Designation Of "Hate Crimes"

First, all must exclude all reports from foreign nations as many of those places: Either ignore claims of such offences; Or, punish their citizens/subjects for telling the truth about a "certain ideology", with unalterable commands to murder others, as a "hate crime".

Within the USA we must ask:

1. How many (What part) of reported "hate crimes" resulted in the filing of criminal charges;

2. As most (All?) States have "hate crime statutes", how many of those claimed crimes resulted in formal prosecution under such laws;

3. How many of those claims resulted in (Under our constitutional demand for "presumption of innocence" and "due process of law") convictions for "hate crimes" or any, related, crimes;

4. How many of those claims (eg Young Muslim woman in New York who lied about being attacked for being a Muslim) have been proven as false; And,

5. How many (If any) of those liars were charged and convicted for inflicting such false claims?

Hunter & "Joe" Biden WITH The PRC

tAs I lack a law-degree, expertise in such "deals" and a sure and certain knowledge of the full details of the deals arranged by Mr. Biden's son with the Peoples' Republic (sic) of China I cannot know:

1. How many of the USA's "Blue Collar Jobs" will or may-be destroyed by those "deals" OR be otherwise opposed to the interests of organized "Labor";

2. Are those deals "legal" or in civil/criminal violation of our democratically-enacted laws0 (eg Mail Fraud);

3. If our constitutionally-established government (eg Treasury Department; Attorney General) will investigate those "arrangements" to determine and publicly declare if they are or are-not in violation of our laws; And,

4. Will those deals help or hurt the pension funds of middle/lower-class workers in which many millions of their, hard earned, dollars are invested?

We must also ask will reporters or union officials or other Democrats ask "Joe" Biden about the above matters? [As "Joe" may have "flipped" on the threat of the PRC (Like on abortion), he might well be asked about his extortion, for the benefit of his son, in The Ukraine!]

Oh, lest I forget, Russia is NOT the chiefest nation-enemy of the USA. The PRC is and is actively increasing that danger to the USA and other nations by spying (Often through our universities and other research organization), sending poisons (eg Fentanyl, toys with toxic paint); Occupying islands owned by other nations (eg The Philippines); Building islands (And them with military bases) to establish military control over shipping lanes or possible oil strata; AND, maintaining such economic and trade policies hurt the citizens of our Republic and that most likely the lower and middle class Americans.

The Costs Of Wars

After considering the objections to the USA's deployment of forces near Iran and the risk of a shooting war by such actions, I must ask what would have been the costs of France and Great Britain stopping Hitler at the Western border of Czechoslovakia (Which contained its best natural and augmented defenses) by sending divisions of troops there as compared with the costs (In blood and treasure) of World War II. It appears that such a deployment of forces would have put halt to his land grab there and if, and only if, like confrontations, on land and by sea, were executed in other such places against Hitler and, for that matter, Mussolini and Tojo.

I am a veteran of dangerous military and (Paid & unpaid) civilian service as directed towards the physical safety of my nation's People and that of its allies. I, quickly and greatly, discount the views about military risks inflicted by politicians, "journalists" and academics who have not put themselves at real and ongoing physical risks to protect their fellow humans.

Illegal Immigrants & Outlawry

The vast majority of illegal immigrants who are claiming asylum under our democratically-enacted laws either do no appear for the set hearing for adjudication or fail to obey lawful orders to leave the USA. (Those criminal are in addition to those who lawfully entered the our nation, by the grace of
visas who are, also, now like "illegals" by reason of their violations of the time-limits or non-employment or university-attendance or other conditions.)

THOSE NON-CITIZENS HAVE PLACED THEMSELVES OUTSIDE OF THE LAW. THEY ARE "OUTLAWS".

Perhaps, the USA should bring back the concept of "Outlawry" for those aliens who have inflicted that state on themselves.

That is such persons should be the subject of public notice [To the last known address with a copy in a "newspaper of general circulation" (In English and any/all other languages spoken/read by the outlaw)]  that s/he must leave the USA on-or-before a date-certain or be declared an outlaw with no rights of person-or-property against anyone who would attack either-or-both. (If, and only if, necessary, a judicial, on-the-record-only, hearing might be required before that action is had.

That is, any citizen or legal-immigrant who takes declared-outlaw's money/goods or who physically attacks them would have an absolute defense against civil or criminal prosecution.

That seizure of money and property might well pay for some of efforts to physically deport those outlaws who physically survive outlawry to the point of arrest by any police or like officials.

Upon written application I will provide answers to well stated questions about executing this concept.

Science & Infant Or New-Mother Deaths

The questions below were first posited as to infant deaths as reported as more common among Blacks than Whites. However, most of them apply to evaluating the problem of new-mother deaths as rated by race.

It might be well to include records of prior abortions.

I do wonder if the various reporters and noted agencies considered, without regard to race, the following "hard"data. 1. Age of the mother at the birth of the deceased child; 2. Her age at her first pregnancy; 3. Her age at the birth of her first child; 4. Any history of prior miscarriages, or STDs; 3. Any history of a  prior, early death of infants; 5. Was the noted mother using illegal drugs or excessively using alcohol during    pregnancy or at the time of the infant's death; 6. Was the infant living with the mother most of the time between birth and death (If released from the hospital); 7. Was the father of the child living with the mother during the period of the pregnancy and until the death of the child? 8. Did the biological father have a history of substance abuse. Of course, this data could (Should?) be cross-referenced to race/place-of-birth. IF PROGRAMS WERE BASED ON "STUDIES" A. Was there any "self-selection/referral" by the subjects used in the various studies by the noted medical experts OR by the interviewers (Both always a potential source of bias); . Were standardized questions or interview-protocols used to obtain data in those studies; B. Were White, Latino, etc, mothers considered in each of the cited studies; C. Were the studies on a basis of control-vs-experimental groups or multi-factor-matching? D. What was the level-of-reliability (0.50 = random chance) for those studies; AND, E. The other standards for valid-and-reliable scientific studies?

Our Southern Borders And TREASON

United States Constitution, Article-III, Section-3: Section 3: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court." (nb Boldface and underlining added)

There is nothing in that section as requires that the enemies be: The forces of some, traditional nation; Or, such quasi-nations as ISIS (Or any other group of orthodox Muslims waging Jihad against the USA or its citizens; Or groups of bandits (eg As led by "Poncho" Villa who came across our unprotected Southern Border and ruined a New Mexico town and fought some US Army troops).

Yes, aiding those groups is, without doubt, Treason. But, I see no reason that those who are purposely poisoning, by smuggled illegal drugs, our fellow Americans should not also be designated as "Enemies". I see no reasons why those who misuse their positions of power to sabotage efforts to secure our Southern border (Across which the vast majority of illegal drugs do come!) should not be charged with "TREASON".

Please specially note the bold-face and underlined portions of the above (Modified) definition of Treason as. most clearly, separated "levying war" from ". . . in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort". Interfering with any President's acts to defend our Southern Border is giving "aid and comfort".

White Privilege

"WHITE PRIVILEGE": The assignment to Whites of a disproportional share of the dollar, pain, terror and other costs of the disproportional share of crime AND other social dysfunction of the United States' Black citizens as exampled by such thugs as Trayvon  Martin, Michael Brown, those who "play the knock-out game" and such of their active, lying and corrupt supporters as Al Sharpton. [We should consider the great poverty of the Jewish, Polish, Asian and others who came up out of poverty by: Honoring scholarship; And, maintaining a sound (Traditional, man-woman, marriage) family structure.]

Islam Is NOT Simply A Religion

Duty Before Power

In the past I have noted that many in political power have never put themselves at bodily risk in defense of their fellow Americans.

Some of those who did have been such as: The planter George Washington;  Storekeeper, Flatboatsman and Postmaster Abraham Lincoln; And, Haberdasher Harry S. Truman---And that by service in dangerous military actions. [For myself, I did enlist in the US Navy and found myself in one of the six-or-so most dangerous, enlisted grade, specialties; After that service I did obtain a university degree, was employed by a "Department Of Corrections", working with some dangerous criminals. and assisted fire fighters in putting down a fire involving many gallons of very dangerous solvents.]

Other, parallel, dangerous work as can be had (Even by females in this era) to demonstrate the willingness to take real risks for the "common good" include (But are not limited to): Full time and volunteer fire fighters (Including those who combat forest fires); Peace officers; Guards in maximum and super-maximum security prisons; Doing "community work" and living in such places as the South sides of Chicago and Los Angeles; And, doing such work and living in the rural areas of

Sub-Saharan Africa or the Favelas of Brazil.

Those ladies (Yes, I know that I am not "politically correct") who seek power (Or success in academia) in later life can demonstrate such risk-taking by carrying, birthing and educating (In the broadest sense) their children to law-abiding and contributing places in our Republic.

In more recent times I have noted the "snowflakes" and "professional victims" in our colleges and universities have, most exactly, demonstrated that lack of dangerous service to others. It appears that such lesser creatures, even lacking that service, assume that they are entitled to attack the free speech (ie The necessary, but not sufficient, basis of academic freedom).

Perhaps, those "snowflakes" would be less likely to melt in the real world, after leaving the womb of too many schools, if they were exposed-to and hardened-by some, at risk, work in the real world before matriculation. If not required, I suggest that admission and scholarship officers give such "servants of the people" massive priority over others and more so over those who have been buying their way into universities.

Those who hire faculty or other school employees would do magnify their schools by looking to the same prior services.

Educating Chairman Engel

It appears the The Congress' authority over treaties is assigned to the US Senate and not to the House of Representatives.

Please, someone, educate Chairman (House Foreign Affairs Committee) Engel as to:

1. That fact;

2. The views of the patriotic Founders on the right of The People to "keep and bear arms" (ie Without infringement);

3. It has been generally the case that it has been Democrats who have been the far most common actors in mass or infamous shooting---And, not member of the NRA; And,

4.  The members of the NRA are numbered in many thousands of law-abiding, patriotic, citizens who: Democratically (ie Without "Super Delegates) elect their organization's directors; And also appear to be habitual voters in our States' and Republic's elections.

Ilhan Omar's "Someone, Something" Problem

Member of Congress Ilhan Omar has been soundly criticized for her "someone did something" comment about the destruction of New York's "Twin Towers" and the thousands of innocent human beings murdered by that act and those still suffering and dying from that act-of-terrorism. (No, I did not forget the same-day attack on the Pentagon or the murderous treason of Nidal Hasan at Fort Hood or the party massacre at San Bernardino and other such Islamist attacks within-and-without the USA.)

Ms. Omar can liquidate that criticism by:

1. Loudly condemning, by their ideology, the Islamist terrorists who inflicted that ongoing slaughter; And,

2. Likewise rejecting and condemning the unalterable commands of the Koran which demand the waging of perpetual war (ie Jihad) against those who are not Muslims and murdering them by the most horrid means.

New Poll Tax On Arms

Many years ago the rulers of many States imposed "poll taxes" as required cash payments to exercise the individual-constitutional right to vote. In many States this was an integral part of the "Jim Crow Laws" as aided the then, real, suppression of voting by Black AND all poor citizens  towards insuring the continued, political, power of those (ie Members of Southern Democrat Parties) in power. Strangely, this practice was not finally suppressed until 1965.

In recent years the leaders (sic) of the same, Democrat, Party have taken the lead in imposing vey large "fees", often not affordable by those with limited incomes, on the individual-constitutional right to keep, if not bear, arms (ie Modern and effective firearms as may have magazines holding in excess of eight-rounds).

Although I am not an attorney, I must wonder why such charges (In effect taxes) have not been challenged, in our courts, by those interested in defending the Second Amendment's rights of all citizens without regard to income (nb Black citizens are more likely to lack the surplus income needed to pay such fees which are a new "poll tax").

Burning Down Western Civilization

The burning down of the Notre Dame cathedral is a great loss to all civilized humans.  Lacking in the reports and commentaries about that disaster are:

1. The fact that other churches in France have been desecrated by physical damage and such other attacks as the throat-cutting murder (By an Islamist waging Jihad) of an aged priest while he was celebrated the Mass; 

2. The symbolism of those events as to the ongoing destruction of Christianity in Europe (And very many other  places) by aggressive Atheists (As supported by France's equally aggressive, mandated, secularism), governments' "submission" to Muslims and the grossly illicit misconduct of too many Catholic bishops (And others in authority in The Church); And,

3. That Western Christianity is the base and root-source of that Western Civilization which has:

a. Invented, developed and fed all real universities which, in turn, have provided all humans with those advances in science which have made our lives other than the earlier "dark, dirty and short" as is most common in areas outside of those nations most distant from the fullness of Christian thought; And,

b. Fought, both outside and inside of those nations where the Christian influence is strongest, such threats to all humans as inflicted by such evil men (ie Homo not Vir) as Nazis, Islamists waging Jihad, Atheist Communists (eg Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao), slavers (nb Slavery is approved by the Koran and still practiced in some, Muslim majority, nations) as cost the anti-slavery crusaders of the USA huge payments of treasure, blood and lives in the USA's 

War Between The States; And,

4. Has moved towards the execution of the Natural Law rights of all humans (ie As not available to those of us who are not Muslim males in nations governed by Islamic laws) even though that movement has led to the suppression of: The right to immediate-and-effective defense against criminal attacks which "present a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm", when civil authorities can-not or will-not do so  (eg By denying the ready access to modern and effective firearms); And, prostituting the right to free speech by efforts to make truthful statements against some (eg Orthodox Muslims exactly obeying the unalterable commands of Islam, Socialist-and-Communists and those defending the civilization-supporting institution of marriage) such "hate speech" as demands punishment and those opposed to the murder of unborn OR just born babies.

It may well be past the time to remove those weeds which have infested the nutritious fields of Western Civilization---Especially in our governments and in The Church. If, and only if, reason and other peaceful means will not do so (ie In the very near future), then we must liquidate those threats to civilization by other means (eg As used to defeat Nazism and to free Iberia, Greece, Sicily and the Balkans from the horrors of Islamic rule)

Atomic Theory & Bureaucrats

Oxford University researchers have discovered the densest element yet known to science.
The new element, Governmentium (symbol=Gv), has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons and 198 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312.

These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called pillocks.
Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert. However, it can be detected, because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact.

A tiny amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction that would normally take less than a second, to take from 4 days to 4 years to complete.

"Mayor Pete", God & Sexuality

Mayor Peter Buttigieg has declared himself as a candidate for the Presidency of the United States.

In response to others who hold to the traditional views as to his homosexuality he has also declared that he is (ie An active, practicing, homosexual) what God made him.

Mr. Buttigieg's intelligence and advanced education have also been highly touted.

However, he avoids or denies the following;
1. As far as I know there is no scientific (ie Valid, reliable and confirmed by those "with no axes to grind") proofs that there is any genetic basis for the argument that homosexuals are made (By God if you will); And,
2. As far as I know, basic Christian teachings maintain that each of us has such "Free Will" as allows us to chose between not-good (eg The sterile perversion of homosexuality) and good---Without regard to any "inclinations" towards either.

I must wonder what other denials-of-reality or policy-perversions are at the core of Mr. Buttigieg's thinking and core principles.

Bernie Sanders' New American Revolution

Senator Sanders has proclaimed a new American Revolution as will change our Republic "from the bottom up".

That is, he wishes to change that America which has:

1. Welcomed more legal immigrants than any other nation;

2. Allowed entry of many Muslim immigrants even though many of them will not denounce the anti-civilization, unalterable and murderous commands of Islam;

3. Been the goal of many illegal immigrants who have, with prior knowledge of the dangers, risked murder, other death, rape and other horrors for the chance of entry into the USA;

4. Been the primary opponent of such genocidal monsters as the Hitler, the old Imperial Japan, Mao, Saddam Hussein, Stalin and those waging Jihad;

5. Finally developed (Through private efforts and with a minimum of government action) an economy which has reduced the number of unemployed to record low levels and provided employment for all who are willing to work and have prepared themselves for employment in today's USA.

I have no doubt but that enforcing that Socialist-to-Communist revolution will include, like in starving Venezuela, the taking of modern-and-effective guns away from all but the "best friends" of the new rulers.

Is this the America you want?

Is this a plan which will require real Americans to follow Thomas Jefferson's prescription: "The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government"; “What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance.
