Military Commissions & Justice

The military commission established to try the assassins of President Abraham Lincoln had them executed. The secret military commission established by President F. D. Roosevelt did the same to the German saboteurs who came to the USA by U-Boat.

The tribunals established to try Nazi war criminals had no problems having them hung or shot.

Will the military commissions established to try such persons have the same courage and commitment to justice when it comes to trying such terrorists (Unprotected by the Geneva Conventions) as Khalid Sheikh Mohammed?

We should all hope so!
