Gov.Cuomo & The Bill Of Rights

This week I listened to New York's Governor Cuomo talk, and talk and talk about

defending the Tenth article of our Republic's Bill Of Rights within the meaning intended by the Founders of our nation.

Now I expect him to, as publicly-and-verbally, defend the Second Amendment within the meaning intended by those same patriots.
