Executive Orders & New President

Immediately upon being sworn in, the new, GOP, President should sign a previously prepared “Executive Order” suspending all such Orders inflicted on the People during the prior eight years.

 

After that and asap the following “Executive Orders” should be totally vacated and that in the following order:

1.               Those which violate the letter of the Constitution OR the documented intent of the Authors of that, most basic law and of The Bill Of Rights (And, later amendments);

2.               Those which deal with subjects properly under the authority of The Congress;

3.               Those which are opposed to the security and common good of the People; And,

4.               Perhaps, those opposed to the official “Platform” of the GOP as expressed before the prior national election.

 

Remaining, if any, “Executive Orders” may be modified-and-reissued if they serve a public interest OR be properly assigned “to the dustbin of history”.

 

GOP candidates for election to the Presidency should now be asked to very publicly proclaim their commitment to the above actions

Mental Health, Guns, Due Process

I am becoming more-and-more disturbed  about the far too many politicians, news commentators/reporters, those opposed to the fullest exercise of Second Amendment rights and others of that ilk who loosely  substitute the terms  "mentally ill"  OR "emotionally disturbed", for the more accurate term "dangerously mentally ill" as to those who should not be allowed to obtain firearms.

It is fit-and-proper and legally/constitutionally-sound  that someone should be declared "Dangerously Mentally Ill" only after a fact-based and contested hearing before a judge-and-jury, in accordance with our 1000 year old system of laws and our Constitution. Why? Because to tag any citizen as being "dangerously mentally ill" takes from such citizens as many civil and political rights as a conviction of a felony---And, deserves the same legal protections.  

At this time there are too many government units (eg -- The FBI) who will accept the unverified and non-judicial comments of some (Anonymous?) Psychologist/Psychiatrist/Other-persons as sufficient "Proof" to deprive citizens of a basic civil right.  Even super-sane me (If, and only if, you accept my self-diagnosis)  once consulted a psychologist, with my wife, to iron out some marital problems---Which smoothing did occur. .

 Should I or some child with home/school problems who sees a school psychologist or some active-duty member of the Armed Forces/Veteran for whom war/other-problems has resulted in s/he seeking counseling, and other like and law-abiding citizens be deprived of a basic civil right without "due process of law"? [I believe we have another, of too many  Federal Laws which provides for both criminal and civil prosecution for "Deprivation of Civil Rights Under Color Of Law" which should deal with and punish those who would do so to those who are not dangerously mentally ill.
The FBI has reportedly placed entire groups of innocent military veterans on the "no buy"  list and that without "due process of law".

April, 2013 Note: the New York State Police are seizing guns from citizens who are lawfully taking anti-depression medications without any prior “due process of law”. After the death of my beloved wife I took such “meds” for a short time which, in NY, would have led to my being deprived of my rights under the Second Amendment to the Constitution by violating my other rights to “due process of law”. Such are unconstitutional acts of tyrants---About which see President Jefferson’s comments as to tyrants, guns and citizens—As attached..

THE “SOVIET SOLUTION”: As the old USSR developed, a political decision was made to deal with those who “dissented” by considering-and-declaring them, per se, mentally ill for doing so. Such persons were involuntary confined in prison like “hospitals” and subjected to “aggressive” treatment”

It appears that too many (Chiefly, but not universally Democrats) consider anyone who wishes to fully exercise their rights (And, implied duties) under the “Second Amendment” as likewise “mentally ill”. I suspect that many Democrats consider anyone who opposes any of Mr. Obama’s extra-constitutional actions as likewise “crazy”.

LIKEWISE DOCTORS & JOURNALISTS: Doctors and “journalists do NOT “see” the very many whose lives and “bodily integrity” are safe-guarded by the private use (Most often “mere” display) of guns by citizens. They treat and report on only those events as where medical attention is needed OR “politically correct” reporting had.

There Are NO "Radicalized" Muslims

THERE ARE NO "RADICALIZED" MUSLIMS! 

There are those who closely follow the commands contained in the Koran. Those commands include that of waging of military war (Jihad) against "unbelievers" (Or, supporting its warriors with all their wealth) and to use the allowed/encouraged/commanded acts of murder, rape, genocide, torture, banditry, etc. to win battles and wars against opponents to real Islam. These are Muslims.

Anyone else who claims to be a Muslim and does not obey those commands is guilty of Bid'ah (Essentially "Heresy") as they vary-from or leave those core teachings of Islam and may be killed or otherwise punished by true Muslims.That authority to kill and so many person's demonstrated-and-enthusiastic willingness to do so condemns the entire community of Islam (Ummah) to never fully leave the medieval, murderous, tyrannical and self-defeating ideology as taught by Mohammed (Who was, himself, a murderer, bandit, liar and treaty-breaker and the perverted sexual abuser of a nine-year-young girl-child---Which makes him the "Ideal Man" and example for all of his followers.)

As there is no true central authority in Islam each-and-every Muslim (Male as females do not "count") is expected to be the self-judge of his status as areal follower of Mohammed. No "radicalization" is needed except, only perhaps, some reminder (By a person or current events) of the command to wageJihad binding on individuals (eg Nidal Hasan of Fort Hood treason)  or bands/small-groups (eg The District Of Columbia "Belt Line Shooters"; This week's shooters in San Bernardino) or much larger (Even such semi-national groups as ISIS or Boku Haram or HAMAS) or entire nations (eg Ottoman Turkey or today's Iran).

It may be "politically correct" to refer to Islamist-Terrorists as "radicalized" or "extremest" Muslims. However, they would better AND more honestly be described as "orthodox" Muslims.

ISIS Is NOT The Problem

ISIS is NOT "The Problem"!  The same can be written of Boku Haram, Hamas, CAIR, The Muslim Brotherhood and other like organizations as have, boil-like, erupted in our world---And, will do so under other names in the future. The same can be said of "Lone Wolf Islamist Terrorist" (eg The traitor Nidal Hasan of Ft. Hood infamy) OR very small groups of like critters (eg The pair who were the "Inside The Belt-Line" snipers; Those who fired upon a US Army recruiting station murdering one of our Soldiers).

"The Problem" is the core and essential teachings of Islam which include:

1. The command for almost all Muslims to wage "perpetual war" (Jihad) against all "unbelievers" until they become Muslims OR abjectly accept the slave-like state some call dhimmitude; And,

2. The encouragement/permission/commands to those waging Jihad to use murder, genocide, rape, torture, banditry and other horrors to forward Islam or "reward" those creatures.

Anyone who does not declare that to be true is:

1. Ignorant of the writings of Islam and the 1400-year record of Muslims applying those commands by gross acts-of-violence; OR,

2. Is maliciously (As a form of treason for supporting those waging war against the USA?) not making that true statement to The People---And,  attempting to form public policy on that offence-against-truth.

If there is some Muslim who declares that Islamist-Terrorists are not "Real Muslims", s/he must be commanded to back that claim up by (As video recorded for later broadcast) state the following:

1. Her/His name, address and the name and address of employer;

2. An absolute and perpetual condemnation of the above-noted-teachings-and-practices of Islam as contained in the Koran and other cannons of Islam; And,

3. Then publicly inks out of an Arabic copy of the Koran all those verses as command or support such crimes against humans and humanity.

No such Muslim should be allowed to continue with statements "defending" Islam until they fulfill the above conditions.

There is some "research" as demonstrates that not less than 50% of Muslims support the "fullness" of Jihad.  There is some reason to believe that the current Administration favors the immigration of Muslims (ie Who are not likely to comply with the above) over the real targets of Jihad---Christians.

Now, does you your public official or candidate or religious leader or other associate proclaim the above truths about Islam?

Although the USA may not be at war with Islam, Islam is at war with the USA.

What if 20 Million Illegal Aliens Vacated America?

I, Tina Griego , journalist for the Denver Rocky Mountain News wrote a column titled, "Mexican Visitor's Lament.”   I interviewed Mexican journalist Evangelina Hernandez while visiting Denver last week. Hernandez said, "Illegal aliens pay rent, buy groceries, buy clothes. What happens to your country's economy if 20 million people go away?”

Hmmm, I thought, what would happen?

So I did my due diligence, buried my nose as a reporter into the FACTS I found below.

It's a good question... it deserves an honest answer. Over 80% of Americans demand secured borders and illegal migration stopped. But what would happen if all 20 million or more vacated America? The answers I found may surprise you!

In California, if 3.5 million illegal aliens moved back to Mexico, it would leave an extra $10.2 billion to spend on overloaded school systems, bankrupt hospitals and overrun prisons. It would leave highways cleaner, safer and less congested. Everyone could understand one another as English became the dominant language again.

In Colorado, 500,000 illegal migrants, plus their 300,000 kids and grandchildren would move back "home," mostly to Mexico. That would save Colorado an estimated $2 billion (other experts say $7 billion) annually in taxes that pay for schooling, medical, social-services and incarceration costs.

It means 12,000 gang members would vanish out of Denver alone.

Colorado would save more than $20 million in prison costs, and the terror that those 7,300 alien criminals set upon local citizens. Denver Officer Don Young and hundreds of Colorado victims would not have suffered death, accidents, rapes and other crimes by illegals.

Denver Public Schools would not suffer a 67% dropout/flunk rate because of thousands of illegal alien students speaking 41 different languages. At least200,000 vehicles would vanish from our gridlocked cities in Colorado. Denver's 4% unemployment rate would vanish as our working poor would gain jobs at a living wage.

In Florida, 1.5 million illegals would return the Sunshine State back to America, the rule of law, and English.

In Chicago, Illinois, 2.1 million illegals would free up hospitals, schools, prisons and highways for a safer, cleaner and more crime-free experience.

If 20 million illegal aliens returned 'home,' the U.S. economy would return to the rule of law. Employers would hire legal American citizens at a living wage. Everyone would pay their fair share of taxes because they wouldn't be working off the books. That would result in an additional $401 billion in IRS income taxes collected annually, and an equal amount for local, state and city coffers.

No more push '1' for Spanish or '2' for English. No more confusion in American schools that now must contend with over 100 languages that degrade the educational system for American kids. Our overcrowded schools would lose more than two million illegal alien kids at a cost of billions in ESL and free breakfasts and lunches.

We would lose 500,000 illegal criminal alien inmates at a cost of more than $1.6 billion annually. That includes 15,000 MS-13 gang members who distribute $130 billion in drugs annually would vacate our country.

In cities like L.A., 20,000 members of the ' 18th Street Gang' would vanish from our nation. No more Mexican forgery gangs for ID theft from Americans! No more foreign rapists and child molesters!

Losing more than 20 million people would clear up our crowded highways and gridlock. Cleaner air and less drinking and driving American deaths by illegal aliens!

America's economy is drained. Taxpayers are harmed. Employers get rich. Over $80 billion annually wouldn't return to the aliens' home countries by cash transfers. Illegal migrants earned half that money untaxed, which further drains America's economy which currently suffers a $20 trillion debt. $20 trillion debt!!!

At least 400,000 anchor babies would not be born in our country, costing us $109 billion per year per cycle. At least 86 hospitals in California, Georgia and Florida would still be operating instead of being bankrupt out of existence because illegals pay nothing via the EMTOLA Act.

Americans wouldn't suffer thousands of TB and hepatitis cases rampant in our country - brought in by illegals unscreened at our borders.

Our cities would see 20 million less people driving, polluting and grid locking our cities. It would also put the 'progressives' on the horns of a dilemma; illegal aliens and their families cause 11% of our greenhouse gases.

Over one million of Mexico's poorest citizens now live inside and along our border from Brownsville, Texas, to San Diego, California, in what the New York Times called, 'colonias' or new neighborhoods. Trouble is, those living areas resemble Bombay and Calcutta where grinding poverty, filth, diseases, drugs, crimes, no sanitation and worse. They live without sewage, clean water, streets, roads, electricity, or any kind of sanitation.

The New York Times reported them to be America's new ' Third World ' inside our own country. Within 20 years, at their current growth rate, they expect 20 million residents of those colonias. (I've seen them personally in Texas and Arizona; it's sickening beyond anything you can imagine.)

By enforcing our laws, we could repatriate them back to Mexico. We should invite 20 million aliens to go home, fix their own countries and/or make a better life in Mexico. We already invite a million people into our country legally annually, more than all other countries combined. We cannot and must not allow anarchy at our borders, more anarchy within our borders and growing lawlessness at every level in our nation.

It's time to stand up for our country, our culture, our civilization and our way of life. Interesting Statistics!

Here are 14 reasons illegal aliens should vacate America, and I hope they are forwarded over and over again until they are read so many times that the reader gets sick of reading them:

1. $14 billion to $22 billion dollars are spent each year on welfare to illegal aliens (that's Billion with a 'B')

12. The National Policy Institute, estimates that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion, or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period.

13. In 2006, illegal aliens sent home $65 BILLION in “remittances” (untaxed money) back to their countries of origin, to their families and friends.

14. The dark side of illegal immigration: Nearly one million sex crimes are committed by illegal immigrants in the United States!

If, and only if, Islam was a "religion", Article-VI, Section-3 of our Constitution would preclude consideration of a citizen's status as a Muslim in his/her efforts to gain any political office--Including that of our nation's President..

1. But, Islam  NOT  a religion; But, is a criminal-terrorist movement-or-ideology not far different from the KKK or Nazi-Party (Sharing the same principles of hate-of-Jews and all real religions, use of violence and the other horrors taught in Mein Kampf and the Koran;

As the leaders of Iran and other Muslim ruled states are waging overt-or-covert war against the USA, aiding (Or, even, not opposing) them in such matters as the development of atomic weapons is a violation of Article-III, Section-3 of our Constitution and 18 US Coder 2381 as define TREASON.

Officials Must Obey THE LAW?????

Until the outcome of our most bloody “War Between The States” Blacks were not, by a decision of the Supreme Court Of The United States not consider as full human-citizens.

At that time we also had a Federal “Fugitive Slave Law” as allowed the capture and return to their “owners” of those Blacks who had fled slavery. That law imposed very severe penalties on any official who did not arrest any person alleged to be a fugitive slave upon a sworn claim of ownership. It did not allow such arrested persons any access to the courts to challenge that reinslavement.

Was it proper for officials and others to not obey such “LAW”? [In my Wisconsin the State Courts stated “NO”, but were overturned by SCOTUS. Juror-Citizens, in related trials as to punishing officials and others resisting that legal reinslavement, resorted to “Jury Nullification” and voted “Not Guilty” in opposition to the facts and the law.]

COULD IT BE THAT THOSE OPPONENTS OF SLAVERY WERE OBEYING A “HIGHER LAW” AS IS CLAIMED BY THOSE OPPOSING THE UNDEMOCRATIC SCOTUS DECISION CHANGING OUR BASIC LAW TO ESTABLISH A RIGHT TO SAME SEX “MARRIAGE”? (That is, by amending the Constitution without going through the democratic process required for such an action.)

In recent years many public officials have not complied with other laws as:

1. Issuing permits/licenses to buy/own firearms in accordance with the SCOTUS decision that such is an individual right of citizens (As extended to the States under the Fourteenth Amendment to our Constitution);
2. Mrs. Hilary Clinton's refusal to obey those laws regarding the security of information within the Department Of State;
3. Abusing the great power of the IRS to harass/punish opponents of the present Administration;
4. Violating the provisions/protections, against unreasonable searches/seizures, to punish supporters of Republican Governor Scott Walker.

I have not noted that those persons opposing the decision of a County Clerk to disobey the noted Court made law demanding that public officials obey the law as to items 1-4 above!

Discrimination As Good-And-Proper

“1 a :  to mark or perceive the distinguishing or peculiar features of

b :  distinguish, differentiate <discriminate hundreds of colors>

2 :  to distinguish by discerning or exposing differences; especially :  to distinguish from another like object

intransitive verb

3 a :  to make a distinction <discriminate among historical sources>

b :  to use good judgment “

Such discrimination can be as to properly selecting:

 Mind-and-spirit elevating classical and jazz music vs that “rap” and “hip hop” ravings as support murder and abuse of women;  The essential teachings of Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews and Sikhs as support peace vs those of the Nazis, Atheistic Communists and Muslims which inflict terrorism on the world; Such poetry as reflects craftsmanship vs the unorganized flushing of apparently random non-thoughts as come from the distorted minds of those who claim to be poets;

The facts that young Black youths commit more  violent crimes than those of other races (As properly noted by the Rev. Jessie Jackson as to groups of youths as might be following him down a dark street) vs the claim that acknowledging such reality is race “discrimination”; The fact that the family, based on pairings of women and men has been the basic unit of (Most) civilizations which have gone beyond primitive hunting-gathering societies  vs.the false claim that homosexual couples provide the save value-to and maintaining-of civilization; That the intent of the writers of the Bill Of Rights as to the "Establishment Cause" was to keep only the Federal Government from establishing an official "National Church" vs those who maintain that the "free exercise of religion" should be limited to the insides of homes and places-of-worship;  And, The views of our nation's founders that an armed citizenry is basic to controlling tyranny vs the position that they should be disarmed “for their own good”.

Today's Slavery In The USA

Requiring free citizens to "serve"other is "involuntary servitude"  (SLAVERY).

Forcing a Muslim florist to provide flowers for a Jewish wedding OR a Black organization to rent ins hall for a KKK meeting OR Ex-Mayor Bloomberg to host a NRA meeting OR a strict Christian baker to provide the product of her/his hands-and- mind to a homosexual "marriage" are all examples of such slavery.

Do Black Lives Matter To Blacks? & Unemployment

                         "BLACK LIVES MATTER"?

From the daily "body count" it is certain that the major source of murdered Blacks is other Blacks.  [From other sources it appears likely that most of those killers and killed have criminal records OR were involved in "disputes" over control of local, illegal-drug, dealing.]

Any "Professional Black" (ie NOT Black professional) who claims the "real problem" is Whites (Especially police officer) killing Blacks should be required to answer the following questions (For some recent year as 2014/2013) BEFORE inflicting racist statements on the world.

1. How many Blacks are illegally killed by Whites/Asians?

2. How many Asians/Whites are illegally killed by Blacks?

3. How many Asians/Blacks/Whites are illegally killed by members of their own race?

4. How many Blacks were illegally-or-legally killed by police officers and that by the race of such officers? 

5. How many police officers where killed by Whites/Blacks/Asians?

Basic to the disproportional number of crimes and violent crimes committed by Blacks is the more than disproportional unemployment among Black (Youths).

                           BLACK UNEMPLOYMENT

However, basic to that fact are the following factors:

1. The stealing of jobs by “illegals” (By entry or the neglected violations of visas issued) as enabled by the failure of our governments to enforce our existing and democratically enacted laws;
2. The failure of a a disproportional part of Blacks to prepare themselves for jobs by study and avoiding such crimes as will exclude them from many professions and trades (As based on the too common attitude that school work and academic efforts are “White” Or Asian);
3.The disproportional, among Blacks, desire for instant gratification as is otherwise most common among infants and criminals;
 4. The disease of pathologically projecting fault for personal/community/cultural failings towards others as so often used by race baiters; AND, 
5. The too common  lack of such Black parents/guardians who teach, by both precept and example, the alternatives to the above faults.

Capital Punishment

The most painless forms of execution are by the Guillotine OR by putting a mid-caliber pistol bullet through the Medulla Oblongata. Although such deaths are instant and free of technical hazards common to the electric chair, gas chambers and lethal injections, they are so "messy" as to prevent their use in the USA. (To a lesser extent the same can be noted in the use of firing squads.)

        With the methods *** used in such democracies as India and Japan, scientific and long-drop hanging has been without its earlier variations to beheading or slower (Perhaps painless) strangulation.

        Those jurisdictions in which the People have democratically chosen to have capitol punishment should return to hanging.

        I write this without any judgment as to the effectiveness or ethics of capital punishment---Other than some method of determining the absolute truthfulness of witnesses would lead to my endorsement of that penalty for ALL forms of homicide and "aggravated" rape, arson and child abuse.

*** Boiling and pre-stretching of carefully selected ropes; Careful attention to the weight and neck strength of the condemned; Very careful placement the knot or ring.

"Insanity" & The Second Amendment

There have been many words written and spoken as to "mentally ill" or insane persons obtaining fire arms and murdering/ maiming others. It appears that some closer attention must be paid to such mental defects as deal with guns. The following are offered as examples of such irrational thinking.

1. Maintaining that, in the USA, privately held and modern firearms can be eliminated as neither criminals nor those fearing political-tyrants and other criminals will give up their guns;
2.  The pool of such weapons is so great, especially in "gun friendly" States, that only the use of military level force and draconian punishments (Inflicted by courts martial or secrete courts?) would even begin to limit privately held arms (Here I note President Obama's military level arming of civilian agencies, whose personnel is loyal to him while the military is still, basically, loyal to the Constitution).
3. Ignoring the fact that such, privately held, guns prevent many times the number of murders/maimings than those caused by criminal use of firearms.
4. Ignoring the fact that those there are very many nations above the USA with higher murder rates as have much more restrictive gun laws than does our Republic.
5. Ignoring the fact that the criminal misuse of guns is, in the USA, largely a matter of Black thugs (Killing other Blacks, both probably with criminal records and involved in the sale of illegal drugs).

As SCOTUS has declared the Second Amendment as providing an individual right (Like voting) for adult citizens (And has extended that ruling to the States), any such right may be constitutionally removed only after a judicial finding (With full "due process", including a verdict by a jury if  individual citizens demands such) of such criminality or serious-and-dangerous mental disease/defect as would allow the limit to the right to "keep and bear arms" as well voting, holding public office, disposition of property, Etc..

In the last days of the Soviet Union opposition to the government was declared a form of insanity"and confinement (With abuses) in prison-line "hospitals" inflicted.

History (And Law) VS. "Deal" With Iran

If I am charitable, I will assign the proposed treaty with Iran to Mr.Kerry's, Mr. Obama's and their supporters very great ignorance of history as to treaties, Islam and that variety most held by the real rulers of Iran; The Ayatollahs who are supporting the ongoing Jihad throughout the world with its use of murder (Often of children), genocide, torture and other like crimes AND which targeted the USA as a special target in that war.

THE LESSONS OF HISTORY

1. On September 30, 1938 the UK's Neville Chamberlain "celebrated" a treaty with Adolf Hitler as one which would bring "Peace In Our Time". Within one year Nazi Germany attacked Poland and began the multi-million death World War-II. Winston Churchill (Who had studied Hitler's writings) reacted by addressing Mr. Chamberlain with: "You were given the choice between war and dishonour. You chose dishonour and you will have war.".

2. Those who study history will know that today's Ayatollahs very closely cleave to the philosophy and teachings of the Ayatollah Khomeini, as so clearly presented by the following quote: “Islam makes it incumbent on all adult males, provided they are not disabled and incapacitated, to prepare themselves for the conquest of [other] countries so that the writ of Islam is obeyed in every country in the world. But those who study Islamic Holy War will understand why Islam wants to conquer the whole world…. Those who know nothing of Islam pretend that Islam counsels against war. Those [who say this] are witless. Islam says Kill all the unbelievers just as they would kill you all! Does this mean that Muslims should sit back until they are devoured by [the unbelievers] Islam says Kill them [the non-Muslims], put them to the sword and scatter [their armies]. Does this mean sitting back until [non-Muslims] overcome us Islam says Kill in the service of Allah those who may want to kill you! Does this mean that we should surrender to the enemy Islam says Whatever good there is exists thanks to the sword and in the shadow of the sword! People cannot be made obedient except with the sword! The sword is the key to Paradise, which can be opened only for Holy Warriors! There are hundreds of other [Koranic] verses and Hadiths [sayings of the Prophet] urging Muslims to value war and to fight. Does all that mean that Islam is a religion that prevents men from waging war I spit upon those foolish souls who make such a claim.”.

3. Those who study the history of Mohammed, Islam and the Koran will know that treaty breaking and lying to "unbelievers" are core and  binding principles of that criminal-terrorist ideology as based on Mohammed's own acts.

4. Those who study the history of the West's conflicts with those waging Jihad (From very large wars to such individual actions as the treason of Nidal Hasan at Fort Hood) will understand that the only effective means of "communicating" with those criminals is by the use of deadly force. [As at: Tours (732 D); Las Navas de Tolosa (1212 AD); Granada (1492 AD); Lepanto (1571 AD); Chocim/Khotym (1621 AD); Vienna (1683 AD); The USA's campaigns against the Islamist-Pirates of the Barbary States (1805-1815); Navarino (1827 AD); Israel’s various and defensive wars from 1948 on (Just in case you ask, I am not of the Jewish Faith nor do I have any financial interests in the State of Israel); Multinational mini-campaigns against the Islamist Pirates operating off the Muslim Sudan.]
