"People Of Color", Violence, Police & Cultural Norms

 Again I must present the following and true statements.

1. White peace officers are no more likely to shoot Blacks than are Black officers. This, clearly, demonstrates that both, very correctly, use lethal force to immediately put halt to those criminals who "Present A Clear And Present Danger To Life Or Great Bodily Harm" to them AND other innocent humans.

2. It can take over 30 "hits" from handguns to stop such dangerous criminals.

3. Such "Non-Lethal" as "Tasers" will not provide the necessary-and-instant defense of innocents as is, most especially, the case when the criminal has been using certain illegal drugs (eg PCP).

4. The vast majority of Blacks who are murdered are slaughtered by other Blacks and not Whites.

5. Black criminals select out, on the basis of race, Whites as targets for their attacks at a rate many times the reverse. THE VICTIMS OF SUCH ATTACKS ALSO DEMAND AND REQUIRE "RACIAL JUSTICE"!

6. Those other People-Of-Color, whose ancestry is in India (Many having very dark skins), China, Korea and Japan (Along with those from traditional Jewish families) set records of academic performance AND  avoiding criminal acts well above that of our White fellow Americans and very much more so than that well established by the USA's Blacks.  (Therefore, it is the case that such differences are NOT based on the amount of Melanin in our bodies, BUT on cleaving to SUPERIOR Vs. INFERIOR CULTIRAL MODELS/NORMS.)

Tear Gas & Alternatives

 First, please note that I am a veteran of dangerous military service and like civilian "work". During that latter employment, with a State "Corrections Department", I was required to take (Without weapons or tear gas or pepper spray) convicted criminals into physical custody.  For the most part they cooperated; But, the "others" were subjected to "pain compliance" by use of bar-and-wrist locks. No "choke holds" were used.

Tear Gas (And pepper spray) allows police officers to control and disburse those mobs which, as such, "Present A Clear And Present Danger Of Death Or Great Bodily Harm" to those officers AND other of our good fellow Americans.

Those who view the use of such chemical agents as too dangerous to "The Environment" would do well to consider the alternatives listed below.

1. Rubber Bullets are, in theory, non-lethal; But, do present a great risk of serious-to-deadly "blunt force trauma". To be effective they must be aimed and individuals and, to prevent injury (Or death) to innocent others, aimed at the "Center Of Body Mass" OR in indiscriminate volley fire.

2. Allow mobs (Or even much smaller groups of violent criminals) to assault, murder, loot, commit arson, destroy whole communities and spread terror without any efforts to stop them.

3. Use the hollow point rounds from their hand guns or the "tumbling .223 caliber" rounds from rifles to immediately-and-effectively reduce the deadly risk of mobs, [That ammo is recommended as they are unlikely to pass through the carcasses of dangerous animals and injure or kill innocent humans.]

Helping Police ID Very Dangerous Mob Members

Except for a limited case in the District Of Columbia police appear to have great difficultly in clearly identifying members of mobs who are endangering other by such actions as toppling heavy statues, committing arson and attacking police and other citizens with thrown objects (eg Bottles, bricks) and other crimes as present "a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm 

to others".

As that is the case any good citizen should aid the police by marking those thugs with holes in the following diameters: .223", .30", .308", .32", 9mm, .38", .40" and .45" ***.

After the dangerous rioting is over, the police can go about with cameras and finger-print kits to finish the job if identifying those slugs.

                                

*** Other than the .223" round (Which will tumble when it hits a criminal) hollow-point or, at the least, expanding-point rounds are recommended to reduce the possibility of passage through such scum and injuring some other persons.

THE "Stress Test" For POTUS Candidates!!!

Some engineering/scientific companies/organizations will subject products/inventions to great stresses to determine if they will survive AND properly function under such conditions.

All of our modern Presidents live-and-function under perpetual levels of great stress. Other than the test of being POTUS candidates for that position can be "stress tested" by public, open and unrestricted-subject debates.

The voters of our Republic have an absolute right to observe probable candidates Biden and Trump tested in that manner! And person(s) or organizations (eg Political Parties, Broadcast Networks) who block or attempt to block such debates are Fascists attacking Democracy.

I have not read or heard of any plans for a or (Hopefully) more debate(s) between Mr. Trump and Mr. Biden. Both of those candidates must, in the very near future, make arrangements for one/more such (Unrestricted as to subject materials) debates OR be declared an enemy of our nation's elections being 

based on an informed electorate! 

Replacing "Confederate" Statutes & Symbols

As the USA is now in a spasm of destroying (Very often illegally by Fascist mobs) statutes (And renaming parks, schools, etc.) of persons who, in the past, violated what are now considered the proper standards for words-and-actions.

However, we might replace such statues and other like symbols by those honoring the USA's Blacks who have been awarded Nobel Prizes in such apolitical fields as Chemistry, Medicine and Physics-OR The Abel Prize for excellence in Mathematics (ie Most of which have been awarded to Americans) the rarer Fields Medal as is the equivalent for excellence in Mathematics---When and if there are such Black persons.

"More Equal" Minneapolis City Council Members & Armed Citizens

After reading the above-cited report (About Minneapolis City Council members receiving private security protection) I was, very much, reminded of the novel 1984 in which some ("Politically Correct") animals were "more equal" that those other critters in their world.

If, and only if, the Minneapolis City Counsel abolishes its force of highly trained and, with rare exceptions, law-abiding and life-risking police officers, all the citizens of that once shining "Star Of The North" will be in no less danger from individual and mob criminals than the other, more equal, residents (ie Members of the City Council) of their world.

The remaining free citizens of Minneapolis (AND surrounding areas) must now arm and train themselves with the most modern and effective fire arms as are still available to them (eg AR-15 platforms; Glocks) and steel themselves to protect themselves and innocent others from individual and mob-criminals by instant and lethal responses to thug's attacks

Madison, Wisconsin's BLM Murals

I am of the opinion that "art" should reflect reality. Therefore, I suggest that a very large mural be added to Madison's "State Street Collection". That realistic work-of-art would show:

1. Front and center some "dude" holding a pistol and him standing over the body of a Black child he has just murdered;

2. In the near background two such "persons" exchanging money for a "packet of white powder" (One of whom portraying George Floyd who supported, by his purchase of illegal-and-dangerous drugs, the genocidal drug dealers who have murdered many, many, thousands of Blacks and millions of all peoples; And, whose “I can’t breathe" statement was had before a knee was placed on his neck---Breathing (To death) problems are consistent with level of Fentanyl found in his body after death”); AND,

3. In a window some clearly seen person-of-color (ie Whose ancestry is in China or India or Korea or Japan) sitting before a text-book.

The USA's Present State-of-War

It is now the exact case that a small minority of Americans are waging violent war against the USA. That is, in accordance with the Constitution of our Republic, TREASON which can be punished by death.

As those critters are waging war AND have placed themselves beyond the protections of civil law, the only proper response must be the application of deadly military actions as will “liquidate” those traitors now in a state-of-rebellion to destroy the essential AND exceptional nature of our United States. This war is no less dangerous to our land than was the rebellion and violent acts-of-war inflicted by the Southern States in the 1860s.

It is, most certainly, the case that our Federal, State and local governments are not willing to protect The Republic and its People by the use of appropriate AND effective (ie Deadly) force.

Therefore, it is the right-and-duty of real Americans to do so as vigilant private citizens, privately raised units of the posse comitatus or of “vigilantes” and ad-hoc militia units—All beyond the now ineffective powers of mayors, sheriffs and governors.

Sniper fire, against rebellious individuals and, private, volley-fire against mobs of such targets is recommended. If, and only if, any of those traitors are taken alive, The People can either turn them over to civil authorities for trial by our courts or turn them over to regular units of our armed forces for trial by (Field) courts martial or hang them from trees or lamp-posts.

[As the anti-gun and Fascist Jihad against the rights which should be protected has not been effective in limiting crime and the cited rebellion, it is now necessary for allowing The People ready access to modern and effective firearms which will allow them to suppress the current, epidemic, crime and that rebellion.]

Dr. King On Violence By "Negros"

After viewing the "film and photos" of so many Blacks inflicting arson, assaults, robberies and other acts of gross

violence I was very interested in the following statements by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr..

“I will never change in my basic idea that non-violence is the most potent weapon available to the Negro in his struggle for freedom and justice. I think for the Negro to turn to violence would be both impractical and immoral.”

“Let me say as I’ve always said, and I will always continue to say, that riots are socially destructive and self-defeating. I’m still convinced that nonviolence is the most potent weapon available to oppressed people in their struggle for freedom and justice. I feel that violence will only create more social problems than they will solve. That in a real sense it is impracticable for the Negro to even think of mounting a violent revolution in the United States. So I will continue to condemn riots, and continue to say to my brothers and sisters that this is not the way. “.

Today’s (Of all races; But especially Black) journalists, officials, clergy and other such leaders (sic) seem very strangely reluctant to confront this time’s rioters (And their co-actors) with those quotes.

Becoming Concerned About Race-Based Protests

I would be much more impressed with the causes of "racial justice protesters" if, and only if, the following were the case:

1. That White police officers were more likely to shoot Blacks than Black officers;

2. That Black criminals were not very much more involved in those crimes which "represent a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm" as allows OR requires the use of lethal force to stop and that yielding a higher rate of Blacks being killed by police;

3. That there would be as much concern (eg Wakes, marches and the involvement of such as Al Sharpton) about the murder, by a looter, of retired St. Louis police officer David Dorn as there was for George Floyd;

4. That Black thugs would not select-out, on the basis of race, White victims at a rate many, many, times the reverse;

5. If those "after dark protesters" would not be so actively involved in arson, physical attacks on innocent Americans, looting and that as, very much, destroys the honest, family-supporting, employment of people-of-color workers and like employer's businesses; And,

6. If the, by many orders of magnitude, the primary murders of Blacks were not other Blacks.

Please let me know when all of the above is the rule so I can "become concerned".

The Marches Hurt Who?

The recent "after dark" marches have become, with only some exceptions, mob actions marked by murder, arson, other physical attacks on our fellow Americans, criminal damage, looting and other violations of our democratically enacted laws.

Like in Ferguson (Missouri) the primary victims of the responsible thugs are those "people-of-color" workers and like owners of small businesses whose, honest and family-supporting efforts have been destroyed by dangerous animals.

Many neighborhoods, with Black majority populations, are already lacking ready access to grocery stores and pharmacies. The critters who now destroy those places (Many will not return to serve  others) have grossly injured "people of color".

[Some of those looters murdered Mr. David Dorn, a retired police officer, in St. Louis. Mr. Dorn was Black. I HAVE NOT NOTED ANY "MARCHES" TO HONOR HIS MEMORY OR "DEMANDS FOR JUSTICE" FOR HIM.]

Lest we forget and sink into a quagmire of politically correct ignorance: The vast majority of murdered Blacks in the USA are slaughtered by other Blacks; White police officers are no more likely to shoot Blacks than are Black officers; Blacks are shot more often than Whites as they are far more likely to be involved in such crimes as "present a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm to others" and that almost infinitely more than those Americans whose ancestry is in India, Korea, Japan and China.

The Korean-American Solution To Riots

During the 1992 "Rodney King Riots" the Los Angeles Police abandoned "Korea Town" to the looting mobs. This is most exactly like the police in New York, Minneapolis and other cities over the last few days.

Some of the Korean-American shop-keepers (And their co-workers) armed themselves with a very wide variety of firearms (eg AK-47s, AR-15s) and, as far as can be determined, reduced looting and other mob actions.

When it was safe to re-enter that area, the Los Angeles police returned----AND CONFISCATED THOSE WEAPONS IN THE USUAL STYLE OF FASCISTS.

The Most Dangerous Racism, Police & Related Subjects

1. The most dangerous racism in today's USA is inflicted by those Black thugs who, on the basis of race, select-out Whites as targeted-victims. (I HAVE, IN RECENT DAYS, NOT HEARD OR READ COMMENTS BY OUR "LEADERS" FOCUSING ON THOSE VICTIMS!)
2. Those Blacks who are murdered are, with very few exceptions, slaughtered by other Blacks.
3. White police officers are less likely to shoot Blacks than are Black officers.
4. The recent, constitutional and very peaceful demonstrations by armed citizens (In Virginia and Michigan) were totally opposite to the mob violence in Minnesota and other places after the horrid killing of Mr. George  Floyd.
5. I noted that the, almost all Black, protesters and rioting thugs in Minneapolis were not wearing masks and, thereby, clearly demonstrating the ongoing pattern of Blacks endangering other Blacks.
6. In the case of riots the police (Or National Guard) have an absolute duty to immediately shoot-down, without warning, rioters who are armed OR are in the process of committing arson or physical attacks on others. Such critters present "a clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm to others". (ie In the case of charging mobs, volley fire is recommended!)
7. If the civil/military forces/authorities will not take such immediate and effective actions, it is then the right AND duty of the "General Militia" (ie All citizens, over 18 years-of-age, capable of bearing arms) to do so!

Mobs & Their Suppression

Mobs are, as such, a probable “clear and present danger of death or great bodily harm” to others.

When such mobs are armed or commit such dangerous crimes as “Arson” (eg Both evident at Berkeley in recent days) they clearly demonstrate and multiply that “clear and present danger”---And justify the police or any good citizen to use any level of force (Including deadly force) to suppress that danger.

In fact, the failure of police (Or, if called up by Governors who understand their duties, the National Guard), to fire upon such extremely dangerous mobs as both individuals (ie By snipers under the direct control of a command officer) and by volley-fire in the case of any group attack is a gross neglect of duty.

It might be well for those who are members of such mobs or instigate-and-support such Fascist thugs to remember that the vast majority of privately held, military/police grade, firearms in the USA are in the possession of those citizens who are capable-and-willing to protect themselves, family, friends and “the common good” by using them to put down dangerous mobs in those failed jurisdictions where the police will not do so!

Such actions are matters of self-defense as extends to defense of others and community.

[The above possibility of citizen actions may well be the reason that the mis-leaders of the Democratic (sic) Party have taken the lead in attempts to deprive our fellow citizens of modern-and-effective firearms.]

[For general information, the hard touch of a triangular file to the lands of a gun's barrel and the lighter touch of a flat file to the firing-pin and extractor of such will negate the usual forensic information.]

I Am A Corporation

Speaker Pelosi and other members of her Party are claiming that the GOP's plan to aid Americans, during the Chinese flu pandemic, favor "Corporations" over "people".

As a retired American my income is from a retirement fund which is based on the income and other successes of "Corporations". 

Aiding those companies helps protect my income---AND THAT OF MILLIONS OF LIKE (ie Habitually voting) FELLOW CITIZENS.

I suggest that: Ms. Pelosi and allies remember and consider the cited interest of we retired citizens; And, the GOP proclaim the above truth in-and-out of The Congress and in every public place.

Executive Tyranny VS. The People In Wisconsin

Wisconsin's Governor Evers has responded to the Legislature's GOP leadership filing of an action before Wisconsin's Supreme Court, challenging his extension of the "Stay At Home Order", by bleating that they are only interested in "power".

In fact and in honesty, they are attempting to protect the power that our State's Constitution (And laws) reserve to the democratically-elected Legislature and to protect The People from arbitrary seizure of such by the Executive branch of government.

Lawful Authority & Guns: An Example

Seventy-two killed resisting gun confiscation in Boston

National Guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently banned assault weapons were ambushed by elements of a para-military extremist faction. Military and law enforcement sources estimate that 72 were killed and more than 200 injured before government forces were compelled to withdraw.
Speaking after the clash, Massachusetts Governor Thomas Gage declared that the extremist faction, which was made up of local citizens, has links to the radical right-wing tax protest movement. Gage blamed the extremists for recent incidents of vandalism directed against internal revenue offices. The governor, who described the group’s organizers as “criminals,” issued an executive order authorizing the summary arrest of any individual who has interfered with the government’s efforts to secure law and order. The military raid on the extremist arsenal followed widespread refusal by the local citizenry to turn over recently outlawed assault weapons.

Gage issued a ban on military-style assault weapons and ammunition earlier in the week. This decision followed a meeting in early this month between government and military leaders at which the governor authorized the forcible confiscation of illegal arms.

One government official, speaking on condition of anonymity, pointed out that “none of these people would have been killed had the extremists obeyed the law and turned over their weapons voluntarily.” Government troops initially succeeded in confiscating a large supply of outlawed weapons and ammunition.

However, troops attempting to seize arms and ammunition in Lexington met with resistance from heavily armed extremists who had been tipped off regarding the government’s plans. During a tense standoff in Lexington’s town park, National Guard Colonel Francis Smith, commander of the government operation, ordered the armed group to surrender and return to their homes. The impasse was broken by a single shot, which was reportedly fired by one of the right-wing extremists. Eight civilians were killed in the ensuing exchange.

Ironically, the local citizenry blamed government forces rather than the radical extremists for the civilian deaths. Before order could be restored, armed citizens from surrounding areas had descended upon the guard units. Colonel Smith, finding his forces over matched by the armed mob, ordered a retreat.

Governor Gage has called upon citizens to support the state/national joint task force in its effort to restore law and order. The governor also demanded the surrender of those responsible for planning and leading the attack against the government troops. Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, and John Hancock, who have been identified as “ringleaders” of the extremist faction, remain at large.

And this, people, is how the American Revolution began on April 20, 1775.

"Let The Eat Ice Cream" & Outcomes

It is claimed that Queen Marie Antoinette, upon hearing that the peasants of France lacked bread, stated "Let them eat cake" (ie An enriched, luxury, "bread").

True or not, that attitude was part of the cause of her being shaved by France's "National Razor".

Speaker Pelosi appears to now address the millions of Americans without jobs by stating "Let them eat ice cream".

As there are no functional guillotines laying about Pelosi should reflect on the fate of that other Fascist, Benito Mussolini (The photos of him hung up as "dead meat" are available on-line) who was liquidated by the use of firearms---Of which there are many millions in the hands of our fellow citizens in spite of the efforts of the DSFP***.
