Mob Rule & Contempt Of Congress

The pre-programmed and trained "protesters" at the first hearing of the Senate's Judiciary Committee were NOT exercising "Free Speech"! The were acting, in a timed attack which was in contempt of The Congress and of our fellow citizens who established the Constitution and elected The Members.

The mobs which blocked the entries to The Members' offices and chased, like packs of rabid critters, Member through the halls of our Capitol Building were inflicting the same "Contempt Of Congress" (And of  The People).

The Congress is a fully independent branch of our government and generally independent of the actions of the Judicial branch.

The Congress has (Or should have) the same contempt powers assigned to judges in their own court rooms and in their buildings---And, that without regard-to or independent of the rulings or actions of courts.

Therefore, "The Speaker Of The House" and the Senate's "President Pro Tempore" must have the authority: To order the arrest of those appearing to be in on-site "Contempt Of The Congress"; Have them held in custody (Without bail) until the congress itself holds a hearing to determine if their misbehavior was contempt and what penalties should be imposed---Without regard to any judicial orders; Or, until a presentment is made to a Grand Jury to ask for the issuance of criminal charges. (This power should be assigned to committee chairs during-and-about the sessions of their committees.)

The power of legislative bodies to summarily punish contempt for on-site violations has a thousand year history.

ACLU Vs. Judge Kavanaugh & The Consti

The ACLU (ie "American Constitution Loathing Association") has opened a new door in its operations allowing them to Liquidate (In the Soviet meaning) the rights of Americans to be presumed innocent in all (Not just judicial) forums in the USA as can sanction our fellow citizens and legal-immigrants (ie This is already all too common in university "Star Chamber Courts").

It appears that the nomination of The Honorable Brett Kavanaugh has brought the ACLU to expose is, almost sexual,  passion to attack those whose views it dislikes.

I posit that Judge Kavanaugh was selected as the first target of this tyranny as he would be a Justice most likely to explain the Constitution in the meaning of the authors of the basic document and each of its amendments offering those who disagree with that declaration only the alternative of going through the prescribed and democratic amendment process.

From the above-cited report, it  appears that the President of Turkey is willing to bring his Jihad against his opponents into the USA.

The police did NOT effectively stop those thugs (eg By the use of gunfire) from continuing their vicious attack. It may be that our government(s) allowed the Turkish officials to escape prosecution through "diplomatic malfeasance" (ie Did they have formal "Diplomatic Immunity" in the USA?). At the least, I have not read of any of those critters being brought to trial.

I strongly recommend that Erdoğan keep his pet-criminals out of Wisconsin (And like States) where many thousands of citizens carry concealed weapons---Unlike the District Of Columbia.

Hypnosis & "I Believe" Vs. "I Know"

I must note that those opposed to the confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh to a seat on SCOTUS have failed to turn over to The Judiciary Committee the full notes of Dr. Ford's therapist and to make her available for sworn statements.

The most important question, as to such therapy, is: "Was hypnosis used in any part of Dr. Ford's therapy (-ies)?

WHY?

The use of hypnosis, in sexual abuse cases, can "create" false memories to the pain and suffering of falsely accused victims of accusations of crimes. This was the case in the, long ago, "Day Care Center Cases". As far as I know, the use of hypnosis destroys the value of testimony as a "matter of law".

Those mobs opposing that confirmation have been chanting, "I BELIEVE!".

They cannot chant, or even murmur, "I know" as there is no evidence to collaborate the unproven accusations of Dr. Ford.

I must, in a very back-handed way, admire the ambition of United States Senator Dianne Feinstein who (By her sending to the FBI an autonomous letter from an autonomous author about some undefined-and-alleged misconduct by Judge Brett Kavanaugh as a high-school student) is reaching for the status of Judas Iscariot, William Joyce ("Lord Haw Haw"), Vidkun Quisling, Benedict Arnold and Barack Hussein Obama as a traitor to truth and to infinitely far better human beings.

Of course, that (Emotionally confused) witness appeared; But totally failed to provide those facts which could-be and, barring Democrat's interference, would have been presented and judged.

At age 80-years I must confess that I would not wish to appear in some juvenile court about some of my (ie Non-sexual) misconduct while a high school student. I also must ask all male members of the Democratic (sic) Party if they would own-up to their illegal behaviors during their high school years! 

During the hearing, regarding The Honorable Brett Kavanaugh, Senator Feinstein inflicted totally false statements as to "Assault Rifles" as weapons used in murders and denying the use of semi-automatic rifles (ie Including those that look like real, fully automatic, military weapons) for hunting in our Republic.  

As one of her fellow Democrats stated, "False in one matter, false in all" as to testimony.

Vultures Over Kavanaugh

In the "natural world" the serious wounding of some noble animal will often bring vultures who lurk about hoping to savage a destroyed creature for food. SCOTUS & "The Religious Test"

Yes, in recent times there has been a disproportional number (Based on their representation in the general population) of Catholics and Jews sitting on "The Supreme Court Of The United States".

Those who complain about that fact should re-read or read (For the first time) our Republic's Constitution, Article-VI, Clause-3: ". . . but no religious Test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or pubic Trust under The United States". 

More Comments On "AntiFa"

In recent days there has been a resurgence of comments on the movement/organization called "AntiFa".

Those followers or members of that disease often go armed-and-masked while attacking other persons (eg Those attempting to exercise their constitutional rights of free speech---Which protections extend to even "hate speech" which application, too often, applies to those speaking truth about criminals and terrorists).

In note that going about "masked and armed" is, in itself, a crime in some jurisdictions. (In Wisconsin, going masked while committing a crime can greatly extend sentences after convictions.)

The above-cited attacks represent "a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm" as allows anyone (eg Real police officers or other Americans to immediately use any (Even lethal) force to stop such threats.

I have noted that "AntiFa" has not been active in such States as Texas or Wisconsin which have many thousands of law-abiding (And legally presumed sane) citizens who: Have permits/licenses to carry concealed weapons; Do carry them (ie Usually handguns with hollow-point rounds); Are generally "conservatives"; And, (Like myself) are more-than-willing, in the absence of such on-site police who are willing to immediately take effective actions, willing to "put down" such dangerous animals as are the AntiFa activists.

Sexual Crimes Within The Catholic Church

There is only one way to deal with sexual offenses as inflicted by the clergy and others within the Catholic Church.

First, The Church must formally-and-fully give up the Medieval position that such persons are above or apart-from the civil law as applies to the other citizens of the nations in which they reside. (That Medieval position is also maintained and violently defended by public university officials and officers---To the extent that they, daily, violate what should be protected by The Bill Of Rights.)

As to accusations of sexual conduct in violation of the criminal code of such nations, the Church (ie
By its Bishops, other "employees" or even lay persons) must immediately report any credible claims of sexual or other crimes to the appropriate civil authorities (eg Police agency, prosecuting attorney).

"Credible" must include any complaint made upon oath/affirmation in a form as would allow prosecution for perjury or false-swearing if the complainant lies OR, for minors below the age of prosecution, a clear (Written or video-recorded) statement as to any crimes OR any other evidence as provides a reasonable claim of a crime.

The reporting person must: Retain copies of all such evidence; Save evidence of the secure provision of relevant materials to civil authorities; And, send that information and the fact of notice to civil authorities to the Holy See and the local Ordinary or international head of a concerned religious order.

Of course, The Church must retain its own responsibility to (But only after notice to civil authorities) investigate (ie Without interfering with the civil authorities' investigations) and, as appropriate, deal with such offenses under cannon law.

When a false accusation is made and is provable, The Church must: Publicly demand criminal prosecution of any such liars; Bring civil actions against such persons for real and punitive damages; And, if they are Catholic, move against them under cannon law. These actions must NOT be used as threats or even the hint-of-threats against any accusers.

After 2018 General Election Cleansing & Protecting The Republic

I suggest that, after the 2018 General Election, POTUS take the following measures:

1. Begin a forensic examination of the financial records of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's entire operations by another Special Counsel (ie 

With NO connections with DOJ or either Party; With subpoena powers and the will to immediately go to the courts to obtain punitive contempt orders upon non-compliance; With the highest security clearance and with a formal mandate to examine all of Mueller's operation's records; And, a like mandate to present all suitable cases to Grand Juries;

2. Use recently discovered facts (And any/many more yet to be revealed) to bring felony charges against Hillary R. Clinton as to violations of our national security and sundry financial laws;

3. Bring criminal charges against all those (eg Elected officials, Catholic bishops and other clergy, university regents/trustees/presidents/administrators) who have given any financial aid or shelter or other direct help to illegal immigrants);

4. Bring charges against all public officials who forward boycotts of those companies offering or providing services to "the border wall" (ie As supported by the "Inter-State Commerce Clause" of our Republic's Constitution);

5. Place all "sanctuary" cities or counties or states "Off Limits" to military personnel  who will spend their very hard earned income in other places or by electronic measures; And,

6. Such other punitive measures as will easily come to the acute minds of other DEFENDERS OF THE REPUBLIC.

The Needs Of The British Army

It now seems very unlikely that France or Vikings or a Spanish Armada or Samoans or residents of Papua New Guinea will invade the United Kingdom. That is, the invasion of Britain by some external enemy is not the concern of the Forces in this era.

The clear-and-present danger to the law-abiding subjects of the Queen comes from the subversive and physically dangerous, Islamist, "activists" within the UK who are willing to wage military-terrorist Jihad there (Or, in obedience to Islam's commands, support that with all their wealth). [There has been, at least, one study which demonstrated that 50%-plus of the UK's Muslims support all of the teachings of Islam---Including the waging and supporting of Jihad.]

It behooves the Forces to:
1. Be prepared to wage anti-terrorism actions within the UK and that on minutes' notice;
2. To keep Muslims out of all security and planning operations of those services;
3. To know of the internal plans of all Mosques (And "certain" other places) to allow armed entry to seize weapons and arrest or kill terrorist with a minimum of delay and danger.
