Take A Knee

TAKE A KNEE.

Take a little trip to Valley Forge in January. If you don't know where that is, just Google it from the sidelines. Hold a musket ball in your fingers and imagine it piercing your flesh and breaking a bone or two. There won't be a doctor or trainer to assist you until after the battle, so just wait your turn. Take your cleats and socks off to get a real experience. Then take a knee.

Then, take one at the beach in Normandy where man after American man stormed the beach, even as the one in front of him was shot to pieces...the very sea stained with American blood. The only blockers most had were the dead bodies in front of them, riddled with bullets from enemy fire.

Take a knee in the sweat soaked jungles of Vietnam. from Khe San to Saigon.. Anywhere will do. REAL Americans died in all those jungles. There was no playbook that told them what was next, but they knew what flag they represented. When they came home, they were protested as well..and spit on for reasons only cowards know.
Take another knee in the blood drenched sands of Fallujah in 110 degree heat.. Wear your Kevlar helmet and battle dress... Your number won't be printed on it unless your number is up! You'll need to stay hydrated but there won't be anyone to squirt Gatorade into your mouth. You're on your own.

There's a lot of places to take a knee. Real Americans have given their lives all over the world. When you use the banner under which they fought as a source for your displeasure, you dishonor the memories of those who bled for the very freedoms you have. That's what the red stripes mean. It represents the blood of those who spilled a sea of it defending your liberty.

While you're on your knee, pray for those that came before you, not on a manicured lawn striped and printed with numbers to announce every inch of ground taken....but on nameless hills and bloodied beaches and sweltering forests and bitter cold mountains...every inch marked by an American life lost serving that flag you protest.
No cheerleaders, no announcers, no coaches, no fans...just American men and women...delivering the real fight against those who chose to harm us...blazing a path so you would have the right to "take a knee."

You haven't an inkling what it took to get you where you are; but your "protest" is duly noted. Not only is it disgraceful to a nation of real heroes, it serves the purpose of pointing to your ingratitude for those who chose to defend you under that banner that will still wave long after your jersey is issued to another...

If you really feel the need to take a knee, come with me to church on Sunday and we'll both kneel before Almighty God. We'll thank Him for preserving this country for as long as He has. We'll beg forgiveness for our ingratitude for all He has provided us. We'll appeal to Him for understanding and wisdom. We'll pray for liberty and justice for all....because He is the one who provides those things.

And there will be no protest. There will only be gratitude for His provision and a plea for His continued grace and mercy on the land of the free and the home of the brave. It goes like this... GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Free Speech, NFL and Blacks

I am: A veteran of dangerous military and (Paid & Voluntary) civilian service; And, a ferocious supporter and defender of The Bill Of Rights---Within the meaning intended by the Founders of our Republic.

Therefore, I fully support the right of NFL players (And their co-actors) to insult my nation's Flag, all those who serve and served and suffered for the common good and to reality. 

I will not boycott NFL games. However, I will keep notes on which companies advertise in connection with NFL teams which do not execute their property rights to require their player-employees to properly honor our nation. I will boycott those companies and encourage my many correspondents to do the same.

If, and only if, those "protesters" wish to address (Which requires mental discipline) and attack (Which requires physical and political courage) those who now represent the most serious "clear and present danger death or great bodily harm" to the USA's Blacks and all citizens, they should exactly target those Black thugs who murder (Quickly by misuse of guns and slowly by illegal drugs), rape, maim, and rob other Blacks---And, on the basis of race, select out White victims for the same crimes at a rate many, many, times the reverse.

US Senate VS. ONLY White Supremacists???

It has been reported that the United States Senate has passed a resolution condemning “White Supremacist Groups”.

There are no reasons to admire or honor such groups as the KKK or Nazis OR to not condemn them..

However, if the Senate wishes to condemn those groups most involved in attacking the rights of a of our fellow citizens, that august body should focus on: “AntiFa” (Basic to on/off campus violence as included arson which is a “Clear And Present Danger Of Death Or Great Bodily Harm” to others); “Black Lives Matter” (Which demanded the assassination of police officers as was, thereafter, done); The “Southern Poverty Law Center” (Which attacks peaceful citizens it does not like and moves violence against them); Those Muslims in the USA as teach the worst of Islam's unalterable commands to use extreme violence on others; Such supporters of Jihad as CAIR; Those Latino gangs (eg MS-13) and their supporters who are opponents of our democratically-enacted immigration laws as should provide a defense against the disproportional rate of violent crimes by “illegals”; And, such “resistors” as Senator Kaine who commanded Democrats to “fight in the streets” (A form of Treason) against the Administration of our constitutionally elected President.

Illegals & Crime

In 2015 the United States "Department Of Justice" reported that "illegals" are 3.5% of the general population. It also reported that such persons:
1. Committed 12% of the murders in the USA;
2. Twenty per-cent of the kidnappings; And,
3. Sixteen per-cent of the drug trafficking.

I suggest that the "numbers" may be higher as many, "politically correct", police agencies "err" on the side of not identifying criminals as "illegals".

Statutes, Confederates, ETC.

As the USA is now in a spasm of destroying (Sometimes illegally) statutes (And renaming parks, schools, etc.) of persons who, in the past, violated what are now considered the proper standards for words-and-actions. The above-cited columns presents some critters who have also been like violators of standards. If we follow the lead of ANTIFA and other Fascist groups, might well be, more properly, remove their names from all public venues.

However, we might replace both groups of statues and other like symbols by those honoring Blacks who have been awarded Nobel Prizes in such apolitical fields as Chemistry, Medicine and Physics---Or, the Fields Medal as is the equivalent in Mathematics---When and if there are such Black persons.

[The difference between those protesting against the statutes of CSA warriors and their battle flag(s) is that the soldiers of the Confederacy (And so many others who have served in our wars before "gender integration") were MEN and not whining, sniveling, spineless, very poor excuses for Americans or, if (And only if) they have gender, men.

Whatever the personal faults (In the 20/20 perfection of today's "political correct" slugs) or policy failures of those Presidents, they were greater than myself and most of you readers.

DUE PROCESS---Updated

1. Right to sufficient-time prior (Written)notice-of/access-to the: “Charges” against the citizen; The  Law/rules/regulations alleged to be violated; The names and other identifying information of all witnesses who have provided testimony ;or other evidence; Documents/physical-evidence as to the “charges”.
2. A right to have legal council present and to have that council fully participate in any/all hearing(s).
3. The right to compel personal testimony of witnesses and to have that testimony given on oath/affirmation (Allowing for criminal or civil punishment for perjury/false-swearing if such is inflicted) AND to cross-examine those witnesses.
4. The right to a hearing before a neutral hearing examiner.
5. The right to a written decision from that examiner.
6. The right to appeal any such decision to a court-of-law based on the facts, the law and state and federal constitutions if a public institution is involved OR to to the highest authority in a private organization.

These were the rights given to convicted criminals facing revocation of probation/parole by Wisconsin's Department Of Corrections. I fail to understand why universities will not provide the same “Due Process” to students facing in-school disciplinary actions. (Where guilt or probable cause was found by a court-of-record, some of these rights were not given.)

"Dream" Immigrants As Beneficiaries Of Theft

If illegal immigrants Ivan Skavinsky Skavar, Jose Lopez y Matemoros and Abdul Abulbul Amir embezzle, defraud and commit outright theft and robbery and then put the monies unlawfully taken from our fellow citizens into trust funds for their children brought with them into the USA, are those children entitled to that cash?

I doubt that!!!

If those illegal immigrants steal the equivalence of citizenship for those, "brought/sent over the border", children, are those youngsters allowed to also the benefits of US permanent residency----By theft?

Let’s see.  How can I put this?  No, non, nein, nr, não, нет, αριθ, 否,  아니다, never,nunca, jamais, nie, nooit, никогда, ποτέ, 从未, 決して, 결코, ain’t happenin’, No Way José, no chance, no freaking chance, snowball in hell, zip, zero, nada, zilch, squat, jack squat, less than jack squat.

Oh, I must note that my father and grandparents were LEGAL immigrants into the USA (I have seen the immigration and citizenship papers).
