A part of the city of Seattle (WA) is in a state of armed rebellion.
If, as seems to be the case, that civil police can not OR will not return the force of our democratically enacted law to that area, it is the absolute duty of Washington's Governor to call out that State's National Guard to do so.
If, as it appears to be the case, that Governor will not do so, it is the duty of our Republic's President to either "federalize" Washington's National Guard or, perhaps better yet, order (eg Battle hardened) federal troops to do so. Any of those rebels who survive that required response must be tried by either Courts Martial OR by such a Commission as was used to try those involved in the assassination of President Lincoln.
As any armed resistance to those troops would be "waging war" against the United States, they must be charged with "Treason" and be placed at risk for the maximum penalty allowed upon conviction. A Federal state of Martial Law should be put in place.
Any free (Ie Armed with modern firearms) citizens in Seattle and surrounding places must be prepared to "put down" any dangerous animals escaping those troops and who endanger those citizens.
