More Comments On "AntiFa"

In recent days there has been a resurgence of comments on the movement/organization called "AntiFa".

Those followers or members of that disease often go armed-and-masked while attacking other persons (eg Those attempting to exercise their constitutional rights of free speech---Which protections extend to even "hate speech" which application, too often, applies to those speaking truth about criminals and terrorists).

In note that going about "masked and armed" is, in itself, a crime in some jurisdictions. (In Wisconsin, going masked while committing a crime can greatly extend sentences after convictions.)

The above-cited attacks represent "a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm" as allows anyone (eg Real police officers or other Americans to immediately use any (Even lethal) force to stop such threats.

I have noted that "AntiFa" has not been active in such States as Texas or Wisconsin which have many thousands of law-abiding (And legally presumed sane) citizens who: Have permits/licenses to carry concealed weapons; Do carry them (ie Usually handguns with hollow-point rounds); Are generally "conservatives"; And, (Like myself) are more-than-willing, in the absence of such on-site police who are willing to immediately take effective actions, willing to "put down" such dangerous animals as are the AntiFa activists.

Sexual Crimes Within The Catholic Church

There is only one way to deal with sexual offenses as inflicted by the clergy and others within the Catholic Church.

First, The Church must formally-and-fully give up the Medieval position that such persons are above or apart-from the civil law as applies to the other citizens of the nations in which they reside. (That Medieval position is also maintained and violently defended by public university officials and officers---To the extent that they, daily, violate what should be protected by The Bill Of Rights.)

As to accusations of sexual conduct in violation of the criminal code of such nations, the Church (ie
By its Bishops, other "employees" or even lay persons) must immediately report any credible claims of sexual or other crimes to the appropriate civil authorities (eg Police agency, prosecuting attorney).

"Credible" must include any complaint made upon oath/affirmation in a form as would allow prosecution for perjury or false-swearing if the complainant lies OR, for minors below the age of prosecution, a clear (Written or video-recorded) statement as to any crimes OR any other evidence as provides a reasonable claim of a crime.

The reporting person must: Retain copies of all such evidence; Save evidence of the secure provision of relevant materials to civil authorities; And, send that information and the fact of notice to civil authorities to the Holy See and the local Ordinary or international head of a concerned religious order.

Of course, The Church must retain its own responsibility to (But only after notice to civil authorities) investigate (ie Without interfering with the civil authorities' investigations) and, as appropriate, deal with such offenses under cannon law.

When a false accusation is made and is provable, The Church must: Publicly demand criminal prosecution of any such liars; Bring civil actions against such persons for real and punitive damages; And, if they are Catholic, move against them under cannon law. These actions must NOT be used as threats or even the hint-of-threats against any accusers.

Today, I came across the below item as might address those who have criticized our constitutionally elected (Without an majority of popular votes cast as was Lincoln who received 1,865,908 while his opponents had 2,816,122)

In time SCOTUS supported the above action against those POTUS declared as "enemies of the people".  Since some  (In "The Resistance") are wondering if SCOTUS-Nominee Brett Kavanaugh will follow Stare Decisis on the Roe Vs. Wade decision, will "The Resistance" support such, Lincoln-Model AND legal, actions against The New York Slimes or The Washington Compost? After all, we remain in a state-of-war against those waging Jihad against the USA and some of its allies.

Jews, Christians, Self-Defense & Pathological Pacifists

There are such "Pathological Pacifists" who would deny us the Natural Law (And often statutory) right to keep, bear and use arms in self-defense (And probable duty to defend innocent others) to such acts as represent "a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm".

Some of those enemies of justice misuse religion as a false base for their support and protection of evil men. I suggest that they and all others consider the following items.

After 2018 General Election Cleansing & Protecting The Republic

I suggest that, after the 2018 General Election, POTUS take the following measures:

1. Begin a forensic examination of the financial records of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's entire operations by another Special Counsel (ie 

With NO connections with DOJ or either Party; With subpoena powers and the will to immediately go to the courts to obtain punitive contempt orders upon non-compliance; With the highest security clearance and with a formal mandate to examine all of Mueller's operation's records; And, a like mandate to present all suitable cases to Grand Juries;

2. Use recently discovered facts (And any/many more yet to be revealed) to bring felony charges against Hillary R. Clinton as to violations of our national security and sundry financial laws;

3. Bring criminal charges against all those (eg Elected officials, Catholic bishops and other clergy, university regents/trustees/presidents/administrators) who have given any financial aid or shelter or other direct help to illegal immigrants);

4. Bring charges against all public officials who forward boycotts of those companies offering or providing services to "the border wall" (ie As supported by the "Inter-State Commerce Clause" of our Republic's Constitution);

5. Place all "sanctuary" cities or counties or states "Off Limits" to military personnel  who will spend their very hard earned income in other places or by electronic measures; And,

6. Such other punitive measures as will easily come to the acute minds of other DEFENDERS OF THE REPUBLIC.

The Needs Of The British Army

It now seems very unlikely that France or Vikings or a Spanish Armada or Samoans or residents of Papua New Guinea will invade the United Kingdom. That is, the invasion of Britain by some external enemy is not the concern of the Forces in this era.

The clear-and-present danger to the law-abiding subjects of the Queen comes from the subversive and physically dangerous, Islamist, "activists" within the UK who are willing to wage military-terrorist Jihad there (Or, in obedience to Islam's commands, support that with all their wealth). [There has been, at least, one study which demonstrated that 50%-plus of the UK's Muslims support all of the teachings of Islam---Including the waging and supporting of Jihad.]

It behooves the Forces to:
1. Be prepared to wage anti-terrorism actions within the UK and that on minutes' notice;
2. To keep Muslims out of all security and planning operations of those services;
3. To know of the internal plans of all Mosques (And "certain" other places) to allow armed entry to seize weapons and arrest or kill terrorist with a minimum of delay and danger.

A Year After Charlottesville Mob Warfare

Yes, it has been a year since two gangs of tyrannical thugs fought on the streets of Charlottesville (Virginia) with some pathological excitement-seekers and, on both sides, some "good people" who foolishly did not expect such violence.

One person was killed/murdered during that treasonous riot.

I must wonder, since that one death, how many:

1. Blacks have been illegally killed (ie Murdered) by Whites; And,

2. Whites have been illegally killed (ie Murdered) by Blacks.

Aiding Illegal Immigrants

Those (eg University/College officials as individuals) who shelter (eg In school housing) illegal aliens should be aware of:

1. U.S. Code › Title 8 › Chapter 12 › Subchapter II › Part VIII › § 1324

They should also consider:
1. The criminal penalties attached to those violations; And,
2. The fact that President Trump is now appointing a myriad of Federal trial and appeals court judges who are 
are very likely to strictly enforce those laws and impose severe penalties ("Pour encourager les autres")

Pope Francis VS. Capitol Punishment

It has been reported that Francis, the current "Bishop Of Rome", has declared that capital punishment is never acceptable. 

Strangely, I do not note that The Christ (ie Whose execution was necessary for the salvation of humanity) ever condemned that process.

It also appears that such a statement is in opposition to the teachings of St. Paul (Romans 13:1-4).

When The Church had the duty (ie In the Vatican States) to protect the People by executing justice, and that by executing evil men, it certainly did not reject those teachings. Now that Francis no longer has that duty he is unwilling to have the State do so. That is a most amoral imposition of authority without the justification of duty.

I also find that pontification very strange in the light of his failure to condemn the very, very, murderous and unalterable commands of that criminal-terrorist ideology called "Islam".

The Real Danger To Our Elections

The greatest danger to our election process and the sanctity of our votes is NOT some such external enemy as Russia, Iran, The Peoples Republic (sic) Of China  or North Korea.

The real and harder-to-detect danger comes from illegal votes by aliens, felons and those who follow the Chicago tradition of "Vote Early---And Often!".

In large part that crime against our Democratic-Republic is enabled and aggravated by unclean "Voter Rolls" which have not been purged of those who have died or moved out of their election district or are felons still serving sentences or are not citizens.

Removal of those unqualified or non-existent voters, from poll lists, is mightily opposed by agents of The Democratic (sic) Party.  

Journalists, public officials and others who fail to frequently and "loudly" declare that truth are dangerously aiding and abetting: A crime against all of us; AND, even, aiding the external enemies of the USA as listed above.

Printed Guns

Some State Attorneys-General and Members of The Congress are taking legal and legislative actions to stop the distribution of the information which allows the "printing" of plastic firearms as are claimed to be undetectable by the usual magnetic detectors. (I am unsure if those devices still require steel barrels and certain other parts.)

First, those would be tyrants appear to be against any exercise of the "right to keep and bear arms" [Which includes the purchase of such (By all law-abiding citizens (Over 18 years-of-age)] or their fabrication [Remembering that all guns were hand-crafted when the Founders wisely included the Second Amendment in The Bill Of Rights].

Their opposition to this inventive process ignores the following facts:

1. That far more reliable and effective firearms are readily available, by both legal and illegal purchase and by theft, throughout the USA; 

2. There are a considerable number of readily available or fabricated individual. other, weapons which are almost as effective as firearms and which have been legally or illegally used in the past; And,

3. There are "Weapons Of Mass Destruction" (Which I will not describe here) which include at least two which can "explode" a large building or an entire residential neighborhood and at least one neurotoxin which is deadly if applied to the skin of a targeted person---All of which can be made from legally available and common materials by even those without any specialized, technical, knowledge.  

It would be much better for those Attorneys-General and Members to focus on those (ie Cited in G) who are responsible for "people violence" than inflict attacks the civil rights of the good citizens of The United States.

I have also noted that those opposed the individual rights provided under the Second Amendment are, most often, also opposed to the rights provided b the other articles of that, most basic, law of our Republic which is The Bill Of Rights.
