The people have the right to keep and bear arms for security defense,
hunting, recreation or any other lawful purpose.

Proposed Text For Article-I,Section-25 Of Wisconsin's Constitution A. The people have the right to keep and bear arms for security defense, hunting, recreation or any other lawful purpose. B. This section applies to all, law-abiding, citizens over the age of 18-years. C. This section applies to all publicly owned buildings or other properties except prisons, jails, mental health institutions, National Guard facilities, power plants and such places were dangerous chemicals or machinery are in place.
