I have been, at a very low level, attending to the "Bit Coin" phenomena

As a (Self-declared) "Avocational Historian" I, most strongly, suggest that anyone considering involvement in that movement (Or, wondering if s/he should leave it) consider the "Tulip Mania" (About which information can be found on any, general-knowledge) search engine.

The thinking investor or other person might also look up "The South Sea Bubble" and "Ponzi Scheme" for other, possible, parallels.

Only Some "African" Immigrant Needed In USA

In recent times some, in my nation, had proposed that the USA "needs more immigrants from Africa".

That is agreeable to me---If, and only if, the ability of individual immigrants to positively contribute to the "Common Good" of the USA is ignored and group selection is favored, we should look for populations who have a culture or tradition as has already produced educated, knowing our English language and with a cultural commitment to obeying such laws as are democratically enacted.

Two such groups can be found in South Africa. They are the Afrikaners and those known in that land as "The English". 

Therefore, the "Africans" we should encourage (And recruit), as members of  identifiable groups, to immigrate into our Republic should be from the two, best qualified, African groups noted above.

                         

PS---I can, again, expect that some will call me a "Racist". However, I am a "Culturist" (sic) who knows those committed to the best of what remains of Western Civilization have-made and will-make a better USA.

HISTORIC NOTE/QUESTION: Some have claimed that the original inhabitants of that land were not "Black", but of another indigenous race, and that Blacks were driven South to SA by other and more aggressive Blacks not too long before the Afrikaners went inland.

Trump & Some Nations/Peoples

Yes, President Donald Trump (May have) used very gross language to describe certain other nations and their citizens. I would not use such terms in any public setting.

However, I am still searching for some short expression to describe those nations with a majority of  people who:

1. Are too under-educated to contribute to any technology-based economy;

2. Traditionally resist learning English;

3. Traditionally resist accepting and complying with our laws;

4. Are pre-conditioned to accept and expect the bribery of officials as the normal way-of-life;

5. Are disease ridden at levels very far above the USA and that, too often, to such as varieties of TB as can , no longer, be cured; And,

6. Worst of all  Muslims who:Reject the concept and practice of "equal justice under law" if it applies to "unbelievers"; And, too often, exactly obey the unalterable and horrid commands of their criminal-terrorist ideology as provided below.

Questions About DACA Immigrants

The "Media" and other unreliable sources are full of claims about the "Dreamers" now protected by the DACA "Executive Order" (ie NOT by a law passed by our democratically elected Member of The Congress).

All might well ask the below questions of those pimping for those illegal immigrants.

1. How many of those DACA protected persons are active duty members of our Armed Forces? (One source states less than 900.)
2. What number and part of those "illegals" have been excluded or removed from DACA protections due to criminal conduct?
3. How many of those now or once protected under DACA are or have been in the USA's jails and prisons?
4. What are the high school and college/university graduate rates for those persons?
5. What is the taxable income of those persons as compared with: The average or median of citizens and legal-immigrants; And, the like for our Black citizens (Especially those under 30-years of age)?

Obama's Monument,Green Issues & Treason

The expanded plans for Chicago's "Obama Library" include the destruction of large parts of a park near the University Of Chicago.

Some might, reasonably, object to:
1. The increase in CO2 and other such materials to the atmosphere by the construction-of and visitors-to that architectural monstrosity;
2. The elimination of many plants as turn CO2 into healthy Oxygen; And,
3. The elimination of such parkland as reduces the "stress footprint" of those existing in the killing zone known as Chicago.

Since I no longer take myself, family, friends and my money to very dangerous Chicago, perhaps I should not comment on the above-cited insult to humanity: But, I am driven to express "politically incorrect" thoughts (Ravings?).

In considering like monuments, all should consider the unnamed statue of a boot at the US Military
Academy (West Point) as represents the leg lost by Benedict Arnold  (ie In military service as avoided by most journalists, academics and politicians) when he was still fighting for the independence of an unformed, but declared, independent United States of America.

"Mental" Diagnoses Of President Trump

For some time there have been those who have "diagnosed" President Donald Trump as being "mentally ill" or "mentally deficient".

The average citizen has the constitutional right to do so. (You might review what was said and written about President Lincoln as even more gross insults.)

However, any person who is a licensed Social Worker/Psychologist/Psychiatrist, and self-identifies as such when proclaiming such "diagnoses", without personally examining our constitutionally elected President (Perhaps, also, using the valid-and-reliable Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory) is guilty of:
1. Such professional misconduct as should (Must?) preclude them from professional employment by any clinic or joint practice or university; And,
2. Perhaps, a (Criminal?) violation of the laws of the jurisdiction(s) which licensed them..

Why?

Because such anti-professionals are abusing the "authority" of their licensure to lend weight to political, non-professional, statements.

When such persons do so, a formal complaint should (Must?) be made-and-filed with the governing, licensing, agency and, perhaps, their employers if not totally self-employed.

Of course, any American can (With cause) accuse Hilary Clinton of several felonies and (Also with cause) accuse Barack Hussein Obama with TREASON.

The Law Of "Free Speech"

Although the below statements were directed towards public universities/colleges, they appear to apply to all government organizations.

"Polls", Elections & The "Media"

Even before the last "Election Cycle" some posited that "polls" were skewed by the biased

Swords of editors, reporters, commentators" and "Talking Heads" in the "Lame Street Media".

In the 2016 Primary elections and General Election many of those "polls" were very, very, inaccurate as measured against the only polls that are real, those used on election days by citizens (And, a undetermined number of voting "illegals"). 

Since the People constitutionally elected Donald Trump as President, the bias of those actors (And their co-actors) has mutated into a most rabid and otherwise pathological attack on President Trump, truth and "The Common Good".

At this time I think it reasonable to declare that the above offenders have caused a reduction in the "Approval Rate" for President Trump much greater that the c. 3% suggested by some.

Today, I learned of a "Party Enthusiasm Poll". Having a degree in scientific Psychology I must wonder how "enthusiasm" is measured---On a valid and reliable basis, with a high level of confidence.

Tax Cut, Corporations & Pensions

I, very readily, confess that I know very, very, little about "the business world"! However, I do (From time-to-time) ask questions about that part of our World with the hope that I may learn something of value to myself AND other Americans.

I also confess that I receive a monthly pension from the State of Wisconsin coming from a well-managed fund as invests in corporate stocks.

Therefore, I ask the following questions:

1. What part of the dividend paying shares of private corporations are in the hands of government and private pension plans/managers;

2. How many Americans are now receiving pensions from such plans;

3. What is the average, monthly/annual, pension received from such plans;

4. What has been the income from such shares to such pension programs  for each of the last ten-years; And, 

5. What is the probable (As estimated by some apolitical persons) impact of the just passed, Federal, tax-cut Bill?

Right To Legal Council At University Disciplinary Hearings

Genetics, Science & Gender

In recent years there has been (Usually on college/university campuses) a most unscientific movement to deny the reality that our world is occupied (Save for very rare "sports") by bi-sexual organisms---Including we humans.

That bi-sexuality is based on millions of years of natural selection and cannot be vacated by the will of pathological deniers of scientific reality.

There are even those who, in some jurisdictions, demand the recognition of some sixty-plus genders and would criminally punish those who do not use each day's, politically correct, personal pronouns or terms-of-address for each such artificial construct.

Perhaps, they should study the concept of "Occam's Razor" and apply it to their positions on gender. Of course, that would require the intense and superior scholarship needed to work through the most exact "arguments" as support that concept.

Testing Roy Moore's Accussers

There is a simple way of checking the accusations of sexual misconduct against 

Alabama's Candidate Roy Moore.

That is to demand that the accusers confirm those claims "on oath or affirmation" (Best before a magistrate) as would make them liable for criminal penalties if they could not demonstrate the truth of their sworn statements under the rules-of-evidence provided by our democratically-enacted laws and in our like courts.

Of course, I recommend criminal prosecution if those persons cannot provide proofs.

Of course any, if any, support for this test, by the "media", would require them to apply levels of honesty and logic not greatly apparent in their stories regarding that candidate OR by various RINOs.

I also note that the female person who claimed that Candidate Moore entered a most inappropriate note in her high school "Year Book" has refused to turn over that item for, neutral, forensic examination as to Mr. Moore's signature and the age of the ink used.

Improving "Diversity" At State Universities/Colleges

There are very many at many universities-and-colleges who maintain that their schools are not sufficiently "Diverse" as to the many world cultures. Therefore, I offer the following measures to correct that lack.

1. Provide altars (On pyramids if possible) with the usual blood channels and obsidian knives as will allow the reactivation of the Aztec religion. The first to be sent to "speak to the gods" should be "diversity officers" and those attacking The Bill Of Rights (ie With the meaning as intended by its authors) or physically attacking those exercising peaceful "free speech". [The skinning-alive of virgins will be a problem as they are now an "endangered species".]

2. Provide stoning-pits and tip-over-walls as will allow Muslims to more easily enforce Sharia as to homosexuals and those women accused of adultery who cannot produce the number of witnesses who would swear to their innocence.

3. Allow the very peaceful and civilized Sikhs to carry their prescribed daggers on campus.

4. Allow any worshipers of Kali to practice thugee on campus---Beginning in "diversity" offices  and the meeting places of those served by the officers in such places.

5. For those worshiping "The Old Religion" provide some oak trees from which they may hang (Bound by one hand and one leg) their alive human offerings. (I regret to note that the Druid branch will not be allowed to use the traditional burning-baskets due to the problem of their "carbon footprint".)

6. For Atheists colleges/universities should set up Pol Pot style "reeducation" camps (With the usual burial trench-pits).

Who Will Not Surrender Guns

The recent mass shootings in Las Vegas (Nevada) and Sutherland Springs (Texas) has brought forth the usual demands for taking away modern and effective firearms from law-abiding Americans.

The persons making such demands forget that some people will not be disarmed among which are:
1. Criminals (Including those preparing for acts of armed Jihad ) who do not seem to obey the current gun laws and will not obey any future laws; And,
2. Those good Americans who, on the sound basis of our History, know that governments in the USA have a long track record of tyranny as can be more easily inflicted against an unarmed citizenry (This was a matter of great concern to the Founders of our Republic and was basic to the inclusion of The Bill Of Rights as our most basic Law).

Those creatures also ignore the ongoing mass killing as is: The normal state of affairs in (Very anti-gun) Chicago's South Side which yields more murders in a very few months than the Las Vegas and Texas killings combined; And, like rates of murder in such other, Democrat misruled, cities.

In fact, the greatest honesty would require all to note the following fact: If the USA's Blacks were "removed from the numbers", this nation would have a rate of violent crime no higher than, very developed, Belgium had before the recent endemic of Islamist violence.

White (Male) Authors & Culture Denied

In the USA, UK and other places academics are pressing for replacing (Or supplementing) White (Male) authors (eg In English/Literature studies programs) with such persons-of-color selected out chiefly on a basis of race/color and without any great regard to their time-tested value to the corpus of our civilization's literature.

Some of this perversion is based on claims of "colonialism" as a negative force acting towards the suppression of "indigenous" literature and culture. Such claims are proof-positive of either ignorance of History or the most gross dishonesty.

Those who understand history will, if honest, declare that the colonial powers (eg England, France, China, Spain, Russia, et. al.) took political control over many lands and peoples for very practical and non-academic reasons.

With such acts there was an education of those "colonized" peoples in the wider-used, literary, languages. In the Americas, Sub-Saharan Africa, Oceania  and some parts of what is now Russia those peoples were given literacy. itself! That skill and tool was not had before "colonization" and is the most-basic foundation of real literature,  (Even the local bodies of oral traditions, views and concepts could not be shared across the globe without that benefit of "colonizers".)

Those proposed changes are also demands for "instant gratification" as is arch-typical of infants and criminals.

Those academics should/must also remember that real universities were invented, nurtured and developed by White (European), male, Christians. Those temples-of-learning are now, very much, under attack by Fascists waging a form of Jihad against knowledge-and-wisdom (Using actual physical violence or academic intimidation or both).

Gen. Pr. 175. The curtilage of a dwelling-house is a space, necessary and convenient and habitually used for the family purposes, and the carrying on of domestic employments. It includes the garden, if there be one. and it need not be separated from other lands by fence. State v. Shaw, 31 Me. 523; Com. v. Rarney, 10 Cush. (Mass.) 480; Derrickson v. Edwards, 29 N. J. Law, 474. SO Am. Dec. 220. The curtilage is the court-yard in the front or rear of a house, or at its side, or any piece of ground lying near, enclosed and used with, the house, and necessary for the convenient occupation of the house. It appears that the above applies to student residences at (Public) universities AND the keeping and bearing of arms within such areas.

New Personal Pronouns & Sexual Identity

At one count there are 61 "sexual identities" beyond the millions-of-years-old male and female.

Some have been searching for new pronouns as apply to the 61 formulations.

Being a helpful person, I have strongly recommended that those who deny genetic reality should be address and described as "IT"---As they have denied their humanity.

Due Process (Academic) Fine-Tuned

1. Right to a timely AND sufficient-time prior (Written)notice-of/access-to the: “Charges” against the citizen; The  Law/rules/regulations alleged to be violated; The names and other identifying information of all witnesses who have provided testimony ;or other evidence; Documents/physical-evidence as to the “charges”.
2. The right to a timely “due process” hearing to prevent the departure of witnesses or deterioration of other evidence;
3. The right to have legal counsel present at all hearings and such council allowed full and active participation in all proceedings.
4. The right to compel personal testimony of witnesses and to have that testimony given on oath/affirmation (Allowing for criminal or civil punishment for perjury/false-swearing if such is inflicted) AND to personally OR by counsel cross-examine those witnesses.
5. The right to a hearing before a neutral hearing examiner.
6. The right to a written decision from that examiner.
7. The right to appeal any such decision to a court-of-law based on the facts, the law and state and federal constitutions if a public institution is involved (OR to to the highest authority in a private organization).

These were the rights given to convicted criminals facing revocation of probation/parole by Wisconsin's Department Of Corrections. I fail to understand why universities will not provide the same “Due Process” to students facing in-school disciplinary actions. (Where guilt or probable cause was found by a court-of-record, some of these rights were not given.)

Use Of American Indian Names

There was a time when it was appropriate to use the names of American Indian tribes/bands/models for sports teams and symbols of various schools.

Why?

In those times those provided examples of courage and dignity.

Now, the whining and sniveling professional victims who object to such uses are the very model of a most-dangerous and self-destructive “surrender monkey” movement rotting out too much of our nation's collective values.

I must note that the Seminole Nation of Florida expressly and enthusiastically approved of the use of their name by an athletic team.

It might be best for all tribes/bands to have an all adult member, secret-ballot, vote on this issue and that without using such loaded words as “mascot”.

2018 And Froze To Hell???

Please look up the term "1815 And Froze To Hell". The eruption of one, large, volcano resulted in the beginnings of a Mini-Ice Age as did not continue.

If the three volcanoes now on the verge of major eruptions (And, perhaps, others) concurrently fill the atmosphere with various particulates, that might yield a real Ice Age. That would demonstrate that the puny efforts of humans are as nothing. 

In such a case, all might hope for some "Global Warming".
