The "General Militia" Of The USA

 The (Unorganized) "General Militia Of The United States" is defined, by Federal law, as provided below (A). (I doubt me that more recent decisions of the courts would support the maximum age cited.)

The intent of the Founders of our Republic as to the benefits of and armed citizenry [eg To suppress tyrants who include common criminals, members of dangerous mobs-and-packs (eg Members of "AntiFa" and the "action arm" of the Marxist formed and led BLM) and those politicians who suppress the rights which should/must be protected by The Bill Of Rights].

That "intent" is well documented (B & C) in support of the individual right of (Law-abiding) citizens (Age 18-years and above) to "Keep and bear arms (WITHOUT "INFRNGEMENT").

"The Supreme Court Of The United States" has, but only in-part, supported that right (D).

Persons/Groups Candidates For "Reparations "

 There has been demands for "reparations" for for the descendants of that local surplus of Black slaves sold to Whites by the Black governments/leaders of Sub-Saharan Africa.

I suggest that the following be a much more complete and exact list of such persons or groups as must be co-equal in the granting of "reparations".

1. Those Blacks who are NOT descended from Blacks immigrating into the USA after the effective end pf the importation of Slaves into the USA..

2. Those Americans of Japanese descent (ie Some of whom were native born citizens of the USA) who were forced into concentration camps during World War-II.

3. The descendants of those Jewish refugees who attempted to obtain refuge from NAZI genocide by traveling on the MV Saint Louis and, were (In 1939) rejected by the USA and were among those fewer who survived a return to Europe and Hitler's extermination camps.

4. Those Jews, Druze and Christians who have fled the terrors imposed by those true-believing Muslims who have been).inflicted by the waging of Jihad against them (And were NOT provided the favored treatment given to Muslims by the Administration led by Obama & Biden as is the sound basis for any "reparations"  to NOT include Muslims).

5. Those Americans of Chinese ancestry who were: "Imported" into the USA as "cheap laborers"; So grossly mistreated (ie Including being murdered) in California (And other parts of the USA" that the term "Chinaman's Chance" was invented to define "no chance at all"; Denied the opportunity to become citizens of the USA; Denied the civil rights provided our fellow citizens even if born in our Republic; Been the best example of immigrants overcoming such persecution, obtaining superior academic and other successes in the USA; And, have set an example of obeying our democratically-enacted laws to the extent that their part of our prison populations approaches Zero as does their rate of murdering each other.---AND, are the ongoing targets of racial prejudice and harm by such schools as Harvard University.(As continues to this day).

Testing the claims of such who request/demand such "reparations" must be closely examined by, unbiased and professional, geneticists and genealogists who are willing to "sign-off" and put their reputations at risk by their findings.

To Black, Race-Based, Voters

 Should I congratulate you on the fact that Candidate Joseph Biden has selected a Black as his running mate?

Should I congratulate those of you who will vote for him on the race-basis of that selection?

It may be that the time to fulfill Dr. King's prescription ("I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.") has not yet. fully, arrived.

But, I must also ask, will your race-based voting (As NOT demonstrated by White voters who gave President Obama his Party's nomination AND election as POTUS) forward or. very much, slow-down (OR stop) the arrival of that hoped-for time?

Presidential "Bungling"

On 7 December 1941 the USA was, generally, very poorly prepared for war in spite of (Ignored) information provided the Administration of (DEMOCRAT) PResident FDR that the Imperial Japanese government was "up to something" and suppressed that information leaving our Fleet and Army Air Corps liable to destruction. It took months for the USA to counter that presidential bungling. [It was only some, most excellent, tactical decisions AND a very great sum of "dumb luck" as allowed the USA to stop the Japanese takeover of Midway and not provide our enemy with a platform for the invasion of Hawaii.]

On 25 June 1950 North Korea invaded South Korea. Again, the USA was very ill prepared for a conventional war in Asia by an over-allocation of moneys to

"atomic warfare". Either there was a failure to have any idea of what the North Koreans were planning or a failure of (DEMOCRAT) President Truman's (Who I rate as the last, fully honest, man to be POTUS) Administration to act on that information. In either case, there was, presidential, "bungling" in effect. [Although President Truman quickly sent some troops to Korea it was only by the very, very, risky invasion at Pusan that we were not totally driven out of Korea. Our invading forces might well have been driving into the sea.]

The act-of-war which was the spreading of the CHINESE virus was not as apparent as the above-described attacks by armed forces. It was far less defined to President Trump's administration as made some bungling impossible to avoid.

Yet, since that danger was defined President Trump, his Administration and those real American Patriots who have aided him, are doing and will do what is needed to overwhelm any "bungling". They have taken and will take a plethora of war-time-like actions as are unequaled anywhere in our CHINESE virus infected world.  As of yet we know not what will allow the USA to, again, take the lead in defeating a alien enemy. Based on the history of our exceptional nation, I expect that one OR more of the tactics being now put forth will allow our Republic to again be victorious and that in short order.

A War With Iran---For 40-Years

The Democrats of our House of Representatives have passed a "Resolution" to limit our Commander-In-Chief from waging war with Iran.

That confuses me! 

Why?

Because Iran has been at war with our Republic since 4 November 1979 when Iranians (With the precise support of the Islamist tyrants mis-ruling that wonderful land) invaded our embassy. (They then took the many Americans there hostage and held them captive until a "Surrender Monkey" President was replaced by a real man.)

Since then and to this month they have been waging, violent and murderous, war against the USA. (In part that war has been funded by many millions of dollars treasonously sent to those dictators by another Surrender Monkey" President.)

I have not noticed that the Parliament or Ayatollahs of Iran have passed a

resolution preventing its CEO or military from waging war (Jihad?) against

the USA and other nations with "unbeliever" majorities and democratically

elected leaders (ie Which includes those supporters of Iran in The Congress).

I WAS A Democrat

 I was a Democrat in the days of such great-and-honest men as President Harry Truman and Member of Congress Clement Zablocki.

 For only that reason I listened to today's "Victory Speech" of Mr. Tom Perez, the new Chairman of the DNC. I had hoped that Democrats would return to the reasoned policies and practices of such honest men as cited above. That would help bring all Americans back together from some extremists in the GOP and the "far out" drive of the Democratic (sic) Party' "leadership" to leave behind our Constitution, The Bill Of Rights and our "exceptionalism" as based on the best principles of Western Civilization (In turn based on the best of Judeo-Christian teachings and evolving away from earlier primitive practices).

I am sorry to report that I heard a speech as out-of-contact with reality as the "Victory Speeches" ranted-out by Adolf Hitler as the shells from Soviet cannon were hitting Berlin. Mr. Perez' speech had the same qualities of hysteria and pathological divorce from reality as did his earlier, hopefully unintentional, model.

He even, while calling for his Party's efforts in winning State elections, did not dare to admit that the GOP has steadily been winning control of State Houses and State Legislature   against the efforts of a Party moving so far from traditional American values as to be in another universe, "far, far, away".

 The Democrats elected (By mob acclamation) Keith Ellison-Muhammed as "Deputy DNC Chair". That Islamist has, as far as I know, never rejected-and-condemned the horrid, anti-civilization and unalterable teachings of Islam as command "perpetual war" (Jihad) against all "unbelievers" (99% of our fellow Americans) and allows or encourages or commands the use of murder, rape, torture, genocide, banditry and other horrors by those waging Jihad.

They would have done better to place Jabba The Hutt in that "Deputy Chair" position---Or, in the primary Chair.

 If I were more Republican than American I would thank the Democrats for insuring future GOP victories outside of our two "Left Coasts" as are under Fascist occupation.

Obama's Monument,Green Issues & Treason

The expanded plans for Chicago's "Obama Library" include the destruction of large parts of a park near the University Of Chicago.

Some might, reasonably, object to:
1. The increase in CO2 and other such materials to the atmosphere by the construction-of and visitors-to that architectural monstrosity;
2. The elimination of many plants as turn CO2 into healthy Oxygen; And,
3. The elimination of such parkland as reduces the "stress footprint" of those existing in the killing zone known as Chicago.

Since I no longer take myself, family, friends and my money to very dangerous Chicago, perhaps I should not comment on the above-cited insult to humanity: But, I am driven to express "politically incorrect" thoughts (Ravings?).

In considering like monuments, all should consider the unnamed statue of a boot at the US Military
Academy (West Point) as represents the leg lost by Benedict Arnold  (ie In military service as avoided by most journalists, academics and politicians) when he was still fighting for the independence of an unformed, but declared, independent United States of America.

MEDIA: Protect ALL Of The Bill Of Rights

CNN's Jake Tapper and many other members of the "Lame Street Media" have gotten their black lace panties in knots about President Trump's exposing their warts and pimples---A matter of "Free Speech" as is protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution. That reaction is proof that such persons are only concerned about that part of The Bill Of Rights as deals with a "free press". 

It would be well for such persons to be as active in supporting those provisions directed at:

1. Protecting the "free exercise of religion" within the meaning (A) established in 1789 and NOT the perversion authored by a SCOTUS justice who was a member of the KKK and a hater of the most orthodox of Christian Churches;

2. Protecting the individual rights of (Law abiding and properly presumed sane) citizens to "keep and bear arms" as also within the intent (B) of the Founders of our Republic; 

3. Protecting the free speech and "due process" rights of university/college students against the aggressive tyranny of Fascist school officials, And,

4. Protecting the rights of "the States and the People" from the cancerous growth of the Federal government  as is very opposed to the provisions (And underlying intent) of Amendments IX and X.

The "Media" also generally failed to attack the Obama Administration's violations of First Amendment rights by such means as: Abusing the too great powers of the IRS to suppress the free speech and free press rights of Obama's opponents; Having a US Attorney threaten those who exercised free speech by merely asking questions about the "Dark Side" of Islam; And too many other violations of constitutional rights to list here

All should now review some history lessons. On November 4, 1979 terrorist agents of Iran's Ayatollahs invaded the United States by violently occupying our Embassy in that tyrant ruled nation. They also took our Americans stationed there as hostages in gross violation of well established international law (eg As obeyed by the USA even after the December 7, 1941 Japanese sneak attack on Hawaii by safely transporting them out of the USA). Those Americans were freed only after a "Surrender Monkey Democrat" was replaced (On January 20, 1981) by Republican  President Ronald Reagan. 

As far as I know no Iranian, having Islamic or government authority, has ever apologized for those violations of law. As far as I know Iran has not paid reparations to those American victims of Islamist crimes or to our nation.

Since that Islamist takeover, Iran has been waging "undercover war" against the USA---Some by paid and foreign terrorists. Iran remains the enemy of the USA.

After a dispute in an international court, not selected even indirectly by the People of the USA, the Administration of Barrack Hussein Obama shipped (Under cover of darkness and via an unmarked aircraft) $400,000,000 in paper money directly to Iran.  Even some in that Administration admitted that some of those monies might be used to wage acts-of-war.

Giving Iran that huge amount of our money is, most certainly, giving “aid and comfort" to the enemy!

That "giving" is the core-subject of U.S. Code  Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 115  § 2381 AND that is based on Article-III, Section-3 of the Constitution (As overrides and nullifies any acts based on treaties OR foreign courts!). 

A formal "Declaration Of War" is not needed to make the above applicable to alleged violators. 

We should wonder if there are any Members (Of either Party) of the House Of Representatives who have the courage and patriotism to apply Article-II, Section-4 of the Constitution to this matter [AND to formally look into what part, if any, Candidate Hillary Clinton (As Secretary Of State or supporter of B. H. Obama) had in this support of the USA's enemy.]

Paul Ryan's Dangerous Error

Whatever Mr. Paul Ryan's positive positions and effect on The Congress and the Nation may be, he has a very dangerous weakness. That is his very apparent AND declared ignorance of the nature of Islam as much more a criminal-terrorist ideology than a religion. That true Islam is clearly demonstrated by its unalterable-and-core teachings and its infliction of war, rape, murder, genocide, legal bias against "Unbelievers" and the other horrors inflicted by Muslims on all others for 1400-years and to this very day throughout the world.

ISIS is only one of many past, present and future pathological-eruptions of that real Islam.

In his condemning of those who declare the truth about Islam he has joined Barrack Hussein Obama in one of his many plots to weaken, if not destroy, the USA.

President's Authority To Restrict Immigration

Title 8, Section 1182 of the U.S. Code

(f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

Obama Has Supported The Worst Muslims!

Mr. Obama was willing to send F-16s and our most modern armored vehicles to Egypt as long as the Muslim Brotherhood, supporters of violent Jihad against the USA,  all Christians (Most specially the Copts in Egypt)  other civilized peoples/nations, were in control of that nation.  Now that that terrorist-organization is out-of-power, his Administration is retreating from support for the Egyptian military, the only force capable of providing order, other than than inflicted by the followers of jihad, in that nation.

While the civil war in Syria was in doubt AND when there were revolutionaries there who were not controlled by Jihad supporting Islamists, Mr. Obama's Administration was unwilling to ship weapons to rebels. Now that there is a chance that the present and legal government may be overthrown AND revolutionary groups appear to be in control of Muslim terrorists, he may ship them such weapons (Including AA rockets which could easily bring down one of our air liners, over an American city).

Any Administration "excuse" that such a halt is only in obedience to a law prohibiting such shipments to, in this case Egypt, does not stand up to the many instances in which Mr. Obama and his co-actors have refused to obey-and-enforce other democratically enacted laws

Returning To A Balanced Government: Congress As Prosecutor

The recent and ongoing prostitution of the FBI (And DOJ) to the interests of Hillary Clinton and her Party require some re-balancing of power between the Legislative and Administration branches of our Federal government. Why, those events clearly show that a perverted DOJ can/will refuse to honestly investigate alleged crimes by the high ranking members of the party-in-power and that preventing even the “snow ball's” chance of an effective presentation to a Grand Jury.

Therefore, I suggest the following change(s) in our Constitution:

Upon a petition signed by 30 Members of the Senate or 100 Members of the House of Representatives, the Courts shall immediately give the Congress standing to bring criminal charges against any past or present member of the Federal government for violations of our Laws.

Upon receiving such standing the Congress shall appoint and fund a “Special Counsel” as shall execute the same duties as a United States Attorney and have the same powers as answerable only to The Congress.

Your Voting Choices

If you, even "sort of”, invent or accept excuses for the recent and murderous attacks on police in Dallas, Baton Rouge AND many other places---Vote for Democrats.

If you approve of "Black LIES Matter", the "New Black Panthers" and other race-baiters such as MR. Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton (The step-son of "The Father Of Lies)---Who all maintain their incomes and poof-up their over-developed and unjustified senses of self-worth by stirring up race hate in the USA---Vote for Democrats.

If you approve of taking away modern firearms from law-abiding and legally-presumed sane citizens, leaving them to be victims of the tyranny of those waging Jihad, gang-bangers, rights-destroying politicians and other criminals---Vote for Democrats.

If you wish to support the Party as has contributed the vast majority of mass/notorious killers in the USA (Without help from members of the NRA)---Vote for Democrats.

If you support the mass importation of Muslims from ISIS controlled lands who have not been sorted-out to eliminate those who are likely terrorists---Vote for Democrats.

If you support an Administration which has protected the worst of Muslims and even attacked the free speech rights of those who even ask “hard questions” about Islam's crimes, vote Democrat.

If you support those who allow the murder of unborn children, as a form of birth control, vote for democrats.

Traitors

Until now Benedict Arnold has been the great "bench mark" for treason against the USA. He appears to have "turned his coat" in a "snit" over the way the Continental Congress and others had treated him. Yet, before his treason Gen. Arnold fought more-than-bravely on the side of those fighting for an independent America.----Losing a leg during one battle. He was never able to finalize his core act of treason, turning over West Point to the enemy.

Today's news brought information that Barrack Hussein Obama had $400M in cash shipped by air to Iran (As part of a billion-plus-dollar deal).

Iran has been, directly or indirectly, waging war on the USA since our embassy in that dictatorship was invaded, as a direct act-of-war, by the Iranian wagers of Jihad.

Neither Iran's Ayatollahs nor their enslaved government and people have ever apologized or made reparations for that act-of-war or for the unlawful imprisonment of diplomats

The last time I checked the U.S. Code › Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 115 › § 2381 which declares:
"Whoever, owning allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elswhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title not less than $10,000 and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

That provision is firmly based on Article-III, Section-3 of our Constitution.

Giving Iran such sums of money is giving "aid and comfort".

It is an act of treason!

Is there any one (Of either Party) in the House Of Represemtatisvs who has the courage, honesty and patriotism to, within one month, a "Bill Of Impeachment" against today's worse-than Benedict Arnold?
