Robert Mueller & Need For A Forensic Audit

After considering Robert Mueller's [And his co-actors' (In the criminal justice meaning!)] various and many violations of other citizen's civil rights, lawyer-client privilege and other insults to American justice, I must recommend (Or demand) that "We The People" have executed an intense forensic audit of the operations of his office or operation or inquisition.

That is, if he and his co-actors violate our Republic's best ethical and legal standards in dealing with our fellow citizens, we may very reasonably doubt if he (And they) have obeyed our laws as to the spending of our hard-earned tax moneys.

Of course, the destruction of financial records would be a crime as excused only if the "Hillary Rule" is imposed. Hiding or redacting any parts of financial records should result in immediate prosecution for "Obstruction Of Justice".

That, forensic, audit should not be done by the FBI as it is still, at the command level, a part of "The Resistance".  Perhaps "The Department Of The Treasury" would provide skilled, forensic, auditors as would honestly report to The Congress and, directly, to The People.

SCOTUS, History & Democracy

As a (Self-declared) "Avocational Historian" I know that the Founders of our Republic were in favor of England's parliamentary governance. Their primary, constitutional, problem was that the freemen of American were not allowed the (Still very limited) "Rights Of Englishmen".

I also know that they were the product of a system in which the Legislature had (Or was developing) towards near total control of government and The Law.

That, approved, Parliament, did give "The Law Lords" some authority. But, that power was limited to reviews of court decisions and did NOT extend to legislative acts.

It appears that the Founders established SCOTUS to take the place of the "law lords" in a nation which, very specially, rejected nobility.

In the first years of the new USA, SCOTUS was a "very dull place"with one Justice resigning for, perhaps, wont of work or mental stimulation.

Chief Justice Marshall's premeditated and engineered decision in Marbury Vs. Madison took power and authority away from the People who (Then indirectly) elected POTUS and the Senate and, more directly the Members of The House Of Representatives. That is, he took away the power to remove from office those officials who are judged by The People to be wrong in their actions and made a few Justices (And all Federal judges) immune from democracy  (Except by the very rare us of the impeachment, trial (Before the Senate) and removal-from-office as removed only eight federal justices in the 229 years of our nation).

After 2018 General Election Cleansing & Protecting The Republic

I suggest that, after the 2018 General Election, POTUS take the following measures:

1. Begin a forensic examination of the financial records of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's entire operations by another Special Counsel (ie 

With NO connections with DOJ or either Party; With subpoena powers and the will to immediately go to the courts to obtain punitive contempt orders upon non-compliance; With the highest security clearance and with a formal mandate to examine all of Mueller's operation's records; And, a like mandate to present all suitable cases to Grand Juries;

2. Use recently discovered facts (And any/many more yet to be revealed) to bring felony charges against Hillary R. Clinton as to violations of our national security and sundry financial laws;

3. Bring criminal charges against all those (eg Elected officials, Catholic bishops and other clergy, university regents/trustees/presidents/administrators) who have given any financial aid or shelter or other direct help to illegal immigrants);

4. Bring charges against all public officials who forward boycotts of those companies offering or providing services to "the border wall" (ie As supported by the "Inter-State Commerce Clause" of our Republic's Constitution);

5. Place all "sanctuary" cities or counties or states "Off Limits" to military personnel  who will spend their very hard earned income in other places or by electronic measures; And,

6. Such other punitive measures as will easily come to the acute minds of other DEFENDERS OF THE REPUBLIC.

Why An "Electoral College" & Voter Fraud

Why we have the Electoral College. 

In their infinite wisdom, the United States' Founders created the Electoral College to ensure the STATES were fairly represented. Why should one or two densely populated areas speak for the whole of the nation? 
The following list of statistics has been making the rounds on the Internet. It should finally put an end to the argument as to why the Electoral College makes sense. 
Do share this. It needs to be widely known and understood. 
There are 3,141 counties in the United States. 
Trump won 3,084 of them. 
Clinton won 57. (let that sink in) 
There are 62 counties in New York State. 
Trump won 46 of them. 
Clinton won 16. 
Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes. 
In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) 
Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. (Clinton won 4 of these counties; Trump only won Richmond) 
Therefore these 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country. 
These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles. 
The United States is comprised of 3,797,000 square miles. 
When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million square miles of territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those who inhabit a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election. 
Large, densely populated Democrat cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc.) DO NOT and SHOULD NOT speak for the rest of our country! 
And...it's been verified and documented that those aforementioned 319 square miles are where the majority of our nation's problems foment. 

Voter Fraud

The counties noted above are notorious for the exercise of voter fraud. In California there is a possible-to-probable inclusion of "illegals" voting.

"Mental" Diagnoses Of President Trump

For some time there have been those who have "diagnosed" President Donald Trump as being "mentally ill" or "mentally deficient".

The average citizen has the constitutional right to do so. (You might review what was said and written about President Lincoln as even more gross insults.)

However, any person who is a licensed Social Worker/Psychologist/Psychiatrist, and self-identifies as such when proclaiming such "diagnoses", without personally examining our constitutionally elected President (Perhaps, also, using the valid-and-reliable Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory) is guilty of:
1. Such professional misconduct as should (Must?) preclude them from professional employment by any clinic or joint practice or university; And,
2. Perhaps, a (Criminal?) violation of the laws of the jurisdiction(s) which licensed them..

Why?

Because such anti-professionals are abusing the "authority" of their licensure to lend weight to political, non-professional, statements.

When such persons do so, a formal complaint should (Must?) be made-and-filed with the governing, licensing, agency and, perhaps, their employers if not totally self-employed.

Of course, any American can (With cause) accuse Hilary Clinton of several felonies and (Also with cause) accuse Barack Hussein Obama with TREASON.

Democrats & "Russian" (?) Hacking

The Democratic (sic) continues to vomit-out screes, whines and other evidences of pathology about “Russian Hacking”.

Having an intellect superior to most I fully understand the reasons basic to their sniveling.

Their ire is not about any danger-to or, even, attack-on the sanctity of our election system. After all, it has survived the corrupt Tammany Hall and the Chicago Democrat machine.

The reasons for their projection-of-guilt include, but are not limited-to, the following: The “Russians” (If, and only if, they were the primary hackers) were able to break into only their systems as:

1. Clearly re-enforced the proof that such as H. Clinton were unable or unwilling to protect secretes for both their Party and, by I inference, for the protection of the American People if allowed full access to to state secretes; And,
2. Among the information derived, directly or indirectly, from that hacking was the DNC's conspiracy against Senator “Bernie” Sanders and the advance leading of presidential debate questions to Ms. Clinton's staff---Which was a direct attack on our presidential selection system.

Post 2016 Election

A VERY SMALL MINORITY OF FASCISTS

The number of “Sour Grapes” losers who deny the validity of the election of Mr. Donald Trump as our next President are only a very small and Fascist minority of those  who are unwilling to submit to the constitutional laws of our Democratic Republic.

Can any President pardon a person who has not yet been found guilty of a crime? Can a presidential pardon be issued without identifying the crime(s) pardoned?

$400M Of Treason?

All should now review some history lessons. On November 4, 1979 terrorist agents of Iran's Ayatollahs invaded the United States by violently occupying our Embassy in that tyrant ruled nation. They also took our Americans stationed there as hostages in gross violation of well established international law (eg As obeyed by the USA even after the December 7, 1941 Japanese sneak attack on Hawaii by safely transporting them out of the USA). Those Americans were freed only after a "Surrender Monkey Democrat" was replaced (On January 20, 1981) by Republican  President Ronald Reagan. 

As far as I know no Iranian, having Islamic or government authority, has ever apologized for those violations of law. As far as I know Iran has not paid reparations to those American victims of Islamist crimes or to our nation.

Since that Islamist takeover, Iran has been waging "undercover war" against the USA---Some by paid and foreign terrorists. Iran remains the enemy of the USA.

After a dispute in an international court, not selected even indirectly by the People of the USA, the Administration of Barrack Hussein Obama shipped (Under cover of darkness and via an unmarked aircraft) $400,000,000 in paper money directly to Iran.  Even some in that Administration admitted that some of those monies might be used to wage acts-of-war.

Giving Iran that huge amount of our money is, most certainly, giving “aid and comfort" to the enemy!

That "giving" is the core-subject of U.S. Code  Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 115  § 2381 AND that is based on Article-III, Section-3 of the Constitution (As overrides and nullifies any acts based on treaties OR foreign courts!). 

A formal "Declaration Of War" is not needed to make the above applicable to alleged violators. 

We should wonder if there are any Members (Of either Party) of the House Of Representatives who have the courage and patriotism to apply Article-II, Section-4 of the Constitution to this matter [AND to formally look into what part, if any, Candidate Hillary Clinton (As Secretary Of State or supporter of B. H. Obama) had in this support of the USA's enemy.]

Returning To A Balanced Government: Congress As Prosecutor

The recent and ongoing prostitution of the FBI (And DOJ) to the interests of Hillary Clinton and her Party require some re-balancing of power between the Legislative and Administration branches of our Federal government. Why, those events clearly show that a perverted DOJ can/will refuse to honestly investigate alleged crimes by the high ranking members of the party-in-power and that preventing even the “snow ball's” chance of an effective presentation to a Grand Jury.

Therefore, I suggest the following change(s) in our Constitution:

Upon a petition signed by 30 Members of the Senate or 100 Members of the House of Representatives, the Courts shall immediately give the Congress standing to bring criminal charges against any past or present member of the Federal government for violations of our Laws.

Upon receiving such standing the Congress shall appoint and fund a “Special Counsel” as shall execute the same duties as a United States Attorney and have the same powers as answerable only to The Congress.

If you, even "sort of”, invent or accept excuses for the recent and murderous attacks on police in Dallas, Baton Rouge AND many other places---Vote for Democrats.

If you approve of "Black LIES Matter", the "New Black Panthers" and other race-baiters such as MR. Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton (The step-son of "The Father Of Lies)---Who all maintain their incomes and poof-up their over-developed and unjustified senses of self-worth by stirring up race hate in the USA---Vote for Democrats.

Those Other Muslim Soldiers

I have no doubt but that Capt. Hamayun Kahn served our nation bravely and loyally---Perhaps in spite of his upbringing as a Muslim.

The debate following his father's heated (And sometimes insulting) speech at the Democrat's 2016 national convention brought to my mind two other Muslim soldiers: Then Sgt. Hasan K. Akbar who "fragged" his comrades-in-arms killing one and wounding/maiming others---Perhaps, in the name of Islam; And, Of course, then Maj. Nidal Hasan who murdered 13 other soldiers and wounded 30-plus at Fort Hood---Most certainly an act-of-war (Jihad) against the USA and that most certainly in the name of Islam.

Both of those critters have been found guilty of murder(s) and sentenced to death. At the least, Nidal Hasan should have also been charged with"Treason".

The portion of Muslims in our armed forces appears to be far less than Muslims' share of their part of USA's (About 1%) of the general population. There appears to be only a handful of such buried in Arlington.

From Orlando to Chattanooga to Little Rock to San Bernardino Muslims electing to wage Jihad (In obedience to that fellow Mohammed's commands) have murdered our fellow citizens---An increasing “contribution” to the world wide Islamist massacre of innocents in London, Paris, Brussels, The Philippines and too many other places.

Candidate Clinton was exempted from the military draft by her gender. Of course, she declined to volunteer for military service as have many, patriotic, American women---Or for such other service, for the "Common Good", as in the Peace Corps or its domestic equivalent in uncomfortable/dangerous locations. "Somehow", William Jefferson Clinton managed to avoid the military draft.

I must wonder why the media or honest other persons failed to mention those "other Muslim soldiers" in recent days.

Oh yes, I honorably served as a volunteer and at-risk in our Armed Forces.

Hillary Clinton, Email Report & Statute Of Limitations

1. Will the "Statute Of Limitations" protect Ms. Hillary Clinton from prosecution under the appropriated sections of 18 US Code after January, 2017?

2. Will the FBI or Attorney General release the full and unedited investigation documents as to Ms. Clinton's violations of law and security-rules to The Congress and, better yet, to the People?

3. If later information is received that there was "hacking" into those classified emails, will the FBI then recommend prosecution?

4. Is Ms. Clinton's "intent" of any weight as to 18 US Code provisions noted below?
