To Black, Race-Based, Voters

 Should I congratulate you on the fact that Candidate Joseph Biden has selected a Black as his running mate?

Should I congratulate those of you who will vote for him on the race-basis of that selection?

It may be that the time to fulfill Dr. King's prescription ("I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.") has not yet. fully, arrived.

But, I must also ask, will your race-based voting (As NOT demonstrated by White voters who gave President Obama his Party's nomination AND election as POTUS) forward or. very much, slow-down (OR stop) the arrival of that hoped-for time?

Infanticide & Federal Law

      Some States have enacted or proposed laws which establish abortion and even after-birth infanticide as a "right".
      Although I am not an attorney, I must wonder if after-birth (Or when labor had begun or is due) murder of an infant is a "Deprivation Of Civil Rights Under Color Of Law Resulting In Death". That would be a violation of Federal Law as provided below.
      I must wonder if any US Attorney would, as a matter-of-duty, prosecute each-and-every complaint brought under that Law.
      I must wonder if our new Attorney General has the courage to direct all US Attorneys to do so. I must wonder if such charges would include all doctors, nurses, clinic/hospital administrators and others of that ilk.
       It might be well to force the US Courts (ie SCOTUS) OR The Congress  (After the next General Election) OR The People (By amending our Constitution) to define (Considering all modern scientific evidence) when an unborn baby has the protection of the below law.

Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.
The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnaping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

The Real Danger To Virginia's Blacks

The real, physical-and-mortal, danger to Virginia's (And other State's) Blacks is not some fool (eg Dr. R. N.) wearing "Black Face" or a KKK uniform. The real-and-deadly danger comes from:
1. "Medical professionals" aborting Black, unborn, babies at a rate many times than those of other races; And,
2. Those Black thugs who murder (Quickly by the misuse of guns and slowly by illegal drugs) other Blacks at a rate many, many, times: That between White criminals and their White victims; And, many, many, more times than those Blacks murdered or otherwise maimed/injured by Whites.

The above applies to all of the "Several States" and, as to abortion, is now lurching towards the murder of babies at the point-of-viable birth OR AFTERWARDS.

As a "strict constitutionist" and a (Self-declared) avocational historian, I am compelled to note that the same Party which supports that disproportional murder of Black babies is the same Party as is attempting to deprive the American People of those weapons as, now, allows them to resist the above-cited thugs---And other, political, criminals.

The "Why" Of Those Who Oppose Judge Brett Kavanaugh

There are many who are vomiting out objections to the appointment of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to a position on The Supreme Court Of The United States. Their motives appear to be very various.

Among those motives are:
1. A fear that a Mr. Justice Kavanaugh will apply our Republic's Constitution in accordance with the intent of the authors of it and its amendments;
2. That fear extends to such probable rulings as will call halt to those tyrannical judges who "make law from the bench" and, much more horridly, amend our Constitution without going through the democracy-based amendment process required by that, most basic, law and, thereby, keep the most basic power in the hands of THE PEOPLE;
3. Those who fear that Judge Kavanaugh will be a part of a too long delayed SCOTUS ruling that our law-abiding (And legally presumed sane) fellow Americans have a right to "keep and bear arms "without "infringement" in the accordance with the views of such Patriots as: Presidents Washington, Madison, Jefferson; Benjamin Franklin; Patrick Henry; Samuel Adams; And, George Mason (Who feared such internal tyranny as is now the case in California and New York and maintained that a well armed citizenry was the best defense for our righs);
4. Those who hate such Christians as Judge Kavanaugh who prove their Faith through the fruits of good works as quietly given to family, community and the World; And,
5. Those that fully understand that they are inferior human beings when compared to Judge Kavanaugh.

To Those Against Statues Of CSA Warriors

A "poem" (I am being charitable) written by one Henri André Fourroux III to support the removal of statutes of Confederate warriors was sent to me by a "pathological pacifist". Below is my response.

I am still waiting upon statues honoring:

1. This era's many Blacks murdered by other Blacks;

2. The White victims, selected out on the basis of race, by Black thugs at a rate many, many, times the reverse;

3. The many Christians murdered, raped, tortured and exiled by the orthodox followers (So much protected by B. H. Obama and others of his ilk) of the false prophet Mohammed; 

4. The many armed citizens who risked all to protect the innocent by the use (Most often the "mere" display) of readily available guns as kept many-times-more from being murdered and maimed than those so insulted by illegal use of weapons); And,

5. The unborn children murdered by those "Liberals" who support elective abortions (Where the life of the "mothers" are not in "clear and present danger"---And, form up a large part of those who opposed the election of Donald Trump and support many of your positions.). 

I also point out to you the following fact: If Blacks were removed from "the numbers" regarding crimes committed with the use of firearms, the USA's rate of such crimes would be about average for "developed nations" (eg Belgium ---Before the increase of such crimes exactly attributed to Muslims in recent years).

The Good Shepherd Jesus VS. The Wolves

Jesus the Christ very firmly declared that He was the "Good Shepherd". What then does such a person do when wolves attack to take away or kill the sheep, lambs and (Like myself) "old goats" of his flock? Why, any good shepherd will use his rod and staff (Both weapons!) or, like the Psalmist David some other weapon (eg A projectile weapon called the sling) to drive away or, better yet to prevent future predation, kill the wolves. The good shepherd will realize that it is useless to "reach out" to wolves or to forgive them as they remain what they are and that without mercy or consideration of the rights of the shepherd or his charges NOR any willingness to reform even if "forgiven". Jesus described himself as such to a People who knew exactly what a "Good Shepherd" would do when His flock was attacked.

Today, those wolves who attack Jesus' flocks are usually: Those who obey the horrid teachings of the false prophet Mohammed; Aggressive "secular humanists" (ie Atheists) who use the force (Too often of civil law) to inflict their goals upon Christians and other believers; And, that especially rabid sub-group, those who perform elective abortions and those who support them.

Those of us who are willing to be "Assistant Good Shepherds" (Or even sheep/guard dogs) in the defense of the flocks of innocents should recall what good shepherds do as to predatory wolves! Attack and destroy!

Your Voting Choices

If you, even "sort of”, invent or accept excuses for the recent and murderous attacks on police in Dallas, Baton Rouge AND many other places---Vote for Democrats.

If you approve of "Black LIES Matter", the "New Black Panthers" and other race-baiters such as MR. Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton (The step-son of "The Father Of Lies)---Who all maintain their incomes and poof-up their over-developed and unjustified senses of self-worth by stirring up race hate in the USA---Vote for Democrats.

If you approve of taking away modern firearms from law-abiding and legally-presumed sane citizens, leaving them to be victims of the tyranny of those waging Jihad, gang-bangers, rights-destroying politicians and other criminals---Vote for Democrats.

If you wish to support the Party as has contributed the vast majority of mass/notorious killers in the USA (Without help from members of the NRA)---Vote for Democrats.

If you support the mass importation of Muslims from ISIS controlled lands who have not been sorted-out to eliminate those who are likely terrorists---Vote for Democrats.

If you support an Administration which has protected the worst of Muslims and even attacked the free speech rights of those who even ask “hard questions” about Islam's crimes, vote Democrat.

If you approve of Obama who has aided Iran, which is supporting war against us, by giving that Jihad waging theocracy many millions of dollars and, directly or indirectly, aiding its A-bomb program---Vote for Democrats.

If you favor the mass migration of "illegals" (Including those who violate visa conditions) who bring with them terrorists, illegal drugs and those occupying/stealing jobs from our poorest fellow citizens (eg Black youths)---Vote for Democrats.

If you support those who allow the murder of unborn children, as a form of birth control, vote for democrats.

Otherwise, vote for Republicans.

The Bill Of Rights. Religion & Intent

1. The original intent of the "separation clause" was to prevent only the new Federal government from establishing a national sect/religion (As was the Church of England in the UK, the Lutheran Churches in parts of Western Europe, the Catholic Church in other parts of Europe, the Orthodox Churches in the East and, for that matter, various forms of Islam where such ruled). In fact, some of the Several States maintained "official churches" into the 1830s, and that without SCOTUS intervening.
2. President Thomas Jefferson addressed all matters of considering the Constitution as being best considered in the light of the intent of its authors (A).
3.  The current misunderstanding of that clause was written down by a Justice who was an active member of the KKK and who held a life-long hatred of the most orthodox of Christian Churches being the Catholic Church is based on one private letter of President Jefferson and was/is opposed to the intent of the Founders and two-hundred years of honoring the Judeo-Christian base of our exceptional nation.
 4. Such persons are attempting to unconstitutionally suppress orthodox Christianity and Judaism in favor of establishing  the "Religion Of Atheism" (B) as the "national religion" in violation of the First Amendment

Obama's Declaration Of War Vs. Constitution

Mr. B. H. Obama has declared war against all who would resist his efforts to destroy the rights guaranteed by the Constitution. In addition to parallel attacks he has most clearly declared that war against all Catholics who oppose the use of tax moneys to support abortion and birth-control and do so on the basis that such is a violation of the right to the "free exercise of religion".

Many citizens, other than Catholics, have also concluded that Mr. Obama's attack against Catholic-citizens is an attack on the constitutional rights of all citizens, without regard to their religions---Or lack thereof.

Perhaps it is that Mr. Obama (Due to his education in a Muslim land and by agents of the far and very anti-religion Left) has not absorbed the lessons of History that deep (Chiefly Christian) religious faith (And not the rule-of-caliphs or that of atheist-dictators as Hitler or Mao or other tyrants) is at the heart of our freedoms.

B. H. Obama's war against the Constitution is NOT limited to the "free exercise of religion" provision of the First Amendment. He has, sometimes directly, attacked the "Fist Amendment" (aka The Second Amendment) through allowing his Attorney General to involve BATF agents as law-breaking "straw buyers" of weapons. His attacks on the "separation of powers" provisions of the Constitution are almost without number. (They should be numbered and listed in a "Bill Of Impeachment").

If, and only if, Mr. Obama is contemplating the use-of-force (Armed Federal agents OR Orders from his tame judges) to enforce his unconstitutional directives, he should remember that the victims of tyrants sometimes react as our political ancestors did in 1775. Since Mr. B. H. Obama appears to be ignorant of US history, I suggest that he consider the statement (Paraphrased) of a militia officer at Lexington: "If he wants a war, let it start here!".

For myself, I will consider all of the supporters (eg Democrat Members of the Congress, members, NOW, DNC and such as support Mr. Obama's attack equally liable for the reactions of patriots.

Mahattan Declaration

Among the signers of the Manhattan Declaration Archbishop Caput and Archbishop Dolan are the ones best known to and most respected by me. I am, therefore, asked them to review my comments as to the noted and excellent document. However, I do note the absence of some essential facts and some avoidance of "politically incorrect" concepts, as included in the comments below.

A. In the declaration's preamble the authors skipped over one of the most critical events in US history as to slavery, which was the War Between The States (Misnamed "Civil War"). Most Southerners were NOT slave-holders OR fighting to preserve slavery; But, rather to preserve States Rights and the idea of "These United States" VS. today's "The United States". Many soldiers and politicians in the North did support the conflict "to preserve the union"; But, the gut-level passion was to eliminate slavery---Even if most (Including A. Lincoln) would never accept the possible equality of Blacks.
B. That conflict was, of course, the bloodiest ever fought by our nation. Without the use of such horrible force, slavery would have continued.
The earlier British campaign noted in the declaration, was enforced by the use-of-force, largely by the Royal Navy and did involve killing by military force and hanging of slavers---And was not limited to the UK, more generally off the coast of Africa. The preamble contained a falsehood or, worse yet, a half-truth about that campaign against slavery!)
C. This declaration should have mentioned (Perhaps in a foot note) that much of the general slavery and sexual slavery-and-trafficking is going on in East Africa AND is supported by the teachings of Islam as never abrogated.
D. The noted document notes a "...true God, the triune God of holiness and love,...".I put to you that the work "justice" should have been put into that descriptive sequence to balance the drift of the Churches away from the concept of "justice". Just as authority-and-duty should be in balance, justice and love-mercy-holiness should be in a proper equilibrium.
E. The term "...and act in defense..." was used. How "act"? Of course, such statements as this declaration is an "act in defense"; But, there are so very many ("Secularists" and most Muslims" for whom words contrary to their ideas, words and works are not effective and may (Especially for Muslims) be construed as an attack requiring a physical and violent response! (Please see Reference #4 below.)
I note that the wordy "defense of the unborn" has had little effect on the number of abortions (Especially the horror of late-term abortions) in the USA and beyond. I suggest that the "defense" of the unborn by the execution of George (The baby killer) Tiller may have done more to discourage the most horrid of abortions than all the words published by Bishops and others.
F. Some (eg The Sikhs; Please see note #7 below) are pacifists; But, hold it a sacred duty to protect the innocent with such force as is required and, where the law allows, wear swords or knives to remind them of that duty. We should do the same AND declare that not allowing the People ready access to the means to enforce their Natural Law right to defend themselves and the duty to defend others when the State refuses to do so.
G. Although I agree that all humans are, at conception, given equal dignity and worth. However, justice demands that we acknowledge that some (eg Genocidal tyrants and their underlings, abortionists and those who aid them, those who preach hate and take hateful acts) voluntary (By an exercise of "free will") give up the God-given dignity-and-worth of their creation and subject themselves to removal from any just society.
H. The quote "Did God send Christ, as some suppose, as a tyrant brandishing fear and terror? Not so, but in gentleness and meekness..., for compulsion is no attribute of God" represents an inadequete presentation of this concept without: Remembering the acts of the Christ in whipping the money-changers from the Temple and his words about child abusers; Declaring that the basic teachings of Islam allow or encourage, and sometimes command, the use of murder, rape and enslavement, genocide, perpetual war with "unbelievers" and the other horrors taught by the false prophet Mohammed; AND, the teachings of St. Bernard of Clairvaux (A "Doctor of the Church"), in his De Laude Novae Militae, as to the proper and Christian use of deadly force (ie Striking blows for Christ) and the need to do so against Muslims.
I. One way to stand up to secularism is to legally fight each-and-every "Thomas Jefferson Case", which attempt to cancel out the "free speech" and "free exercise of religion" in all public places (On the basis of a private letter and in opposition to the intent of the Founders) on the basis of the Federal court case noted in #8 below.
J. In the "Religious Liberty" section, the authors last (A very important placement!) statement was: "But under no circumstances will we render to Caesar what is God's". Unfortunately, there are too many in the Churches who continue to attempt to take from Caesar (The People) what is due to him (Them)---To include the right to use capitol punishment AND to legislate who may enter a nation, live there and work there.
If the Churches wish for Jesus' level of "separation of church and state", they must be willing to actively support civil duty as well as mercy, rights and justice. They must also be willing to, in select cases where civil authorities do not protect the innocent, go beyond the law

Three Strikes & Out For Obama's Health Plans

There are three issues which can and should kill any Administration supported health care plan(s).

1. Any plan which does NOT provide verification of US citizenship (Or, legal residency here)
before granting health-care benefits AND severe punishments and instant deportation for illegal aliens who attempt to get any tax-based health care will NOT meet the approval of the voters (And of legal immigrants, many/most of whom have applied for citizenship as will allow them to vote in the very near future).

2. Any health care plan which approved funds for tax supported abortions will meet the most severe disapproval of most Catholics and Orthodox Christians, many other Christians and others who hold to high ethical standards. (Do NOT measure this reaction against the Pseudo-Christians found in many places, especially in the Congress!)

3. Any health care plan which is biased against the old-and-infirm (As to limiting or withholding health care) by means of bureaucratic rules (As in Oregon) or other means will be a political death sentence to any Member of the Congress who votes for it.

Four Objections To Obama's Health Plan

After listening to many, without shouting, pro-and-con arguments as to the various "health plan" proposals made by Mr. B. K. Obama and members of his Party I wish you to note the following objections and comments.

OBJECTIONS

1. I most strongly object to any such plan(s) or collateral legislation which uses my tax dollars to provide on-demand abortions (Except for cases of a clear-and-present danger to the life of the mother) in the USA or, through foreign aid, other nations through the UN (Useless Nations) or "Planned Barrenhood"or other agencies.
2. I am equally opposed to any direct or indirect furthering of plans which would withhold palliative or corrective or pain-control therapies for the old or infirm on any "life expectancy" or "usefulness-to-society" basis as such is much too like that practiced by the Nazis and very much against my most deep moral judgment.
3. To only a slightly lesser extent I am opposed to the coverage of illegal aliens as they have, by their illegal entry, avoided the (Full) jurisdiction of the USA as required by the Fourteenth Amendment to to the Constitution for coverage of "rights" under that document and our laws.
4. But, I am even more opposed to any such plan as does not require the President, Vice-President, Member of the Cabinet, Members of the Congress AND their dependents to receive "health care" through any private plans or private pay, with a $10.000/day penalty for doing so AND a provision that any judicial or legislative nullification of that provision will nullify the entire plan.

COMMENTS

A. It will not be enough to merely exclude the objectionable items noted above from any "health care plan"; But, it will be necessary to both contain enforcement clauses to prohibit them and to make impossible any collateral legislation which would "sneak them in

Today's Worship Of Ba'al

The titular god of the City State of Carthage (In North Africa) was Baal to which the residents (In times of crisis and at other times) would throw their children into a raging furnace.

At that time Rome was still a republic, maintaining "Roman virtues", in an era before that city sate degenerated into the worship of death in the Arena, bloody civil wars and extinction of some entire peoples. At that time Roman Senator Marcus Percius Cato would end every speech with the words Carthago Delenda Est (Carthage must be destroyed)---Without regard to the subject of his speech. It is unknown if this was due to the economic-political rivalry between those two cities OR in disgust of the barbaric child sacrifices made in that North African state.

In this era many Muslim fathers and mothers send out their child to explosive death as "suicide-homicide bombers" and take an unholy and Carthage like pride in such child sacrifice, even educating the very young towards that fatal and barbaric goal. It appears that too many Muslims have taken the pre-Islamic word Allah (God) to really mean Ba'al (Or Shaitan or Iblis). Since this regression to the Jihad mentality is built into the teachings of Islam, I say to the whole world Mecca Delenda Est.

Yet, the USA and the balance of the West should not look down on Cartage or Islam! We sacrifice many, many, hundreds-of-thousands of babies to the false god "abortion on demand" by such equally horrid means of dismemberment (Thing 'death of a thousand cuts"), piercing the skulls and sucking out the brains of children capable of feeling pain and probable of thought and the fire-like and horrid death through the use of corrosive chemicals. The proposals of some in the current Western governments (Including the USA) include killing off the aged and wise by encouraging them to commit suicide---A horror even beyond that of Cartage or Islam. To them and the world I say "Fill In Name***" Delenda Est!

It appears that "talking" with such evil persons, in Islam or in the West, has not reduced the evils noted above. The alternative is the execution of our Natural Law rights and duties to defend the innocent---By any effective means available to us (NOT as a matter of revenge BUT of justice).

Apples & Oranges; Murders & Executions

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's June 3, 2009 editorial ("Domestic Terrorism") is a classic example of "comparing apples and oranges". The extra-judicial and very extra-ordinary execution of a genocidal mass murderer ("Tiller The Baby Killer") cannot be compared with the case of yet another Muslim, infected with the "Jihad disease", who continues the 1400-year pattern of Islam's approved and all-too-successful acting out the teachings of Mohammed in attacking and killing "unbelievers" throughout the world.

The Tiller case is much more like the US Army's extra-judicial, World War-II, killings of SS-troops, especially after the Malmedy massacre by the SS of unarmed, American, POWs. (To give a full picture in that paper's current "WAR STORIES: THE GREATEST GENERATION REMEMBERS" series, its editors and reporters might wish to note that war crime and our troops' deadly response to it.)

By specially attacking two uniformed members of our military, Jihadist Abdulhakim Muhammed (aka Carlos Bledsoe) appears to be guilty of treason as he waged war against the USA (The Constitution's test for that crime) and should be subject to the death penalty.

As our current Administration favors the killing of unborn children and appears to favor Muslims, I suspect that no treason charge will issue and Tiller's executioner may be charged also in Federal Court.

Investing In Death---Dividends Paid

Investing in the "culture of death" yields large dividends---Paid in death. Dr. George Tiller (aka "Tiller The Baby Killer") discovered that when he was gunned down on 31 May 2009.

The followers of Hitler, Mussolini and Tojo likewise received such and large dividends for their investment in those leaders' Nazism, Fascism and "Imperial Way" cultures of death. Some such persons were paid off in non-judicial executions of SS troops in the field or by the teaching experience of the Nuremberg, and legally unprecedented, trials and hangings OR the non-judicial and justified execution of Bonito Mussolini.

I will skip over the death-investment and death-worship of one of the world's major "religions" and of a certain sub-culture in the USA. BUT, I point out the parallels noted above and the lessons which should be learned by all such investors!

Real Torture

For some time I have read many claims that "water boarding" and other severe interrogation methods used against terrorists are "torture"---Without any proofs that it has caused lasting physical or psychological damage to those thugs.OR to the strangely sensitive US or world citizens of a leftist orientation.

Our "torturers are WIMPS ! They should rather select out the more-or-less less useful or wanted subjects, make other subjects watch and use one of the following methods to encourage them to comply: Inject strong acids or other chemical to burn away the subjects bodies with the expected convulsions due to gross pain; OR, slice their living bodies into pieces in imitation of the traditional Chinese "Death Of A Thousand Cuts";
OR, crush their or pierce their skulls and suck their living, functional, brains out of their quivering bodies.

Does this proposal shock you? Why? In the USA and some of those nations whose ethical pundits oppose to "water boarding", this is already done, It is called (Late Term) abortion and the subjects are not terrorists, but the most innocent of all humans.

Now, why does such genocidal actions against the unborn and, sometimes, almost born not shock the consciences of those same, very selective, critics of potentially life saving actions against terrorists?

Religion And Violence

Do you consider the Mafia, Chinese Triads, original Assassins ("Hashishin"), the Thugee worshipers of Kali (Who infested the roads of India killing-for-Kali and robbing-for-themselves---Until those "evil" English suppressed that sect)and the drug-and-murder followers of "Santeria" (An African-Cuban sect) as religions? After all, they all contain religious-like rituals and beliefs.

NO???

Then why do so many consider Islam a religion as its basic texts (The Koran and Hadith) allow or encourage, if not command, the use of murder, rape, enslavement, robbery and perpetual war. The history of that criminal-terrorist movement has clearly demonstrated, to this very day, that Mohammed's followers closely follow those teachings.

Let me not hear of "crusaders" as they were only those who combated the horror that is Islam and to take back lands and peoples criminally taken by Muslims.

Let me not hear of the "Inquisition" as the deaths caused by such were very, very, few in number considered with even one month's Jihad killings in the Sudan or one week's murder of unborn children in the USA.

Of course, the leaders (Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot and Obama) and followers of "Secular Humanism" (Or its true self of "Atheism") have resulted in even more (Millions) of illicit deaths and untold suffering than even Muslims have inflicted on the world----And show the same anti-Jewish and anti-Christian teachings and practices.

Obama's Crew Of Baby Killers, Cheats & Duds

There are many better writers than I am who have recently pointed out that Mr. Obama's various nominees are plagued by a lack of obedience to our tax laws, including the personage (Whose name I will not note as I expect him to shortly and properly leave public office) who became the head of Treasury Department which oversees the IRS. Mr. Obama has nominated other like "tax cheats" for high public office.

Beyond such tax cheats, Mr. Obama has appointed or nominated a number of incompetent persons to high office. The Secretary Of Homeland Security demonstrated her inability (Or unwillingness!), as a Governor, to protect the citizens of Arizona from armed raids by Mexican "Drug Lords" into her State resulting in kidnappings, assaults and (I believe) killings there. The Secretary Of State's experience in foreign affairs appears to be limited by very limited "pillow talk" with a once sitting and incompetent President and such hearsay as she picked up in the White House.

Dr. Kagan, Mr. Obama's Solicitor General, has high academic qualification (Earned in an era when "political correctness" was more important than thinking) AND did her legal apprenticeship under Federal Judge Abner Mikva and Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall, who were two of the most "left wing" (And, therefore, anti-democratic) judges ever to infest our judiciary.

Yet, our dollar driven (And ethically-or-morally castrated) society does not seem to have the same problems with Mr. Obama's nominees who are ardently in favor of murdering unborn children for no reason other than the "connivance" of the mother and, sometimes, of the father who often has forced abortion upon the unborn child's host OR in full support of those Nazi like social theories as to eliminating "untermenchen".

It is not surprising that Mr. Obama has selected these horrid persons as he, himself, has strongly supported such killings---Even after a child survives an abortion and is born alive, an "accident" which Mr. Obama wished corrected by allowing such humans to die. In this case "birds of a feather, sticking together" refers to vultures who politically feed off the killings done by others.

The Economics Of Embryonic Stem Cell Research

Without regard to the ethics or morality (If either still have meaning under an Obama administration), there are serious problems as to the economics of embryonic stem cell research---A matter ignored by most Catholic editors and other writers who, very properly, focus on the moral problems involved.

If this form of "research" has any potential for safe, reliable and useful therapies, then private companies and like university spin-off operations would seize upon it without the use of constraining federal funds (My paid-under-protest tax dollars) in the hope or reasonable expectation that they would make profits on such. There are now and could be (For fees paid or voluntary contributions) "embryonic stem cell lines" available to such non-federal funded operations----Without regard to my or others objections to such.

Of course, the private exploitation of this process would leave private corporations (Including university spin-off operations) liable for damages caused by future repeats of the horrid and deadly side-effects of cancers, other neoplasms and other side-effects implicit in the use of such cells. Even public university spin-off corporations, being divorced from state funding and control, would face such liabilities---And very bad publicity.

This research direction or thrust may generate income----For trial attorneys who wish a money-making target as "easy" as the Church.
