DNA Testing NOT Absolute

There are enough identical twins in this world (A few split up for adoption at birth) to cast some doubts as to the claimed absolute reliability of DNA testing as to resolution of guilt-or-innocence in the Courts as such twins do not appear to have any differences in DNA.

In addition to the matter of identical twins, genetic "chimeras" also represent a threat to the scientific base of DNA testing in the courts.
For example, the genetic markers of DNA tests on the skin found under a victim's finger nails or sperm in that person's body may not, in such case, match up with a sample taken from the inside of the mouth (The prescribed and non-intrusive judicial method) of an accused person.
