Medieval Universities & Title IX Vs. Law & Rights

Many of our publicly funded universities (And their officers/officials) still hold to the Medieval concept that they are above the laws (ie Including constitutional rights) as bind and limit the actions of other public organizations (And their officers/officials).

Those schools (And officers/officials) have "created", sexual and other offenses, as are very poorly defined to the extent that most reasonable persons (eg Especially for university students or employees) can not know what is forbidden and punishable by any violations of those vague mandates.

Many schools aggravate those violations of their ill-defined "rules" by failing to offer even minimum "due process of law" by using "Star Chamber Court" like "hearings" which fail to provide the following.

1. Right to sufficient-time prior (Written) notice-of/access-to the: “Charges” against the citizen; The Laws/rules/regulations alleged to be violated; The names and other identifying information of all witnesses who have provided testimony or other evidence (eg Documents/physical-evidence) as to the “charges”.
2. The right to have legal counsel present at any hearings and to fully represent the accused.
3. The right to compel personal testimony of witnesses and to have that testimony given on oath/affirmation (Allowing for criminal or civil punishment for perjury/false-swearing if such is inflicted) AND to cross-examine those witnesses.
4. The right to a hearing before a neutral hearing examiner.
5. The right to a written decision from that examiner.
6. The right to appeal any such decision to a court-of-law based on the facts, the law and state and federal constitutions if a public institution is involved OR to the highest authority in a private organization.

To my mind and to meet legal and constitutional standards, any behavior as may be a violation of law (eg "Sexual Assault", "Disorderly Conduct") must be:

A. Referred in writing (Best on oath or affirmation) to a neutral and professional police agency for a fair and honest investigation;

B. If, and only if, those investigators determine that there may be grounds for a criminal prosecution, the facts must be referred to the appropriate prosecuting attorney for determination as to issuing charges or "presentment" to a Grand Jury (According to the local Law); 

C. If charges or an indictment come forth our time-proven trial system (Based on full "due process of law") would determine guilt/innocence; And,

D. If a finding of "Guilty" is had, the Court disposes of the matter according to Law.

For myself, any student-at (Or employee-of) a public university who is not provided one of the above "due process" procedures, for an alleged violation should initiate a civil-rights-violation suit against the particular school AND, as individuals, the rights violating officers/officials.

A Primary Human Right For Students

A (Or, "THE") primary human right for students is to be protected from criminal attackers.

In a nation with more guns than People:  It is and will be impossible to take firearms (And other, some more dangerous weapons) from: Criminals and"crazies"; And, those Americans who, very reasonably, know that the public authorities can not (And, sometimes, will not) provide immediate and effective protection from those who would murder or rape or otherwise maim-and-injure them.

In our large school buildings the usual, one, armed officers may be many minutes away from some armed monster who has begun the process of massacring students and others----WHERE EACH SECOND EQUALS ONE MORE DEATH.

There is, at least one, safe-and-secure mode of having firearms as readily available to teachers in class-rooms. The training to make teachers qualified to defend students in the short distances in classroom takes very little time.

THE ESSENTIAL QUESTION TO PUT TO ALL TEACHERS IS: WHICH IS MORE IMPORTANT TO YOU, THE LIVES OF YOUR STUDENTS OR YOUR: "FEELINGS" ABOUT GUNS; OR YOUR HOPE FOR SOME "PIE IN THE SKY" & IMPROBABLE OR NONEXISTENT ALTERNATIVES TO PUTTING DOWN SUCH DANGEROUS CREATURES.

The "primary human right", cited above, applies to all innocent humans "in a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm" without the immediate and effective protection of civil authorities.

"Allies" & Withdrawing Troops

Those of our "allies" who are upset with President Trump's order to withdraw some troop from a part of the Middle East are more than welcome to sent their own troops to that area.

I do have my doubts about the impact of that action which endangers the Kurds and supports Turkey's, Islamist, would be Caliph.

Robert Mueller & Need For A Forensic Audit

After considering Robert Mueller's [And his co-actors' (In the criminal justice meaning!)] various and many violations of other citizen's civil rights, lawyer-client privilege and other insults to American justice, I must recommend (Or demand) that "We The People" have executed an intense forensic audit of the operations of his office or operation or inquisition.

That is, if he and his co-actors violate our Republic's best ethical and legal standards in dealing with our fellow citizens, we may very reasonably doubt if he (And they) have obeyed our laws as to the spending of our hard-earned tax moneys.

Of course, the destruction of financial records would be a crime as excused only if the "Hillary Rule" is imposed. Hiding or redacting any parts of financial records should result in immediate prosecution for "Obstruction Of Justice".

That, forensic, audit should not be done by the FBI as it is still, at the command level, a part of "The Resistance".  Perhaps "The Department Of The Treasury" would provide skilled, forensic, auditors as would honestly report to The Congress and, directly, to The People.

Ted Lieu, 1st & 2nd Amendments and Democrats

After hearing and reading-of Congress Critter Ted Lieu's (D-CA) comments in support of limiting (ie Destroying) the First Amendment's protections of free speech I wondered what his plans were for any media outlet (eg FOX News) which is not in lock-step (Or, goose step) with the Fascist Party's 

"Five Year Plan" for the USA. Of course, such plans might be extended to: Any other honest journalists and like academics and clergy; And, opposing elected officials. (Oh yes, it can happen here.)

I also consider the patriot Founders of our Republic as prophets as they predicted such "enemies of the people) as Lieu by inserting the Second Amendment where is becomes the "Fist Amendment". I specially note the words of President Jefferson who declared, "No freeman shall ever be debarred the use of arms"; "The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government"; “What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. LET THEM TAKE ARMS.”

Lieu's Party is also waging a Jihad against law-abiding (And presumed sane) citizens (ie Over 18 years old) from being able to purchase and "Keep and bear arms" (ie Without "infringement") for both self-defense and the like defense of innocent others being attacked by violent criminals. [Those violent criminals include, but are not limited to: Ordinary street-thugs and burglars, Those waging Islam's perpetual war against "unbelievers" (As at San Bernardino and Fort Hood); Such SA-like Nazis as AntiFa; And, the loyal followers of Maxine Waters who present "a clear and present danger of great bodily harm" to opponents of her and Lieu's Party.] 

Reduction In USA's Violent Crime. Why?

It has been reported that the rates of violent crime in the USA have been steadily going down over the last few years.

WHY?

Some have proposed that that decrease is parallel-to, if not caused-by, the increase in the number of
law-abiding (And legally presumed sane) citizens who possess modern and effective (ie At police or military grade, exempting fully automatic) guns.(Yes, I know that "coincidence is not causation").

I think that proposition is worthy of intensive study as would require the consideration of the following variables:
1. The races of violent criminals and their victims;
2. The number of all sworn peace officers, per square mile, in each jurisdiction;
3. The rated laws regarding the purchase and carrying (Concealed) firearms;
4. The decrease or increase rates of violent crimes in each jurisdiction;
5. The number of firearms seized in each jurisdiction and the portion of those seizures as resulted in criminal convictions;
6. The portion of each place's population as are illegal immigrants; And,
7. Other factors as fair-minded and informed researchers might examine.

"Second Commings" & President Trump

The USA has produced a multitude of Christian religious movements and sects. Some of those were based-on or committed-to predictions of a "Second Comings" of Jesus Christ. Some pointed out "signs in he heavens or on earth" to support those predictions. Unless I missed "The Second Coming", in history or by personal experience, those many predictions have failed.

In the face of  that fact, those movements/sects mutated-and-survived or disappeared. At least one  involved the suicide of followers.

Since President Trump announced his candidacy (Which I did not support until after he was nominated by my Party) the USA has produced a multitude of "faithful" who have predicted President Trump's: Impeachment, trial, conviction and removal-from-office; Or, indictment, trial, conviction and imprisonment.  Although those new prophets point to "signs", in our laws and the statements of various (Sometimes proven liars) persons, there have been no such actions.

You may take such lessons as you will from the above parallels.

Although the House of Representative (In 2019/20) may "impeach" President Trump, it seems unlikely that the Senate will consider any trial and very unlikely that a conviction would result.

Various legal experts have pointed out that: Collusion is not a crime; And, there is no "probable cause" as would support any criminal charges. I will leave it to the test-of-time to prove-or-disprove those positions.

Turkey & Saudi Arabia: A Plague On Both

There is or was a petition circulating, in the DC government, to have the street in front of the Saudi Embassy, in the District Of Columbia, renamed "Kashoggi Way" after the one person, a member of the protected-and-privileged class of journalists, was murdered by Saudi officials.

I HAVE "NO PROBLEM" WITH THAT PROPOSITION!

However, I do note the fact that Turks raped and massacred many, many, thousands of Armenians AND still refuses to admit to the facts of that genocide.

Therefore, I (Most strongly) recommend that the street in front of the Turkish Embassy, in the District Of Columbia (Where Turkey's official-thugs recently attacked our nation's citizens or guests) as "Armenian Genocide Street".

A PLAGUE ON BOTH OF THEM!

The Turks continue to:

1. Persecute the Kurds who generally are allies of the USA;

2. Refused to allow USAF aircraft to fly over that nation to attack Saddam Hussein; And,
3. Continue to sabotage our efforts to stop or minimize (Pray forgive the redundancy!) Islamist-terrorism in the Middle East.

A President Buried & Good Government

Today (6 December 2018), the USA buried a President.

Today, I came across the below quote.

"Respecting The Vote"---In Wisconsin & All Of The USA

1. In November, 2016 our fellow, legally qualified, citizens (And some others) elected our State's Legislators for a two year period as ends in January, 2019. That is, they gave those Members authority for that entire time. Two years earlier those same voters gave our Governor his powers

for a full four years.

     Surrendering those powers before the legally established "end date" is NOT respecting "the vote"!

2. I do not recall long editorials as to the overt and covert attempt of "The Media" and others against the Constitutional election of President Trump [Who I did not support until after his democratic (Without "Super Delegates") nomination by the GOP.]

3. Likewise, I do not recall "The Medias" editorials demanding the purifying and respecting of the vote by purging the elector rolls of those persons who: Are dead; Have moved to other voting districts; Are still serving sentences for felonies (eg Imposed since registering as voters); And, are not citizens of the USA---And, perhaps, calling for not recognizing election results from those States which have not so respected the votes of qualified citizen-residents.
