Why Simple, when with a little effort. . . "---Court Decision On Guns

Although I approve of the ruling in the above-cited case I maintain that the judges were closely following the maxim, "Why simple, when with a little effort, it can be made so beautifully complicated".

All that was necessary was to state:
1. The Second Amendment to our Republic's Constitution is directly founded on the intent of the Founders (B);
And,
2. Subsequent restrictions, by laws or regulations, on the rights of law-abiding and legally presumed sane citizens [ie Above the age of 18-years] to keep and bear (Modern) arms, without infringements, are unconstitutional. and serve only in the interests of those favoring racial or political enslavement of our fellow such citizens.
