Pope Francis Supports Tyranny

Pope Francis has failed to condemn the tyrant who mis-rules Venezuela and, by some views, supports him.

He has also, recently, betrayed the real Catholics in the "Peoples Republic (sic) of China by allowing its Atheist, also tyrants, rulers authority over the appointment of bishops and other matters.

He has recently also supported the criminal-terrorist ideology called "Islam" by his visit to Qatar as is ruled under Islamic law (Which is opposed to the best principles of justice) and by those committed to the basic goal of Islam and Muslims---The destruction of all, true, religions, rule by only Muslim males, and full civil rights to only them. That treason to truth and Christ's people was aggravated by the Catholic-Muslim statement signed during that visit.

Sexual Crimes Within The Catholic Church

There is only one way to deal with sexual offenses as inflicted by the clergy and others within the Catholic Church.

First, The Church must formally-and-fully give up the Medieval position that such persons are above or apart-from the civil law as applies to the other citizens of the nations in which they reside. (That Medieval position is also maintained and violently defended by public university officials and officers---To the extent that they, daily, violate what should be protected by The Bill Of Rights.)

As to accusations of sexual conduct in violation of the criminal code of such nations, the Church (ie
By its Bishops, other "employees" or even lay persons) must immediately report any credible claims of sexual or other crimes to the appropriate civil authorities (eg Police agency, prosecuting attorney).

"Credible" must include any complaint made upon oath/affirmation in a form as would allow prosecution for perjury or false-swearing if the complainant lies OR, for minors below the age of prosecution, a clear (Written or video-recorded) statement as to any crimes OR any other evidence as provides a reasonable claim of a crime.

The reporting person must: Retain copies of all such evidence; Save evidence of the secure provision of relevant materials to civil authorities; And, send that information and the fact of notice to civil authorities to the Holy See and the local Ordinary or international head of a concerned religious order.

Of course, The Church must retain its own responsibility to (But only after notice to civil authorities) investigate (ie Without interfering with the civil authorities' investigations) and, as appropriate, deal with such offenses under cannon law.

When a false accusation is made and is provable, The Church must: Publicly demand criminal prosecution of any such liars; Bring civil actions against such persons for real and punitive damages; And, if they are Catholic, move against them under cannon law. These actions must NOT be used as threats or even the hint-of-threats against any accusers.

Pope Francis VS. Capitol Punishment

It has been reported that Francis, the current "Bishop Of Rome", has declared that capital punishment is never acceptable. 

Strangely, I do not note that The Christ (ie Whose execution was necessary for the salvation of humanity) ever condemned that process.

It also appears that such a statement is in opposition to the teachings of St. Paul (Romans 13:1-4).

When The Church had the duty (ie In the Vatican States) to protect the People by executing justice, and that by executing evil men, it certainly did not reject those teachings. Now that Francis no longer has that duty he is unwilling to have the State do so. That is a most amoral imposition of authority without the justification of duty.

I also find that pontification very strange in the light of his failure to condemn the very, very, murderous and unalterable commands of that criminal-terrorist ideology called "Islam".

Catholic Teachings On Immigration---And Limits To It

Today, the following information was brought to my attention.

"Catechism Of The Catholic Church (No. 2241)

The more prosperous nations are obliged, to the extent they are able, to welcome the foreigner in search of security and the means of livelihood which he cannot find in his country of origin. Public authorities should see to it that the natural right is respected that the natural right is respected that places a guest under the protection of those who receive him.

Political authorities, for the sake of the common good for which they are responsible may make the exercise of the right to immigrate subject to various judicial conditions especially as to the immigrants duties towards the company of adoption. Immigrants are obliged to respect with gratitude the material and spiritual heritage of those who receive them, to obey its laws and assist in carrying out civil burdens". (Bold-face and italics added)

1. The term "Guest" excludes invaders.

2. The noted laws include, in the USA, our democratically-enacted immigration laws and, secondarily, derived and formal policies and regulations. 

3. Respect for our Republic's "spiritual heritage" excludes such acts as: Waving the flags of foreign nations while illegally entering the USA; Flying such foreign flags over or instead-of the USA's flag in public forums; And, most horrid of all, destroying or insulting that flag in public places.

4. "Assistance in carrying our civic burdens" includes, but is not limited to, the following: Not working at less than the legal minimum wage which depresses the income of the poorest of America's citizens and other (eg Legal) immigrants; Immediately reporting to the police all observed criminal acts; Pay all taxes due all units of our governments; Learn the English language and the basic laws and history of the USA; And, most of all, insure that their children be taught those subjects and learn to respect them.

At this time those who hate the USA are vomiting out statements about the rights-of and ignoring the duties-of (Illegal) immigrants.

Two Democrats Khali Shiek Mohammed & Treason

After reading the article reproduced below, I must wonder if the Democrats (And their co-actors) named below are in violation of the "adhering to the enemies" (Of the USA) provision of 18 U.S. Code § 2381 and of Article-III, Section-3 of our Republic's Constitution as define TREASON.

Being a Member of The Congress does not provide immunity from such a charge. I suggest that Attorney General Sessions order an investigation into this matter and, thereafter, have a "presentment" (As to a charge of Treason) made to a Grand Jury.

As I have "put my life on the line" by dangerous military service and have performed dangerous (Paid and unpaid) civilian service for the protection of my fellow Americans I must insist that those traitors be punished.

"It’s outrageous that the Democrats are attempting to enlist the assistance of Khalid Sheik Mohammed to attempt to block the confirmation of Gina Haspel, a 30-year career CIA agent, as Director of the CIA. It’s even more outrageous that the Senate Intelligence Committee would consider a submission by the mastermind of the 9/11 outrage that resulted in the death of 3,000+ Americans.

Mohammed has asked a military judge at the Guantanamo Bay military prison yesterday to forward an attachment containing “six specific paragraphs of information” that supposedly details Haspel’s wrongdoing for inclusion in the Senate Committee’s considerations. One can only guess who encouraged Mohammed to write these paragraphs and try to send them to Washington.

Informed readers will recall that Khalid Sheik Mohammed is the mastermind behind the attacks against the United States that took place on September 11, 2001 and resulted in more American deaths than the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. It also caused substantially more economic damage and its results are felt to this day, as anyone wishing to board an aircraft anywhere in the free world will attest.

Mohammed was captured in 2003 and was detained at several CIA-sponsored ‘black-ops’ sites in Afghanistan and Poland before being incarcerated at Guantanamo. There’s no dispute that he was subjected to so-called ‘enhanced interrogation’ that included, among other things, sleep deprivation, rectal hydration (also known as enemas) and 183 instances of waterboarding.

Eventually Mohammed cracked and spilled the beans, detailing how the plan was conceived and executed.

It’s mind boggling that the Democrats would stoop to this level of collusion with one of America’s most intransigent and evil enemies in their fruitless efforts to stop the success of President Trump.

Four of the Democrats on the Committee have asked Daniel Coats, the current Director of National Intelligence to declassify how, when and to what extent Haspel was involved in the interrogation of Mohammed. These are Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-CA), Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), Sen. Martin Heinrich (D-NM) and Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR). Two of these senators, Heinrich and Wyden could rightly be excused for being ignorant of the circumstances surrounding Mohammed’s interrogation and incarceration, as neither served in the Senate at the time these events transpired.

However, both Senators Feinstein and Harris are more than just a tad disingenuous, as both were in the Senate on 9/11. And let us not forget that Flight 93, which was brought down by its passengers and crashed in a Pennsylvania field, was intended to hit either the White House or the Capitol, which could easily have resulted in the death of both senators. In point of fact, Sen. Feinstein, as well as then House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi were made aware by the Bush Administration that enhanced interrogation was taking place. But like all things political, Democrat leaders didn’t seem to have a problem with it, as there was no political upside.

American politics has become so toxic, so corrupt and so single-mindedly partisan on the part of the Democrats, as to border on treason. Allowing Khalid Sheik Mohammed to submit his thoughts about Haspel to the Senate Intelligence Committee is akin to allowing Heinrich Himmler to pick the judge at the Nuremberg Trials. To call this a travesty is an understatement.. (Boldface added)"

Pope Francis VS. The Church

The current "Bishop Of Rome" (aka Pope Francis) has compromised (ie Surrendered to) the Atheistic tyrants who misrule China (PRC) and given them control over the appointment of real Catholic Bishops in that land.

As a (Self-declared) "Avocational Historian" the closest fits to that compromise, as treason to civilization, are:
1. The UK's Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain's compromise with Hitler as allowed the Nazis control of Czechoslovakian's best natural and augmented defenses as allow their conquest of that nation;
2. The USA's compromises, of the 1850s, with the slavery supporting states as allowed them to better arm and prepare for rebellion; And,
3. Bishop Francis's compromises-with and betrayal-of truth and reality as to Islam and the Jihad waging, orthodox, Muslims.

After considering Pope Francis' latest self-removal from reality-and-truth by his various comments about Islam. I must declare that he is insane or senile or ignorant or pathologically lying about Islam and violence.

 First, the core-and-unalterable teachings of the criminal-terrorist ideology called "Islam" very much support the use of murderous violence against: Those who do not join that Nazi-like movement; And, within that disease, against those who hold local control of it or equally guilty governments. It appears that the Pope has not read the Koran (As I have), Hadith and Sharia OR is (For the pathological reasons listed above) is not applying that knowledge-and-reality to his statements.

Secondly, the 1400-year history of Islam, to this day, provide the examples of an uncountable number of orthodox Muslims who evilly inflict those horrid commands on their victims as individuals or pairs or bands or semi-nations or true nations. Those criminals are encouraged or allowed or commanded to use murder, rape, genocide, torture and other horrors to "serve" Islam---And, to satisfy their illicit lusts.

 Thirdly, those in civilized (ie Not ruled under Sharia) nations who commit such crimes as the Pope assigns to Italy do so in violation of the well known laws of their nations and are, most certainly, not given Islam's approval of such horrors for those waging its "Perpetual War" (Jihad).

 The lessons-of-history ( and current events clearly demonstrate that the only means of effectively "communicating" with such Muslims is by the effective use of deadly force---As defined and approved by Saint Bernard of Clairvaux (A "Doctor Of The Church") in his De Laude Militae Novae .

 By his statements and deniing-of-reality Pope Francis makes himself co-guilty with the above-cited monsters.

It is impossible to understand Islam and Muslims by listening to their protestations against terror and their proclamations of patriotism for America. Usually, it is wise and fair to give people the benefit of the doubt but when it comes to national safety and the future of America, we had better look twice, even thrice at Muslim patriotism. Why? Because Islam permits lying! It is called “Al-taqiyya.” One Muslim said that Al-taqiyya means dissimulation then he expanded it to diplomacy but he should have gone further to deception. Now some Muslims who do not follow the Koran are as faithful Americans as any of us, but the problem is, we cannot know.

Muslims lie not because they are liars by nature but by choice. Systematic lying as a religious policy is deadly, and if our politicians do not understand this, thousands could die.

It seems our President and his advisors are clueless as to the desires, doctrines, and distinctives of Islam. While I feel a little audacious in giving advice to national leaders, it is necessary since no one else is doing it. Muslims lie not because they are liars by nature but by choice. Muslims are permitted to lie: (1) to save their lives, (2) to reconcile a husband and wife, (3) to persuade a woman into a bedroom and (4) to facilitate one on his journey. Muslims are even permitted to disavow Islam and Mohammed if it is not a genuine heart-felt rejection. Muslims will tell you that concealment of a truth is not an abandonment of that truth if it benefits Islam.
Mohammed gave permission for a follower to lie in order to kill a Jewish poet who had offended Mohammed. I could provide many examples of permissible lying from the Koran and Hadith and will do so when my critics accuse me of hatred and bigotry because of this column. My motives are not important but the truth is. However, many unprincipled people do not consider truth important. It is political correctness that sits on the throne to be worshiped.
Muslims may appear very sincere; in fact, they are sincere, when they lie for their own protection or in the cause of Islam. They have permission to lie. Yes, Christians have also lied but never are they given permission to lie. However, a Muslim has no guilt since the Koran and Hadith permit his deception.

Muslims have no hope for eternal salvation without their good works, so they must keep working to advance Islam. If a few lies will accomplish that goal, then lying is not bad but good. If they can get good publicity for Islam by lying, then lying is acceptable, even desirable.

They will lie to make Islam more attractive to potential converts as they speak of “no compulsion in religion” while all of them know that verse was abrogated by later verses. They will quote verses that speak of tolerance and kindness knowing that those verses were written when Mohammed was desirous of “tolerance and kindness,” but when he climbed into the catbird seat, everything changed and he became a terrorist.

Unlike Christians who are saved once for all by the grace of God through faith in Christ’s propitiatory death, no Muslim knows for sure if his works are good enough for Heaven. The only Muslim who knows for sure that his eternal destiny is secure and he will drop into a delightful garden filled with 72 virgins on soft green cushions is the one who dies while “taking out” unbelievers in Islam.
Most Muslims will not have the “opportunity” to become a martyr in this war between Islam and the rest of the world and make no mistake every true Muslim must be involved in making America (or the nation where he lives) a Muslim nation. Since Muslims are limited in their ability to die for the cause, they can help the cause by supporting terrorists with money, succor, and cover. Sure, they are aiding terror against the U.S. but since they believe they are doing Allah’s will, then any deception is acceptable.
How should this affect America’s war on terror? Officials must look closely at every Muslim chaplain in the military and in our prisons; also look at those involved in the CIA, FBI, and other sensitive areas; look at all Arabic translators, military or civilian; look at all Muslim employees at the Pentagon, White House, atomic power plants, and in Congress; look at all civilian Muslim pilots; look at Muslim clerics in all U.S. mosques. In other words, get serious about this war before our cities are rubble.
Our President must stop playing the game of “Let’s Stop the Terrorists” and get serious by going to the heart of the matter. This war on terror is a religious matter and could become a Hundred Years’ War. To resurrect an old slogan: You can trust the Muslims to be Muslims. They are lying their way to world domination!

       The above document was quoted (Although not the section provided above) in a homily at my parish on September 29, 2012 as to toleration, The Pastor dealt more with intolerance towards Hindus who some Catholic call “stupid”. The “highest thinkers” in that religion have concluded that there is only one God and the “gods” worshiped by the People are only facets of that one God just as the facets of a great jewel are not the entire gem.

        The Jews are our spiritual ancestors and, as such are and should-be honored and not persecuted as was the sin of too many Christians (Including my Polish ancestors). They signed a covenant (Contract) with G_d. Such agreements are not had between a tyrannical master and worm-like slaves.

      Jesus the Christ makes us his co-heirs in the Kingdom and his brothers-in-love. Although asking for peace among men of good will, his last “General Orders” to his disciples (Luke 22: 35-38) was to do all that was needed to obtain the means sufficient to defend themselves. .

        The Sikhs, lately come to the World's religions, worship a universal and just God. They are great sustainers of equality between man and women and between all human beings. Their teachings advocate for peace; But, specially emphasis the right of self-defense and the duty to defend the innocent against criminal attacks. They also support practical charity and what we know as Charitas.

 

        The Allah of Islam (And NOT that of Arabic speaking Christians) demands a slave-like obedience to irrational and unpredictable commands. Islam also supports, if not commands, the use of the slavery of human beings and the sexual-slavery of girls and women. Islam also allows, permits and very often commands the use of murder, genocide, lying and stealing from “unbelievers”; aggressive war and institutionalized revenge.

 The noted document is one that “subtracts from the sum-total of human knowledge”. In the voice of the People, it is poisonous garbage.

Defining Islam---Again

1. Islam is NOT a religion; But, is a criminal-terrorist movement-or-ideology not far
different from the KKK or Nazi-Party (Sharing the same principles of hate-of-Jews and all real religions, use of violence and the other horrors taught in Mein Kampf and the Koran;
2. Islam (Like the KKK, Mafia and the SS brand of Nazism) has/had a very thin veneer of religion;
3. The false-prophet Mohammed (Who was a murderer, liar and treaty breaker, bandit and the perverted sexual abuser of a nine-year-young girl-child) declared perpetual war against all "unbelievers" (Until they join Islam or accept the slave-like state of dhimmitude), a war which continues in our era in the Sudan, Thailand, parts of the Philippines,,Fort.Hood and New York City on "9/11";
4. Most Mosques are, to some extent, funded by the most regressive, medieval and anti-civilization branch of Islam (ie Wahhabism) and use that sect's hate literature, much printed in Saudi Arabia;
5. Lying to "unbelievers" is one of the standard and common responses of Muslims to any questions, about their ideology, from "unbelievers", including before the Courts in the USA whose authority Muslims do NOT recognize;

9. The allowed, approved and too often commanded methods of Islam and Muslims to achieve those goals include: Murder and mutilation; Rape and enslavement; Genocide;

       The above document was quoted (Although not the section provided above) in a homily at my parish on September 29, 2012 as to toleration, The Pastor dealt more with intolerance towards Hindus who some Catholic call “stupid”. The “highest thinkers” in that religion have concluded that there is only one God and the “gods” worshiped by the People are only facets of that one God just as the facets of a great jewel are not the entire gem.
        The Jews are our spiritual ancestors and, as such are and should-be honored and not persecuted as was the sin of too many Christians (Including my Polish ancestors). They signed a covenant (Contract) with G_d. Such agreements are not had between a tyrannical master and worm-like slaves.

      Jesus the Christ makes us his co-heirs in the Kingdom and his brothers-in-love. Although asking for peace among men of good will, his last “General Orders” to his disciples (Luke 22: 35-38) was to do all that was needed to obtain the means sufficient to defend themselves. .

        The Sikhs, lately come to the World's religions, worship a universal and just God. They are great sustainers of equality between man and women and between all human beings. Their teachings advocate for peace; But, specially emphasis the right of self-defense and the duty to defend the innocent against criminal attacks. They also support practical charity and what we know as Charitas.

        The Allah of Islam (And NOT that of Arabic speaking Christians) demands a slave-like obedience to irrational and unpredictable commands. Islam also supports, if not commands, the use of the slavery of human beings and the sexual-slavery of girls and women. Islam also allows, permits and very often commands the use of murder, genocide, lying and stealing from “unbelievers”; aggressive war and institutionalized revenge.
