard-evidence of greatly improving that intellectual-diversity---Or, be freed-up  to find some other employment.

ISIS Is NOT The Problem---Revised

ISIS is NOT "The Problem"!  The same can be written of Boku Haram, Hamas, CAIR, The Muslim Brotherhood and other like organizations as have, boil-like, erupted in our world---And, will do so under other names in the future. The same can be said of "Lone Wolf Islamist Terrorist" (eg The traitor Nidal Hasan of Ft. Hood infamy) OR very small groups of like critters (eg The pair who were the "Inside The Belt-Line" snipers; Those who fired upon a US Army recruiting station murdering one of our Soldiers).

"The Problem" is the core and essential teachings of Islam which include:

1. The command for almost all Muslims to wage "perpetual war" (Jihad) against all "unbelievers" until they become Muslims OR abjectly accept the slave-like state some call dhimmitude; And,

2. The encouragement/permission/commands to those waging Jihad to use murder, genocide, rape, torture, banditry and other horrors to forward Islam or "reward" those creatures.

Anyone who does not declare that to be true is:

1. Ignorant of the writings of Islam and the 1400-year record of Muslims applying those commands by gross acts-of-violence; OR,

2. Is maliciously (As a form of treason for supporting those waging war against the USA?) not making that true statement to The People---And,  attempting to form public policy on that offence-against-truth.

There is some "research" as demonstrates that not less than 50% of Muslims support the "fullness" of Jihad.  There is some reason to believe that the current Administration favors the immigration of Muslims (ie Who are not likely to comply with the above) over the real targets of Jihad---Christians.

Although the USA may not be at war with Islam, Islam is at war with the USA.

Alternative To Keeping Terrorists At Guantamo

To maintain the safety of our children and others within the USA I am totally opposed to transferring terrorists from our military prison/resort at Guantanamo Bay to prisons within the USA!

However, I do offer the following alternative.

Put exactly six of them in self-bailing whale-boats (The most sea-worthy of such craft) as furnished with: A mast; Two sets of sails; Fifteen days of hard rations and canned water; Fishing gear; One "fish knife"; A "membrane" unit to covert salt water to fresh water; One copy of the Koran; A compass; And, sailing directions.

They should be "tuned loose" 100-plus miles from Cuba, at night or in a heavy fog, in good weather (Avoiding all of hurricane season), under such naval protections as will keep "rescuers from them for no little time.

Politically Incorrect Model For Blacks & All Others

Blacks should give up the very inferior model as described in Professor Thomas Sowell's Black Rednecks and White Liberals and which : Now supports “Victimhood”; Supports and honors those entertainers who support/advocate abuse-of-women and attacking police; And, such others as are listed, in the second group, on the first attachment to this letter. (That inferior model is now being advocated by various, Democrat and Socialist, non-thinkers.)

Blacks and all others should follow the example of most Americans of Chinese decent who:

1. Came to the USA as racially identifiable incomers, speaking very foreign languages, having “strange” social customs;
2. After arriving here they were:Subject to legal-and-illegal attacks (Some fatal); Excluded from the vote and other civil rights; Lived (Some voluntarily as did Italians, Jews and my Polish grandparents) in “Ghettos”; And, were very ill-treated as serf-like and almost slave-like workers;
3. After this they demonstrated their cultural superiority by: Dedication to deferring rewards (Avoiding the crippling, criminal/infant-like, demand for instant gratification) by hard physical and academic work (The latter leading to some universities discriminating against them for being “too qualified/successful); Cleaving to the support and other advantages of two-parent (One of each gender) families; Honoring scholars over criminals; And, Disproportionally avoiding violations of law; And,
4. Earning the rewards of: Great academic success (With the racist reactions of some schools noted above); A disproportional awarding of Nobel Prizes (Especially in the apolitical areas of science); And, a disproportional and greatly lower part of the populations of our jails and prisons.

                                            GENERAL OBSERVATIONS
I am, more-or-less, a Christian. I am also very familiar with:  The contents of the Koran and other basic works of Islam; The 1400-history (And to this very day) of the acts inflicted on the world by those waging Jihad; And, the too-many , on campuses, Jihad-style campaigns against those who defend the State Of Israel and, more generally, all Jews and against those who would publicly raise rational questions  about the above-cited contents and history.

Although much of those attacks are executed by Muslims, they have been aided-and-abetted by those others (eg
those at who should remind all of the Fascists of Hitler's Germany (Including those burners of Jewish authored books at that nation's universities) or the  pogrom-generating Czars of Old Russian and like tyrants in the USSR.

Some of those attacks have been forwarded by Non-Muslim students (And faculty/administrators?).

                                         RESPONDING TO ATTACKS-I

1. Hire an attorney.
2. Give formal notice, best on oath/affirmation, by your formal complaints against any individuals, groups, or or organizations (Including colleges/universities) who have injured (In the widest sense) AND what corrective actions, damages, punitive damages and other costs you are demanding at that time AND if corrective action is not taken by a date-certain.
3. Formally demand that any-and-all complaints or accusations against you be in written form AND upon  "oath or affirmation"---And, consider, after taking counsel, refusing to attend any meetings or hearings until that is done.
4. Obtain as much evidence (eg Video Tapes; Written affidavits from witnesses) as possible as to any attacks.
5. As needed file civil actions and criminal complaints (eg "Violations Of Civil Rights"; "Misconduct In  Public Office"; "Perjury"; "False Swearing") as needed to deal with all attackers.
6. Consider filing a formal complaint, with the accrediting organization demanding a formal hearing as to why you school's accreditation should not be vacated or made conditional on such corrective actions as you recommend.

                                   RESPONDING TO ATTACKS-II

      You are NOT required to allow any physical attack on you or your supporters as includes "grabbing" or "hitting" or even being charged [eg By someone within the "Tueller Drill" distance of 21-feet, especially if they are display any object which might be used as a weapon OR shouting threats (eg "Allahu Akbar")].
      In the "hitting" or "grabbing" situations you are required to limit your response to that which is proportional to the threat/danger'
     In the case of being charged (Or, "mobbed"), you may use any level-of-force, including deadly force, if you believe that you are in a clear-and-present-danger of death-or-great-bodily-harm.

                                    DUTIES OF COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES

1. To provide immediate-and effective protection of all on their campuses from those who perform OR threaten any form of physical attack.
2. To protect the "Academic Freedom" and constitutional "Free Speech Rights" of those who wish to present OR hear any views from those who use noise/blocking-movement/other-means to stop or limit such by students, faculty, guest speakers, Etc..
3. To be alert and proactive to such potential attacks by such means of video-taping on-campus activities/events where such violations of law or university rules may occur.
4. To use their own (Or, others) to identify students and school-employees who are in such violations and to, after providing "Due Process", fire those employees and formally expel those guilty of offence such violations.
5. To file criminal charges where warranted in any applicable cases.
6. To, for those employees or students in the USA only because of a previously issued (Academic) visa,  request the US Government to vacate those visas and expel those guilty enemies of freedom from the USA.

ISIS is NOT "The Problem"!  The same can be written of Boku Haram, Hamas, CAIR, The Muslim Brotherhood and other like organizations as have, boil-like, erupted in our world---And, will do so under other names in the future. The same can be said of "Lone Wolf Islamist Terrorist" (eg The traitor Nidal Hasan of Ft. Hood infamy) OR very small groups of like critters (eg The pair who were the "Inside The Belt-Line" snipers; Those who fired upon a US Army recruiting station murdering one of our Soldiers).

"The Problem" is the core and essential teachings of Islam which include: 1. The command for almost all Muslims to wage "perpetual war" (Jihad) against all "unbelievers" until they become Muslims OR abjectly accept the slave-like state some call dhimmitude; And, 2. The encouragement/permission/commands to those waging Jihad to use murder, genocide, rape, torture, banditry and other horrors to forward Islam or "reward" those creatures.

There is some "research" as demonstrates that not less than 50% of Muslims support the "fullness" of Jihad.  There is some reason to believe that the current Administration favors the immigration of Muslims (ie Who are not likely to comply with the above) over the today's real targets of Jihad---Christians.

Although the USA may not be at war with Islam, Islam is at war with the USA.

Communicating With Jihadists---Updated

The lessons of history and current events demonstrate that the only means of "communicating" with those Muslims waging Jihad is by the application of over whelming and deadly force as at: Tours (732 AD); Las Navas de Tolosa (1212 AD); Granada (1492 AD); Lepanto (1571 AD); Chocim/Khotym (1621 AD); Vienna (1683 AD); The USA's campaigns against the Islamist-Pirates of the Barbary States (1805-1815); Navarino (1827 AD); Israel’s various and defensive wars from 1948 on (Just in case you ask, I am not of the Jewish Faith nor do I have any financial interests in the State of Israel); Multinational mini-campaigns against the Islamist Pirates operating off the Muslim Sudan.

To these I add the most excellent shooting down of the mad dog who assassinated a ceremonial guard on Canada's Parliament Hill and by the armed citizen who liquidated the swine who beheaded a lady in Oklahoma. I can now gladly add the lessons of The Sniper!

Ummah, Muslims,Jihad & Punishment

“Ummah” is the Muslim-Arabic term for the world wide community of all Muslims. It is a general, Islamist, principle that an attack on any one member of that “community” is an attack on all members (ie All Muslims).

Equity demands that an attack, on Non-Muslims, by any (Muslim) member of that “Ummah” must be considered an attack by all Muslims and make them equally guilty AND equally liable to punishment for such crimes.

However, any Muslim is able to remove him/her-self from that guilt and risk-of-punishment by openly and clearly declaring, in her/his local Mosque and in places open to Non-Muslims (To be video-taped for later broadcast) that s/he:

1. Absolutely condemns all of the teachings of the Koran and the Hadith (The collected sayings of that fellow Mohammed of Mecca & Medina) which command Muslims to wage “perpetual war” (Jihad) against “unbelievers” and those which allow/encourage/command the use of murder, rape, genocide, torture and other horrid crimes against others and against civilization to advance Jihad OR the individual/collective goals of Muslims;
2. Will always determine the end recipients of any charity s/he gives AND will not give to any domestic (eg CAIR) or foreign organizations which directly/indirectly support the above crimes.

Those Muslims who do/will not make that withdrawal from those horrid teachings and the resultant horrors of Jihad are to be the subjects of official/unofficial punishment for the crimes of other members of “Ummah”.

Unofficial punishment is morally allowed as the civil authorities of the many nations have been unable or unwilling to crush those waging Jihad with the active/passive support of Muslims enrolled in the “Ummah”.

The FBI study In the Line of Fire: Violence against Law Enforcement—A Study of Felonious Assaults on Law Enforcement Officers shows that 41 percent of officers who fired in the study hit their intended targets, and the average distance to the target was 21 feet.4 Although this is a limited study, these averages are fairly consistent with the multiple shooting data available.

During court proceedings concerning an officer-involved shooting, the number of rounds fired by the officer or officers involved will be released to provide full disclosure. Grand juries often question why numerous rounds were fired. It is important, especially in handgun shootings, to show that (1) immediate incapacitation of the target with handgun rounds is not a reliable factor, even if there is a direct central nervous system shot; and (2) direct shots that cause lethal blood loss are also not immediate. There is sufficient oxygen within the brain to support full, voluntary action for 10 seconds to 15 seconds after the heart has been destroyed.5 A determined individual who has received a fatal shot may continue to function because of adrenalin, sheer emotion, or stimulants in their system. Rational Selection Of Immigrants From Middle East

Those refugees fleeing Islamist terrorists in the Middle East, should be selected for immigration on a rational basis---That is, the risk they now face and would face upon any, if any, future return to their ancestral homes (Some in 2000-year-old communities). (GUGG)

Introduction

The essay below was written on the basis of an unsigned and yellowed manuscript which I found in a box of old documents. I added to it and cleaned up the spelling, grammar and logic AND added some current examples.

I specially note that my contact with “people-of-color”, other than the corrections' inmates and parolees/probationers I met, was as generally as satisfactory as other relationships. For the most part the Black (Well, Brown) people I worked with were, on average, as good as others in my “shop”---Except for a very, very, few who elected to be “Professional Blacks” rather than “Black (Well, Brown) Professionals”.

I have had Black (Well, Brown) guests in my home, some as overnight guests and for a month stay. My son's Black (Well, Brown) friends were welcomed and appreciated as were others. His one Black (Well, Brown) lady friend was one I hoped he would “get serious about”---But, then I realized that she had much, too much, strength of personality and will for him to deal with---At that time in his life.

If you have the historical or anthropological evidence (The state of genetics is, as of yet, too primitive, to be of value here) to refute the positions given below, please provide me with such.

The Essay

Some years ago I was in the error that the Human Races must have concurrently evolved as I could not see my ancestry coming from an African source. However, the scientific proofs have overcome me and I have no current doubts that humanity evolved in some African “garden of Eden”---Perhaps more than once.

After all, there is less than one-percent (1%) of differences in the genetic structures of all human beings, being about the same difference between us and the other “Great Apes”. On the surface, that 1% in humans is attributable to differences in hair, bone structure, blood types and some other, very physical differences.

However, I here posit (On the basis of historical and anthropological evidence) another gene, which I have elected to call the “Get-Up-And-Go-Gene” (GUGG). The early African possessors of GUGG were those humans interested in what was on the other side of the lake, of the river, of the mountain, etc.. Some changed in physical appearance, becoming blond or oriental, some (eg The “First Peoples” of Australia and Melanesia) stayed very “African” in appearance (Thus proving that the GUGG has and had nothing to do with color, face shape, type of hair, etc.). Many went to the “ends of the Earth” to places as Australia, New Zealand, Patagonia and Greenland. That search went in waves and in the Americas, Australia and New Zealand, the Whites came after the Black and Brown People. Of course, some posit Non-Asian immigration into North America by Aniu-like immigrants OR by others traveling along the Atlantic ice pack.)

There is, however, one group of the original Africans who seemed to lack GUGG. They are the ancestors of those people who initially did not go out-of-Africa except as slaves (Sold by other Blacks or captured by Islamic slavers) and did not even migrate into what is now the Union of South Africa until pushed there by the Zulus and others---At about the same time as Whites came into “The Beautiful Country”. (Before that time, the original Peoples of that land were not true Blacks but those having an almost saffron complexion).

The exploration of those Peoples with GUGG extended, in many places (ie China, Europe, India and the pre-Islamic Middle East) to the realms of the mind in the invention of many things and, in fact, of civilization itself. This development was hardly detectable in either Black Africa or in post-Islamic ruled areas, where Islam discouraged or destroyed the inventive urge allowed by GUGG.

Where in Black Africa can you find any universities (Beyond Islamic theological schools which discourage thought more than otherwise) which were not “inflicted” by White colonialists upon those areas? Where are the pre-colonial sub-Saharan cities, roads, bridges (They did have access to stone!)? Other than in Christian Ethiopia, where are the great paintings and metal work of Black Africans beyond some very simple iron weapons and late brass effigies? Basic wood carvings, some very good, are found; But, no wood carvings such as the great altar piece at Krakow's cathedral (Poland being another land with few, early, natural resources beyond wood)---Yet Black Africans certainly had access to many excellent hard woods.

The “cultural worth” of humanity (Its arts, laws, sciences, philosophies, etc.) have developed in Europe, China, the pre-Islamic Middle East, India and, later, in the New World and, even later, just about every where except Black ruled Africa---Which is, for the most part, an economic, legal, medical, political and social disaster area. (The only area of hope there is the growth of Christianity---Some of it even orthodox and based on sound teaching.)

In the USA and some other lands (Where the State does NOT support the false promise of socialism such as Cuba) the admixture of Black and other Races has enhanced both

where, and only where, Blacks have accepted the culture provided by Whites, Orientals and some others. It has not been effective where Blacks (Encouraged by “Professional Blacks” and not “Black Professionals”) have committed themselves to such horrors as “Gangstra Rap” and the “Victim Culture” OR the local equivalent. It is also not effective where Islam has limited, or killed, creative thought in sciences and arts.

In the case of the USA “thinking White” is the only path to true economic, social, intellectual and other forms of real success. Unfortunately there is a small minority of Blacks (Well, Browns) in the USA who have made political (eg The totally ineffective one-time and Black mayors of New Orleans and Atlanta), social (eg Jessie Jackson & Al Sharpton) and academic, “Black Studies” (Such as the inventor of Kwanzaa), careers out of a contrary presentation---Even if they “secretly” do not believe in what they present to others.
