    Candidate Joseph Biden has pledged to raise the tax-rate on corporations.

    
    

    Unlike those whose family income is expanded by screwing monies out of such tyrannies as the 

    "Peoples' Republic (sic) Of China" or such grossly corrupt nations as was (?) The Ukraine, my income

    is much less than the Bidens.

    
    

    Like millions of other Americans, the chief part of my retirement income comes from a pension fund which

    derives its income from investments in a very wide number-and-variety of private corporatons.

    
    

    As far as I can determine Candidate Biden's proposal:

    1. Will, at the least, reduce the income of those corporations and my income; And.

    2. Is very likely to grossly reduce (Or destroy) the value of those investments.

    
    

    Like millions of other, retired, Americans I am a compulsive voter. Only because of physical limits inflicted by age,

    I vote by such absentee ballots for which my current address, citizenship and on-going use of such ballots have been

    and is verified. The value of my vote is very much likely to be grossly reduced in value by any counting of other forms

Democrats & Slavery

 It is interesting, but NO longer important, that Democrats:

1. Were the core of those who rebelled and waged war against the USA from 1860 to the defeat of The Confederacy;

2. Formed the KKK;

3. Enacted and strictly enforced "Jim Crow" laws;

4. Produced the very racist, Democrat, President Woodrow Wilson who destroyed the prior, Republican, President's efforts to racially integrate our Federal civil service (And, perhaps, our Army; Candidate Biden, please take note!); And,

5. Were the political power source for those uniformed thugs who violently attacked those who, in times past, "marched for freedom" under the guidance of such as the truly Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr..

What is NOW important is that Party's enslavement of our Republic's Black citizens by:

A. Lies about their choices for elected officials;

B. Lies about such as Minnesota's George Floyd who, by his purchase of illegal-and-dangerous drugs (One of which was Fentenyl which may well have been the real cause of his breathing failure and death) support the genocidal "dealers" who, by those drugs and by guns, slaughter so many thousands of Blacks and others;

C. Supporting, most often Black, criminals by elimination bail/bond requirements (eg Tracking devices, no contact orders) AND dumping them out-of-jails/prisons (Chiefly into Black majority communities) under the excuse of limiting their exposure to the present pandemic---Without any consideration for the health-and-safety of other, law-abiding, by those criminals spreading "The Chinese Virus" AND by, as already demonstrated, further criminal actions;

D. Depriving them of such ready access to modern firearms as would allow them the ability (In a time of more limited and, Democrat supported, reduction of AND limits to Police protection) as was the policies of Democrats for many years ****), to resist (And "liquidate"?) those Black criminals who are their chiefest oppressors; AND,

E. Keeping too many Blacks poorer (And more subject to Democrat political control) by limiting their employment opportunities and level-of-income by supporting illegal immigration as, very directly and greatly, reduces both.

                               

**** Legal/Historical Notes: In the infamous Dred Scot v. Sanford case, Chief Justice Tanney was concerned that giving Blacks the rights of free, White, citizens would allow them to go freely armed throughout the USA as was the right of citizens at that time; The first, effective and enforced, "gun control law" was put into place by DEMOCRAT "Big Tim" Sullivan in New York City AND that. as some claim, to eliminate armed resistance to his organization's armed "enforcers"; And, many (Most? All?) of the South's post-reconstruction gun control laws, enacted by Democrats, were enacted against Black's access to arms and enforced chiefly (Only?) against them.

To Black, Race-Based, Voters

 Should I congratulate you on the fact that Candidate Joseph Biden has selected a Black as his running mate?

Should I congratulate those of you who will vote for him on the race-basis of that selection?

It may be that the time to fulfill Dr. King's prescription ("I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.") has not yet. fully, arrived.

But, I must also ask, will your race-based voting (As NOT demonstrated by White voters who gave President Obama his Party's nomination AND election as POTUS) forward or. very much, slow-down (OR stop) the arrival of that hoped-for time?

Testing Presidential Candidates

 Some have suggested (Demanded?) that Candidate Joseph Biden be subjected to a test of "Cognitive" ability. This appears to be based on his mis-speaking on many occasions. Some have, out of a sense of fairness (?), that President Trump be subjected to ehe same test(s).

I do not know if the suggested tests are "valid and reliable", that being the standard for any scientific tests.

I must wonder if political candidates be, better, tested for the presence or lack-thereof of "psychopathologies".

In fact, there is such a valid-and-reliable test for such "mental disorders" (Or the lack of such). It is the Minnesota Multiiphasic Personality Inventory.

Although I first recommended that test for the acceptance/rejection of applicants for police officer positions (Or, promotions within police agencies, it seem fitting that political candidates (ie Including for POTUS) take that test.

Those (eg Licensed and especially pre-trained psychologists) evaluating those tests must be fully isolated from the identity of tested candidates. For POTUS candidates, multiple such experts might best be so

employed and their evaluations compared.

Of course. the People would have an absolute right to know: The scientific quality of any such tests; And, each candidate's "test results".

Full Tracking Of Absentee Ballots

It has been reported that future absentee ballots will have printed on them a "Tracking Bar Code". Is that the case? If so,

the following questions must be addressed.

1. Will voters mailing those ballots be able to "track" their arrival at the appropriate clerks' offices?

2. If so, will the means (Computer, telephone & in-person) of doing so be included with the mailed-out ballot?

3. Will you encourage Wisconsin's newspapers to also report that information---Perhaps on Page-1 and well before election days?

4. Will the receiving election officials immediately notify voters if their absentee ballot has been rejected and the reasons (eg Tampering with the envelope as should be carefully examined upon receipt) for any such rejection?

5.  Will such election officials notify those to whom absentee ballots have been sent that, about five work-days before elections, that their ballot has not been received?

It also might be well for President Trump to direct (Under penalty of law) the United States Postal Service: To give absolute priority to all such ballots mailed-to or received-from military addresses; And, to postmark (Date) all absentee 

ballots being sent-out or being returned by any citizen.

I, most strongly, suggest that (ie Within one week of the publication of election results) that candidates, their agents, The Media and others be given ready access

to the data (Without the names of voters) of the above actions.

THE "Stress Test" For POTUS Candidates!!!

Some engineering/scientific companies/organizations will subject products/inventions to great stresses to determine if they will survive AND properly function under such conditions.

All of our modern Presidents live-and-function under perpetual levels of great stress. Other than the test of being POTUS candidates for that position can be "stress tested" by public, open and unrestricted-subject debates.

The voters of our Republic have an absolute right to observe probable candidates Biden and Trump tested in that manner! And person(s) or organizations (eg Political Parties, Broadcast Networks) who block or attempt to block such debates are Fascists attacking Democracy.

I have not read or heard of any plans for a or (Hopefully) more debate(s) between Mr. Trump and Mr. Biden. Both of those candidates must, in the very near future, make arrangements for one/more such (Unrestricted as to subject materials) debates OR be declared an enemy of our nation's elections being 

based on an informed electorate!
