"Illegals" NOT Protected By The Constitution

Although I am not an attorney, I have studied the Constitution, with special attention to the Bill-Of-Rights and its 14th Amendment, the intent of the authors of those essential statements and have come to the following conclusions.

The 14th Amendment was intended to secure full civil rights to Black slaves born in the USA.

Nothing in that or any other part of our Constitution addresses the alleged "rights" or legal status of illegal immigrants.

In fact, it appears that illegal immigrants, by their unlawful entry into the USA, have excluded themselves from the jurisdiction of our nation (A precondition for protection under the 14th Amendment) and are, therefore, NOT entitled (By their own and voluntary actions) from any protections under the Constitution and Laws of the USA, including, but not limited to:
Any "rights" to a hearing before removal from the USA;
Any "rights" as to detention while awaiting such removal;
Any "rights" as to police search-and-seizure or bail in the
event of criminal charges;
Any "rights" to financial aid, health/social services, free public
education and other like benefits; AND,
The right granted legal immigrants to have USA citizenship
granted to their children born in our nation.

If they wish those rights, they should return from where they came and obtain legal entry into the USA.
